This is a well nigh perfect proper pub. Lovely ambience, knowledgeable friendly staff and excellent beer. We couldn't fault a thing. There's even a bowling lane upstairs. Try for a tour of the brewery attached. The brewers are so enthusiastic and dedicated to their craft and all the beer is excellent. Dog friendly and welcoming. A real old fashioned pub just as you would like to remember them. Returning very soon

Harry’s Bar is well and truly OPEN! Went for lunch. The beer selection and wine is great. We both had the fish and chips my wife had the £8 small portion and I asked for mine to be lightly battered the staff said it wasn’t a problem as it’s all freshly cooked.

It's a nice place to stay and it took us 20 mins drive to Wells and 20 mins drive to Glastonbury. Jeff, the owner guided us with these 2 places with Iternary and that was so easy to cover all places. He is very helpful and great guy. He made good breakfast and dinner. Family had a great time.

Visited here on a Saturday afternoon. I was really surprised nobody else was in the resteraunt. Service was okay, did nothing wrong but didn't really go out of their way. Food was pretty good but a little overpriced. It was an okay visit, however three stars is probably an accurate review

I’ve got a baby shower booked for here for next Sunday, and I just wanted to say, the team at Vertigo have been amazing! Sam has been sooo helpful and answered all of my million questions, and will be doing a lovely afternoon tea graze table etc. all in-house! Every one of my requests / questions have been answered and Sam and Rob have made this whole thing so nice and easy :) I cannot wait to come along and have my baby shower here next week, thank you Sam & Rob!

Friendly,convenient bar with good selection of drinks including Guinness Zero ( yay ! ) . Great fresh rolls.

Amazing pizza Friendly staff I highly recommend this place

Just picked up fish and chips for six. If you come to Great Yarmouth and fancy something to eat, I could not recommend this place enough, friendly welcoming staff great value and excellent food. Thank you, Rustys Plaice will be using you again

1st time in this pub and I was blown away. Not only was it super friendly. The range of beers on offer was a great suprise. I even sampled some of the bar snack to help soak up the beer. I can highly recommend the Salt and pepper chicken goujons. I will definitely be returning. Fabulous little find.

We had traditional beef Sunday roast. So reasonable at £19.00 with the leanest slices of tender beef, thinly sliced but generous portions / no steak knives necessary. And 6 different veg including crispy fluffy roast potatoes and crisp Yorkshire puds.

A warm friendly welcome awaits you here by all had an evening meal which I could highly recommend was fantastic value for money good sized portions very prompt service with a smile well worth a visit will be return for sure soon

Really nice dog friendly cafe with lovely decor, nice food and friendly staff. Service was slow and mistakes were made. Not sure if they were understaffed or a bit disorganised.

Me encanta este lugar para la comida fresca e incluso los sándwiches son buenos. Hoy sin embargo fue un poco decepcionante, el café vino después de la comida, al igual que las servilletas y el cuchillo y el tenedor, la comida y el café eran buenos, pero mi café solo dos tercios lleno? ¿Cuando comenté la respuesta fue que la señora solo entregaba la comida? Ella mencionó que tenían poco personal, pero no asumió ninguna responsabilidad por el tema, simplemente nos dejó. Realmente espero que esto no se convierta en la norma, solo estropea un buen regalo.

The Anchor is a top pub. Paul is world class bartender. Great vibes. Love the local feel and cold beers. Have a game of darts as well.
