Had an absolute blast,great people and brilliant atmosphere.

Old story boozer. Friendly staff, good beer and prices are fair. They also have some good bands on

Called in for a drink on Xmas night out only to witness the barman opening a bottle of JD with his mouth (trying to get the label of lid) I didn't have that drink and left 🤢

We stayed at Riize Rooms on New Street from 14th to 17th August. So during this time we did visit this Pub, which was virtually across the road from our accommodation. We would pop in for a nightcap on our way back to our accommodation at the end of the evening. We made it here just before last orders were called. It is a no frills pub, however it is clean well maintained, friendly staff and cheap beers. Our two drinks were nearly £2 a round cheaper than we were paying in some pubs in Town and exactly £3 dearer than other.. Our two drinks cam There was a poster outside the Pub advertising beers with the slogan "enjoy a proper pint at a proper price." This in essence sums this pub up.

I love this pub. Great music, great beer, great staff. Can’t go wrong comin go to this brilliant establishment

Good prices, friendly staff and sport on TV! No hot food - but you can't have everything... Still WELL worth a visit.

Came here for an open mike night. Mostly acoustic guitar/vocalists and one old boy singing old old songs to his own mini karaoke machine lol Seems like a nice friendly old school proper pub.

One of the best atmospheres in Worcester. This pub is very down to earth, drinks are cheap, music is loud (not a negative in my book) and service is very good. The Old Greyhound is quickly becoming a regular stop on nights out for us.

Girly weekend in Worcester and came across this gem of a place by accident via a pub crawl. Karaoke on Friday and DJ playing all tracks from 60s upwards on Saturday! Staff were friendly and drinks are reasonably price!

Never been in this venue before, I am so impressed with the service I have received! I have been in twice this week alone. The drinks are very reasonable and the team are so friendly. I would like to make a special mention to JP who made both my visits very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this venue if you are in Worcester and fancy a nice drink.

Great Karoke - Laura and team have really got the place rocking.

Fabulous karoake evening, out with work colleagues. The singers were absolutely brilliant. The encouragement, the atmosphere, all the staff, all the customers were fabulous! I'd never been there in the evening before but my boss wanted Guinness🍻 and karaoke 🎤, so he was very happy😄!!!! We do what we can to keep the Managing Director happy! 😉 Thanks for making our work's outing end on such a high note!!!

Very rude woman behind the bar, asked for specific drinks being served the wrong drinks she challenged me rudely saying that I was wrong that I didn't order that, why would I order something I don't want? Accepted the drinks for not to fall into the trap of an argument Despicable behaviour and very rough clientele swearing all the time. Horrible place ran by self entitled staff Avoid at all costs!!

I well to take part in a karaoke night unfortunately it was cancelled due to illness. I ordered a pint and my impression was that the decor was very pleasant as was the service of the barmaid . I will go again very pleasant atmosphere.

It's an old and traditional pub, not execellent, but it's a good place to drink some draft beer and spend some time off. The songs from the 70's or 80's are played there.

Moved to Worcester 6 weeks ago and been in this pub 5 times now. Manager Shane , Tracy & Danni have made us most welcome each visit. Drinks kept well and really reasonably priced compared to other places. Called in tonight with son & girlfriend , who also enjoyed the evening , and son also had a go on the Karaoke . Brilliant night, great atmosphere yet again and will be making this our regular haunt.

got kicked out of a pub we was never even in because another group were using fake ids and our photo got sent around the pubs in friar street, the employees didn’t handle this situation well or give any explanation a lot of my friends said he was rude and put a downer on our day

Hadn’t even been in the pub for 1 minute, and we were told to leave just because we are Uni students, didn’t mean any harm at all just wanted to sit in for a drink whilst doing a pub crawl in worcester. Guy at the bar was rude and took photos of us leaving after we made no fuss, sent them around and got us barred from other pubs on the same street. Put a huge downer on our day when all we wanted was to enjoy our pub crawl. Not happy

From 2-75 a pint of Carling now 3-10 within a week is abit harsh other pubs around the area has gone up around 10p.good atmosphere tho.

Disgusting behaviour from bar staff and bouncer allegedly a family member was spiked won't be going there again very bad. : (

Lovely pub and drinks, but spoiled by a landlord with a loud mouth swearing at people and acting like a bit of an idiot. Shame as otherwise would have been a lovely visit. His filthy language and the way he spoke to patrons was horrible. Made me feel uncomfortable enough to get up and leave. I'm not local, and this is only the 2nd time here but would not recommend a visit.

Very crowded and loud, rugby on, though it was on victorian market weekend. Sold out of some drinks. Maybe nicer in 'normal' times

Good atmosphere in a Covid safe environment

Very disappointed in this place. Me, my mum and my daughter often come here for lunch when we are in town. Today we were refused entry as they are not letting children in. Will not be using them again, try and support a small business to have it thrown back in our face.

While shopping in Worcester a nice place for a pint and a meal, or coffee and a sandwich,even tea and a slice of cake. No matter your needs it's clean and had friendly staff, my only criticism is service can be slow,and there are steps that make accessibility an issue for some elderly or disabled clients.

Went for a meal in the greyhound as we had ate here before the food was great the staff very polite and friendly i would recommend this pub to anyone.

I haven't called into this pub for quite a while and after walking round hot busy shops I needed a drink! The street was quiet but inside here was nicely busy. I waited at the bar as food order was being taken and ordered my drink. Comfy seats with plenty available and a giid WiFi signal. The barman was very cheerful. I would come back again

Called for a drink - the place was clean, The staff were welcoming, Toilets clean, tables polished. Would recommend a visit.

This pub has changed hands since were here last and there is a marked improvement in customer service. The full English breakfast is great value at £4. The service was quick and the staff member also came over to check everything was o.k. That never happened here before! There is a comprehensive menu which offers value for money. We will certainly call again.

Great to see the old place looking back to its best new landlords great new menu and nice to see smiling staff who enjoy what they do. Went early had the breakfast came very quickly it was well presented and hot, coffee with it was good too so happy for folks its back and i am sure it will be a huge success with a wide cross section of the community.

Smallest jacket potato I've ever seen on a massive plate thought I was being punked, was tasty though
