the delivery driver was so nice and polite

some straws would have been decent

I asked for no pickles and there was still pickles inside

delivery driver was very friendly and professional

Chips was cold, missing some chips also , burgers was warm not hot

I ordered a large meal and only got half a serving of fries, plus I paid 20p for a bbq sauce and never got one. The food was cold, not just a bit or warm, but cold. Everything had to be reheated to make it edible!! I gave up trying to get through to them to report this, however I have reported them before and have gave them the benefit of the doubt. I will not order McDonalds again.

Today we had best chips in long time. Big Mac doesn’t taste as usual but at least it was fresh. Eat from there always better than ordering online. Because online ordering was disappointing, wrong and also most of the time dead vegetables. Maybe today was someone’s good day:))

Machine didn't give receipts when we placed the order. Food usual standard. Served quickly though and my nephew enjoyed his biscoff frappe

I ordered a banana milk shake and got a mint one instead. Not the first time that’s happened and I’m fed up with it. The burger looked like it had been slapped together and tasted really salty and horrible

Driver was early I went to the door within 3 seconds the driver was walking off my driveway with my food and was rude when I opened the door raised his hands and stood still rude and unprofessional missing part of my order

Service is always great but Mc donalds always have issues with getting the order correct for delivery, but they don't at the drive through or in restaurants. why?

Very poor, I used table service and waited a long time for my order, I went to the counter to ask what was happening, just to get told there was a problem with the system and they didn’t get the order on screen, but I had the proof of my order, no apology, they redone the order but we said we need it to take away as it took too long but it still got put on a tray, we said again no take away so it just got slapped in a bag leaving half the chips on the tray, the person was even funny about give out sauce and the promotional toy, poor service, poor attitude.

The order turned up stone cold even the boxes were cold. And the delivery was late. Was very disappointed.

These guys get more orders and you get your food when it’s your turn. The GPS shows me that it is in the city center.

I wish to complain about the Mars McFlurry I received. I ordered a normal size and the container was only half full, probably the size of the mini McFlurry. I’m really not satisfied and this is not the first time I have experienced this. If I had been in store I would have insisted that the McFlurry be topped up but unfortunately when it’s being delivered you don’t have that option!! I won’t be ordering from the Apsley McDonald’s again!!!

I’ve order through Uber eats 5 meals and none of the meals came with fries . I called them and they said get a refund because it’s not our fault . So unprofessional. Kept asking me the same questions over and over and kept saying it’s not their fault , just whoever packed my meal they forgot . Said I should get a refund but never got the blame and said sorry .

Me and my partner went her for a quick lunch break, we both ordered big Mac’s and enjoyed them lots, my wife said this was the best burger she has ever had. This is my first time going to a McDonald’s, I enjoyed it lots and would definitely recommend the Big Mac with cheese. We also ordered the happy meal for a snack, we were very impressed because the happy meal comes with free toys/books. (I did not take a picture of the books so I used a stock photo)

The food was freezing cold and the delivery was really late. I’m not against anyone but the delivery people didn’t speak any English and couldn’t type the code in to complete. I had to do it for them once they had come back into the main door to my property after telling them 3 times and listening to them tell me it’s the intercoms fault (not in those words) which I politely listened to

Terrible service from this location. Twice I have ordered through the McDonald app and they have forgotten to pack the burgers and just sent the fries and drink! Rang the restaurant to see if they could help and the manager wouldn’t do anything and then hung up on me!

Hands down the worst McDonalds in Hemel, I live less than a mile away and would rather drive to Watford if the other two are closed!!! Slow service, long waits for food (that is cold). Not full servings, chips and drinks are always half empty. Never have a full menu, ice cream machine is always broken. Just don’t bother unless you want garbage food and terrible service.

As per normal when ordering on just eat the food arrives cold. Ruins the whole meal and just a complete waste of money. When i received the order reciept shows the time it was prepared and yet the delivery time changes. Terrible service once again
