My “around the way burger shop” never lets me down, tastes better than kfc and the service is better too.

Ordered just some Wings & Chips for the family as we got in late from taking the doggo to the Vets. Chips are fantastic for a Chicken Shop, but the Wings are to greasy which makes the breading have no crunch… and thats what you want in a Hot Wing. I mean yeh it did the Job & was enjoyable overall so 7/10

10/10 highly recommend, best chicken around and Chips are always hot on delivery unlike other chicken shops ! Get food here weekly and wouldn’t get it from anywhere else

I’ve been going to this place into a child that food has been great I love it I’m also loving the fact that I ordered a spicy chicken burger and they gave me two spicy chicken burgers at the end of the night after I finish my day off work appreciate it love these guys I also prefer these guys to KFC

The food arrived 20 minutes late the burger/chips was cold and the bun was hard.I was still made to pay full price when the food arrived.....definitely won’t use them again!!

Everything was fresh hot and so tasty! Wings were fried to perfection, chips were hot and the chicken burger meal was as I ordered and the fillet itself was juicy!! Thanks guys ordered from you 2 in a row now 😁☺😚

Food came 15 minutes late and had looked like it had been sat on when delivered. The delivery driver was rude and possibly the wrap was anaemic at best tiny not good

It's doesn't work this way..first time you go down in my ayes as newer... chicken wings was so bad as newer .. soaked in oil and terrible tasting plus they was unusually dark and they end up in rubbish bin.

The most disgusting food iv ever had, after I tuged and fought to get meat of bone could not even chew rib meat, greasy Luke warm chicken, at least with so much grease you did not worry about taste, driver went to wrong address, no mask, gloves and zero social distancing, def avoid

Food cold ' 20 mins late ' and ordered 3 pieces of chicken ' they gave me 2 pieces and a piece of flat chicken that they put in chicken burgar ' couldnt warm some food because it had mayonaise in ' horrible food

I order from here often and todays service was terrible, I made a call to ask where it was 1 hour and 25 mins after placing only to be told it was only just being prepared. I also received a text to say it was already on its way at this point! The person I spoke to was unhelpful and frankly rude. Considering we have been regulars we will definitely not be using anymore.

The RIBS! I can’t believe someone sent them out, they was tough, smelt like FISH had a weird colour, did not eat them, the hot wings were ok, nothing special, same as the burgers, got one drink wrong... overall not very happy, won’t be ordering again...

It is more an take-away restaurant than an eat-in, but it is still delicious. The chicken is crispy and tender, the chips are soft and nice, the salt is salty. Recommended as one of the best in Loughton.

I’ve always had a good service but tonight I have to say very disappointed food was warm (usually always hot) delivery 20 minutes late! I ordered Diet Coke and got given 7up I do not like 7up so I was charged for something that was thrown away was told someone tried to ring me but my phone never rung I was really disappointed that I’ve paid for something I do not like I won’t be ordering again because when I told the delivery driver I wasn’t happy he laughed at me terrible service

ordered food it arrived 1hr 30 min late i rung up phone dialed for 10 minutes before they answered i had a moan at the guy down the phone he made excuses he was tired of people shouting at him all night as i was on the phone the manger served the food and arrived 5 minutes later i live 2 miles down the road and it 2 and a half hour never ordered again food tasted like dirt anyway

Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited an hour and a half for delivery only to get cold food and brown lettuce. It's a shame I can't upload a photo to show how poor the quality of the food was!!

Ordered delivery waited 1 hour nothing had arrived, which is crazy just for some chicken burgers! Checked just eat and the status said the order had been delivered 12 minutes before I checked?? Called to find out what was going on and was told they had forgot my order but if I wait another 20-25 minutes I will be offered a discount of £3.52!! Not ok when everyone is hungry and waiting. Offered no other explanation or alternative so had to cancel the order. Completely unacceptable. A place I would not recommend and for people to avoid if they are hungry. Terrible service and definitely won't be ordering from there again.
