Been here a number of times, luch and dinner, and the Food here is always good. Love the bread before your starter or main, and its always freshly baked 🤤 Freshly cooked, attentive staff and reasonable prices for what you get.

It’s been a fourth time that this establishment has left me down ..food half cooked and on top of that my orders somehow have been forgotten 4 times!!! Just crazy not going there again

We had a family brunch here and ordered from the breakfast/brunch menu which is a fairly new menu being served at this restaurant. We did ask if it’s halal and Zevir ensured it was and they used separate grills and fridges too. We ordered various dishes, shakshuka with sucuk, cilbir, the Mediterranean, American breakfast and Mediterranean omlette all served with complimentary Turkish tea. Everyone was really pleased with their dish, the portion size was generous, every dish was presented nicely and everyone’s eggs whether poached, fried or scrambled were made to perfection. The price was competitive and reasonable as well. The staff and service was really good and they kept ensuring we had everything. We’ll all definitely visit again as being local was definitely convenient. Sincerely hope they carry on with the breakfast menu👍

Very tasty food (apart from kofte...would suggest to look at the recipe as when we tried couldn't eat it due to very veryyyyy strong lamb smell, lamb shish was good though, so suspect that they use different lamb for the kofte), the staff is also nice and very welcoming.

Starting of with the Shakshuka it was beautifully poached and the eggs were cooked to perfection as the yolk was runny and broke smoothly. The Shakshuka was nice with the veggies added to it. All the flavours were perfect and the bread was really good quality as it never got hard. The Medi breakfeast was perfect with the little dips. It’s not soemthing we would go for but I’m glad we tried it as it was really nice. French toast was aesthetically pleasing to look at and tasted Devine. The fresh fruits, clotted cream and maple syrup was amazing it worked really well together. If you love a sweet breakfeast this is for you! With English breakfast you just can’t go wrong. Everything was cooked to perfection. The hashbrows were really nice and crispy. Eggs royal was amazing it’s one of the best royal we ever had. We have never tried it with brioche before but it worked perfectly.

The food here is delicious. Came in for lunch and was very happy with the size of the dish, and most importantly the taste. Good quality chicken with a generous free starter of bread with tasty humous/garlic and mint sauce. The prices are very competitive and the restaurant layout is spacious and bright. Lots to choose from the lunch/brunch menu. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great sized salad with the chicken dish too, tasty rice. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning for dinner at some point very soon.

The food is here is 100% halal and it tastes amazing I would recommend to anyone. And it’s affordable too.

Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. We used to come to this restaurant as a family for many years at least once a month. We had some signs of things going wrong direction on our last couple of visit. We decided to have another go today as we really liked them food in the past. I rated them very highly and recommended to many of my friends as the best place in our area if you like to eat good quality of lamb. Unfortunately recently a lot of things started to go wrong. Service used to be absolutely lovely, very positive stuff, always happy to chat and laugh with clients. That has unfortunately changed. Now walking to the restaurant you will be showed by member of the stuff where to sit. They couldn’t be bother to walk towards us and decided to shout from the distance. That happened to us today and it wasn’t even busy and the owner of the restaurant was seating at the bar and chatting with one of his employees. Not very nice welcoming. Anyway we were served by male waiter and he made a mistake which caused us getting launch portion instead of the main. I specifically asked him if the menu has changed as that one looks different to me. Anyway that wouldn’t be the end of the world. Mistakes happen. What was disappointing, was the way that issue was dealt by the owner of the restaurant. The female manager was absolutely lovely and offered us another portion etc. We didn’t really want that as we were with our autistic son, whom would have started to be inpatient. So we decided to pay and go. The manager gave us couple of cakes which was very nice. I wouldn’t take those but she really insisted. We still wanted to let them know about questionable portion. We were explaining that even if that portion was smaller that was unbelievable as I found on my plate only 3 very small pieces of lamb. This is unreal how they can scam customers like that. Our plate was full of very difficult to bite bread and around 500ml of yoghurt surrounded by some tomato sos. It looked that we got four portions of lamb made out of one skewer. Ridiculous. The owner decided to walk away without a world while we were explaining our complain. I just feel sorry for the manager as her good job has been ruined by her employer who should learn from her how the customer service should look. The Manager 5 stars, The owner 0 Wouldn’t recommend to go to place where some don’t appreciate you. I used to come back home from Efezade too full and today I’m starving 🤣😢

A Delicious Experience I had an amazing dining experience at Efezade Mezze Grill. The mezze dishes were fresh, and the main courses were delicious and carefully prepared. Ordered on deliveroo, half of the items are missing. I’m pregnant and with a sick toddler I Contacted the restaurant and they have audacity to say they say they’ve checked the camera and all the items are in there? Which is obviously and absolute lie as the bag I received was sealed and it hasn’t been tampered with. Trying to put the fault at the driver for no reason. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

This place is under new ownership since the start of June. Hulia and her team are smashing it! Food is as good as it's ever been but, the service! The service is another level. They have good vegan option too, see photo. Keep up the great work!

Best kebab and service in the Town

There are many very good Turkish restaurants in and around London. I have discovered a real Gem so much so I drive from East London to Debden Loughton to Efezade Meze Grill without hesitation. Under new management this is my third visit one visit was a special 87th birthday for my Mother in law each and time the food & service is first class and real value for money with a great atmosphere. I can hand on heart throughly recommend this amazing restaurant. I booked one time at short notice for the above mention special event and surprisingly received a beautiful complimentary birthday cake a lovely and well received gesture. They truly go the extra mile to give an unforgettable culinary experience with exceptional food & service Ps Big thanks to the Efezade team you truly deserve your accolades. BR Martin

Wonderful food ı believe this is due to the new management.staff extremely pleasant and helpful . İt was nice to see that they also serve halal. Will definitely be coming back. Had my daughters birthday dinner at Efezade and the team at Efezade had even got me a birthday cake, what a lovely gesture. Apparently if your celebrating your birthday and book in advance they provide the cake, the cake was delicious and did not disappoint.

First time visiting Efezade under new management and everything was great! I had the lamb shish yoghurt, and it was the best lamb shish I’ve ever tasted. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the yoghurt sauce was delightful. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It was the worst turkish restaurant i have ever been! Even tho it was fully empty today, our food has been served to us after 35/40 mins… we ordered alinazik and it wasn’t even alinasik they gave. If was the weirdest alinazik i have ever tried. Customer service was bad. They apologised at the end for delay but unfortunately lost us. Never again!

Celebrated my sons birthday here. 7 young adults with a disability & 3 mums. Staff were very patient, courteous & helpful. Provided a free birthday cake that the staff couldn't find at the time so he had an individual cake with a candle & the staff & other customers clapped & sang happy birthday to him which he loved Not long after we got home I had a message from the manager apologising about the cake he should of had She asked for my address & within 15 minutes his cake was delivered to my front door.... 10/10. Would 100% be happy to recommend 5* thank you

Honestly the best Turkish I've had! Price is fair too! One problem...no delivery 😭 probably for the best otherwise I'd be ordering too often haha! Update* Went to eat in last week with my partner for our anniversary...never again will I come here or order! Rude and staff have no manners...waiting a long time to take our order and give our food! Starters came almost 10 minutes from the other starter and mains came over 50 minutes later! It seems they don't care about people eating in and takeaway is their priority. There was only my and my wife and 2 other tables. Absolutely shocking. Food wasn't as good as the takeaway service. By the staffs redness alone I won't be returning here and will be advising friends and family of this awful service.
