Four of us went for the Christmas afternoon tea. What a treat. Fantastic, fresh sandwiches - good salmon, cucumber and cream cheese. The wraps were amazingly tasty - a mixture of chicken and turkey with an aromatic twist to the Coronation chicken. Miniature quiches were to dye for! Scones are lovely, little pastries homemade and delicious. We were offered non-alcoholic champagne and tea and coffee were flowing continually. Perfect tastes in glorious surroundings. Most highly recommended.

Cream teas. Home-made. Delicious. Nice gardens and surroundings. Staff great. Would suggest you book and reserve so they have what you want. Walk in as we did was great as they have cream teas but not sandwiches for walk ins at that time. So reserve and do turn up!

We returned to Moor Close kitchen and were thrilled with the taste of the food. Excellent and most enjoyable. Do try vegetable spring rolls and We just loved vegetable curry with tofu. Will go again. Thank you Veselinka

First time at Moorclose Kitchen, friendly service and a great takeaway meal. Thoroughly enjoyed the Green Thai curry and coconut rice. We will certainly visit again

Disappointing experience while in the past, the giggling squid has been one of our favourite places.. We were given a table where the people sitting next to us, had to literally move in order for us to sit at our table, while there were plenty of free tables. The starters were delicious. But I ordered beef massaman but was given lamb shank massamam. The waitress and the manager came to apologise and said "they would fix the bill". We ended up being charged for the pricier lamb shank that I did not ordered. The chicken massamam had also very little chicken but lots of vegetables. All in all, a disappointing service and disappointing food.
