Ordered recently and got my food quite quickly. Overall, the service was good, and the site was kept to a good standard.

Honestly, the place does the job. You can't really complain that much or expect that much from them.

I have tried burger king weston Favell shop and staff including there manager was very cooperative and service and food was also very amazing

Food was cold and one of the drinks was kit what was ordered. Just Eat are appalling when trying to complain. No refund given. Absolute joke.

I tried to call saying I put the wrong address in and they wouldn't change the address so my food got delivered to someone els I didn't get my order

We haven't ordered from Burger King in a while as we kept receiving incorrect orders and JustEat / the restaurant weren't refunding us. But today the order was all there and correct! Thank you to those that were on shift today, great job, my faith in BK has been restored!

Both kids felt sick after eating chicken nuggets last night. They only had chicken nuggets and fries ordered but didn’t touch the fries. Little one kept vomiting all night and the other accused stomach pain…I guess the hygiene is not their top priority…definitely will avoid from now on

Would of been 5/5 stars but the sweet chilli sauce was in the bag but NO chicken nuggets 😞

Went to claim the £1.99 national burger day whopper offer but the oven was conviently 'broken'. Safe to say, it angered my blood.

The food was left outside by the car and nobody rang the doorbell to let us know the food had arrived. It wasn’t until 40 minutes after I ordered the food. I checked the app to see that it actually been left outside. I not check the app I would never have known.

The delivery bag was opened and wet. Fries were eaten as box was open.

One of the meals was cold the other was hot so no thought put into groupage. Courier. Arrived with no thermal bag and late. Will never use again for Burger King

Got this order wrong , most of it was correct but messed up the whoppers . Couldn’t be bothered to chase this time . Pay attention to what your serving please Burger King

Went in today. First of all was told the fizzy drinks were warm did we still want them? I said no can we have water instead and was told no as bottled water is for delivery only?! Further more when asked if we were eating in or take away I advised we were eating in, they started to close up at 3 and asked us to “finish quickly” as they wanted to clean. Was very rude considering they were happy to take our money. We would have actually finished in time if the order didn’t take 20 mins to be prepared when there was no one in front of us. Guessing they spend more time worrying about delivery orders.

Burger missing - the burger that was the whole reason we had Burger King in the first place. So I call up to be told that they took a photo of the food when it was ready so I must have it! Then the burger we did get was dry, overcooked and not actually how I asked for it.

I made an order online and spoke to a worker who then said that I was prank calling and threatened to refer the call to police . This order was made by Uber eats who then gave me a refund

Requested that there be no tomatoes in one of the burgers - even added that information in restaurant notes for good measure! The burger was marked as "no tomatoes" but it still had tomatoes in!!!! Not the first time this has happened. Thankfully there isn't an allergy to tomatoes, it's just a preference / dislike of tomatoes. HOWEVER - this is poor practice, BK staff really ought to be more careful in case there is a case of allergies, it's not ok. Except this error the rest of the order was ok

Whooper had tomato and pickles and cheese and bacon. Wasn’t what I ordered and was cold. Driver was moody

We understand if there was an England game on tv for the wait but there wasn’t and when we did eventually get our food it was cold so not enjoyable at all and for £30 for two burgers I expected much better

I ordered a regular Chicken Royale meal via a well known delivery firm. Does this photo look like a Chicken Royale with lettuce and mayo? No, it's their Spicy Mayo with bacon version. I have significant intolerances to some of these ingredients so it had to go straight in the bin. Had to supplement the fries with food I already had at home, which is not the point of a takeaway. Burger King Weston Favell only refunded £3.21 for a £10.69 meal. So they are saying their fries and soft drink are worth over £7?! Rip off and shows no incentive to improve. Only used Burger King Weston Favell for delivery about twice before and had slow service, so will no longer use.

Items missing no wasy way yo contact restaurant

Someone put the wrong address on my order and sent it to 13 not17. I had to go and find the driver.

Ordered for delivery, Food Didn’t arrive, Contacted restaurant told order had been cancelled there end with no notification to me told refund had been given Contacted platform from which we ordered told this was not true. No cancellations or refund had been selected Contacted restaurant again to be told no driver Still awaiting refund Would avoid like the plague

Over an hour to receive from placing order, delivery slow so food turned up cold...poor service

The steakhouse crispy chicken had tomato ketchup on it. I cannot eat that. It didn’t include ketchup in the list of items on the chicken or have an option to check. I can’t eat it. Waste of money

Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, didn't double check order and gave me the wrong product. I wanted 20 Cheese bites and they gave me a mix match box of different stuff. That is not what I ordered When I tried to get it changed the cashier didn't properly acknowledge me. Everyone seemed like they didn't care As I resturant manager I would not accept this behaviour from my employees

Yet again, items missing from order. Clearly this restaurant needs to retrain it's personnel on what a two meal order is. Delivery driver not to blame as bag was sealed and the correct receipt was attached to it.

Didn’t follow intolerant requests

We didn’t receive the order, went to Burger King as after 91 attempts to call no one answered (to be told the phone was off the hook) and had to buy my order again, Burger king told me they are not responsible for the delivery drivers. I want a refund.

Driver only needed to travel up a dual carriageway about 3 miles, but tracking them, they diverted off and went in to the town centre where they were about 15-20 minutes before heading back to the main road. When asked why delivery took 45 minutes, the driver just shrugged their shoulders and then left.

Cold. The food wasn't good. Staff didn't wash hands or used gloves. Food was not good. Tables disgusting 🫣

Very cold inside, hardly any seats allowed for customers and lighting on some of the space. Dingy appearance. Not inviting. Queues of deliveroo and others waiting for orders and sugars and other condiments turned facing servers not customers. I felt we were intruding instead of invited. Sullen server was not impolite or unpleasant but not welcoming or helpful. I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers and when they were eventually (over 10 minutes wait) called they were both XL. Subsequently I couldn't eat it all. I had to accept the order as we were on the way somewhere else. I normally love burger king even though I'm not a burger 'person' they are usually cooked very well, not this time. It seemed like it was removed from a freezer then allowed to defrost, put in a microwave and heated for serving. I'm not saying that was what happened I'm saying the food seemed like that. Would never visit here again, cannot recommend.

Food was in a paper bag in the rear footwell of the car. Cold when delivered. Threw most away as inedible.

I have not received my order even though the driver has ticked delivered. Spoken to Burger King and got no real support. I cannot find the number to call just eat for actual support either. Very annoyed
