Spent £70 on order for delivery only to receive 2 milkshakes. Our entire food order was missing and all the GBK manager could advise is that I contact Uber eats. Absolutely appalling to say the least. This has been a common theme from this restaurant, and is seemingly getting worse. Whether the issue lies with GBK or Uber Eats, GBK could do more to acknowledge the issue, and follow through with mitigating repeat occurrences.

Went in for a meal on 3/04/25 at butch Annie’s because I used to go as a treat, the food used to be amazing. However, the last few times I’ve gone I have realised how much the quality had dwindled which is not ideal considering it is not a cheap place to eat. What topped of my bad experience was the service. Our waitress had light brown hair and had dirty nails that went way too close to the food, which was a safety hazard. She was overall really rude and I feel she was deliberately avoiding our table and being dismissive. In any case the food, service and price is no longer worth the trip out.

So under rated when it comes to breakfasts. Their muffins meal are far nicer and fresher and importantly hotter then the more famous Mc ones. Well worth a visit if you are in town for a breakfast

This is the3rd order I have placed that has had items missing ❗️this is not satisfactory and my order last week had 2 apple pies missing ❗️your message back to me went straight to junk mail so I couldn’t respond within your stipulated 24 Hrs. What is wrong with this outlet ❓I will not be using them again and will make reviews accordingly

We visited the Braintree branch on 16th November to collect a takeaway and on this visit the normal bad service excelled itself. We placed our order and drove to the pay window and then on to the collection point, where things really went downhill rapidly. My wife was handed the ordered Mcflurrys and was asked to pull over and wait for the rest of our order, when she declined to take the ice creams she was told that head office has commanded that the ice creams must be handed over immediately for people waiting, she refused stating that by the time we get home they will have melted. Eventually the rest of the ordered arrived , excpt the three large fries which only arrived after further delay. On arrival at home it was discovered that the Mcflurrys were only half full and hardly any chocolate pieces. Most of the staff at this branch are at best sullen and at worst plain rude, they have no concept of customer service and fast food is an alien term to them. Although this branch is ten minutes from my home I will never use it again, I would prefer to go twenty minutes away to Chelmsford or Stansted airport, also Stansted has a Burger King drive through. The service at these establishments is much better and the staff project a positive customer focused attitude in their work.

Went there today - no tea, no decaf. Place filthy tables looked like they had not been cleaned in hours. Toilets unclean, avoid.

Bad from start to finish Looking for a quick meal at the services after a long journey. Never again! 1. No receipt from the self service kiosk 2. The eating area was disgusting - food and rubbish all over floor and tables. I dread to think how bad the kitchen was if the customer area is so bad. It was a disgrace. 3. Bins overflowing. No idea when they were last emptied or if anyone cared. 4. Service was poor 5. Food was awful and went in the bin. It was super greasy and tasted like stale oil. How can anyone accept running a restaurant in such a state. No pride, no standards and no hope for Burger King. Worst experience in years.
