The best restaurants serving Asian food in East of England

Absolutely phenomenal, so much so booked Thailand for our 10year wedding anniversary march, hopefully the food is as good

I recently visited Spice Fusion and had an incredible dining experience. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. As for the food, it was outstanding! I tried the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, and Coconut Rice, and every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous. The Chicken Tikka Masala was particularly exceptional, a must-try for anyone visiting. Overall, if you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine with great service, I highly recommend Spice Fusion. I will definitely be coming back!

Good restaurant with mild curry. Staff are friendly. Family get together with nice flavourful dishes and mild taste as we requested.

Used to order from here and it used to be good. But ordered food last night and me and my mother were disgusted. Sambal prawns tasted bitter and were inedible, they also had raw Okra in it. The beef rendang was also so salty that it was inedible and we had to bin it. The beef ho fun was nice but the beef was tough and inedible, the only thing they didn’t screw up was the rice. We called to try and sort it out with the restaurant and the woman was so rude. She tried to blame it on me because I put “No coriander” in the order comments as I have an allergy and always write this in case it is used before ordering Asian food. She then made an excuse to say that the flavour was that way due to the peppers in the dish (there were no peppers, only raw okra which is weird). We can only come to the conclusion that the chefs mistaken Okra for peppers 🤷🏻‍♀️ Their attitudes were just complacent and rude and another guy even said, “If it is too salty, eat more rice with it”. We were offered 2 free dishes for our next order but with that attitude, I won’t bother. Just wasted nearly £35 for food that had to be binned. Avoid!

My wife and I have been using The Golden Elephant for many years The staff are most pleasant and engaging always professional and make it part of the experience of visiting the restaurant The food is second to none in the surrounding area that we have found and we have tried many Thia restaurants and outlets it is a journey from where we live but extremely worthwhile highly recommended. This place is so good I can almost just vote 5 stars for all and be done with it. Seriously good! I've been using them for about 8 years since they were in the old building at the top of the hill. Had multiple birthdays here, multiple takeaways (I mean a lot). I have never had one issue at all. Every time I go back I'm blown away how good the food is, I'm almost like "do I remember it being THIS good?". Not oily, not heavy, perfect flavour, great choice, one of the only restaurants that actually make the Tikka masala properly madras hot (unlike others that think you can't take it and don't even make it that hot). Staff are like friends you've always known, service is fast. Atmosphere in the new place is to a really high standard. I could be here all day. Eat here with confidence, you will NOT be disappointed. Oh and did I mention the prices are very reasonable too. 5 stars all day long! Thanks guys!!

The taste of lahore is a good restaurant. We travel alot in search of this restaurant.The Kebabs and Kabli Pulao were really nice. The main thing i want to say staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl name faiza she is very kind and caring. Recommend 10/10.

I'm given this place one star and I've never even been here. Why...because you need to be a member before you can book a table 😆 😄 😂 I mean c'mon seriously. I will be dinning somewhere else.

Lovely place, nice food. Good service. They top up the food regularly. Not quite as much choice as other similar places I've been but enough. The pizza is lovely! We will definitely go again.

Great good and quick service, just more expensive than I was expecting.
