Marina Bbq Meze Bar in Mendip

It was a very positive experience visiting this Turkish restaurant for dinner. I would like highlight to following points: 1) the lamb shish had a really great taste and texture. The bread was nice. The sauces were very tasty. 2) as a tourist, the food here had amazing value for money 3) the service we received was phenomenal. The lady was very kind and attentive throughout. 4) good location, close to the station. The rice, however, did not stand out as much as other aspects. Nonetheless we were very grateful we decided to visit this restaurant, would highly recommend.

Never having had Turkish food before we didn’t know what to expect when we ordered take out. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions generous. The bread was amazing. We will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend the Marina BBQ Meze Bar.

Amazing food, great value for money & very welcoming. Nice choice of meals on the menu, everything we had was delicious. Will definitely return.

1st visit for a sit down meal since lockdown lifted and my oh my we wasn't disappointed. Despite being new the young waiter was a credit to himself and done very well. The food was delicious and lots of it. Complimentary desert afterwards which was a nice touch from.very friendly owners.

A great meal. BBQ lamb chops were scrummy. Definitely recommend. Hubby had the lamb casserole and this was great too
