I think something positively changed at this kebab! Previously I didn’t really like it as vegetables didn’t feel fresh and meat had some cartilage but we gave it a chance today it was one of the best kebabs I had in Feltham/Hounslow. The meat was really tasty, with zero cartilage, nice sauces and really tasty veggies 👌🏻 I hope it will stay like this so I can order more often 😋

Two items were missing. Over £15 of food not delivered. Reported it to just eat but now response and no refund. Disappointing give how frequently I order from you guys.

I usually love this place but recently there tomatoes are mushy , the portion size is smaller especially the amount of salad and the last three orders we’ve not received peppers with the kebabs . I think they’ve changed ingredients to because the donner leaves a weird taste in my mouth . Such a shame as they’ve been my favourite for years usually really good

The food was like a dog food even dogs are not served like that. Every thing mixed together in a container, can you imagine that? The chicken looked nice in a way but mixed together wrapped up with a paper, sauce all over in the carrier bag. I have never seen food delivered like that in my life time ordering food. I tried the chicken but the presentation put me off, had to throw everything in the bin. I meant to take pictures but my partner unfortunately had already discarded. Is that only me they served like that or everybody. My birthday supper treat was ruined food wise as I wanted to enjoy. Thanks to my friend who treated me lunch time otherwise. I am still shocked and would like to know if that is the way their food is being served

soaking wet kebab.. not sure if they spilt a drink on it...went in the bin.. burger order wrong. less that poor quity.

I love this place!! Chicken shish is top drawer, loads of meat and salad. The chilli sauce is proper too. Defo recommend 👍

Yes Deffo the best kebab in a long time Go on treat yourself (ask for the pita bread to be crispy I forgot too But great kebab and lots to eat Hit the target 🎯

Gone downhill unfortunately and have become so expensive. The chicken shish has changed and isn’t great and the lamb shish is tough and chewy. Was always my favourite place but not anymore which is a shame because their food used to be so tasty.

Dont buy from this shop its very exoensive also its dirty and the stuff are very rude . I find qome hair in the meat and when i complaint they didnt apologize they told me if u r not happy dont come again . Turkish people are known by the bad behavior even in their country so dont waste your money with this type of people . Rubish 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 i would give 00000000 rate

I was really proud to see that I had a woman driver that delivered my food on time she was very nice to me when I opened the door and said enjoy my food and have a good night there should be more women drivers that delivers the food she made my night 😉

your delivery guy left at the time it was meant to be delivered but, The Chicken Donner Kebab was just what I needed and for that, I should award you 5 stars... Just get you're delivery times right....

The food was lovely plenty of chicken and salad. The only improvement I can say is there should have been more mayonnaise.

Ordered scampi and burger. Scampi was very small portion and loads of fries. Burger very boring. Patty on a bun!

Been ordering from here for years. Think it must have changed hands as my kebab came as a D.I.Y. kit. A box with meat and salad in it and a pitta bread on the side. Nothing wrong with the quality but disappointing as not what I expected.

Hi there, I order from you a couple of times a month and always superb. Tonight however it was inedible. All of the packaging was soaking wet, also the pittas and you also got our orders mixed up, no onion etc. such a shame as may not use you again, maybe you’ve changed hands?

Good sent out by just eat as a multiple order, with a cyclist… took 30 minutes to finally arrive and when it did it was all stone cold, soggy and not edible. Some chips were raw and some overcooked some had soaked all the juice from salad. ( previously the chips and salad had been served separate ) After calling the restaurant they were rude and lied and said he had only sent 10 minutes ago. Portion sizes are small. Food quality was not acceptable. Terrible customer service

Food tastes fantastic but the courier clearly delivered multiple orders out of the way from my location. Order went from 7 mins delivery to over 20.

In all the years of Ordering from charcoal grill I’ve never had any complaints . Today my chicken was burnt there was no chilly sauce it was cold it was just not nice at all . I can’t eat this, it’s terrible and I love charcoal grills kebabs . Is this place under new management ? Oh and no chillies with the salad . Very disappointed and left feeling hungry 😞

I would prefer the salad outside the lahmacun, never before I saw the salad inside the lahmacun. It was cold, maybe because the salad was inside. I think the salad should be an extra option.

For £15 this “large” shish kebab is pretty small. Would hate to order the small kebab as I can imagine it’s more like a wrap. Can’t fault the taste or quality of the food, just the portion size and/or cost.

Gorgeous chicken doner kebab wrap. It was packed to the brim with meat (it resembled a graboid), piping hot, juicy and saucy. I will be ordering again!

Food quality texture and taste were brilliant as usual !!! However, our order arrived in hamburger boxes today what Is mean? The entire order was 30% smaller than what we expected and used to it for the same price! Mixed doner has only a few pcs chicken only, onion rings arrive with chips mixed in them, and mixed meat box with chips has 2x more chips than usual we know what that means... Still looking forward to ordering next time to see if those conditions stay or only temporarily for some unknown reason. Kindly regards Mr Hegyi

My order arrived in the specified time frame, and the order was all correct. The food was hot upon delivery, presented well and not soggy. The portions are also generous. I would order from here again.

We had the house special kebab and there was so much food we will be having leftovers tomorrow.

£6.00 for one pitta & small hummus. Bit of a rip off. Considering if you order pitta on it's own is only 50p. Food wasn't even warm.

Burger and chips was OK but the chicken donner was awful

Had kebabs from here before, many times. Tonights effort was poor. Kebabs were bland, and cold . There was congealed lard like fat on the paper. My lamb doner had no 'dark' meat, the meat on the outside of the lamb, it was very pale and tasteless. I will try them again, but on this occasion it was pretty awfull tbh.
