The food is here is 100% halal and it tastes amazing I would recommend to anyone. And it’s affordable too.

I was there today, the lady working there was very polite and hospitable, the service was very good, the food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, 10 out of 10

Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. We used to come to this restaurant as a family for many years at least once a month. We had some signs of things going wrong direction on our last couple of visit. We decided to have another go today as we really liked them food in the past. I rated them very highly and recommended to many of my friends as the best place in our area if you like to eat good quality of lamb. Unfortunately recently a lot of things started to go wrong. Service used to be absolutely lovely, very positive stuff, always happy to chat and laugh with clients. That has unfortunately changed. Now walking to the restaurant you will be showed by member of the stuff where to sit. They couldn’t be bother to walk towards us and decided to shout from the distance. That happened to us today and it wasn’t even busy and the owner of the restaurant was seating at the bar and chatting with one of his employees. Not very nice welcoming. Anyway we were served by male waiter and he made a mistake which caused us getting launch portion instead of the main. I specifically asked him if the menu has changed as that one looks different to me. Anyway that wouldn’t be the end of the world. Mistakes happen. What was disappointing, was the way that issue was dealt by the owner of the restaurant. The female manager was absolutely lovely and offered us another portion etc. We didn’t really want that as we were with our autistic son, whom would have started to be inpatient. So we decided to pay and go. The manager gave us couple of cakes which was very nice. I wouldn’t take those but she really insisted. We still wanted to let them know about questionable portion. We were explaining that even if that portion was smaller that was unbelievable as I found on my plate only 3 very small pieces of lamb. This is unreal how they can scam customers like that. Our plate was full of very difficult to bite bread and around 500ml of yoghurt surrounded by some tomato sos. It looked that we got four portions of lamb made out of one skewer. Ridiculous. The owner decided to walk away without a world while we were explaining our complain. I just feel sorry for the manager as her good job has been ruined by her employer who should learn from her how the customer service should look. The Manager 5 stars, The owner 0 Wouldn’t recommend to go to place where some don’t appreciate you. I used to come back home from Efezade too full and today I’m starving 🤣😢

A Delicious Experience I had an amazing dining experience at Efezade Mezze Grill. The mezze dishes were fresh, and the main courses were delicious and carefully prepared. The mix grill, in particular, was excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant made the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend it!

Best Turkish restaurant in Debden I recently had the pleasure of dining at Efezade mezze grill , and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Ordered on deliveroo, half of the items are missing. I’m pregnant and with a sick toddler I Contacted the restaurant and they have audacity to say they say they’ve checked the camera and all the items are in there? Which is obviously and absolute lie as the bag I received was sealed and it hasn’t been tampered with. Trying to put the fault at the driver for no reason. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

This place is under new ownership since the start of June. Hulia and her team are smashing it! Food is as good as it's ever been but, the service! The service is another level. They have good vegan option too, see photo. Keep up the great work!

Best kebab and service in the Town

There are many very good Turkish restaurants in and around London. I have discovered a real Gem so much so I drive from East London to Debden Loughton to Efezade Meze Grill without hesitation. Under new management this is my third visit one visit was a special 87th birthday for my Mother in law each and time the food & service is first class and real value for money with a great atmosphere. I can hand on heart throughly recommend this amazing restaurant. I booked one time at short notice for the above mention special event and surprisingly received a beautiful complimentary birthday cake a lovely and well received gesture. They truly go the extra mile to give an unforgettable culinary experience with exceptional food & service Ps Big thanks to the Efezade team you truly deserve your accolades. BR Martin

Wonderful food ı believe this is due to the new management.staff extremely pleasant and helpful . İt was nice to see that they also serve halal. Will definitely be coming back. Had my daughters birthday dinner at Efezade and the team at Efezade had even got me a birthday cake, what a lovely gesture. Apparently if your celebrating your birthday and book in advance they provide the cake, the cake was delicious and did not disappoint.

