Cold. The food wasn't good. Staff didn't wash hands or used gloves. Food was not good. Tables disgusting 🫣

Very cold inside, hardly any seats allowed for customers and lighting on some of the space. Dingy appearance. Not inviting. Queues of deliveroo and others waiting for orders and sugars and other condiments turned facing servers not customers. I felt we were intruding instead of invited. Sullen server was not impolite or unpleasant but not welcoming or helpful. I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers and when they were eventually (over 10 minutes wait) called they were both XL. Subsequently I couldn't eat it all. I had to accept the order as we were on the way somewhere else. I normally love burger king even though I'm not a burger 'person' they are usually cooked very well, not this time. It seemed like it was removed from a freezer then allowed to defrost, put in a microwave and heated for serving. I'm not saying that was what happened I'm saying the food seemed like that. Would never visit here again, cannot recommend.

I'm delighted to hear that app discounts and vouchers are back! The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and friendly greetings. They recommended the best food options based on my preferences, and my meal was served promptly. Overall, it was an exceptional experience visiting this particular outlet.

Suddenly they don’t accept app orders so you need a mortgage for even the smallest meals on the menu. Ridiculous decision. There has also clearly been a change in ownership as none of the old staff are there, been replaced by a bunch of people who couldn’t find customer service in a dictionary. Avoid

Worst fast food around, we where only customers in restaurant, we stood at counter for 10 mins before anyone even took order then we waited for more than half an hour longer for food. Employees were ignorant and slow, not intrested to satisfy any customer

No longer accept offer codes from their own BK app. How is that possible? What make them different to other BK stores?

Burger King Weston Favell Northampton. Absolutely shocking - they don’t accept any offers from their own Burger King app! How’s this possible - doesn’t make sense! Don’t even try and redeem the Doritos offers let alone collecting the points…..

No longer use burger king. Stopped using app vouchers, just not worth the prices without the vouchers.. we followed 3 people out the door last week when we found this out. Usually people eating in, place was empty so clearly want app vouchers back. Won't go back until bring them back as prices are crazy especially when you have greggs, subway, mcdonalds and dominos all within walking distance of bk. Going to cost you customers. Good luck 👍

Not a great experience. The burger was dry. And loaded fries. Pointless because there was not a lot of cheese and bacon. And burger king is overpriced for you get. I have a better burger for the same price. Somewhere else I think burger king has gone downhill.

Disgusting business. Refuse to give the freebies earnt on app. Staff dont have a clue what they are doing or even the menu (when its shown on the tv screens behind them - what a joke) I would suggets any other burger place Plus the customer complaints method of just passing on to a new phone number to get the same response 3!!!! Times is not good enough (i cant do anything try this number). They dont take the customers seriously and just shows how badly the company is being run

Food i/e a whopper meal,arrived 15mins early it was cold,the chips that accompanied were cold deep yellow & rubbery possibly a re- fry from the night before an hr after eating meal i felt terrible freezing cold & shaking i then projectile vomited all over carpet no time to make toilet,i still feel awful today the day after the 8.3.2023 never order again plus £17.89 for the privilage abolutely digusting could have killed me i,m 73 & i don,t need this they want sorting out terrible obviously no quality control

Popped in for lunch today and was greeted by a male straight away at the till. He took my order and the lady behind him was already starting it. He was very polite and professional. After paying he said they'd be as quick as they can. My meal was ready in under 2 mins from ordering, very impressed. It was made fresh and warm so don't think it had been sitting there. Fries were fresh too! I've had ok/poor experience in other burger king chains but this was by far best customer service I've had at a fast food chain. The employees actually look happy to work there instead of bored! Will be back!

Serious food safety issue. No process or attempts at keeping food at an appropriate temperature which is not appropriate, especially for meat. Uber was significantly late, however I tracked them from store to me and it was less than 4 minutes meaning the store clearly made no attempt to maintain the temperature of the food and still provided it for delivery! Very unhappy customer for the 3rd and final time

Went in to get double bacon cheese burgers but when we got home and started eating them there was no bacon. Phoned up and was told nothing they could do if we had taken them back they would. Explained didn't know until eating them. Not interested. Poor customer service.

