The delivery young man was really pleasant.

Gave me the wrong food isn’t what I ordered

Cold chips,burger box open and coffee spilled in bag

There was no food in my order it was just my drink so I have essentially just paid £12 for a drink no happy at all !

Delivery perfect but yet again Apsley McDonalds still doesn’t deliver what it says on the order…

My drink was spilled on the way only had half of it left very disappointed

It was getting later and later with the time changing. Driver and my order were being prepared for ages… driver turned up removing spilt cold drinks from on top of my hot food. Food was ridiculously freezing, everything was ruined. Not edible at all. Waste of money and now very hungry

Not sure why I bother, chips are always under cooked and items were missing again.

The courier was waiting at the restaurant for a long time, his delivery time was swift but the food was cold. I can only assume the restaurant had him waiting a long time.

Once again, it arrived with no sauces. Two do wish I paid for and two should have also come with the nuggets. This happens often!

Both portions of fries were missed off the order, Burgers were Lukewarm and poorly stacked. This restaurant used to be the best McDsin Hemel, but has become the worst of them, which isn't saying much as all the Hemel venues are bad now. This wasn't the first time I've had items missing from the Apsley one, but it was the last time I'll ever order from there.

Delivery person gave me a lecture about that McDonals should have the entrance code to my building, otherwise next time I won't get my food

The delivery was missing all the food...just drinks and mcflurry delivered and now I have hungry kids at home with no means to travel and get them food so was relying on the delivery

Not all of breakfast was delivered. Food cold. Called McDonald’s who suggested I should go to the store to order again. Appalling service. I was told there wasn’t a courier to deliver my missing breakfast .

I ordered sauces to the amount of 90p I know it's not a lot but I Wanted them to enjoy my meal

Once again apsley have proved that they are incapable of reading what has been ordered and also that the drivers hang about to long or have multiple orders that it isn’t fresh or hot, very disappointing

One problem is I ordered garlic mayo and no barbecue sauce not readed order the McRib was great but dip for me is ketchup, mayo and garlic not bbq

I didn't get large chips with my meal. Driver couldn't find the house and had to walk down the road to locate him and get my food.

Service is rubbish. They keep adding the time on so it never seems like the food is late! The courier map didn’t work the whole thing was a mess

I ordered a grilled chicken and BBQ wrap but they had sent me a sweet chilli and crispy chicken wrap. They always that they are understaffed but they never read the order properly and this isn’t the first time I’ve been sent a different item to the one I ordered. It’s utterly disgraceful and they could potentially kill someone with their lack of respect and lack of sense of food allergies. What would happen if I had an allergy to chicken or sweet chilli I could have ended up in hospital or even worse dead. I would recommend NEVER ordering from them on Uber Eats as they always get your order wrong.

Burger & chips were cold and sauces were not put in delivery. Brownie was delicious! Arrived slightly early and only came from up the road, so I was surprised it was so cold.

I got a drive through. The service was very slow, every time I go to the Apsley McDonald's the service is always slow.

Food warm, but understandable as placed a delivery as opposed to a collection.Only real gripe was my hot choc, other day a rel said there's tasted different I didnt think any of it until tonight. Mine tasted semi chemically and was undrinkable.

Absolutely unbelievably atrocious! The order got changed around 8 times and when I got to my house it was STONE cold! I am horrified with this service and will be requesting for a refund! You could tell my order had been sitting there for awhile as the state it came in was despicable! It should NOT take a whole HOUR! Yes, I repeat HOUR to make a mc nugget meal and mc flurry. My mc flurry was also melted. Absolute atrocious, awful,disappointing service!!! I was starving hungry for 1 hour!poor!!

Disgusting service. Only drinks delivered and when we called to sort it out we had the phone put down on us twice. Left with having to refund a re order from Jarmens. No offer of another delivery. Both mc Donald’s and just eat driver at fault. Always an issue when I order from Apsley. Why I tried today I don’t know.

As someone who orders from McDonald’s ever so often, I am so unhappy with how my order has been handled. We was missing pieces of our delivery, we expect to get what we order so as you can tell we are extremely unhappy with our service.

Apsley McDonalds are the absolute pits, every delivery we get has something missing, last 2 orders they have forgotten the double Big Mac, maybe you need to teach your staff how to read so they can check the orders are correct. Do us a favour and close down. If anyone want a maccys I suggest you go to Jarmans, they can read and you get the right order.

This McDonald’s branch is crap, they never serve food on time, even their driveways are ridiculous amount of wait, that customers are asked to do and most of the time even for small stuff, they would ask you to park in a bay. Also almost 95% of the time, the popular items are out of stock. Very bad

My food order was short again ! Not the first time either. McFlurry and quarter pounder with cheese missing from familymeal. Igot a delivery as I could not go out so way of replacing items. Also paid for them and not got a refund. Food cold also.

Second time we’ve had items wrong/missing. Chips at the moment look undercooked and no colour.

Slowest McDonald’s in the uk . Staff are gormless . Fries are awful.. 25 minutes to get through the drivethru at 10pm .

Ordered a McSpicy but got a standard chicken fillet burger in a McSpicy box instead. Always poor service here. Will be the last time I order from this McDonalds. Only ordered as Jarmin park cancelled previous order.

Refused to hand over order until I gave him a code. Never been asked this before. Took ten minutes arguing at doorstep. Hence order was cold. Had order other day and was not asked for a code.

Difficult to get served as delivery drivers seem to take first order. Used machine to order having a voucher which was rejected for some odd reason so called it a day and left hungry.

Soo bad they missed some of the items on my order when i requested refund from just eat they saying unfortunately they can’t refund my money back which £6 i know it’s seems cheap but for some of us it’s lot more im soo disappointed on this service

Soggy chips , poor service, and the main problem we have a burger missing from our order. We called McDonald to tell them as we had a burger missing ,but the lady who answered the call said she can't do anything about it and asked me to call Uber as Uber delivered the food to us. Then I called Uber to explain to them the issue, and the man who answered the call said he can't do anything about it too. Really ,this is a joke, like kicking a ball around the circle and circle. All we were asking is wanted them to sort out the problem as one of us won't have food tonight for dinner....the man from Uber even hang off the phone from me, this is unacceptable, so rude.
