Food is good. The guy in the front is arrogant and unpleasant. We were stuck a bit while ordering, and he started to curse us using his own language, he didn’t know we understood Hindi. Shame

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Murganos, an Indian restaurant that not only served exceptional food but also boasted a stunning interior. Ordered a peri burger meal with chips and a drink. Service at counter was initially professional. However, after 40 mins of waiting, I approached the counter to ask where my food was? To my shock and frustration, they said they forgot to process my order! No real apology or clarification for how this error occurred. The guy who took my order was hiding in the kitchen so that he didn’t need to face my query. How embarrassing! They then preceded to do a ‘rush job’ on my order with items missing, such as cheese on the burger. Burger tasted awful too. If you’re visiting Luton (like I was), I’d avoid this place and try another more reputable food premises. Decor and aesthetics make no difference if the food quality and customer service is poor.

visited Murganos yesterday with colleagues from work - we had a large selection of food- including platter, fish, meat curries- simply delicious, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere, will definitely come again.

The location itself is okay but beware as parking is limited. On entering the restaurant, pleasant welcoming and atmosphere. The premises was cold and on a number of occasions we asked staff members to put the heating on, both times were ignored so left our coats on. The waitress ordered an extra platter in error which was returned. Lamb chops, we asked for medium, they were fully cooked and heavily charred/burnt. The spicy rice is not spicy just lots of pepper added and was Al dente. The chicken we found to be tough and tasteless and not appetising at all. The chicken strips and wings were satisfactory. Waitress asked how was the meal, I stated it was tasteless unflavoured and tough and mentioned the above regarding the chops, she said everyone has their preferences, i said correct and you did not deliver even though I made it clear how I wanted my meat cooked. I contacted management for a partial refund and he said no. I personally would not recommend this restaurant, I would rather go to Nando’s and get your monies worth.

They cook there chicken very nicely, still juicy and soft. There delivery arrived very quickly

I visited this halal restaurant in Luton with families for dinner but wasn't impressed. Firstly the staff were great and friendly however as we went to sit down we found the floor very sticky from our shoes. Tables were also tacky to touch. Ordered mixed platter, biryani, half pounder, and chicken burger. Chicken was ok nothing special considering price, medium was a little more spicy than industry standard. Biryani was very spicy even though instructed to keep mild. Needed youghert to be eaten. Half pounder had ketchup and the cheap bright red sauce you see from chicken shops. Basically bland burger. Food was hot and fresh but unfortunately food wasnt very tasty. I believe the prices are too much for the quality of food such as the mojitos we ordered were £4.50 each! Thats more than some in central london. The atmosphere looked great. Strangley had 3 people walk to every table from Al Mustafa Charity asking for cash donations in the middle of eating our food. Interrupting our familes meals and no one from the restaurant came to remove them out, presuming they had permission since they had their badges, booklets etc. Worst of all the restaurant only accept cash HOWEVER since their atm in their restaurant wasnt working they were temporarily accepting cards using their card terminal. Either way, i wouldn't recommend nor be visiting again.

A brilliant event at Margano’s this evening. Food was spot on with a wide variety of grilled food, starters and Indian dishes. Loved the grilled lamb chops, in particular. Service was prompt and staff were impressively accommodating. Looking forward to my next dining at the restaurant.

Amazing staff and food. We celebrated our sisters birthday iftari yesterday. Extra room is also available to pray. Clean toilets and the staff go above and beyond. We were even treated to complimentary tea. Thank you!!!

Menu was poor, prices a tiny bit on the high side, not much options on the menu.. Other then that, service was good and above all, The food was actually very good and nice size chicken.

AMAZING Evening! From slough was looking for a venue in Luton for around 35 people and was recommended this as a place in the middle for my sons birthday. I cannot recommend this place high enough! The staff were absolutely amazing! But my special thanks goes to Neena who made sure everything was sorted from start to finish. The team ensured the seating and everything was just how we wanted it. The food was amazing and nothing was too much for them no matter how many times we asked. Absolutely amazing customer services from all staff members especially Neena who went above and beyond. I cannot thank The team enough for making my sons birthday so Special! THANK U. Highly recommend this place for parties AMAZING!!!

First time visited yesterday evening for a take out. The chicken was lovely cooked and moist from the inside! But on the other hand the lamb chops weren’t to my liking and chips were be soggy! Overall would come back again! And would recommend others to try!

Food is always freshly cooked here when we have been. Portion size is good too. Seating and atmosphere is very comfortable. Would recommend and definitely will go again. Has become a local favourite to visit!

They basically charge restaurant price (expensive) for peri peri meal, in a desired setting however did not even give salad with the meals You get salad when you eat in at local peri peri for eg leagrave road, plus it’s better peri peri Don’t waste your time

First trip today but was a little disappointed. One of the items we were given was not one we ordered, the chicken was spoiled by burnt bits from the grill but otherwise would've been good. Sides came in good portions, fries were particularly nice. One of the waiting staff was friendly and spoke to us briefly before we left offering the kids some sweets but otherwise very little interaction or service once food was delivered to the table. The restaurant was clean so I might give it another go but it's not really on my list of go to places.

Stopped here for dinner, lovely food, on par with Nando's. Great little place, although parking is a bit lacking as it's in a residential area. For those with gluten issues, most of the menu is not suitable for coeliac's, so just a note. Definitely recommend as it was delish! Kids enjoyed it and the portions are huge.

Booked Murganos restaurant (Luton) for my daughter’s birthday. The gentleman Maz and other staff members we absolutely amazing, from the hospitality to the food- it was an absolutely amazing experience. 100% recommend to all- I’m absolutely fussy and don’t enjoy eating out but this place was lovely. We ordered a platter- which had a mix of chicken, strips, fish, wings, chips and rice and then also Lamb Chops- portions were a good size and worth the price. Well done guys! Keep up the fantastic work. We will visit again. Thank you.

Same top quality food murgarnos has offered for years but set in a family environment. So if you want a very nice meal without the riffraff, junglies and foul language this is the murgarnos to visit. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was this branch doesn’t have the murgarnos lemon and herb sauce which is a must for hot and extreme flavoured chicken

I visited this place few days ago, overall customer service was good, one of the brother working their moved his car so I can park which was kind of him. We ordered lamb chops, potato wedges, wings, chips, fish n rice all was good alhumdulilah just in my own preference, I couldn’t eat lamb chops (as in my opinion) we’re bit dry n hard, they happily refund the money, the only reason m giving 4/5 the thing I didn’t like was they were in rush to clear the table while I was eating one of the lady started picking stuff up which I wasn’t abit happy about I understand they were busy but I had small baby so he didn’t let me eat plus, I am a slow eater, anyways rest was good my kids enjoyed InshAallah will give another go, thanku
