We just order for the first time and all I can say is that I never was so disappointed, after a long shift and being so tired decided to order so at least for today I don't need to cook, we order a mix grill and a sirloin paying a lot and receiving something that wasn't enough even for one person, literally 2 wings and 2 bones that the meat wasn't there and a sirloin small that in that bag the only visible thing was the plastic container, spending around 30 pounds we end up cooking something so hungry we was after. For who never order I don't recommend.

Rude behavior and ask me wait for 5 minutes but I wait 30 minutes when I ask him he ask cancel the order

I recently visited with family, and I must say we really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service. One of the waiters was so helpful that he even gave us a parking spot at the back of the restaurant. As if the food and service weren't good enough, when we headed back to get our vehicle, they even alerted us that we dropped a 20-pound note and handed it back. How awesome is that?! We had the rib eye steak, 5 portion wings (buffalo was excellent!), philly cheese steak sandwich, and potato cheese balls. For the sides, we had the spicy rice and fries. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Salwa is very good at service and also very polite with the food recommendation,we love coming back to steak house as a result of her service.

Salwa was absolutely amazing !!! The food was banging ! I cant even lie ive eaten in big chain restaurants serving similiar food BUT THERE FOOD WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW GOOD STAKEOUT IS! Stakeout is my new favourite hot spot !

We were served by Salwa. such an amazing person and so good at her job. She literally does it with a passion. Made our experience very comfortable and exciting. First time to have had someone explain menu and give recommendations and this turned out to be great. Will definitely come back. Thank you Salwa.

A really lovely meal had here. We had starters and mains with sides and thoroughly enjoyed what we chose. Steak was cooked very well just as we'd specified it be cooked, chicken was lovely and even the sides were very enjoyable. Only down side was that they don't sell regular coke, just lidl cans of cokes but for full coke prices! Other than overpriced drinks, it was a place I'd return to. :)

Apparently new owners so the place has just tanked. Food used to be very good but very bland. Gravy was more watery than river Thames. Staff were friendly and nice, very attentive. Just can’t believe the price of the fizzy drinks. Imagine paying almost £3 to be given a can of Lidl branded diet cola. Extortion. Not to mention £6 for a mocktail which is just some fizzy drink, mint and ice. Might as well get a real cocktail for that price! The chicken balls used to be very nice but super bland and no flavour. Same for the steaks. I used to prefer steakout over toros but maybe I’ll give toros another try cos I’m disappointed. NHS discount policy didn’t make sense. Doesn’t apply on starters, drinks or meal deals but does work only on steaks? Might as well just not do it at this point. Some dust balls fell from the AC into our drink, the staff member quickly replaced it so thank you, good friendly service but taste of food has gone down hill.

Salwa was serving us and was very friendly and attentive. The food arrived hot and fresh and was good quality. The atmosphere was nice, with family seating.

chicken popcorn was overcooked verge of being burnt, my steak that I ordered for well done was still very rare inside, overall i was not happy with the quality of the food.

Ok so. Ive been a loyal customer since harrow and southall first opened. Ive been to the luton branch maybe 3 times since last year. Their food WAS amazing once upon a time. Seasoning had left the building today. My steak was so bland, but even if we rate their gravy, that too was bland. The service was abit extra. For example We got asked ‘is everything okay’ about 6 times of being sat there. Staff was still lovely though- this wasnt really an issue. They offer nhs discount. ‘Only on certain items?’ Which would’ve sounded better if they said no we don't do any discounts. The staff said ‘we have new management’ which was visible for sure as nothing was the same. Defo wont be coming here again. Butterfly meal deal - 2/10 Basic gravy- 1/10 Chicken balls- 3/10 (also bland) Reeses peanut butter milkshake 100/10 Staff and dining experience definitely great. But just a very basic steak place. Theres alot to compete with out there

When I was sat down by the shy, but friendly waiter I nearly got up and left due to how dirty the table was. But when the food arrived, I was glad I stayed. I was incredibly surprised by how well made it was and how fresh the ingredients were. Come on guys, cleaning tables is the easy bit.

We had amazing food, great taste, great location, quick service of the food and we were a large crowd. Everyone loved the taste and the kids finished all their food. Salwa our server was amazing. She understood everyone’s needs and made it perfect for everyone. Definitely recommend coming here!

