McDonald's in Dacorum

No dips delivered through I particularly order extra dips to ensure we got enough but none were delivered very disappointed

I want my money back it was freezing and I couldn’t even eat it!

I payed for bbq sause I didn’t get it. And the chips are cold

One mcflurry was missing. The food was cold. I'm not convinced my plant based burger was actually meat free and we were promised free chicken nuggets n never got them. Won't be ordering from macdonalds or just eat again

As per normal when ordering on just eat the food arrives cold. Ruins the whole meal and just a complete waste of money. When i received the order reciept shows the time it was prepared and yet the delivery time changes. Terrible service once again

When driver handed over the 2 bags 1 food - 1 coffees, he said he was really cold, because the heater in his vehicle was not working & it was freezing. The bags were very cold to the touch as if they contained frozen food. We had to warm everything

The time given for delivery kept getting later and later and the last few times we’ve had a delivery the food has been cold!!!

Half my order was missing! And now I have to wait 7 days to get a refund they wouldn’t re deliver!

Cold food, 2 missing items, no sauces, waiting time for a refund is abysmal. However the only good point was the driver was friendly and helpful!

he delivered someone else's order too... I ran after him but he sped off.he was smoking in his car.. not happy.he came back and was handed the other order

My sprite had spilled all in my bag leaving nothing left in the cup and a portion of my food being soggy

BBQ chicken and bacon one crispy did not arrive, chips were cold.

gave EXACT delivery instructions, got a call and she said I don't know much English and after I asked where she was she cut me off NOT HAPPY I called back and after speaking to me and my husband she said 'I cancel" and put the phone down... food has actually just turned up STONE COLD.. INEDIBLE ... disgusted

The fries were slightly cold, overall the meal was as its name suggests....... Tasty.

It was getting later and later with the time changing. Driver and my order were being prepared for ages… driver turned up removing spilt cold drinks from on top of my hot food. Food was ridiculously freezing, everything was ruined. Not edible at all. Waste of money and now very hungry

The courier was waiting at the restaurant for a long time, his delivery time was swift but the food was cold. I can only assume the restaurant had him waiting a long time.

Both portions of fries were missed off the order, Burgers were Lukewarm and poorly stacked. This restaurant used to be the best McDsin Hemel, but has become the worst of them, which isn't saying much as all the Hemel venues are bad now. This wasn't the first time I've had items missing from the Apsley one, but it was the last time I'll ever order from there.

Delivery person gave me a lecture about that McDonals should have the entrance code to my building, otherwise next time I won't get my food

Once again, it arrived with no sauces. Two do wish I paid for and two should have also come with the nuggets. This happens often!

Not all of breakfast was delivered. Food cold. Called McDonald’s who suggested I should go to the store to order again. Appalling service. I was told there wasn’t a courier to deliver my missing breakfast .

I didn't get large chips with my meal. Driver couldn't find the house and had to walk down the road to locate him and get my food.

One problem is I ordered garlic mayo and no barbecue sauce not readed order the McRib was great but dip for me is ketchup, mayo and garlic not bbq

Service is rubbish. They keep adding the time on so it never seems like the food is late! The courier map didn’t work the whole thing was a mess

I ordered a grilled chicken and BBQ wrap but they had sent me a sweet chilli and crispy chicken wrap. They always that they are understaffed but they never read the order properly and this isn’t the first time I’ve been sent a different item to the one I ordered. It’s utterly disgraceful and they could potentially kill someone with their lack of respect and lack of sense of food allergies. What would happen if I had an allergy to chicken or sweet chilli I could have ended up in hospital or even worse dead. I would recommend NEVER ordering from them on Uber Eats as they always get your order wrong.

Burger & chips were cold and sauces were not put in delivery. Brownie was delicious! Arrived slightly early and only came from up the road, so I was surprised it was so cold.

I got a drive through. The service was very slow, every time I go to the Apsley McDonald's the service is always slow.

Food warm, but understandable as placed a delivery as opposed to a collection.Only real gripe was my hot choc, other day a rel said there's tasted different I didnt think any of it until tonight. Mine tasted semi chemically and was undrinkable.

Absolutely unbelievably atrocious! The order got changed around 8 times and when I got to my house it was STONE cold! I am horrified with this service and will be requesting for a refund! You could tell my order had been sitting there for awhile as the state it came in was despicable! It should NOT take a whole HOUR! Yes, I repeat HOUR to make a mc nugget meal and mc flurry. My mc flurry was also melted. Absolute atrocious, awful,disappointing service!!! I was starving hungry for 1 hour!poor!!