Now this is 3 stars for a reason!!! The cost of this place doesn't reflect the area that its in. When there are simular food choices in other local takeaways at half the price. For the price of the food you are receiving it does not reflect the price !!! And we have been taught through out lockdown and Covid to support your local businesses etc in your town. Now for my BURGER KING REVIEW I took my son who had never been to Burger King before as a treat and it was fair to say that I could get a weeks worth of food for the cost of 2 adults and 2 children!!! It came to a little bit less than £40. With families struggling with the rise of Petrol and electric and gas, I don't think it's not right that Burger King is ripping people off. If anybody is reading this save your money and take your children to a local Burger shop in which cost £5 per head rather than £10 per head !!!

Every time I come here the food is always delicious. The flame grilled taste of the burger is unbeatable and unbelievable. It honestly makes fast food taste like gourmet. The chips are always perfectly salted and thick.

Fantastic Burger King, visited these guys every Thursday for a nice Bacon & Cheese Chicken Royale Large Meal & a Bacon & Cheese Crispy Chicken Burger, fantastic food for a perfect price. Highly Recommended!

Fast food joint, nothing extra about it.

I went into 'Burger king' and asked for a cheeseburger, to be told I'm sorry we don't do cheeseburgers. I said OK can I have a hamburger then...to be told I'm sorry we don't do hamburgers. So went to Macdonalds!!

Was feeling particularly naughty to decided to treat myself. Opted for bacon double meal (Reg). Very attentive staff, food was lovely and hot.

Me and my sister caught a bug from stale fries. Only food we shared. I saw how the fries were already in the box, probably sitting there for ages as it was close to closing time and very quiet.

Popped through drive thru for milkshake on a hot day. Sorted me out

Expected quality of service. In comparison to McDonald's, the burgers outdo their competitor by far and so the higher price is justified. The decor, warmer and pleasant yet the feel is not as hygienic and efficient.

Always great service here. I've sadly not caught the name of the two women who regularly serve me, but they are both amazing and ambassadors for the brand Friendly and also efficient. Can be busy at times but it never takes too long to get your food.

Very busy and queue's at tills. Food ok but nothing special. Did not spot anyone cleaning tables ,staff only removed rubbish left on table if you asked them.Not super hygienic.

Planned a burger meal for my grandchildren as a treat. Have the server my order but when I got home instead of chicken nuggets I had been given chicken royale. No good for a 7 year old. Will not be recommending to anyone.

I fancied a chicken burger so I opened my BK apps on my phone to get a discount voucher... so I paid £4.69 on my Chicken Royal meal instead of a normal price of just over £6.00. Nice hot fries and chicken burger 🍔 😋 it forgot to take photos!

This place is shocking, I can’t believe some of the reviews where they say they are good well they are incorrect..! This is the only site where you can’t get a simple hamburger unless you buy a kids meal and this is the only Burger King where we get charged additionally for bbq sauce.. no wonder why you guys are flopping massively..

25 minute wait with only one customer in front. Burger sat in its box for 13minutes whilst they waited on what I do not know. Got home, wrong burger. Will not use again obviously.

Tried to use the new vouchers that just came out today (chicken Royale for £1 via the app) and even though I had successfully activated the voucher and I had the code to give to the cashier she refused to accept (no explanation as to why she refused to accept). If the store was not accepting the voucher, why did it allow me to activate it specifically for this branch? I even checked the app to see what deals were available before I drove to the store (waste of my time and petrol).

Customer service at Burger King Weston Favell is brilliant, the best in the land! So six stars for that. Burger King is more expensive than the other fast food place nearby (you know, the one run by a clown) but the meat sold is of a better quality. Using the app means price is reduced considerably (£4.49 for a Whopper meal via the app, compared with £7.29 on site), and there are other offers too (£1.99 for a Whopper on Wednesday etc.)

No seating inside but made a area of 6 tables of 4 outside the restaurant, with scan trace with nhs.

Communication poor, standing in queue for nearer to 10 mins. Ended leaving due to getting frustrated!

Food was delivered late by 2.5 hours . It was covert cold, called back so many time to make complaint but no one picked up.

Quick, polite service. Used the app to access some offers and discounts. Would've been good to have the fish option when we visited but we were told it was discontinued!

Usually avoid BK usually because it is pricier than other fast food joints but the flavour is better. My niece opened my eyes to the BK app and the rolling offers you can tap into just before you order. Great it actually worked and literally cut the bill in half. We always take a mid shop refresher and the special deal gave it extra sparkle today. Thanks for the treat Bk.
