The best restaurants serving British food in London

Went for a wake, close to beckenham crematorium, hired the function room. Sandwiches and picky food were ok but not worth the amount they charge, staff very moody no condolences etc. Music was awful.

I am so surprised at the rating and reviews on here. I have been going to the hub for years it’s lovely, friendly, food is beautiful, coffee is perfect! Would defo recommend the pastries on a Saturday morning! Very dog friendly and right next to the play park so perfect for kids!

We were in London for four days and had breakfast here every day, incredibly good food, good service and nice place. He even opened half an hour earlier so we could eat before traveling home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a real English breakfast. You also have to try their toast.🤍

Vi muchos patrones en la 1 noche en la calle, pero no en. Fuimos en la noche 2 y pedimos carne. No me arrepiento, bien jugosas y sabrosas. Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal amable y rápida.

Una hora de la mañana muy agradable, relajante o así charlando con mi amigo en Arthurs que pensamos que era encantador, muy bien diseñado bastante elegante y ligero, muy cómodo. No estaba demasiado ocupado y nos recibieron cálidamente y amable personal atento. Felizmente nos sirvió un poco de agua del grifo y pedí un té. Queríamos un pequeño bocadillo (antes de la hora del almuerzo) así que pedí las patatas parmesanas (laterales) y judías verdes (soy vegano) y ambos deliciosos, me encantaron, simplemente perfecto. Es realmente un ambiente encantador. Nunca nos sentimos apresurados, a pesar de que cuando salimos a la 1 pm había una cola y estaba mucho más ocupado. El personal era maravilloso - tuvimos un tiempo encantador gracias - muy impresionado.

Nice fresh buns and bread, A good selection of sandwiches were on sale together with hot pies. it was fairly priced but service was abrasive and not welcoming. Off street parking is available

I organize my events there every month. It's a hidden gem and the top spot in Camden. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service make it a standout choice for any occasion. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue in the area.

Good service, staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were knowledgeable about what is on their menu list. The place was clean and well ventilated.

Came here with my wife and kids for dinner and drinks and had a lovely time! The food was delicious and the pub has a lovely, cosy ambience. The staff always had a smile on their faces and were happy to serve us. We will definitely be returning in the future. Edit: a year later, still going as strong as ever, Nat, Lizelle and Kendra were the most hospitable and couldn’t ask for a better local, definitely a must visit in the area!

Lovely meal apart from Yorkshire pudding tasted funny jess was fantastic as always very welcoming and good at her job will definitely go back again

El pub es precioso y guarda un montón de recuerdos para mí cuando era niño jugando en los columpios al aire libre mientras tomaba una coca y un paquete de patatas fritas. El pub está súper de moda ahora y he visitado muchas veces como adulto, pero no por un tiempo. Visité con los padres esta semana, ya que está cerca de ellos. Pero estaba decepcionado con la comida simplemente se sentía bastante caro y grasiento. Teníamos sándwich de pescado con dedos - pescado con patatas fritas y sándwich de ensalada de pollo. Simplemente me sentí cremoso y grasiento no es agradable en absoluto y muy caro.
