The best restaurants serving British food in London

Un trionfo di rosa in questa desserteria, che la sera resta aperta un po' più delle altre. Dolci nella media, buono il bubble tea. Da provare (se non si trova di meglio). La vetrina è indubbiamente invitante.

This is what a typical Fish and Chips should be. Fresh, home made, good quality and great price. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Me encontré en el sur de Londres y necesitaba algo de comida y un lugar para sentarse! Qué gran pub lleno de ambiente simplemente ruidoso que no podía oírse a sí mismo pensar gran personal muy buena comida.

Un amigo habla muy bien de este establecimiento, así que lo visité ayer por la noche camino a una charla.La elección de los bocadillos era muy pobre. Aquellos en exhibición se veían muy seguros. Compré un sándwich y té (pero no había ni rodajas de limón ni jugo de limón para poner) y un miembro del personal me lo llevó al sótano.La desagradable música pop era tan fuerte que apagué mis audífonos.El inodoro era desagradable y el cable de la alarma NO estaba en condiciones.NO volveré hasta que instales un ascensor.

We had heard of the place and it had reasonable reviews. Well from the outside it could do with brightening up and maybe a repaint. There is a small but pleasant beer garden, please note this is part of the same chain as the Prince of Wales in southall. The bar is nice stocked with a reasonable range of drinks as one would expect in a pub, but they do food as well so we had to try it. We started with the tandoori fish it came on a sizzler and was very good, nicely seasoned and not overcooked as fish should be. We then ordered the chicken sheek kebabs unfortunately they were tasteless and a bit disappointing. I had a very interesting chat with the owners son ‘Chandan’ who said they did not use the same recipe as the lamb sheek and I tried to explain it is a choice of different protein and the recipe should be the same as when you order a sheek kebab you expect it to soft springy and have good seasonings such as cumin, fresh coriander , chilli and onion at the least. The chicken ones were disappointing, we then ordered dhal makhani with fresh crispy tandoori roti. Well that was a delight well prepared and fresh. The roti was crispy as we requested , fresh and hot. Thank you a great dish, I found it lacked a little salt but that is a personal preference and the dish itself was great. I would definitely go back as they had much more on offer on the menu and would like to try something different every bar and restaurant has some great dishes and some not so. But that is what food tastings are all about, the venue is worth visiting and trying. You maybe pleasantly surprised by some great dishes. The pub is a little dated and could do with a modernisation especially the old carpet should go, replace it with tiles does away with the old pub carpet pub smell and is alot easier to maintain and clean on a daily basis. There is a small car park outside the front from my recollection but there are the side streets too. With some tweaks and improvements this certainly could be very good venue for a drink and curry any night. Chandan I hope you see this as a positive review and I hope you do change the chicken sheek kebab as they would really be great and keep the food fresh, hot and not overcooked and you’re on to a winner. We will be back to try something else soon :)

Not bad, looks recently refurbished, good selection of drinks, clean. Plenty of space and seating available, went on a Friday was hilarious, seems like local bar full of friendly locals.

Este lugar se llama The Perseverance porque te sirven la más asquerosa, de bordes quemados , aceitosa, demasiada pasta de tomate, pizza jamás & si necesitas comida, tienes que perseverar para comerla.

Otro pequeño negocio se ha cerrado en Covent Garden. . . Realmente me gustó Scotts y estoy triste de verlos partir. . . Sospecho que el aumento de la tasa de locura acaba de hacer que sea demasiado difícil para otra pequeña empresa competir con Starbucks et al. . . Buena suerte a los propietarios y espero que aparezcan en otro lugar.

Tuvimos un funeral familiar y el velatorio se celebró en el niño árabe. No puedo elogiar a los chicos de allí lo suficiente. Seyda y su equipo de bar fueron tan educados, atentos e hicieron todo lo posible para que el día fuera lo más especial posible. La comida era otro nivel de delicioso y había un montón de ella. Gracias a todos en el niño árabe, me quitaste mucho estrés a mí y a mi familia en un día difícil y emotivo. No puedo recomendar lo suficientemente alto y volveré a defo para una pinta pronto xxx

Este pub solía tener tan buen ambiente, sin embargo, en esta ocasión un miembro del personal obviamente estaba creando un mal ambiente para todos los demás empleados. Estaba sentado en el restaurante haciendo papeleo y mientras comía nuestra comida se puso de pie y roció su aftershave frente a la parrilla el olor entró directamente en nuestra comida! Tan poco profesional y desagradable que le pregunté a otro miembro del personal quién era y me dijeron que era el jefe de cocina, nos Pedimos pescado con patatas fritas y pedimos vinagre cuando llegaron nos dijeron por él que iba a llegar el martes! Hay un Tesco a 2 minutos de distancia, cualquiera con cualquier servicio al cliente habría ido y comprado una botella! Parecía que habíamos hecho un inconveniente con solo pedirle vinagre. Sinceramente, me sorprendió su actitud. Entonces lo presenciamos hablando con la señora que estaba en la cocina de una manera muy desagradable Se sentó en el restaurante haciendo papeleo mientras los comensales a su alrededor necesitaban servicio Terminamos nuestra comida y ni una sola persona vino a preguntarnos si queríamos algo más. Movimos nuestros platos a la mesa de al lado y él todavía se sentó en la mesa de enfrente y ni siquiera se levantó y despejó platos o preguntó si queríamos desierto. Después de unos 10 minutos fuimos al bar para que los platos de la factura nunca se borraran de la mesa y tengo que decir que no volveré pronto, lo que es una pena, ya que este solía ser un pub tan encantador.

Positivos: excelente ubicación en la frontera de Kilburn / Maida Vale, el personal muy agradable y servicial. Negativos: la comida tardó bastante en llegar y no era muy agradable, pero habíamos esperado tanto tiempo que lo comimos. Lo peor fueron las moscas - un montón de moscas diminutas (moscas de la fruta? ) volando alrededor aunque la ubicación en sí parece muy limpia. Aparentemente ha estado sucediendo durante un tiempo - realmente necesitan resolverlo, ya que este pub no estaba muy lleno... ... No regresaré.

Gran lugar, he estado allí para el almuerzo, buena comida y bebidas. El personal era muy agradable buena comida y bebidas y buen ambiente sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Me encanta el interior de este lugar. Muy inesperado. Todas las cervezas pena increíble enumerados son casi nunca en realidad. También probé el 'po boy 'plato tipo sándwich la semana pasada, que era bastante horrible. Pan duro y difícil que había sido pescado frito más de una vez. Este lugar también cobra demasiado para la media tarifa. Si estás cobrando £6 una pinta y £12 por un sándwich de lujos y patatas fritas es mejor que sea realmente bueno, y no lo es.

El café (servido en tazas de cartón) está bien, pero la ensalada de pato (servido en una caja de cartón) es casi no comestible - 3 pequeños trozos de pato ahumado (ok) , y una pila de fideos secos y fríos. Le mencioné esto a la señora de la caja, no estaba interesada. ¡No voy a volver!

I am so torn as I really like this place, love its coffee and products and visit it very often usually for coffee or food to go during the weekend or weekdays. I always find the lack of music disturbing but I recently visited the space to work as I thought that it would be a good place to sit and focus on my work but the ladies that work in this place are SOOOOOOOOO loud.. I have never seen anything like it. Even if I was with a friend I would not have been able to chat with them as the two ladies behind the counter were constantly chatting extreeeeemely loudly. Such a shame honestly this should be a place to sit down and relax but NOPE! Only coffee to go moving forward.
