Table service, great choice of food, amazing service. Will come back next time I'm in the area.

Me and my family came in Friday night for dinner and had a great experience at felixstowe wimpy. The food was quick, hot and delicious and we were served by a young girl with brown hair who was so polite and great with my children. All the staff were very smiley and helpful, making it a lovely experience.

Can't beat a wimpy milkshake.. regular catch up point for the guys at the weekend now.

Myself and my son, visited , late on Friday, we were severed by a very help young man,who has great customer service skills. My son's ate two fantastic tasting sausage hash brown and egg ,added bacon to the order,which absolutely blown away by the quality of the product,taste ,and quality. The gentleman who cooked the items (he could be the manager) did a fantastic job, ist class. Although we arrived 30mins before closing ,we were treated with such care and kindness by everyone. Which was amazing as I severely disabled, we had lovely window seats which where so comfortable especially for my disability. If I could award more then five stars I would , it was like dining in a 5 star hotel.well done to all and thank you for your kindness and care.

Iconic British Diner I heard that there were quite a lot of Wimpys in the UK in the past, before the American chained fast food landed. What a surprise it's not popular anymore. As this place is great. Iconic British style Diner. The food is fantastic. That runny sunny side up. Good quality fries that no need to dip any sauces. The staff are nice. Reasonable price. Too bad we have to drive so far away if I want to have Wimpy suddenly.

Great experience today. Tried a couple of cafés in Felixstowe over the last couple of days, but none as good as Wimpy. Food was cooked beautifully, there was a great atmosphere about the place and Becky the manager couldn't have been more helpful. Well done guys.

Had lunch here today with my partner..nicely cooked quite pricey for 2 burgers and drinks especially as Mc Donald's is in felixstowe now.. service was good and very clean.

It's kind of a bizarre mix of "fast food" quality with table service and higher prices. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spicy chicken wrap is actually spicy for real. The staff were very friendly.

They forgot to put in the ketchup but the burger and fries were fine otherwise.

Cold food and a miserable driver and refunded £8 which is disgusting as we had to bin the food due to no way of reheating it and it cost over £20

The food and service is five star, I love to treat myself to wimpy when I go to the seaside. But, £27.50 for 2 1/4 pounders with cheese and chips, 1 coke and 1 milkshake seems a bit pricey to me

food was good however the packaging with staples in could be changed to stickers as they can fall into the food, nearly ate one today!

Was really happy when the food arrived early but realised why! The chips and burgers were not cooked properly, the so called salad in the burger didn’t exist and strangely all cold! I paid £50 and got McDonalds quality! Whoever was working on Sunday night clearly forgot the Wimpy’s usual high standards. Worst meal from there in the last 45 years!! Shocked!

Really enjoyable lunch whilst in the town, food and service absolutely faultless. Credit must be given to all of the young members of staff who not only give the impression that they work well together, but that they enjoy their jobs and serving customers for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Sadly, my visit to this Wimpy for lunch last Saturday may have put me off for good. Like a lot of people reviewing on here, I've been a fan of a Wimpy meal since I can't remember when and the standard of food in whichever restaurant I've been to has been excellent.... until last Saturday. Ordered my usual of a quarterpounder with cheese and chips, Pepsi and a banana milk shake. Out of the items ordered the only one that was enjoyed was the banana milk shake. Unfortunately, the chips looked and tasted like re-heats, the burger was luke warm and had a rubbery texture, the tomato sauce was the worst I have ever tasted but the icing on the cake was the Pepsi - no "Pepsi" flavour whatsoever and undrinkable. When this was mentioned to a member of staff/manager on paying at the counter, the response was rather flippant with her saying that the Pepsi at the tap was ok. Well mine wasn't but she didn't want to sample it. Not sure if this Wimpy restaurant is "watering" down it's previously good and tasty food and condiments but it will take several more positive reviews on here to get me back to the Felixstowe Wimpy. What a shame! On a positive note the waiting staff were 5 stars. 👍😁

love the food. chips could have been better tbh but thats cause i love salty chips. service was a lil slow but i kinda exspected that due to the few people there. (to the owners thanks for letting us at level 2 come eat there i love the food)

Was a meal missing and i spoke to three different people. The last one being the delivery driver who was very rude and said he has cctv footage of my order. Well clearly not or you would have seen i was the stack burger meal missing!! He hung up on me while i was trying to talk!

After going to the Wimpy every week for years & loving it, today it was very different, lots of tables RESERVED for no reason so we where stuck on an awkward table facing the wall with no arm room, toilets where out of service & was not told of this upon entering or ordering, we only realised when an elderly customer needed the toilet & had to go find someone, she had mobility issues & by the time she came back into the restaurant her lunch was cold. No offer of renewing it for her, they just bagged it up for her to take & still charged her for it! I complained to staff member he said well it's not our fault!! Next I asked for manager/owner & asked him why there was no sign on the front door on entering to inform customers there is no toilet? His reply "there is a sign out the back on the toilet door" to which nobody can see until they need the loo. He then told another manager to "deal" with us? He walked off!! As a gesture of goodwill I would of at least knocked something off the bill for the inconvenience but no! So unfortunately it's our custom that has been lost because of greedy management! Upon leaving customers Still not being made aware of NoToilets..... The last member of staff we spoke to said she would put sign on the front door after our complaint! Even the staff where working with nowhere to go to the toilet.. Yet they would not stop customers coming in & choosing not to tell them! Today was a lesson on how NOT to treat your loyal customers! Manager is a disgrace!

