Chaudhry's TKC Restaurant in Ealing

We came to TKC for dinner and we were greeted by Aanchal straight away. Very friendly and helped with our orders. Our food came immediately and was very delicious, full of flavour. I really enjoyed it and would recommend that if you are in the area then come to TKC for some real authentic food.

The place is very welcoming, Had a very wonderful waitresss called Aanchal who was very attentive and polite. There were many dishes to choose from and its like home cooked food. Love the food and hospitality, definitely would recommend and I will be coming back

Have used this restaurant 3 or 4 times before with a positive experience. However, something over recent months or years has changed. The lamb tikka was very very poor and not cooked properly. I also suspect the lamb / sheep was of poor quality, It was tough undercooked and very difficult to cut. It was returned immediately. However, the staff politely tried to compensate by providing two kebabs which were spicey and good quality. The chef needs to be careful and or receive extra training. I will probably not eat here again for some time.

My wife and I were visiting family members in Southall when we passed by TKC and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Chicken Karahi while the Mrs ordered Saag Chicken. Both dishes were cooked and seasoned to perfection and were bursting with flavor - this is the way to do it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, if you are passing by you must give this place a try.

The decor around is nice, with lots of stylish lighting. However, the buffet isn’t what it seems. From my experience, they only had about 11 different foods mainly from the East. Unfortunately, lots of the food was lukewarm. The service was pleasant, although they did fail to give the correct Wi-Fi password (I think they said that it wasn’t working, but I'm not fully sure). On the bright side, they were quite friendly. For ‘dessert,’ The waiters handed out plastic bowls -- like the takeaway ones -- which had small rice in this milk-like liquid, a bit like ras malai. Overall, the total cost was £70 for 2 adults & 3 Children, which was different to the price when we asked over the phone, where they said £62. Compared to other buffets, such as Zaza Bazaar, it isn’t worth the money you pay for it. Altogether, I personally wouldn’t recommend going here for the buffet.

I always look forward to the Iftar Buffet at TKC during Ramadan. Once again this year, it didn't disappoint. There was so much to choose from. I am completely full. Absolutely fresh and delicious!!!! See photos

we didn’t receive our order... we called many times, and they wouldn’t pick up our calls; it just kept ringing. why confirm the order if you’re not going to deliver it? fix your service.

Came in at the tail end of lunch which was quiet busy. Initial service wasn’t the fastest (had to ask for the menu twice) and had to seat ourselves but once the rush died down, the servers were great and attentive. Food came out very fast which was fab. Food was lovely - enjoyed everything apart from saag paneer which wasn’t great so avoid that but everything else was delicious. Portion sizes were on the smaller side. Server Suman was lovely. Also, has prayer space which was a nice addition.

Food was cold, Nehari was not tender as it should be and rasmalai was Indian sweet chum chum in milky syrup. Not what I expected from such a reputable restaurant. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again!!

I was here last month and thought I’d give it another go, previously I was here about 3 years ago and was very disappointed. I have to say I was disappointed again and this time the main concern was the hygiene levels and food wasn’t great. We were served cold food and the plates were dirty. Even the glass was dirty. I ordered a lamb curry, mixed grill and samosas. I wasn’t happy with any of it. We left most of it uneaten, paid and left. I did tell the waiter that the food wasn’t great but he just bought the bill. I’m not one to argue about paying so didn’t bother saying anything more. I definitely won’t ever come back here. Such a shame as we go to southall with friends and family and the food places are so disappointing!!

We visited TKC as a family of four for the first time. We were first greeted by the manager Farika at the door and she was so polite lovely and welcoming. We were served by Sumal and Farika throughout,they made sure we were okay and had everything we wanted and were happy with the food etc. It was a really nice atmosphere everyone seemed really happy. Farika is one of the best managers i have come across a very lovely woman and an asset to the team. And the food was amazing honestly worth it! Will be coming here again very nice experience! :)

Probably the most famous name on the Broadway but definitely not what it used to be, it does have a fair reputation of not being that good; I have tried the restaurant a few times in the past three/four years after a long gap; pre-Covid, during Rishi Sunak’s 50% off incentive and post-lockdown. The service was ok but the food was disappointing; if the restaurant was in a pre-dominate non-south Asian area, it would probably get away with it being considered ‘decent’ but on Southall Broadway, no chance. They seem more geared towards the young population and local students ordering (halal) Chinese.

All the food was really cold Samosas were burnt and must have just been taken out of fridge really very bad Chicken was not fresh it was not pleasant to eat Kebabs the worst I’ve eaten they were really smelly Will not order from you again

I oderered a lamb tikka roll to eat in and a takeaway to bring home. The food was all really good and the service excellent.

We arranged our son's engagement function at TKC. right from the beginning the management was very helpful, understanding, flexible and helpful. On the day, everything went like clockwork. The arrangement were wonderful. The staff members n our section Satti and Bilawal were very good and attentive. I cannot praise Satti enough for her care, attentiveness towards guests. Nothing was too much for her. Cannot praise her enough. The food was excellent and plentiful. The guests were very happy with food and services. Well done TKC, keep it up. Satti, THANK YOU, You were great.

We had to call the restaurant when our order didn't arrive, they said the Just Eat driver never turned up so they kindly brought the order to us personally. We should be refunded the delivery charge for a start. I don't think we will bother with Just Eat again!

TKC were our caterer for a bollywood film in June and the food was awful and inedible. I am a vegetarian (recently) and the 1st 2 days the dahl had a meaty taste to it and it was lukewarm at best. The second day we were served palak paneer and it had no taste and hardly any paneer but potatoes instead. Day 3 I stopped eating the food altogether. The caterer hygiene was poor as he did not wear gloves, the same hands that he unloaded the food he would use to heat the naan with his bare hands ( without washing them), then when we were finished he would load up the uneaten naan with his bare hands . The salad was the only some what decent item served and which I found a piece of used ginger in it. The biranyani was full of spice and served with what looked like a hashbrown dipper in batter deepfried. All the snack ie spring rolls were always cold. I tasted the mithai and it tasted like gone off milk. There was many complains by the team and the majority of the staff hated the food. In week 3 the food somewhat improved but I am sure this was after many complaints. I would never eat here nor hire the caterers given a choice. Terrible and really disappointing

Ridiculously, there was no communication from the restaurant about order being delayed. When I called them up after one hour, they advised that the driver has already left and stuck in traffic. I have lived in Southall for years now, and never has the traffic delayed the order by this long. The person at the restaurant gave me the delivery person's contact number and it was up to me to track the delivery with no willingness from the restaurant to track it. They were just keen to disconnect my phone. Moreover, the order was incomplete when it reached us. I will not order from here again, as their system is not built for home deliveries

My umpteenth visit to this restaurant. I had house special noodles (chicken, lamb&veg) and beef sizzler. amazing taste. They even provided soy sauce on the side. they are passionate about service. The look of the inside was amazing.

My family and I drove from Edinburgh to come and visit London and we came across Chaudhry’s TKC in Southall. The food was really delicious and authentic we actually ordered the Peshawari chicken Karahi and requested it be boneless for the children they kindly accommodated us. The Chinese was superb the chicken noodles manchurian sizzler was so yummy and I would definitely return again staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 we even ordered a whole lambs leg to take back home to Edinburgh. You do have to give notice beforehand (24 hours) mango lassi is a must!!! Also prices were very reasonable and I would definitely come again soon. Keep it up guys!
