McDonald's in Dacorum

I ordered a grilled chicken and BBQ wrap but they had sent me a sweet chilli and crispy chicken wrap. They always that they are understaffed but they never read the order properly and this isn’t the first time I’ve been sent a different item to the one I ordered. It’s utterly disgraceful and they could potentially kill someone with their lack of respect and lack of sense of food allergies. What would happen if I had an allergy to chicken or sweet chilli I could have ended up in hospital or even worse dead. I would recommend NEVER ordering from them on Uber Eats as they always get your order wrong.

I got a drive through. The service was very slow, every time I go to the Apsley McDonald's the service is always slow.

Food incorrectly layered, ended up with 2 dry buns and 2 patties melted together. Chips barely cooked. Refund requested. Terrible food

Always send wrong items or don’t send the actual item ever

Food warm, but understandable as placed a delivery as opposed to a collection.Only real gripe was my hot choc, other day a rel said there's tasted different I didnt think any of it until tonight. Mine tasted semi chemically and was undrinkable.

Absolutely unbelievably atrocious! The order got changed around 8 times and when I got to my house it was STONE cold! I am horrified with this service and will be requesting for a refund! You could tell my order had been sitting there for awhile as the state it came in was despicable! It should NOT take a whole HOUR! Yes, I repeat HOUR to make a mc nugget meal and mc flurry. My mc flurry was also melted. Absolute atrocious, awful,disappointing service!!! I was starving hungry for 1 hour!poor!!

address incorrect but in same town. courier would not deliver to new address as had to continue rounds. however was rude when I suggested he enjoy my breakfast which I offered to them

Disgusting service. Only drinks delivered and when we called to sort it out we had the phone put down on us twice. Left with having to refund a re order from Jarmens. No offer of another delivery. Both mc Donald’s and just eat driver at fault. Always an issue when I order from Apsley. Why I tried today I don’t know.

As someone who orders from McDonald’s ever so often, I am so unhappy with how my order has been handled. We was missing pieces of our delivery, we expect to get what we order so as you can tell we are extremely unhappy with our service.

Apsley McDonalds are the absolute pits, every delivery we get has something missing, last 2 orders they have forgotten the double Big Mac, maybe you need to teach your staff how to read so they can check the orders are correct. Do us a favour and close down. If anyone want a maccys I suggest you go to Jarmans, they can read and you get the right order.

My food order was short again ! Not the first time either. McFlurry and quarter pounder with cheese missing from familymeal. Igot a delivery as I could not go out so way of replacing items. Also paid for them and not got a refund. Food cold also.

This McDonald’s branch is crap, they never serve food on time, even their driveways are ridiculous amount of wait, that customers are asked to do and most of the time even for small stuff, they would ask you to park in a bay. Also almost 95% of the time, the popular items are out of stock. Very bad

Slowest McDonald’s in the uk . Staff are gormless . Fries are awful.. 25 minutes to get through the drivethru at 10pm .

Apsley always forget dips so annoying only one dip in the bag of 6 selected as part of the mix and match deal. Sort your packers out!!!

Refused to hand over order until I gave him a code. Never been asked this before. Took ten minutes arguing at doorstep. Hence order was cold. Had order other day and was not asked for a code.

Difficult to get served as delivery drivers seem to take first order. Used machine to order having a voucher which was rejected for some odd reason so called it a day and left hungry.

Soo bad they missed some of the items on my order when i requested refund from just eat they saying unfortunately they can’t refund my money back which £6 i know it’s seems cheap but for some of us it’s lot more im soo disappointed on this service

Soggy chips , poor service, and the main problem we have a burger missing from our order. We called McDonald to tell them as we had a burger missing ,but the lady who answered the call said she can't do anything about it and asked me to call Uber as Uber delivered the food to us. Then I called Uber to explain to them the issue, and the man who answered the call said he can't do anything about it too. Really ,this is a joke, like kicking a ball around the circle and circle. All we were asking is wanted them to sort out the problem as one of us won't have food tonight for dinner....the man from Uber even hang off the phone from me, this is unacceptable, so rude. McDonald's no longer allowed to make a burger without meat and put a small amount of salad instead. As a Vegan, I just wanted lettuce, cumcumber and tomato instead of meat. I would not order McPlant as the other branch put meat patty instead of vegan and labelled it as Vegan. McDonald's thought a £10 voucher resolved the issue after 40 years of being Vegan and eating meat for the first time. Even more disappointing today, I spent time on travel and the queue and they could not even offer lettuce, tomato and cucumber instead of meat. McDonald's may be making money but there is a significant percentage of plant based people across the globe so they are missing out on that market but clearly are making enough not to bother with it.

It's okay for lunch occasionally, but there are better places for dinner

Avoid the drive thru! Came here wanting some ‘fast food’, I was the only car at the drive thru and was sitting at the order box for around 5 minutes before I was asked for my order. I then proceeded to the first window, where no worker was to be seen, with only the person at the last window, looking out in absolute confusion wondering what was happening. Unfortunately my experience has never been too great at the bell, however Jarman Park is only up the road, where they are able to do a much better job. I’d understand if the bell were more busy. It just seems on far too many occasions, that they are disorganised.

Small establishment, few places to sit, rather takeaway

We visited on a Sunday morning and the branch was very quiet when we were there. It was pretty clean and the member of staff on the floor was very helpful and friendly. Checking that everything was ok and helping where she could. The frappe needed more blending as had big lumps of ice which blocked the straw and made it impossible to drink until it was well melted, especially with the cardboard straws.

I ordered a meal for my granddaughter before she goes home and it arrived without large chips. It would be better if you had an option to give a refund or deliver missing food, rather than a refund and half a meal

They made me wait for my food over 20minutes while others ware served amd given food , amd the food was cold!! they also got the order wrong no apologies nothing they youngster working there are joke! Won't be going there anymore! Its a joke!

Half of my order wasn’t even delivered… the six chicken nugget meal came with 2 and the large fries were packed as a small… super disgusted and the chicken share box forget all the nuggets and 2 tenders… such a disgrace I haven’t even received my refund yet!!!!!!!!

The ripon I just ad only for stars. Last Saturday we went to the McDonald's after the football club my friend son have a vacher of bigmac but was a still breakfasts we can't be serivisis the exchange the vacher we have for the bigmac the rison is a breakfasts time is not a lunchtime time .My friend son was a very upset obot the system, vacher is a vacher we can any times to get the vacher. Was a little complicated to explain the the 7 years ald boy. Please McDonald's chenge this system so everyone have a vachers they're any times have a food for the vachers any time. Please MCDONALD'S I hope are you understand the kids feeling.