Came here with my friends, the hospitality was incredible the staff are super attentive and friendly. We came when they was about to close they kept the restaurant open while we had some food. This is my second visit and will be coming here forever 😍

I came here one night. It’s was late. They stayed opened open an extra 30 minutes for me and my friends. The food was soooooo nice. Celebrated my sons birthday here. 7 young adults with a disability & 3 mums. Staff were very patient, courteous & helpful. Provided a free birthday cake that the staff couldn't find at the time so he had an individual cake with a candle & the staff & other customers clapped & sang happy birthday to him which he loved Not long after we got home I had a message from the manager apologising about the cake he should of had She asked for my address & within 15 minutes his cake was delivered to my front door.... 10/10. Would 100% be happy to recommend 5* thank you

First time visiting Efezade under new management and everything was great! I had the lamb shish yoghurt, and it was the best lamb shish I’ve ever tasted. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the yoghurt sauce was delightful. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It was the worst turkish restaurant i have ever been! Even tho it was fully empty today, our food has been served to us after 35/40 mins… we ordered alinazik and it wasn’t even alinasik they gave. If was the weirdest alinazik i have ever tried. Customer service was bad. They apologised at the end for delay but unfortunately lost us. Never again!

It's appears pretty evident, they prioritise takeaway rather than dine in, which is not how it should be.

Honestly the best Turkish I've had! Price is fair too! One problem...no delivery 😭 probably for the best otherwise I'd be ordering too often haha! Update* Went to eat in last week with my partner for our anniversary...never again will I come here or order! Rude and staff have no manners...waiting a long time to take our order and give our food! Starters came almost 10 minutes from the other starter and mains came over 50 minutes later! It seems they don't care about people eating in and takeaway is their priority. There was only my and my wife and 2 other tables. Absolutely shocking. Food wasn't as good as the takeaway service. By the staffs redness alone I won't be returning here and will be advising friends and family of this awful service.

Do not eat here! I ordered a takeaway only to then discover a slug in my food. After emailing twice I had zero response showing they do not care or take this seriously. Luckily I had chicken shish instead of a wrap so I actually saw the slug in the food. Completely put me off their food I wouldn’t risk it!

Very good food, and very friendly staff. The prices seem a little high at first but you get a TON of food for it. We ordered a platter for 2 and that fed 3 of us easily. The lamb shish is exceptional!

Food good except for a 'powdery' yogurt, he changed it for a delicious plain thick yogurt. The chicken soup was good & rum & coke. The chicken wings & salad, no complaints. Hot fresh bread, good. But it all fell thro as the man was rushing about like a dervish/tasmanian devil! Hardly anyone sitting in restaurant, so online food? Surely the people in restaurant matter more or was he unable to talk to lone women. 3 other ladies had the same treatment, so I'm giving 3*

The Turkish restaurant is clean, tidy, hygienic, spacious, huge, big, comfortable, sleek, vibrant, colourful, elegant and bright. The staff are friendly, sociable, welcoming, respectful, well mannered, professional, polite, understanding, organised, knowledgeable about the food and confident. The food is delicious, mouthwatering, flavourful, colourful, well portioned, well balanced, well presented, cooked to perfection and well prepared. The price of the foods and drinks cost £68.80 altogether which my friend paid which I am really grateful for that because he is kind and polite. My little sister, my friend and I had a great a time altogether which is amazing, my little sister said I love this food, my friend said the food is amazing. My little sister even got a free drink from this restaurant. You should go there before it is too late or fully booked of people because they are highly appraised by other people and us which really great which means they are doing their jobs well at the end of the day. We made new friend.

The lunch menu is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are pretty big. The meats have a lot of flavour and I are nicely grilled. The staff are friendly and the food comes out quite quickly. Bonus points given for the fact that they have baby changing facilities!

I recently tried some grilled chicken wings, and they were fantastic! The wings had a perfect crispy skin with tender, juicy meat inside. The seasoning was a great blend of smoky and slightly spicy flavors. Paired with a tangy dipping sauce, these wings were a delightful treat. Highly recommended for any wing lover!

I come here for lunch fairly often and am always impressed by everything. The food is fantastic from start to finish with amazing flavours and great portions. Service is always 10/10 and the waiter is really friendly. The sarma beyti and wings are really good. The shish is also nice but portions of meat are a little small.

The absolute best Turkish restaurant I have been to in England!! I travel from East London just to come here and eat. The food is beyond yummy. The bread, salad and sauces served complimentary on arrival ar just so delicious and I could honestly just eat that on it's own. The mixed grilled platter is full of turkish meats, rice and bulgar and will make you leave with a full tummy. I always have to take a doggy bag home. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Can't wait to come back again (for my 4th visit) !!!!!
