This is the best burger I have ever tasted.

This is the first restaurant we tried in London and it was already such a great atmosphere. The staff, and especially Jasmine, made our time worth it. They are sooo friendly too! Besides that, we had great burgers and amazing fries that cured my headache right away!! Thank you and see you again in our next visit 😊❤️

Classic burger🍔🍟 Nothing special but is a nice well made fast burger, also fries were good. Compared to other fast food the quality of the meat was better. Prices are high compared to the quality like everything in London 😂 ✅️I recommend to try this out if you want a fast burger and you are in the area.

Jasmine was the star waitress, so friendly and I was dining alone and she made me feel right at home. Food was great as usual

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately the burger was excessively greasy. Additionally, the burger comes wrapped which makes the bottom bun very soggy. Overall, the flavor was good, but the texture and presentation could be improved. I had to leave part of it, I normally don't do that.

P&B one of the best around. Great burgers and fries. The IPA is worth a sup too.

Save your money and go to the McDonald’s across the road. No plates, greasy burgers dripping with oil, and terrible service. One burger was so oily that it was unfit to feed to my dog. After eating the meal, we both felt physically sick. If you are unlucky enough to eat here be sure to check your receipt. We ordered 2 meal deals but were also charged an extra 8.50 for chips which were meant to be included in the meal deal. Staff lacked the brainpower to do basic math to rectify the mistake, and were unhelpful. Beware of the hidden 12.5% service charge which we asked to remove but staff acted clueless. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Really quality burger chain. The homemade fries and burgers were very good! Impeccable service! The only small negative point is that the meat is very (too?) juicy and therefore the bun underneath is quickly saturated with juice.

It was almost like recieving a nice take away at home but in a restaurant- referring to their lack of any kind of tableware provided, some staff also didn't feel approachable. Luckily at least the burger and chips tasted good- 3 stars for that alone.

Honestly the best restaurant burger I’ve had for sometime, ordered Lambshank Redemption burger (medium) wow what a burger, nice level of chillies to elevate the lamb. Proper juicy burger. My Son ordered the Smokey Robinson Burger (medium), and equally didn’t disappoint. Service was super quick and staff very friendly, would recommend to any burger/bbq fan Sorry no photos, was super hungry, and after first bite, phone didn’t get a look in 😋

We passed by chance passing through Liverpool Street station and looking for something for dinner before arriving at the hotel, as it was late to get something near the hotel. And it was a pleasant discovery! The burgers are excellent, and the staff are young, attentive and very friendly. The spicy fries are also spectacular. Very generous portions, two adults and a little girl had 3 burgers and two portions of chips, and we couldn't finish them. The environment is youthful and informal, very clean and the service was quick even though the place was full. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity to be in the area

It’s the 3rd time I’ve been to this patty and bun recently , the service has always been really friendly particularly Jasmine who was really welcoming and recognised me. The Luger Burger was very good.

One of the best burgers I've had! I'm a vegetarian and it's usually a struggle to find a tasty veggie burger but I just loved the Dig It burger. The mushroom fritter and garlic parsley butter combo was heavenly. Generous portion of fries as well. Staff seemed very friendly!

Have never been here before my two friends said it’s great here but after the food came I have to say I / we were pretty underwhelmed Service was ok pretty nonchalant food was ok and service why do you auto add 12.5% when it really isn’t warranted Patty & Bun you won’t see my money again good luck

Service very good and friendly staff However the meat 🥩 quality is pretty poor with little chunks of bone inside and has little flavour The fries appear to be over cooked and the oil appears to have been used many times without a change The fries appear to be orange suggests dirty over used oil I’d say over it’s about average quality and certainly a public H&S inspection of the kitchens Hopefully just a one off, as I’ve had Patty & Bun in the past and they have been a lot better

The food was good but I guess I was hyped up for more and was, therefore, mildly disappointed with "just" good. The music was playing too loudly. The service was fine.

Sadly I can't say I was impressed by Patty&Bun. I have been to a lot of London burger joints, but this one was quite average. I had a burger and chill coleslaw and both were absolutely fine, but nothing more than that. Not special and smallish portions and not on the cheap side either! The serving staff were polite, but a bit on the slow side. I was on my own, but it still took about 30mins from arrival to getting served my simple meal. I probably won't be back considering all the other places I could eat in London!

I ordered off Deliveroo twice and both times the staff was so kind and understanding when I called with a special request! They even sent me a personal note on my order! The food was fantastic. Definitely will be ordering again

I visited Patys & Bun a year ago and had fabulous burgers, so I decided to return with my two daughters. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The quality of the burgers was completely different and not great at all. However, the service was excellent. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Painfully slow service. Others had arrived after me and finished their meal before I had received my order. Gave up waiting after 30 mins and went to eat somewhere else

If mediocre was a burger it would be this one. I went here last week and ordered a burger, cheese bites and coleslaw. The slaw came out warm and limp, it was as if it had been out all day. The burger was incredibly average and it’s a shame to see such a lovely site and venue not living up to its full potential. The staff were lovely and kind and checked on us half way through. Overall I’m convinced this place isn’t up to scratch. After so many recommendations to try this I would avoid. There’s so many better options in this city.

The burgers were solid, but not the best I've ever had. The music was really loud and was coming from the restaurant plus the street. The service was excellent. We walked in with some particular eaters and they got our order right the first time. Plus, they have several halal options.