My experience was average. The order was taken wrong at the start, I ordered a spicy bean burger with a slice of cheese and was given a spicy bean burger (no cheese) and a cheese burger, explained what I ordered and it was fixed quickly. (The person taking my order was new, mistakes happen) The burger was a little bland but okay and the chips were a little soggy. The item with the most taste was the ketchup.

Delicious meal! Brought my friend here for her first experience of Wimpy and it was incredible. Fast service with a smile as always, even with some difficult customers sat in the window. You guys are amazing and you do an amazing job, thanks 👍

I have been here a few times. The staff are lovely. If you love your burgers, you will enjoy the food here. Take card or cash payments. You can't get a mobility scooter inside, there are toilets for customers. They do have some tables outside as well. It has a lovely atmosphere 👍🏻.

First time for years being in a Wimpy, can't fault the service, staff friendly and helpful, typical Wimpy faire.

Food was really lovely, bit pricie but worth it the two young ladies that were front of house were lovely. But sadly, the owner may be sitting at a table in the middle of the restaurant watching them like a hawk and kept walking in and out of the kitchen while our food was being cooked . Mmmmm, it's not a big deal, but I didn't appreciate it . Made me feel uncomfortable .

I popped in for some lunch. Was greeted on arrival and shown to a table. I don't eat meat and there were a few options for me to choose from. I we t for egg on toast which was well cooked. The staff were lovely, the place was clean, all good👍

Haven’t had a wimpy for years and was really looking forward to it.

Had lunch her and it was lovely. I also had a banoffee milkshake it was absolutely lush.

Greatly improved since refurbished. Usual Wimpy offerings. Food competently cooked. Simple with lashings of chips. Still a good low cost cafe/restaurant.

This is our local Wimpey in Felixstowe. Staff are always so friendly, and you can see that they get regular customers. Food is always quick and tasty, have to recommend their thick shakes. Perfect for the whole family, if a little pricey for the 5 of us!

Exactly as expected, service was good, food was excellent as it was freshly cooked. Love a good old-fashioned Wimpy burger on a brown bun!

Wow, after visiting a few different Wimpys locally and being disappointed I’m so glad I’ve found the Felixstowe store. The staff are brilliant and the food is presented so well. I can’t wait to return.

I have always loved a wimpy quarter pounder cheese and chips so couldn't resist when I saw the sign. Restaurant was fairly newly refurbished so looked very nice, I opted for a takeaway and at over £11 for burger chips and a drink I was expecting something tasty. Nothing could be further from the truth, chips were a good start hot crispy and fluffy but the burger was tough and tasteless and the bun was very heavy and burger sauce was watery and lacking in flavour. Just not how I remembered it and have had one fairly recently in Colchester.

I literally live on Hamilton Road and therefore quite often make use of the Whimpy Wednesday. I have to say the staff there have ALWAYS been polite and professional. We commented how they employ 16-18 year olds for waitering and they have been nothing but a credit to themselves!

Fantastic. Going to the wimpy really took me back to my childhood. You cannot beat wimpy for the best fast food. One thing I remember is that the food was always really hot and our visit did not disappoint. Fast service, kind and caring staff and really hot fresh food. Great atmosphere and a lovely family business, run by the kindest people. Looking forward to our next visit already.

We havnt been to Wimpy for a while so thought we would try for dinner on a Monday evening. The adults had the Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger meal and I had the Chicken Club grill which was really nice.. Large portions too. Our toddler also had a burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food came out quick and was hot and tasty. The service was second to none and staff are all really friendly. We shall be back.. ❤️

What can I say? Bring on the 80’s nostalgia. Always love taking the little ones to Felixstowe Wimpy. The staff are always friendly and helpful even during busy periods. Food is of excellent standard and reasonably priced. The milkshakes are in my opinion better than McDonalds. Vegan option available.

Always hot and delicious food delivered in incredible time. Easily the best breakfast in felixstowe. Amazing shakes, brownies, and i didnt order it this time but every item on their main menu is superb. Like McDonalds but 100x fresher and higher quality ingredients that the big brand cant compete with. Been a customer for as long as I can remember, easily over 12 years, and shall continue to be ❤

Food took just over an hour and a half to be delivered, order kept getting delayed and delayed. Turned up freezing cold, to the point we had to re-heat.

There should be more local wimpys. Food lovely.

Chips were cold, I asked for no burger sauce, but it came with sauce. Don't know what happened to the cheese, but it looked non-existent.

The food was cheap and delicious, it was simple, a big serving, and exactly what I had hoped for. The staff here are so sweet too, they were welcoming and really friendly.
