Great food you can't find better kebab wrap with hot sauce in the whole UK no joke. Best french fries and lovely customer service. Highly recommended for people who appreciate real food not tasteless cheap take away from high street bleh.

Order took over an hour to arrive and when it arrived the order was incorrect. I had specifically asked for no mayo or salad in one of the burgers but instead they decided to use half a jar of mayo to soak the burger so I couldn’t even scrape it off...rather than wait another hour for a replacement it ended up in the bin. The rest of the food was freezing when it had finally arrived. Won’t ever waste my time or money buying from them again.

I wouldn’t go here ever again, I placed an order for over £20, all paid for etc, and then nothing, I will be reporting to where appropriate in every form, agency and also to social media

Food arrived stone cold not a bit of warmth in it. The double burger i ordered turned up as chicken in a bun. Phoned the place. They couldn't have given a dam. They tried to tell me it's normal for food to sometimes turn up cold. It's that cold it's obviously been festering a while so it's going straight in the bin. No solution offered from them at all. I have reported to just eat. And I strongly recommend others do not buy from here

Ordered food through just eat, however my old address is still registered on here and only noticed after I paid. I phoned up the restaurant to explain what had happened and asked if I could change the delivery address. I then got told that my order hasn’t gone through and my order is no where even though my money had been taken from my account, I had a conformation email and a notification from just eat to say by order will be delivered by a certain time. The manager came on the phone and said for me to phone back in 15 minutes. I did that and still no order had come through. They then tell me that I have to phone up just eat to request a refund. Just eat tried to phone the restaurant to confirm no order had gone through, but they didn’t answer. They then told me that I have missed their 5-10 minute call off period and I would only be able to get a 50% refund or an investigation into the restaurant. I took the investigation as I am not paying for food that I haven’t received. The restaurant did get my order as I have paid for food that I never received, an email to confirm and a notification from the app to say my food will be here by a certain time. By them telling me to wait for 15 minutes, it means that at the moment, they have my money for food that they never cooked and delivered. I will never ever order from this place again, whether that is through just eat or by walking in there. The staff are rude and argued with me down the phone, and it makes you wonder how many people they have actually done this to!

Pizza was low on toppings, overcooked and cold. Wings were edible but very salty. Chicken had clearly been fried hours earlier - it was overcooked so the coating was hard, dry and just fell apart when biting in. Chips were very undercooked. Got my dessert order wrong which after phoning was found to be because it was out of stock, but no pre-warning or options given. No refund offered, as what I was given is not what I would've ordered had I had a choice. I enjoyed a nice chicken burger when passing once, but this online order has been a massive regret. I won't be ordering again, and have advised Just Eat of the same.

Under new management apparently, I’d recommend going back to old. Food was cold, phone was off the hook so couldn’t call so hubby had to go up there, portion size is half if not less then normal. Such a shame. We were regulars. Won’t be ordering again. Seems to be about to close anyway. Guys up there always friendly though, just doing as they’re told I suppose...

Everything was good but the kebab was awful. It was old dry and not edible 😳 chicken however was amazing !!

Delivered on time however the kebab was cold, hardly any meat and was hard and crispy. We ordered large chips and they were the smallest portion ever received from a takeaway really disappointed paid £18 and food was terrible will not order ever again

can not get hold of the restaurant to give dietary requirements. phone just rings then cuts out. tried over 10 times over 2 hours and when food arrived was unacceptable to eat. delivery was late as well and chips cold. maybe if you answered the phone we would have had a better experience

The driver was rude on the phone when he couldn’t find the address even though the order had additional directions on. The food has arrived cold, with several bits of the order missing. Not going to be using this place again.

Although arrived early, the food was stone cold and tasted disgusting. Not only that but when calling the restaurant to ask for new food, the staff were rude and offensive. Never again.

Normally a really nice meal. Yesterday we had a double burger and some wings, all of this was uncooked and pink. Contacted resturant who refused to do anything about it. Wasted meal and money, won't be coming here again purely for the way they handled it!