Really nice experience, Salwa served us, she was very friendly. The ambiance is great. We tried their Signature Chicken Burger and Buttermilk Buffalo Chicken burger with Classic Mojito and Passion fruit Mojito, everything came out delicious. We would definitely come next time and would also recommend 💯 satisfied 😊

We love Steakout! We come at least once in a month. The service is amazing and the kids love the kids menu. It's really nice because the menu can be painted and the kids are busy while the adults chill. The pie is our favourite dish to go! We were attended by Salwa today and she explained us very nicely the best options to have for the adults and we loved the rib eye! We will come back 100% and recommend it as a family friendly outing. Tip: To end the experience a cookie dough makes it the perfect combo.

Really poor food quality my chicken was overcooked and was so to cut and chew. Charged me for sauce dip that was meant out of date and had no flavour. The food had no flavour. Really not happy I’ve been steak out in other locations and it has been good but this place is shocking. Also for two of us it was £60 and we were still hungry when we left can get nicer food anywhere else

Only good thing about establishment was Qasim. Food gone downhill, Philly cheese sandwich barely any meat. Everything raised in price but food doesn’t correlate to it. Stingy owner removed the lollipops I used to look to after a meal

We dined in Luton steak out while visiting from Cardiff. We had a lovely time our waitress Salwa was very kind and courteous. My partner had the sirloin steak and I had the Philly cheese steak with the mushroom sauce and was fabulous. Would recommend.

Great food, the steak was cooked exactly how I'd like it and it was seasoned exceptionally well. The starters were delicious, the sides were great too. The lunch menu is a great deal and you get enough food for the money. Overall, the service was good, there was a slight mixup with the sauces where a colleague asked for chilli tomato but we were only given the chill and informed after there is no chilli tomato. Otherwise, happy and satisfied with the food, quality and taste and service in general.

Good customer service, Salwa was very attentive to our large order and I can tell you it wasn’t easy for us to keep up having 7 kids and 5 adults. Very kind gesture re the complementary ice cream for our kids. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you team Steakout Luton

I have been a loyal customer of Steakout for over three years under both the previous and new management. In the last month alone, I have visited at least five times with friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience on my birthday has left me deeply disappointed. I visited Steakout with a group of about ten friends to celebrate my birthday. We ordered our meals, but my order was incorrect—I was supposed to receive a burger which never arrived. Initially, I waited as the order was quite large and I thought it was still being prepared. After about 15-20 minutes, I brought this to the attention of the supervisor/manager, a female employee, and I was met with a lack of concern. She was unapologetic, her tone and body language were dismissive, and she made no effort to rectify the situation properly. She was the one who took my order and messed it up, yet her only "solution" was to assure me I wouldn’t be charged for the burger I never received. This is the bare minimum and far from adequate. When I suggested a goodwill gesture, like a discount on the meal, she sarcastically offered not to charge for the chilies—a trivial item on a £280 bill. This token gesture was insulting, especially since I have never been charged for chilies at Steakout before. In stark contrast, a young male employee showed more initiative and concern than the manager. He offered to have my burger made, but by then my friends had finished eating, and I wasn’t willing to make them wait another 10 minutes. His effort was appreciated, but the damage was done, and I left without the burger. This isn't the first time I've encountered poor service from this particular manager. Her unprofessional attitude has been a recurring problem, but this incident was particularly egregious. Given my long-standing loyalty to this restaurant, I expected far better customer service and a more considerate resolution to the issue. Additionally, it seems that the staff at Steakout are unable to handle busy periods effectively. They often appear understaffed, leading to significant delays. During busy times, particularly from 7pm onwards, there are usually only two or three people serving, resulting in long wait times to place orders and receive food. The staff are clearly overextended, running around trying to manage the workload, which affects the overall service quality. I strongly urge Steakout to address these issues, especially the unprofessionalism of their management and the understaffing during busy periods, to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

It was a quiet afternoon when we visited the restaurant. We ordered steaks, burgers, and for appetizers, wings and chicken cheese balls. My daughter enjoyed her burger, describing it as flavourful with the right amount of sauce and fresh, hot chips. My steak was cooked to my preference with fresh, hot, chunky chips. However, the steak lacked flavour, and the onion gravy was watery and didn't enhance the dish. I had to use salt and pepper to salvage it as it was our first meal of the day. The chicken cheese balls were mostly cheese and potato with very little chicken. What was truly disappointing was the response we received when we provided feedback to our server. We were told we were the first to complain out of over 100 customers served that day. This is an inappropriate and unprofessional way to handle customer feedback. All three of us have a combined experience of over 30 years in the retail and food industry, and this response was neither nice nor professional.
