I was disappointed to see how "tired" the Junction had become. Service wasn't brilliant and they hadn't got a full menu available. ( No Jacket potatoes, no cheese and onion quiche and the cheese quiche was so tasteless) No apples for Apple pie. It was almost empty. We wont be going back.

Called to see if they had space for us for lunch and they were very accommodating and fit us in even when busy. This is a really nice traditional pub, friendly staff and a cosy feel. I had the Brie, honey and garlic which they offered to make into a bigger portion for me as I was having it as a main, which was very kind of them! My partner had the sausage and mash and loved it. We will definitely come again!

After being regulars at this pub for 2+ years and being happy with the service and food on all occasions I will never be going there again. The pub was apparently closed for a wedding but with no signage anywhere to tell the average customer this. We were met at the front door with ‘what do you want’ which quickly escalated to me being called an aggressive cow, and my 60+ father a c*#t who they then threatened to take to the car park for a fight when told they had poor customer service. I have worked in the service industry for most of my career and can not believe the way we were spoken to today. If you have any issues with this pubs service don’t dare challenge it as they are aggressive and threatening. Avoid at all costs as people like that should not be allowed to be customer facing

Visited in April for a drink and liked the place so we're back here in September so booked Sunday Lunch. Perfect, good portions, friendly staff, great tasting food and a first in a long time, they actually had French Mustard... 2 types too! Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby and in the area.

Called on the off chance that we could get lunch. My husband went in to ask if we could get a meal without having booked as it was by then 1.30. The young man was very helpful and sorted a table straight away. At the moment I’m in a wheelchair which wasn’t a problem here at all, the young man moved a chair to allow me to sit there. The food was amazing and we would definitely visit again to try some more choices from the extensive menu.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation had been recently modernised. The breakfast was adequate, though its presentation lacked care and attention to detail. Sadly the hotel is in need of basic maintenance: our toilet and shower did not work properly so we had to be given access to another room. Two of our room windows were screwed shut, and the hardware on the third window, which did open, was hanging off. There was mould on the shower tile grouting. The entrance to our room, directly from the courtyard car park, needed to be swept and weeded.

Had a great lunch at The George with parents and children. Huge portion sizes and great food. Good range of bar pumps including Landlord and Blqck Sheep - just a shame I was the driver of the day… We had Fish & Chips, Burger with pulled pork and Shepherds Pie. All were lovely, arrived quickly and even filled up the teenagers!! Puddings for the youngers went down very well too. And reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Would have no reservations going back again; including with the in-laws😀

The Swan at Braybrooke has recently been taken over and I heard on the grapevine that they were no longer doing food. I was really disappointed as the food here was absolutely lovely. Thankfully, what I heard was not true. I went for lunch last Friday on my own as I had a rare day off. I sat in the beautiful garden in the sun with a starter, crispy chunky chips, a glass of white wine and my book. It was peaceful and idyllic. The starter of mushrooms stuffed with herbs, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese were delicious and who doesn't love a chunky, crispy chip. I can't wait to do this all again... british weather permitting.

What an absolute gem. The owners David and Lee are hosts with the most. Beautiful inside very individual and welcoming. The food is super and the cocktails aren't to shabby either . Will definitely be a returning customer. Now we've found this charming wonderful place.

Not been for a few years but the food and service along with a lovely menu and specials board were all excellent , staff were very efficient and friendly , we booked for 5-30 and about 6 pm onwards it started to fill and get busy but everyone around us was served efficiently and obviously they were used to being busy yet plenty of check ins to see If everything was ok . Could not fault the food or drinks and the specials desserts were so tasty Highly recommend and will definitely be back again Well done to all at the Angel

Three of us called in for lunch yesterday, we received a nice welcome and we were fortunate enough to get a table with a view over the countryside. Being lamb lovers all three of us chose the lamb rump which was cooked to perfection. Staff were attentive and very friendly.
