What a disappointment.. I thought the woodmans may have changed for the better since being taken over but sadly not.. the pub was completely empty apart from the 2 staff and a 7 year old boy (new owners son) while he went shopping. Even on his return he did not interact with his son and left it to the bar staff to babysit. My partner lit a cigarette in the shelter of the doorway with the intention of moving away but we were promptly told to ‘get out of my pub’… no problem Mo… we won’t be returning. By the fact that the pub was completely empty indicates that Mo needs to learn some manners and customer service skills

Great food you can't find better kebab wrap with hot sauce in the whole UK no joke. Best french fries and lovely customer service. Highly recommended for people who appreciate real food not tasteless cheap take away from high street bleh.

I ordered s donor kebab with extra chillies and extra cabbage. I got no cabbage, salad or chillies in my kebab and 1 small pot of salad!!!!! That’s not extra, that’s what I should had on my kebab. I phoned to complain and they told me a donor kebab doesn’t come with any salad!!!! First time I’ve ever ordered a donor and not had salad as a given. Disgusting service. 🤬

Perfect food lovely service . We coming often, as we never had a bad experience here . Maybe the chicken burger should upgrade, but highly recommend the calzone, cesar salad is divine... cocktails are exceptionally tasty

Back in March I had a delivery from this company, when it turned up a portion of fries was missing and a burger was badly burnt, since then I've been fobbed off constantly while trying to get a refund, they clearly do not care about customers , the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Engin is the best geeza going, so friendly! Customer service was great and so was the food! Also music playing was so bloody great

I have just been charged £7 for a requested 175ml Pinot Grigio, which was a short measure as the pub ran out of this wine. When I queried it, I was told that I had been charged for a mini Pinot Grigio, which I have since realised is a 187ml bottle, so instead of paying for a 125ml actually served, I have probably paid more than a 250ml would have cost
