Arrived at twelve thirty and were told they were not ready asked us to come back. Asked if we could have a bubble tea at least the answer was no. Vintage car show on that day.... they should have ready and waiting for customers..
My black Americano and toasted fruit bread was perfect. I was part of a group of eight on a Saturday and we were made welcome and had a comfortable, enjoyable visit. Will be going back this week.
You know it's good, when the place is so busy. I usually treat myself to an "Our House" with Loaded Fries, just because....and why not.
The order process is super easy online, with a good selection of collection times to suit my needs.
I have on occasion ordered just walking by and the staff are great and fit you in between the online riders they are preparing.
Great, food, staff, location and a credit to our Market Town....
Staff were friendly food was fast and the quality was amazing I had the burger size was more than enough and the quality meat was local which I love that they support smaller businesses.
The lady that served us was loverly engaging with the children and a true ambassador
Thank you I will defo return
We had a cream tea ,two doggie ice creams in the courtyard delicious. Also purchased a couple of bits and pieces in the sale, make up bag and door stop. Such good value. Popped into deli tea shop further down the road more expensive but I don’t think any better. Very dog friendly could do with fresh water in the courtyard tiny niggle. I’m use they would have replaced the water if I’d asked. Love the place think it’s great would call again if ever in the area.
I organised a day out on the broads for my partners birthday, after booking the boat, I was recommended Vic @ The Steam Room to arrange a picnic basket. Well what a recommendation that was. Vic was very helpful over the phone organising it all and explaining the numerous choices we could have. On the day, he was very friendly and swiftly prepared our feast and provided everything we had ordered for our day ahead. Homemade sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls (may I state some of the best I’ve ever had), fresh fruit, fresh donuts, crisps and finally some cold drinks. All within a loaned picnic basket to keep cool. 10/10 service, 10/10 quality of food. If you’re wanting food for your day out, or just a spot of lunch, here’s the place you should visit.
Lovely independent cafe a short distance from the pier. Showcases local art and interesting glass artwork, all reasonably priced. Super cappuccino and tea, I thoroughly recommend the delicious fruitcake. Also serves light lunches.
Not a bad breakfast but very overpriced I felt. No ability to change items on menu and charged a lot of money for drinks which should be included with breakfast in my opinion considering a much cheaper Wetherspoons opposite. Also a lot of dregs hang out in here which is another turn off
Definitely visit this restaurant!
We had a lovely mix of food. Don't be put off by the small menu, the dishes are authentic and delicious. Wonderful atmosphere, run by lovely folks.
Give it a go for something different to the usual chain restaurants. Will be going again soon and recommending it to friends.
My go do for anything from a take away coffee to a lunch out. Their sandwiches are great and there’s a nice range for all the family and vegan and gluten feee options too.
Ps: The homemade tiramisu is a must ❤️
