Yeti Nepalese Restaurant

St Clement's, Oxford, <20£
03/11/2018: Yeti is deserving of its many awards and high trip advisor rating. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable.
31/10/2018: Dropped in here on the way south for a job. Tried the Tilapia Jhol for something new - absolutely delicious. Colleague thoroughly enjoyed his food as well. The Ghurka lager is great too.

Crawley Down and Turners Hill, Mid Sussex, >100£
30/10/2018: A very nice place to have dinner or a family celebration, attentive staff, good service and excellent food
27/10/2018: We found this gem of a restaurant through a quick search on here. Fantastic food, great service and a nice atmosphere. You get 6 huge sauces with the poppodoms so if you’re a sauce lover you’ll enjoy it. I had the vegetable daanzak and my partner had the chicken tikka pathia, both were great. You get a chocolate mint on leaving, the sign of a quality restaurant.

Gurkha's Inn

St Bartholomew, Winchester
07/11/2018: We went here for a company Christmas meal. Everything was fabulous. Service was good and the food was delicious. It is a small place and it did get crowded, so I would recommend making reservations.
06/11/2018: Lovely staff, not intrusive but helpful And happy to Offer advice on the menu options. Would def return and recommend

Hythe East, Shepway, 30-45£
12/11/2018: One of the best curries ive eaten outside of India. Not your average sloppy Bhuna. Really complex flavours, beautifully done. Friendly helpful staff, vegetarian menu available. Can’t reccomend it highly enough!
10/11/2018: We are in Hythe for the weekend and found this gem of a restaurant. Nice atmosphere and very nice food. Highly recommend if you are visiting the town.

Bay of Bengal

Hayling East, Havant
06/11/2018: Obviously Hayling island’s favourite Indian restaurant - full of locals out for a treat on a Tuesday - great service - one massive garlic king prawn to start - decent chicken Malaya for main
24/10/2018: We were on holiday in Hayling Island last weekend and wanted to go to a nice restaurant for an evening meal with the family. looked up Bay of Bengal after reading tripadvisor and booked a table. We we not disappointed, the food was absolutely delicious even for a curry connoisseur like me. Some of the best and original curry specials I have ever tasted. At a reasonable price and the service was polite, unrushed and helpful. Will definitely come again on our next visit to the island.

The Raj

Wendover, Aylesbury Vale
03/11/2018: beautiful food with brilliant friendly service.
01/11/2018: Great Indian in the small village of Wendover. We arrived on a chilly Monday night and where immediately welcomed by the friendly staff. The food was delicious, and tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

Pelham, Gravesham
07/11/2018: Nice decorated interior. Very authentic North Indian food. Starters, main and side dishes were good. Visited with family. Good welcome by waiting staff. Taste was very good. Try whatever you like you will love it. Will visit again.
05/11/2018: In Gravesend to see a football match and living in rural Dorset we both fancied a proper Indian meal. This was lovely. Very basic furnishing, no frills, and quite noisy but service and food really good. Clearly popular with locals, we booked in advance, also busy with take aways.I had the idli sambar, a very generous portion and a spicy sauce, my partner had papri chatt which again a generous portion and a lovely depth of taste. My main was the goat curry at £10.95 the most expensive thing, a rcih but not creamy taste. Partner had shahi panneer, slightly hot with a nan. He is a lover of nan and thought this one of the best he has had. My pilau rice was delicate and we shared a portion of plain sag. The sag was the only slightly disappointing thing, a bit salty and also not much texture. A couple of groups of 6 which accounted for the noise, a few people eating on their own and a couple of women with a friend. caters well for people with mobility diffiuclties as two people in wheel chairs came in.

Secret Spices

Salmestone, Thanet
06/11/2018: Often go to secret spices as it is our default Indian out of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. We've tried others and in some cases the food is on par, but this offers the full package, good food, friendly accommodating staff, nice decor and good prices.
05/11/2018: We dined here tonight for my husband's birthday. Would highly recommend. We were impressed by the layout of the restaurant, and was warmly greeted on arrival and seated. The food we had; sheek kebab starter, chicken tikka masala, garlic and keema naan, garlic aloo potatoes and pulao rice. We could not fault any if it, and we are already planning another visit soon.

Everest Tandoori

St. Mark's, Rushmoor, >100£
12/11/2018: In my travels for business across many cities across continents - Farnborough, England in my experience is in the boondocks. This was my refuge for all my visits for tasty and value for money experience of Indian food. Good service when you dine in and prompt/timely when doing a to-go. I have had the 'pleasure' of being in Farnborough a few times and every time this place has not let me down.
12/11/2018: I was in Farnborough for the week and decided to try Everest (about a mile from the business park). Atmosphere was amazing and the food was incredible - one of the best Lamb Bhuna I have ever tasted!

Light of Asia

St Mary's, Test Valley
12/11/2018: So we did an evening meal at the Light of Asia with friends on Saturday. Our first visit since the re opening since a very lengthy refurb. We used to use the restaurant before. It wasn't trendy and had seen better days but the food was excellent and the staff were always very welcoming.
01/11/2018: First time here as just had a refurbishment. Order a delivery very quick service and the foodwas amazing going for a birthday meal on the wind so really looking forward to that ,

Delivery time is always reasonable. The staff i have encountered have always done everything they can to accomodate our order and are exceptionally polite to all. Keep up the great work your amazing.
28/10/2018: Definately the best Indian restaurant in Farnborough. Food is tremendous and the service excellent. Always book on a Friday or Saturday night otherwise you will not get a table. Car parking is easy and the staff very friendly. A good range of drinks and prompt service means you will not be disappointed. A group of us regularly eat here on a Saturday night.

01/08/2018: Out walking the canal with three old friends when at lunchtime we stumbled on Tiy. We have eaten in restaurants and bars worldwide and here we had one of the best quality filled dumplings and noodles and superb tea we've ever had, served with genuine care and friendliness by the owners who we believe are from Hong Kong.
