RUDE PEOPLE!!!!! MAN SHOUTING AT ME DOWN THE PHONE (which he told me he was the owner!)AND PUT PHONE DOWN AND DIDNT SEND NO FOOD ALSO DIDNT EVEN PLACE THE ORDER I WANTED AND ASKED FOR! NEVER WILL I BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM HERE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!! Don't deserve any star!

Took 30 minutes for chips, was waiting for 30 minutes inside the building and plenty were served before me. Just rude.

Total disgrace. Ordered 4 kebabs took my money and messaged me that they were shut now my kids have no food tonight. Disgracfull

Ordered online from Ali babas , waited for over an hour and had the money taken from my account only for no food to turn up and for no one to even acknowledge the fact that I had even ordered anything from their takeaway! Absolutely joke of a place and can't believe I have been ripped off and paid for a service that I havnt even got at the end of the evening!

Mushy peas are off!! I’ve just gagged and heaved at the smell, chips are old and stale despite ordering at lunchtime when it should fresh. So I have yesterdays left overs!!!!

With the new management and new menu, there is also a breakfast in the morning, you really need to try it now.

Ordered a chicken wrap and chips. Guy said something to me about the meat and would make something special etc basically I ended up with a chicken and lamb doner wrap that was not cooked fresh on the upright spit it came out of pots of old meats kept warm in a load of grease. This bit that blows my mind is the chips.I really don’t understand how they can be undercooked usually ex amount of time and colour are the signs it’s cooked etc. My dinner was awful the food disgusting I feel depressed wish I just had a pot noodle and few slices of bread. Btw my standards are low but this food is garbage I will never come here again

Decent prices, but food is hit or miss (has been improving), and customer service is a joke. One time I went there, they didn't even wrap my meal. This time, they didn't cut my pizza. What good is customer service if you need to do half their job for them?

Husband ordered a deep fried mars bar but he got a deep fried Snickers. This was not obvious till he bit into it. We have a peanut allergy in the house so now my boys safety is compromised. How irresponsible can a food establishment be? I will be reporting to FSA.

Trash 3 fish were burnt the chips were old and could be weaponised, and the curry sauce could pour out of its cup. Shameful

I ordered chiken doner kebab today the meat was bitter and strange in taste it was impossible to eat horrible. I do not recommend

Honestly shocking, thought I’d give it another go, bag turned full of grease before even get to kitchen the bag has broke, chips are so far under cooked I’ve had to heat them up myself just to make them anywhere near edible Sausage in batter is cold, curry sauce is cold Shambles! And then won’t even pick the phone up! It’s a no from me!

I ordered food from here for the first time and it was brilliant, £4.99 for a burger, chips and can of drink and the price was so good here I also treated my 2 friends to food too, adding a chicken wrap, veggie burger and 2 other portions of chips which only cost me £21. We all agreed the food was delicious and the staff were friendly so we will be coming here more often

Rubbish 2hr + wait for delivery, food cold, no phone or way to contact, don't bother contacting you if there are delays nothing. For the price go elsewhere awful shop

After reading some reviews I was a little sceptical buy the food was delivered on time, and hot. I ordered the chicken shiesh and the whole meal was delicious. Will be ordering again 😊

Ordered food around 10ish and never showed up at all tried to call up and went to a automated phone answer machine absolute p*sstake judging by alot of the reviews on here this isn't a uncommon occurrence would definitely not reccomend this place to anyone at all not even my dog

No answer from shop and 20 minutes late nearly 2 hours for food

First time of ordering. Cheese burger and fried Halloumi and I had 3 piece chicken meal and chips with 6 spicy wings can of Dr Pepper and a can of Apple Tango. Easy enough? Chips were cold, soggy and undercooked and the 3 piece meal was actually 6 spicy wings, which meant I ended up with 12 wings but no chicken pieces. The cheese burger was cold, plain with 2 sliced chillis bizarrely stuck to the underneath if the patty?! The grilled halloumi was soft, gooey and like boiled rubber, completely unedible! They even managed to send Orange Tango instead of Apple. The only thing out of the order that was right was the Dr Pepper!! Almost £30 for a disgusting, inedible pile of rubbish? Will never eat here again and will let everyone know how poor this place is!!

absolutley shocking. has been the past few times ive ordered. but this time... the spicy chicken wings were cold and soggy. no crunch to them at all and tasted a week old. the half pound burger was an absolute mess, tasted worse than ever and was sitting in a pool of its own grease. no burger sauce as requested and cooked onions instead of fresh.. baring in mind these were the only 2 things i ordered it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. sort it out guys.

This is apparently a large kebab with salad and sauce. 2.5 hours to deliver. 6:20pm order 9:10pm delivery. Freezing cold. Rubbery. Told on the phone they’d run out of salad and then told actually she can cut more up if we go and get it!?! Also told they have no money in the till for a refund and the manager had just conveniently left.

Placed an order at 5.20 and still haven't received it at 7.15. What a joke won't be ordering again.

The best pitta breads I've ever had. Don't know if they make them themselves but they are top draw. The chips are okay and if they could look at them they would be a five star. Halloumi kebab was packed with the good stuff and excellent. The thing about this place is the value. You cannot beat the quality of the food for the price you pay.

Ordered Chicken and Doner Kebab with Chips for the 3 of us and absolutely lovely .Not greasy and the portions were good.The salad came separately which was brilliant.Thank you so much.Will be ordering again.

Really nice clean shop, great staff and prices are OK. Usually Quick delivery but can be a bit longer at peak times, worth the wait tho.

Food looks, tastes and smells disgusting. Genuinely the worst chips I've ever had- by an absolute mile. Straight into the bin. 'Mushy peas' were pure liquid and the battered sausage was rock hard. Disgraceful. AVOID!

Order for delivery, food warm, can drink warm. Burger meal soak in oil, even lettuce. The box was falling apart from the oil, the smell was awful. Not fit for human consumption, can't even give to dog as that much oil would make him ill. Won't order again. Order cherry coke, got pesi max cherry. When order in Nov was amazing food. Definitely gone down hill

Food arrived on time. Food still hot. Chips were nice and the kids enjoyed their sausage. Spicy wings lovely, only let down was the fish. Inside was fine but underneath was soggy. No chilli sauce for the kebab either

Cook the chips in the same fryer as the meat so couldn't eat them . Not really any veggie options either . :(

Mixed review, arrived before time, chips were great, real chippy chips, dessert was really good, then we come to the cod, looked nice huge piece for a small cod, realised it was more like the thick stoggy batter like you find on chicken balls, skin if it was so thick, and tasted vile,

Will Never use again. Food was 50 minutes late. When we phoned after 15 mins of being late they said it was on its way. Clearly hadn't even started it. Chips soggy and order wrong and manager wasn't apologetic.

Went to order and got told to avoid got told to check their hygiene rating and its 1 out of 5 never known of a place to ever be that low! Such a shame old owners done great fresh food with no problems

Just ordered the Cyprus Pizza....The BEST pizza I have ever had...its so tasty...toppings are ample, dough is light ....just amazing.

Pizza taste like plastic honestly. My boyfriend said he's never had an issue with them before but he said this was the worst they have ever been. Honestly feel like i've just eaten rubber. Hot or cold, tastes unpleasant. Won't be going here again and i honestly want my money back as it's given me food poisoning all day.
