Worst donner Kabab I ever had. I think it was from yesterdays left overs. It all went in the bin. I don’t think I will be visiting soon.

I visited Charcoal Chicken with a few friends and ordered the Kebab Roll. I took one bite and thought "wow this is the best kebab roll I have eaten" and trust me I ate many. As soon as you enter the restaurant I was greeted by the charming young man called Hashim who looked after us and every other customer. Great customer service and so many options food wise. Great experience from the moment you enter the door of this food heaven to leaving it. Can't wait for my next visit.

I went with my boyfriend for a meal around 21:30 pm, we ordered some chicken and it was ready really quick, so around 21:45 , we had our meals on the table, we were eating and the gentleman at the till came to tell us that they were closing by 22:00 pm, so we started eating very quickly. I did not say anything as I understand they were closing. At 22:00, he said to me: "Madam, it's 22:00 "and I said: "I am sorry I am finishing" as I dont devour food and I cannot finish the whole food in 15 minutes and I questioned him why he did not mention when we ordered the food, otherwise we would not have sat in the table, he said to me: stop eating, you need to go, you should know. So this gentleman assumed that I knew what time the restaurant was closing, I could not finish my meal as I had to leave half on the plate and he was shouting at me. The customer service is extremely poor, If I treat someone like the way he treated me in my job, I would be fired. He has no manners, I do not understand how these kind of people are allowed to work with people. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTHY AT ALL.

It doesnt get much better than that: Hot spiced chicken and warm soft bread fresh from the oven. High quality foods that touch on the authentic flavours of home. Really top notch!

I have to say that chicken is hard to do because it can dry easily, but here I had some super juicy tender chicken that was spiced to perfection!

Ana wla!/kana who works there is very rude. Along with the cook with long hair & cap who stares rudely at anyone ordering food. The only welcoming person working there is the bazurg with the chitta beard.

Went for dinner with couple of freinds for dinner. I was talked out of having a late Fried chicken from one of the big name chicken place. I was told i would be impressed with this joint they will yake me. So we ended up at this place as we entered it looked CLEAN AND GOOD SET UP. Very straight forward MENU not too many DISHES which is GOOD. we ordered our meal on the counter and it was brpught to us. The Half Chicken Bbq on Charcoal Perfectly Bbq and well Spiced Cant go wrong VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. AND VERY HEALTHILY TO FRIED CHICKEN. The Sheekh Kaababs i found them with a bit spicey but nicely cooked not over done. The Naans were good aswell. The salad maybe needed a bit of Freshness. Over all i would go there anytime. WELL DONE GUYS

Very ill mannered. I been there twice and decided to not visit. They like finger more and was trying to take my finger.

Excellent food for reasonable price. Good customer service. However limited menu options. There should be more menu options to choose from.

Very good masala fish in this RES. I love it. Grill chicken is fresh and tasty too. Only down side is I found the sauce too liquidity. It used to be nice before. But now, sad to see the shop is started to cut corners​ and saving ? :)

We ate well, for cheap, reasonably fast. There is some space to sit down, or you can takeaway. Definitely get a nice burger or chicken-wrap here. Also: LOOKED VERY CLEAN IN THE KITCHEN! WELL DONE! KEEP IT UP!!!

Decided to have takeaway on Sunday and my husband had the fish which he said was nice but I'm vegetarian so had the vegi burger and chips.. it was horrible.. full of oil and still frozen veg inside.. it was tasteless and was binned after just 1 bite... burgers are cheap and of poor quality..other food eaten in the past has been good and the chicken and kebabs are yummy.. not good on vegetarian choice... ended up making a sainsbury frozen spicy bean burger at home which was delicious😊

Their masala fish and chicken donor is very tasty. Staff are also very friendly especially Khan Sahib.

Been visiting since the place first opened...use to be good portions n good prices. But now the prices have nearly tripled for the same food. Use to be given sauces with meals but now they charge per tub which is quater full anyway. We always get a take away but not anymore since we erything is so overpriced now

We usually order a whole chicken as a take-away order, which is always nice; they do need to provide more sauce though. There kebabs are ok but not worth getting, as there better options available within the Southall and Hounslow area.

These guys do excellent grilled chicken, lamb doner, kebabs & masala fish. Avoid the chicken burger though.

Looks like a fast food joint but the food is good quality. They do fast food as well but I recommend the tikka rolls.

The food is delicious and staff extremely friendly. Good prices and definitely worth it and very clean. Never disappointed on every visit, and I've been there loads!

This is one of countless halal eating options in Central Hounslow area. The place was quite busy, so apparently its quite popular among the locals. I had a half chicken with naan (and some amazing red chutney!), and my daughter tried the masala fish with chips, which was somewhat like Lahori fish, and quite good. Prices were quite reasonable too. Verdict: Recommended!

We come here whenever we can for fast food and always get the same things, masala fish with chips, salad and a naan. The fish is coated in lovely spices and fried it is beautiful, never found any bones in the fish either. This is to be enjoyed with the sauces provided.

Their chicken Donner is not bland like most and is full of flavour and spice. It is perfect with a man bread or even their own steak cut chips.

The chicken kebab and grilled chicken breast was succulent . The salad was nice. The food which was prepared seemed to have been well thought of with great spices. Lovely.

What more can I really say. Its Nando's style but better in a way. Always fresh. Chicken lovers haven.

What was primarily a takeaway has expanded its seating area. The grilled chicken is lightly spiced and cooked to perfection. Kebabs are very tasty and not too hot! Salad and crisp ultra fresh nan bread makes for a healthy filling meal. At £3 for half a chicken it's super value.
