What an amazing experience in this lovely restaurant! The food was exceptional with a big variety of different flavours that creating a very special experience! The stuff ? Very kind from the moment we enter the restaurant the lively hostess greed us and bring us in a table of our choice and the service fabulous! Highly recommending to visit it !

Poor Customer Service and Frustrating Experience We recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was good, the customer service was absolutely terrible. When we arrived, I asked if they had kimchi pancake. One of the staff went to the kitchen and came back saying they did and had already placed the order because it takes time. As we were choosing the rest of our food, another staff member casually mentioned that they only accept cash. We didn’t have any cash, and they told us to get some from a nearby ATM. My husband went to the ATM, only to find out that it was out of cash. When I asked the staff if they accepted bank transfers or any other payment method, they said no, just cash. They suggested trying a gas station’s ATM, but that one was out of service as well. We had no choice but to leave our son at the table, drive to multiple places to find cash, and spent 45 minutes searching before we finally managed to get some. By the time we returned, the food was cold, and my son, who had been left waiting and hungry, didn’t even want to touch it. The worst part? The staff didn’t care at all. They didn’t acknowledge the hassle we went through or offer any kind of apology. It felt like they were saying, “If we don’t accept cards, it’s your problem.” To make things worse, after we struggled to get cash, they put up a handwritten “Cash Only” sign by the window—as if they only thought of informing customers after our bad experience. It’s understandable that it’s a family-run business, but that’s no excuse for such poor treatment of customers. We also had to pay for the parking twice because of the delay, and after all that stress, the food was tasteless to me. If you don’t carry cash, avoid this place. The inconvenience is not worth it.

A wonderful restaurant. Great staff Extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent food. Spotlessly clean. Had an excellent evening there last night for a friend’s birthday, the staff made it a very special evening for us all. Thank you all.

The first day we ordered pizzas and they were so good but the second day we ordered meatballs and carbonara pasta and It was superspicy with lots of pepper, we had a hard time eating it. The desserts were good but the pistaccio Tiramisú was tasty and creamy. Service charge was 5,40 pounds.

Este lugar es increíble! Justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Marriott Maida Vale donde nos alojamos. Reservé esto por conveniencia, pero terminó siendo la mejor comida que tuvimos mientras estábamos en Londres para la semana. Recientemente habíamos estado en Roma y comimos en algunos restaurantes espectaculares allí. Morso aguantó o superó lo vivido en Italia. Empezamos con Prosciutto que simplemente se derritió en tu boca. Ellos, estoy seguro, tenían una pierna que estaban tallando en la parte trasera. Esto era de calidad superior. Para nuestra principal, partimos la Carbonara que se hizo con pasta fresca y no demasiado salsada. Muy delicado que es difícil de conseguir con un plato tan rico. El desierto era Tiramisu. Tenía más sabor a chocolate de lo que estoy acostumbrado pero nunca he tenido 2 Tiramisus hechos de la misma manera. Esta versión fue deliciosa. La selección de vinos fue excelente y no tuvimos problemas para encontrar los varietales que preferimos. También probé el spritz de Limoncello y un snifter de Grappa. Si nunca has experimentado Grappa, son las pieles de uva fermentadas. Fuerte, pero muy sabroso. Sugeriría coger su vuelo Grappa. De todas formas... para completar esta experiencia, nuestro camarero que era brasileño, proporcionó un excelente servicio. Él era amable, respondió a nuestras preguntas turísticas, y nos hizo grandes sugerencias de su menú. En general, este restaurante es uno que no te quieres perder. Esto es especialmente cierto si se aloja en el cercano Marriott. Este restaurante recibe 5 estrellas de mí y le daría 6 si pudiera. Bravo Morso!

Today is my girlfriend’s birthday and we choose here. We really enjoy this dinner and I’m glad because of Derrick’s serving.

One of the best meals I have ever tasted! The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and left a lasting impression. Impresionante comida, teníamos las albóndigas y calamares para empezar. Tuvimos una T - filete de hueso en la sugerencia de los camareros, fue increíble. Gran servicio y buen ambiente. La única queja sería que los asientos cerca de los inodoros olían fuertemente a ambientador / productos de limpieza. Pero en general fue un gran lugar para una noche romántica de citas y volveremos

Without doubt the best pub in the area! Everything is faultless, the service is knowledgeable and attentive; the beer selection is fantastic (4 ciders, 7 cask and 4 keg + 2 decent lagers all of which are changing and interesting); prices are reasonable; styling and decor is traditional and interesting; being away from Richmond centre means the ambience is more relaxed, local and welcoming; the outside space is a decent size and pleasant with wisteria growing across the yard; the pizza options are excellent and good quality; an absolutely brilliant pub!
