Breakfast was top notch as usual, with excellent service provided by Suzzie, Georgia and Maggie. Nothing is too much trouble.

Me and my husband loved staying in double tree by Hilton for a week and enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The breakfast team is amazing including Ana, Maggie, Nora and Suzzie and Nova. They made sure that we were served with everything hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place.

I would like to say Syuzanna was the best experience of that breakfast she made me feel comfortable even though food selection was so poor and not sure about quality’s . She made me feel so much better I forgot about food . She made me tea that I wanted and suddenly breakfast got so much better

I stayed in this hotel for two months for work relocation. All the staff (Giorgia, Suzzie and Maggie) was super helpful and kind! Breakfast buffet was rich and varied. I highly recommend this place!

Kante has always provided excellent morning coffee service for all members of our creative writing class. He is always extremely cheerful.

Kante who served me was an absolute pleasure, very attentive and caring. Made an incredible pornstar Martini (probably the best I’ve tasted) Just a wonderful character, he is full of smiles and joy.

Boubacar was our extremely professional and attentive member of staff in the W5 Bar and Kitchen this morning. We came with our baby Grandson and ordered 2 delicious cappuccino's expertly made by Boubacar. Afterwards we ordered fish and chips which were hot, crispy and very tasty. Boubacar made certain our baby Grandson had a hot milk and was very kind in all ways to all of us. See you again soon.

Christmas day lunch with the family. Nice food and drinks and very attentive waiters which made the experience that more festive. The only fault we found was with the food. The pear tart that was served should have been served with custard or some sauce as although nice on the palate it was very crumbly/dry. Our waiter kindly sourced some custard and it was perfect. I was here for 5 nights from November 24th to the 28th, my first time back to the UK in 20 years. Where in the world did you recruit Kante from? He is so exceptional like Ngollo Kante I didn’t want to leave. His customer service skills are indeed top notch. His smile, ever so welcoming. He made my stay all the more welcoming and homely. Thank you guys for a splendid time.

Great spot at Doubletree by Hilton - nice menu, good food (with somewhat exotic and traditional dishes) and excellent staff. Kante was extremely friendly and accommodating. I shall go back and have more of their food!

A very pleasant meal with our waitress, Shivani, giving helpful recommendations and smiling service. The food was good and di can recommend the butter chicken.

What sets an otherwise simple setting apart is the top-notch service. I usually get a flat white here and no one makes it better than Kante. In fact, no one serves it better than him, with an aura of positivity that’s a joy to experience....

Myself and a couple of colleagues worked from here and when we were greeted by Kante he made us the best coffee I’ve tasted. We grabbed some light bites while we were there and the bar menu has improved a lot recently at the hotel....

It became a habit for me and my colleagues to come to the Double Tree Ealing, for a business meeting, chat, lunch or just a quiet place to work. The food is great, the service is impeccable and staff are great, my usual waiter Kante...

We had breakfast at the double tree Ealing where we were staying for 4 nights, and every day Syusanne greeted us with a big smile and had ready promptly special things that we needed, gluten free bread, almond milk… she was always ready for anything...

We stay at Hilton Doubletree Ealing often and have never been left down by both breakfasts and dinners each time. The range of choice is perfect for us as is the service from the staff, who really make sure we’re taken care of not easy...

The staff, Larissa & Maggie at W5 BAR & KITCHEN were exceptional and so helpful during breakfast time. Polite and professional. They also went out of their way to assist us to find the perfect Afternoon Tea at the Caffe Concierto at the Westfield Mall....

Good food and helpful attentive staff (though they didn't hover). Pleasant and spacious though a bit tremedely lit (rather dim). Good selection on the menu, I had the Burger which was more than ample, no room for pudding after I had finished it.

Ich kam als erster Gast zum Abendessen ins Restaurant. Ich wurde sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und auch bedient. Leider waren alle meine Wünsche der Speisekarte nicht verfügbar. Ich musste zweimal bestellen, da bei meiner ersten Bestellung die Bedienung nicht wusste, dass diese Speisen (Vor- und Nachspeise) nicht verfügbar waren (mangelnder Einkauf, ich war ja der erste Gast). Die nette Bedienung hat mir schon etwas leid getan und man spürte, dass ihr die Situation peinlich war. Habe dann andere Speisen bestellt welche schmackhaft waren, aber nicht hervorragend.

