I went to harvester today with family I didn't like it we got told that "you can't have salad before ordering " where before you can just go up and help yourself, and the prices are really expensive for meals i won't be going there again 👎😠 not a happy costumer, the place has gone down hill. Have a nice day.

Covent Garden Poor customer service, we needed to chase up the order several times A rude lady served us today lunch time, very unprofessional Extremely slow and dismissive service The chicken wings were tasteless and the flat iron steak was awful Avoid it !

First time visiting this nandos. The foods all the same ... no complaints. The decor/layout is much nicer than other nandos I have been to. Staff were really friendly. Only issue I had is allllll of the ketchup bottles had about 8% of ketchup left in them. Had to take 3 bottles to my table and turn them upside down. Other than that had a lovely lunch :D

Very disappointed with this restaurant and the attitude of the staff. We watched as a meal sat under the heat lamps for 10 minutes waiting for another meal to arrive. We were then told by the staff that this did not happen, saying that as a customer we were lying. The sail meal was stone cold and the first one not a lot better. Very disappointed also in their salad ....

Have been to many outlets of Nando's but unfortunately in this particular one the customer service was pretty slow. The time it took to deliver the glass was a sign, but liked the thoughtful suggestion of a glass of water for me since I hadn't ordered any soft drinks. But seeing our food waiting under the heat lamp for nearly eight minutes was excruciating and really not how they serve usually. Presumably the staff were tired after a busy early evening service but it was a shame as their standards are very high.

Had a good time there, though it was very expensive there so I’d drink more at home before going there. Don’t try the angry orchard, tastes like sweaty socks, almost made me puke. Overall good service and the security was beyond great, guards everywhere.

Visited on a Monday lunchtime on a drizzly day. A fair few people were there for either a drink or lunch. Beautiful fifteenth century coaching in with lovely atmosphere, full of beams, old furniture, pictures etc. This place oozes charm. Good quality and tasty pub food. All what we had was homemade to include the chips. Always put off when the chips are out of a freezer. Not inexpensive but that does not mean bad value. Nice and helpful lady behind the bar. It’s nice to have a trip out to this pretty village. Used to come to the village when our children were young and eat at a lunchtime/tea shop place called Magnolia then Buckley’s. That closed down a few years back and now without the children this place is great and utterly charming. Will return soon despite the 40 minute drive from the Herts Essex border where we live. Highly recommended.

We came to TKC for dinner and we were greeted by Aanchal straight away. Very friendly and helped with our orders. Our food came immediately and was very delicious, full of flavour. I really enjoyed it and would recommend that if you are in the area then come to TKC for some real authentic food.
