Awful chicken was so dry manger refused to give refund wanted to pick the food up to show head office I said yes if you refund and he said i have to show head office first so I said well no as if you won't refund it can go in my bin but said I can get another meal next time which I am not sure I will want this as was horrible. Wouldn't recommend

We were looking for takeout chicken and chips and found this place. We chose breaded chicken goujons, chips and apple pies to follow. We ordered online which was available for collection promptly. The chicken was moist and tasty and the chips well cooked and the right size portion for us. We found a portion of three goujons sufficient for one and was good value. We'd not had one of those fried apple pies for years and it was delicious. We'd recommend this place for a take away and will go there again.

Dry and disgusting and chicken was tough. Chips were ok but again dry no sauce offered and didn’t seem interested in serving.

Ordered 6 chicken wings went to pull them apart they are all pink and bloody, called the company they said nothing wrong with them it was the marinade!!! No one is going to eat raw chicken!!!!!

absolutely disgusting staff. waited 2 and half hours, finally arrived! order was totally wrong, stone cold and refused to refund. never everrr use them. will be going to my bank for a refund

Chicken arrived 10 minutes after ordering. It was so dry it was completely inedible. I called to let them know and was spoken to by an incredibly rude man who told me they didn’t believe me and it was fresh! I told them they could have it back and I was told they wouldn’t give me a refund. Will not be ordering again and would advise everyone to stay clear. Customer service is non existent and food is in the bin!

This place is usually good however today I paid £32 for two of us and barely had enough food to fill two plates. The chips are much smaller as are the chicken breasts like a third smaller added to this they are so overpriced for less chicken that they used to do or you can get from KFC!! Prices seem to have gone up and quantities have reduced substantially, £32 and barely filled the plates or £18.99 at KFC and we can’t finish it all!!! It’s a no brainer!! Incidentally they were half hour late and everything was stone cold.

Place smelt my my clothes out when I got home I had to them in the wash. Chicken looked like its been sat and left over a year

I much prefer the quality and flavour of Favorite Fried Chicken to other fried chicken chains and the team in the Witham store are friendly and the service is quick. We haven't eaten in, although there are tables if you want to. We generally get a take-away. My favourite (no pun intended!) is the boneless sampler meal which is a piece of chicken, poppas and crispy fillet strips, with chips and a drink. My husband is a big fan of the double ringer fillet of fire burger (spicy chicken, onion rings and cheese) with a side order of spicy wings. The prices are very good too. We definitely recommend it and will be back again soon.

Food ok ,5.30 on a friday evening and whole place had a heavy stench of cannabis, not what you really want when ordering your food,

This is our favorite place to eat, the service is amazing, the premesis is always clean and the food is to die for! Whether its chicken or ribs we always are satisfied after. Portion size is perfect and they even do snack boxes and kiddies meals! I must recommend to you all the strawberry milk shake, nom! The only downside to the restaurant is...oh wait there isn't one! The value for money is spot on.

Havent been here for a while, Prices have shot up between 10-15% at least! Chips dont taste as good as they used to-maybe new supplier? Delivery driver came in whilst i was standing waiting for order to be completed, and started to fry and bag up chips! not very hygenic after handling money etc eh? Chicken was over-cooked and a bit on the dry side. Will think hard about visiting this establishment again.New staff since last time I visited.

My family prefer to eat the food from here. The food is less greasy here than our local KFC and better priced as well

If you want the wettest, blandest, deep fried ‘chicken’ and fries so salty that they crack your lips, then I would highly recommend this place. Plagued by throw outs from the local pubs, with all the sophistication of a commode party......

Used favourite chicken lots of times. Love their chicken, better than KFC all day long. Staff always polite & quick service. Greta takeaway option if you live locally.

eat here around once a week on average good value chicken n ribs etc the more you buy, the cheaper it gets!

This is one of the best places in witham for food. the staff are really friendly the food is the best in witham .the place is very so cleane .and they deliver if you want .keep up the great work guys you are the best

yummy chicken shish wraps and ribs are melt in ur mouth. chicken coating is crisp but not too spicy highly recommend

Se trata de una comida rápida. No hay necesidad de mencionar que no buenas pollos de calidad que eran alimentados con basura a crecer grandes y grasa. El pollo es normalmente rondan en aceite y la cocina no parece la cleaniest tampoco. Bueno para cenas borrachos, no recomendar este hotel para familias con niños si no quiere que sus hijos a tener una adicción a una competitividad malsana de comida que hará que ellos son obesos.

Whenever i get an inkling for chicken, this is always top of my list. Normally i get the sampler meal, as theres too much choice and with that you get a bit of everything! Make sure to get beans and slaw for dipping the chikurn!
