Luigi's Pizza and Fish Bar in Worcester

Came here tonight and ordered food. I didn't receive all my food but paid for it. When I questioned the man who was working there, he said I didn't order anything else apart from a kebab. Even though he charged me for kebab and chips. Absolutely disgusting kebab was stone cold. I will never go there again.

We paid for two XL pizzas at £16.90 each but after a few minutes were told they had no XL pizza bases left, so we agreed two medium and two small pizzas instead for the same price, then ordered a taxi. Just before the taxi arrived, they gave us the mediums but no small pizzas and when questioned they then offered to cook the small ones with no explanation (or we could have ‘a few chips’ instead). Entire thing seemed rehearsed and was timed so we would have to wait another 20 minutes while paying taxi charges. All the hallmarks of a classic scam!

Absolute joke, hour late, stone cold, tasteless , no apology, no refund, never again

The fish that was cooked was still flopping around , the pizza grew legs and arms and was running around , the chips scurried in a herd around the pizza , the donner looked like Donna rushton the local J-bag in Northwick . The worker gave me 2 free pies and a saveloy sausage. Then proceeded to tickle my armpits and lick my toes 1 by 1 , peculiar behaviour some may say but I was aroused . A dog ran in the shop and ate the talking fish cake

Owner is brilliant, great service and helped me out with refund as had to collect instead of delivery as no drivers available at the time.

We have ordered from Luigi's many times and it has been absolutely delicious, hot and freshly cooked food. However, tonight the fish was cold, the batter was not cooked and the chips were a small portion when I ordered large. We will most likely order elsewhere next time

I only rate the atmosphere a 1 star as the toilet could not handle me or the weapon I possessed lovely food bad toilet

The chips from this place are disgusting and they taste like plastic and cold

Superb pizza, super fresh and tasty (Luigi's special) fantastic chips and chicken burger. We have eaten from Luigi's about 5 times now and the food has been amazing! Everything tastes fresh and great. Always greeted nicely and great service. Highly recommend and we will be back again. Many thanks 😊

Disgusting Service. Confirmed my order, took my money, told me to "Enjoy your food" and No Food even turned up. My order was not delivered and when trying to contact the store to resolve the issue received no answer and eventually disconnected the phone...

Amazing prices, ordered large pizza for just £9! Jalapeño cream bites are so so so good, x6 for just £3 and they are huge. Pizza leftovers have lasted us until next day, absolutely amazing place, lovely staff, will definitely return again!! Ignore all older reviews as Luigis has been taken over by new team recently 👍🏻

Never seen a savaloy that looks like this, chips were dry and old and new mixed, curry sauce was runny and tasteless Won't use again

Brilliant service great opening hours brilliant food NORMALLY !!! However went there and bought a chicken and mushroom pie drove home ( 2.2 miles ) when I went to eat it it was stone cold and felt like it had just come from fridge

Ordered fries however when I received my order I had been sent chips. I called the store and spoke to a very rude gentleman who explained they had ran out of fries so had sent chippy chips instead (which I don’t like). The gentleman explained he was unable to ring me to advise me as just eat do not give him my number and then in another breath said he called me but it’s the wrong number? (I order off just eat regularly and my correct mobile number is saved) The man was extremely rude and stated he was unable to offer a refund unless he collected the whole order and was very confrontational. Very poor service and food quality & I will not be returning again!

Chips were pale and roar, kebab had chunks of uncooked meat and the entire meal was a huge disappointment.

Me and a co worker ordered two meals waited an hour and a half rang them to see when it was coming, they told us that they were busy and were not the only one waiting, rang them back to cancel the order they told us that the driver had just left and it will coming soon, very rude will not be ordering from here again

Ordered last week took 4 hours to come kept telling me 10mins away but yet still took 4 hours to come!! then today I Ordered a £47ordered arrived without two of the meals, phoned up the attitude on the people was discusting, refused a refund. Kept telling me I was a liar I wouldn't ever use these again there are so unprofessional and rude!!

We have just had a fantastic meal from Luigi's. It was delivered piping hot and although I cannot eat the batter, there was lots of fish inside my small portion. My husband is pie mad and he said the steak and kidney was up there with the best he has tasted! Great service and excellent food, thank you Luigi's 👍😁

Hands down the best stuffed crust pizza in Worcester...and who doesn't want chip-shop chips on the side? 🤤 Friendly, helpful staff, fast delivery, good value and always happy to accommodate any changes.

Ordered 3 items, pizza ,drink, Nuggets. It arrivedearlier than expected and at a great quality I also got chips threw in. I would of given 5* if it wasn't for the random cube of chicken on my pepperoni pizza

Order was 2 hours late. 3 items from the order were missing. Absolute joke. Tried ringing 15 times, no answer. Could not give a take away a worst rating. STAY AWAY.

We have been to Luigi's in person many times and never had any problem. I ordered through Deliveroo and the order went through fine then just never arrived. I contacted Deliveroo and they said the restaurant use their own drivers so they couldn't track them and when they tried to contact the restaurant directly it appeared that they had closed without completing my order. They hadn't contacted anyone and I was left sat waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. Ridiculous.

Ordered a few times now, the food is ALWAYS late. The staff are rude, offer no apologies/ explanation, and refuse to answer the phone. The portion sizes are wildly inconsistent. My last order was over 2 hours late, and again no apology was given. Will be not be ordering again.

Went in to order some food, nobody else in there the man serving was sat on the phone out the back saw me and completely ignored me, shouted are you open? Left didn't bother ordering went somewhere else never tried before and won't bother going back

Opening times on the door say 4.30 So probably not best to leave your customers outside until near 5 o’clock with not a sign of any staff. Won’t be back again.

Some of the best fish in Worcester and great chips too. We always walk to the shop so can't speak for the delivery. The guy's always very friendly when we go in.

Very poor customer service, completely ignored by two members of staff for approx 3 minutes...not even a hello I'll be with you in a minute! Ordered pizza and the ham tasted funny should have gone with my gut and walked away. Would not recommend:-(

DISGUSTING service!! Placed an order at 7.20 to be told it would arrive at 8.45. 9pm called to find out if the food was on its way to be told it was 10 minutes away. Called again at 9.30 to be told yet again it was 10 minutes away. It finally arrived at 10.05pm and the order was wrong!!!! All we were told was that they were busy. No apology or anything for the disgusting service. Will NEVER order from them again. Steer clear if I was you... Only gave a generous one star because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without giving one. I actually think they deserve nothing at all

Sent me fish chips and sausage there was hardly any fish inside the batter and the sausage was 35*c when it arrived rang up to complain and refused to send anything new to me.

I’ve ordered from this place twice now and they have messed my order up twice and the food isn’t hot the fish is always falling apart the batter isn’t crunchy like it should be and they can’t even get a drink right when I asked for vimto I always get coke and it takes 1hr for it to be delivered when I live 10mins away

Just ordered from Luigi's the other night because my usual takeaway place was closed, and I was pleasantly surprised with the standard of food, ordered burger and chips and dessert, the burger was really nice and the chips were to a very high standard so I ordered again tonight, and same quailty. Highly recommend this place :)