Tenía una buena comida durante su estancia en el hotel, probablemente no viaje aquí especialmente pero agradable aunque no barato si se aloja en el hotel.Personal amable y servicial y la comida buena. No es el servicio más rápido a pesar de ser muy tranquila y uno o dos cosas estaban disponibles desde el menú.Tuvimos un intercambio con el camarero un poco extraño que insistió que hay (lácteos) queso en el tofu en su curry tailandés. Él parecía pensar que era para darle sabor. Si él era justo estoy perdido ¿por qué desea hacer esto como el tofu tiene que ser una elección de primera para aquellos que eviten lácteos si para las alergias o intolerancias alimentarias o veganos.Aparte de esto el camarero era muy útil sobre que platos tenían alérgenos y adaptar cuando sea posible aunque hubiera sido mejor si lácteos gratis y sin gluten fueron indicados en el menú.

Service here was very slow, and the food average. Certainly wouldn't eat here if not staying at the hotel, and only did after first night as colleague didn't want to go out for dinner. Waitress's smile (Margaret?) was about the only positive.

Of course, you need not be staying at the hotel to enjoy a meal here. The staff is so accommodating that when I asked for iced tea, they made it just for me. I forgot most British establishments do not offer iced tea. Food was excellent, served promptly, and service overall excellent.

The food is really lovely, chefs take care in the flavour, quality and presentation of their dishes. The breakfast buffet is of a really good standard and I would happily pop in here to eat at anytime of the day even if not staying at the hotel. The mushy peas with my fish and chips were amaze!

The hotel has lovely and delicious meals and menu. I found the staff friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. I found the menu selection options very good as it caters for people with different dietary and cultural needs.

We went as the venue had just opened in the new Dicken's Yard development.On arriving we were told we were in the Third Place not a restaurant but did not quite understand what this meant. We were quickly shown to our table. The waitress was very professional and informative. We had to wait a little time as the kitchen was very very busy and everything was cooked to order. When it arrived it was delicious. The idea was to have small plates and share if you wanted to. The menu is very imaginative and beautifully presented. I would recommend this this venue as aplce to meet your friends.

Part of the Doubletree Hotel we had lunch here after staying in the hotel overnight. The service was a little slow but the food was pretty good. Overall I liked it and although it wouldn't be my first choice of restaurant I would definitely recommend it if you are staying at e hotel

The Sunday Brunch is delicious and reasonably priced in a lovely location. Friendly service, though somewhat slow at times.

Breakfast is 2nd to none you will not be sorry if you choose to have your breakfast at this hotel. Try the fresh made bread you will not get better.

We went for brunch and ordered from both the normal and kids' brunch menu. The food took a long time to arrive and was smaller than I'd expect for a £12.50 brunch item: a piece of french toast with bacon and syrup. The £14 veggie burrito was similarly small and uninteresting, with too much bread and too little filling. The food itself was ok, but uninspired, and we will definitely not return.

Ate here a couple of evenings whilst staying at the DoubleTree hotel and the bar area didn't have many guests. Service was a little slow but the food was really good. There were 3 of us eating. We had sandwiches/paninis and the Mediterranean platter with chips to share. All the food was good and the chips were lovely.

This is self service and the food was lovely very good selection and you can even make your own pancakes, the only think I wa sent happy with is the tea it was week and needs a other tea bag inn he pot , coffee was strong but would of been nice ton avert a pot left on the table instead of some on walking round filling your cup

Excelent hotel. Sited in a very nice place, very close from a tube station. Breakfast is excelent and people in reception really charm and wishing to help. We had a great staying there.

The Hilton Hotel in Ealing hosted my 80th birthday cream tea for me and my friends. my daughter arranged it as a surprise and they gave her so much time and assistance in the arrangements in particular Suketu - a most charming and able Restaurant Manager - a credit to the Hilton Hotel and proved a wonderful and warm host with an efficient team around him.The food was delicious and tastefully presented. The little cakes in particular were like eating a dream as they just melted away in the mouth.Various types of teas and coffee were offered. Most of us were intrigued with the white tea and those of us who tried it loved it.When the party ended it was with great reluctance that we left, we were treated royally and our every whim was granted. I look forward to returning there when I turn 90.
