Pleasant spot for a tea break. Great choice of teas - we wanted decaf and Earl Grey and both were lovely... and in a proper large cup and saucer. There was a good choice of cakes although we resisted the temptation.

Has got to be the worst experience I've had. Ordered avocado on toast with 2 eggs. Price is OK for London however when the food came the toast was as hard as the table. I could cut the toast with the knife. I went and told the member of staff who simply said well I cooked it for the allocated time. With rudeness she took it back and redid the toast. This time it was bread! Again instead of apologising she is arguing with me that I'm still not happy! Rubbish service!

£8 for a bacon & egg roll and a coffee is fine but not if the bread was a bit stale and the ketchup used was the very cheap stuff that ruins the taste. Don’t mind paying for quality but the least I would expect at these prices is good old Heinz ketchup and a nice bap

I was hungry en route to a meeting. None of the sandwiches were appealing. I went for a cookie which was OK. The pastries and cakes looked nice. Not sure they deliver on flavour based on the cookie! Service was pleasant.

Llamado para el almuerzo: una buena selección de comidas y bebidas, de buena calidad pero demasiado caros. No es de extrañar que no estuviera lleno durante el almuerzo!

This cafe looked great walking in; the coffee was bland and very disappointing however. On par with the usual boring High St coffee shops. Won’t be going back alas

The member of staff I dealt with was super helpful and friendly. The sandwich I ordered was cold pretty quickly but was not meant to be.

Looked good on the menu but in reality was awful. The veggie sausages were cold and didn't look as if they'd gone anywhere near any heat, the avocado tasted like it had only just been defrosted with hard lumps in and the other items hardly edible. The trouble is at London City Airport this is about the only place to get a cooked breakfast so they've got a captive audience.

First visit here and I have to say my blueberry muffin was the best I ever had. Proper sweet blueberrys inside. Incredible and a lovely moist muffin. I ordered a coffee but their machine had broken but the tea was fine. Plenty of it with decent crockery. Recommended for me with outdoor seating also

Unbelievably dry food and mostly pastry rather than filling. Super dry and obviously been there a long time. Would not go back

I have eaten at this restaurant several times recently. Being not too crowded it has been ideal for lunch with business contacts. There is plenty of space between the tables! The food and wine selection is perfectly good and service staff attentive. I shall be going again!
