The best restaurants serving British food in England

No esperaba mucho cuando me topé con esta pequeña y sencilla pizzería, pero el olor me atrajo y ahora soy un cliente recurrente. La pizza es como creo que se debe hacer, con una base de tomate llena de sabor, una corteza robusta pero aireada y coberturas frescas cubiertas de queso. La mejor pizza que he comido mientras estuve en el Reino Unido y su clasificación de consejeros de viaje de 155 de 21.000 restaurantes en Londres es, si acaso, baja en mi opinión.

An important place in Taunton! A great variety of events and shows. Friendly and welcoming small venue with a great vibe.

Ate here recently, lunch from the Christmas menu. Dining room very nicely presented, great service, very nice food....all very quiet and calm despite most tables being full. Will be back!

5 Stars Talland Bay Hotel is a breath of fresh air in a world of uniformity—wonderfully unique and full of character. The decor is charmingly eccentric, and the staff are simply outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make our stay perfect. Our weekend was fabulous from start to finish, enjoyed by my wife, myself, and even our small dog, who was warmly welcomed. We truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Lovely, proper pub in a gorgeous location. The staff were friendly, the food was great and so was the beer. I live quite a long way away in mid Cornwall, but I shall certainly go again.

Otra visita increíble. Decidí llevar a mi amiga a celebrar su cumpleaños y a las dos nos apetecía un asado. La comida era excepcional. Yo tenía los hongos (obviamente) y mi amigo tenía la sopa especial que estaba delicioso, luego los dos teníamos carne asada seguido de manzana crumble y natillas para compartir, pero deberíamos haber conseguido uno cada uno porque era irreal. El personal como siempre era brillante. Si te gusta un asado no te decepcionará.

Had the BLT w/ Slaw & Crisps. Also had 2 Coronas. - Service was nice, fast and efficient. - One of the best BLTs I've ever had. Bread was light and nicely toasted. Bacon was delicious and not stringy. Lettuce was nicely dressed & tomatoes were nicely sliced. One of the best BLTs I've ever had. - Restaurant was very nicely presented, nice location and had a nice seaside vibe.

Fabulous food from the Brick’s Christmas menu. I think we’ve covered every option in our three visits this month and every choice was excellent. Very generous portions and the service was great too. Nothing was too much trouble, from topping up drinks to getting sauces and giving us time to digest each course. I’d thoroughly recommend a visit - the normal menu is very good too! This kebab place's chicken, lamb, shish, adana shish and doner were very good. The presentation was also very great.