We used to come to this P & B quite a lot over the years, although we had a break and only went back after a while recently, but now regret that decision! It really has gone downhill. My husband used to love it and would want it above all other burger places, but it just isn't the same. The burger he had has completely changed (Jose Jose) and he was quite dissapointed. It was the quality and taste, as though they are now using cheaper ingredients. The burger I ordered came out near enough cold and I sent it back and ordered another but by the time it came i just didnt want it anymore. Had it at home and it was drenched in oil (Mushroom burger). They still tried to charge us for both, which was cheeky. No condiments were offered and we were given the wrong drink. The place just doesnt have the same appeal as it used to. Unfortunately we won't be going back, especially as there are so many other options out there these days. Felt like a complete waste of money.

Never stopped here before, so thought I'd try it. I ordered through the QR code on the tabel. I had the "Hot Chic" Chicken Burger and chicken wings (Winger Winger Chicken Dinner in the menu). Waited for 29 minutes before the food arrived at the table. The burger was very very good and I will stop here to have it again. The chicken wings had a sauce over them that I thought was BBQ, but may have been a bit more tomato. The wings were messy to eat because of the sauce over them, but they were tasty. Additional comment: I was with a friend that day eating here and he got scammed from photographing the QR code to be able to place an order. It was taking a while with him, so I ordered on my phone and all was good. He had to add his card to make the food order and it seemed like it was going round in circles. Not Patty & buns fault I'm sure. Apparently sometimes people have taken a photo of a QR code, but it is a sticker over the top of the real QR code. Other times it's a lot more professional and the thieves reproduce the menu with their fake code on and this may have been what happened on that day for my friend. He's had money taken from his account a few times and has now managed to stop it. Just be aware.

Very loud music, it was hard to hear the staff, burgers a bit disappointing, especially the mushroom one, it was dripping with oil. Fries were nice tho Edit after the reply: reducing service rating because apparently the staff doesn't care about guests

I ate there this week and my experience was wonderful, good service and excellent service, especially from Lory, she is very professional.

I have gone to eat there more than 3 times but today it has been a total disappointment, I ordered two burgers, the meat ended medium and I got it well, the wings were beaten, I disappointed, I had the restaurant as one of the best in burgers.

We arrived in London and the first we were heading was this awesome Burger shop. Everyone of us four had a burger and we shared two portions of fries. The burger and the fries were absolutely tasty. Highly recommended place to eat!

Yes, everything was very good. I especially liked the service. The 2 servers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had the lamb burger, which did have a kick due to the chilli. Nice too to have a different soft drink....a ginger ale. It was very handy for the station when I was an hour early for my train home. And it was nice to have an early dinner. It was just a shame I missed the good meal deal, which finished at 3 pm. I think this is a kid friendly place, not sure it's accessible as the toilets (clean and stocked) were upstairs. There's plenty of taxis outside, but I didn't see any parking. They take allergies and being Vegetarian seriously.

Sandwiches of significantly superior quality, try the "the don" which is truly delicious, a note of merit for the chips (so good that I took two baskets of them). Young and kind staff, Lory the GM is a person who can be seen putting a lot of passion into her work. PS: The revised recipe milkshake is divine!

Got takeout, very busy, burger and chips no drink £19.20 - burger was a little under a medium but wasn’t bad, more importantly a few chips were mouldy and put me off eating rest of them. Shame, as needed somewhere for good quick eat for train.

We were in London for a weekend and ate at this place twice. The first time GM Lory welcomed us... very professional and human, kind and attentive towards customers and above all in the quality of the food. Even if the place is always full, the waiting time to eat is really short! Excellent product quality! Efficient staff. I highly recommend going to Patty&Bun. Good choice. We ended up here "accidentally" while waiting for an airport bus, and wow, I'm so glad we did! Had the best burger in a long time, accompanied by fast service and reasonable prices, fantastic.

Got the lunch deal which was a beef burger, rosemary fries, and a canned drink. It was all really nice. I especially loved the fries. Wish there was slightly less sauce in the burger. My friend got the plant based nuggets and rosemary fries. Only thing I didn't like was that the space was very small so seating was extremely tight.

Patty&Bun is one of the best burger joints I’ve been to. The service is exceptionally fast, had my burger and fries just 5-10 mins after sitting down. And the burgers are to die for. 100% recommended to any burger lovers.

Burgers were ok. Chips way over seasoned. But the price is way more than it should be. If I’m being HONEST there are better options out there. Also just serve it on a plate.

I had a great experience at Patty & Bun, sat out in the sun ☀️! The mushroom burger was really good and P&B kindly gave me a free burger (via their newsletter) for my birthday. The restaurant manager, Lory was super friendly and gave me a free portion of fries too- which was very kind! Will definitely be back again soon (next time as a paying customer 😁)

Very good homemade fries and tasty burger. The bread is soft and the meat very juicy. The person who took our order was very pleasant. The place is welcoming and bright. Everything was perfect, the only downside is the music which is very loud. The location is ideal, next to the train station.

Very cosy and vibrant place close to Liverpool Station where the staff is very attentive. We’ve been served by Lory and she recommended their monthly special burger 🍔. I ordered it with a slowed cooked beef on fries 🤤it was incredible. I loved the casual interaction and straight forward structure. Easy to get a juicy satisfying burger along with a pint of IPA 🍺. Im sure that was not the last time to visit you guys. Thanks again