Was due to be delivered at 6.05 but it didn't turn up until 6.50. I called them and by the sounds of it they had forgot about my order because I had to wait 25 mins after the call

the deliver driver couldn't find my house, so he phoned me , i tired to give him directions but he couldn't understand what I was trying to explain to him so he just hung up. I called him back and he wanted a address for a road next time mine I said to come back and I'll be in the road. eventually got it but was cold by then. not ordering again.

This meal was the best and the kebab my son said was the best he has tasted and was a good price for meal.

hard work ordering and speaking with the constant stream of folk that struggle to speak or understand english, easier to go elsewhere where my order is understood food can be alright, portions are small and hit n miss if the chips are hot just get some decent staff

At 18:00 I had ordered the meal for 18:55, the restaurant changes this to 19:05 which was still ok. At 19:26 I received a call from the shop telling me there was a problem as to why it was late and it would be another 20 minutes late and was offered 1 extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I accepted because my partner and myself were just wanting to eat our dinner. Eventually at 20:00 the delivery turned up however I hadn’t received my bottle of Pepsi which is included in my family meal. I’m very disappointed and wasn’t a great end to my birthday.

Food was horrible. Like cooking oil was really old. We both left most of it. Miserable delivery man, even though late and over £4 charge. Couldn't get through on phone. Just Eat intervened.

It was okay food: The 'large' chip sizes are not worth the money, and the kebab I had tasted okay but the vegetables aren't the same as most kebab shops and were just very dry. The pizza and burgers were all decent too. If you don't want to drive into town then Your Favourites are fine, but if you've got some time to drive then I would recommend collecting from Haverhill Pizza & Kebab instead.

The food is really good; freshly cooked and never had an issue. However, as for listening to what the customer has ordered is shocking. After ordering several meals to feed a family of 4, it was discovered that 2 portions of chips had been left out. When this was discovered, Your Favourites were on direct dial, and refused to re-deliver these portions of chips, thus leaving us short of food and paid for something that hadn't been received. However, whilst they refused to re-deliver, and offered to for the chips to be collected (when it was actually delivered so no chance!), they said they would rectify the issue next time. So when next time came about, there was nothing done about the previous issue, no mention of two portions of extra chips to be included nor a mention of a possible refund. Based on this, and their chicken strips look awful and small, I shan't be using Your Favourites again... and more like 'Your Worst' is a better name for this takeaway outlet....

Absolutely revolting, order was wrong, daughters pizza was burnt and the chicken wrap had small bits of bread cut up inside it!!! Will never order from here again!!!

Absolute disgrace!! Very late they rang and said it was going to be even later but wasn't a problem with food just pizza takes about 1.5 hrs to cook apparently..turnt up cold and kebab was missing.. all went in bin what a waste of money n time! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Chicken, pizza,chips, doner meat all lovely. Was freshly cooked and hot. Ribs I would not order again as not to my taste, just my opinion. Staff all brilliant.

Asked to wait an extra 45 mins on expected time which was already up to an hour, then turned up an 10 mins later than that, so all in all nearly 2 hours wait for our food!!! Very very hungry children and not impressed by the portion size of the large chips!!! Sorry but won't be using anymore, always a very slow service but today was ridiculous!!

Pop in a while back to get my daughter and myself a takeaway but once home found they hadn't included the chips we had brought. I called the store and was put through to the manager who said he would deliver some but it would take over an hour, I told him that we would have finished our mains by then so I asked if I could just visit the store the following day and pick some up, he said this was fine and he would throw some chicken in as well as an apology. All good I though until I went to the store the following day and was told by the server that he knew nothing about it and I would have to see the manager, I have tried calling the manager a few times but he never seems to be there.... I won't be coming back bloody thieves!!

Possibly the most disgusting pizza I have ever had, just a bland tomato sauce with no herbs and spices, the cheese tasted like it had expired and far too many toppings which made it difficult to eat. I will nor be ordering again
