Pan de Sal tastes like it’s from the Philippines, though we got there an hour after opening time and we had to wait almost an hour for a new batch of them to come out. I agree with the other reviewer
Very slow. Waited over an hour for some bingsu as they were prioritising later orders. Clearly do not know how to multi-task. Don't come unless you've got hours to spare.
Service was shocking, I think the issue was the 3 staff have to share the same brain cell to take orders, make orders and take payments! I would suggest training on all aspects of their job.
Absolutely loved the teas, not keen on the tapioca, too chewy, but loved all the other teas and toppings. My favourite is the roasted tea with grass jelly, pudding topping and plain milk tea roasted,
