Byron Bridge Street in Cambridge

Good food and charming waiter, the seating is really uncomfortable and there isn’t too much space between yourself and fellow diners, would benefit from a refurb and turning the music down slightly. It’s a lively pub-like environment, enjoyable for some but for me I give it a pass.

Came to Byron’s today and had the best service from Mario - very helpful and kind, will definitely come back!

The clerk is very friendly, and he also made an effort to speak in Spanish when he was English.

Really good burgers - prices of their lunch deals are pretty fair and service is fast, makes it easy to get a quick good lunch. Their onion rings are some of the best in Cambridge with a good portion size Staff are incredibly friendly - always happy to see them again each time! We popped in for lunch and it was excellent - we were seated quickly and enjoyed great service by Mario (he’s a credit to the team!) and delicious food. Not cheap, but quality costs these days.

I was served by Mario and with this being my first time here, i was so suprised! The food was amazing, I had the chicken tenders and dirty fries - these are a must! Warm, cosy environment and all staff are friendly. Full of smiles. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. Thanks again Mario :)

I recently visited Byron in Cambridge with my family. The burgers were tasty, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff even gave crayons to the kids, which was a nice touch. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when it came time to pay the bill. Our meal cost £46, and I wanted to pay with a £50 note. To my surprise, the staff informed me they do not accept £50 notes. I would have been perfectly fine with this if there had been any clear signage or notice indicating this policy, but there wasn't. Instead, they insisted I leave the restaurant to break the note elsewhere. I disagreed with this request, but they were firm. The staff member who called the manager seemed uncomfortable with the situation, but the manager was inflexible and refused to accept the £50 note. In the end, I was forced to pay by card, which was inconvenient for me. Overall, while the food and atmosphere were great, the payment policy and customer service regarding this issue left a bad impression. A simple sign about their cash policy would have avoided this whole situation.

The atmosphere was great. Mario, our server, was super welcoming. The manager was also really nice. We were a party of 15 and the food came out quickly. It was really good!

Mario and the rest of the staff was very accommodating to my allergies and didn’t make a fuzz about them which is very nice and refreshing. FYI if you are gluten free there are nice options and separate friers :)

Out of the 7 years I and my family have been coming here, it has never failed us and the staff are so lovely! Shoutout to Mario!!! If you’re looking for a place to go to, Byron’s is the place. The menu is flexible for everyone, very healthy and fresh. From any burger including a burger without a bun, the sides are exceptional and have a wide range to chose from. The service is quick and very catering for customers, definitely a place that prioritises quality over quantity!!! Thank you

We turned up with a very big pushchair and this sometimes causes restaurant staff to roll their eyes but we were made very welcome. The food was as always good. The service we received from Mario was very attentive. He arranged Warming up our babies milk. A good restaurant and well staffed

The food was lovely; the chicken burger is literally the best I’ve had. I had the cluck. The waiters are super helpful, especially Marco. We’ve been here a couple of times and he’s always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful manner. A*** service and I would recommend going to this restaurant.

When we visit Cambridge we always eat at Byrons. The service is good especially now that we don't have to order on the App. Food always arrives promptly and the burgers are the best around. If you've never visited Byrons in Cambridge I recommend you do so next time your there. You won't be disappointed

Over rated, just like most places these days Really small burgers could fit in palm of hand hahaha for £16 !! Nice taste but not worth the money that’s nearly 2 hours of work for some people. And Only a Handful of chips which don’t come with burger for an extra £3.60 Over £40 Just sad everywhere now about the money and not the quality

The burgers are good, and milkshakes are top tier, but sometimes I don’t want to fork out for a milkshake in my meal deal and it’s really frustrating that they only have Sprite ZERO instead of normal Sprite.. I end up just not ordering and eating elsewhere because of it
