Amazing experience. A hidden gem! At first this place didn't seem all it was cracked up to be, but we had a fantastic time and the service from Robins and Dhruv was amazing. For those going bottomless, the tapas is better than the sushi, but there is no bad ordering here. Enjoy!

Went to Inamo for lunch with my best friend and it was a total disaster. The salmon was slimy, the chicken was undercooked, and the sushi tasted old. The wine was disgusting and the music was so loud we couldn’t even talk. A few hours later, I ended up with food poisoning — vomiting, cramps, chills. Horrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.

Place is a tourist trap con, very expensive. Interactive tables for ordering that don't really work and there is a £1.25 charge per head for use of the table even though this is the only way of paying £90+ for 3 dishes and 2 drinks (which were on offer). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Had visited today along with a friend as we were gifted vouchers for the Unlimited tapas via a 3rd party website. Upon being seated and looking through the menu, we noticed a lot of items from their online menu were missing, and that most meat options were charged extra. When challenging the waiter on this (as this is not listed on their website at all, even if you book directly through them or mentioned in their T&Cs pre purchase) the voucher menu was different from them main menu. Items such as the Wagyu parcels, bao buns, and ribs were missing. Upon asking for the manager, the waiter informed us the manager was not on site. Asking for someone more superior, we were informed the same gain. After multiple requests, someone more senior attended and informed us the 3rd party website used mentions the word “set menu”. Neither on the 3rd party website NOR the actual website is the contents of the set menu listed nor mentioned. Blatant attempt at hiding behind T&Cs which are not clear nor clarified at any point. The manager then stated “if you can show me where these items are included, we will offer it to you.” Extremely rude and condescending, considering both websites DO NOT mention any items nor what is offered in the set menu. In addition, the manager offered to refund the vouchers and offer the normal menu, which we declined as we did not want to spend money at this establishment. At this point we had ordered mostly vegetarian dishes from the menu, all of which tasted sub par and not very pleasant. After further discussion with the manager, we were able to obtain some ribs and wagyu parcels. When they arrived, both were not great dishes and lacked flavour. The wagyu parcels themselves were incredibly slimy and looked completely unappealing. The only things we enjoyed food wise were the Asian fries, kimchi fried rice, and the Korokke. Everything else, including service, were poor and extremely insulting. Highly recommend not eating here. You can find much better food at other Asian establishments across London for a fraction of what their normal menu charges. Will be messaging the business directly and obtaining a full refund for the vouchers. We ended up leaving before our meal was finished and refused to pay for any service fees or tech fees. TLDR: The vouchers are misleading and offer a set menu which is not mentioned on their website and T&Cs. Food is poor quality and their rebuttal seems accusatory of the customer once challenged on their practices.

A very disappointing experience We booked a dinner for two through a gift voucher worth £200, and the experience was far below expectations. The included menu was extremely limited, with no appealing options available without paying extra. The quality of the food — especially the sushi — was dreadful, genuinely inedible. On top of that, drinks and service charge were not included, something that was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. I would not recommend this place for a special occasion. It came nowhere near justifying the price, and we felt we had wasted what was meant to be an enjoyable experience.

This was by far one of the worst places I've ever visited. My partner’s sister kindly gifted us a Virgin Experience voucher, and since we were already planning a trip to London for a show, we decided to use it here. We originally booked a table for 6:15 PM, but they changed it to 6:30 PM on the same day with little notice. While this was only a minor inconvenience, it still disrupted our plans. When we arrived, the place was dark, cramped, and overcrowded. Our table wasn’t ready, so we were asked to wait in their so-called “waiting area,” which turned out to be two random chairs awkwardly placed next to the kitchen. When we were finally told our table was ready, it actually wasn’t—we stood around while someone cleaned it in front of us. We were then given a brief explanation on how to order and play games using the interactive table. The voucher menu was extremely limited, mostly offering unappealing vegan options, seemingly designed to push you toward ordering from the regular (and more expensive) menu. We ordered a pitcher of the £45 watermelon cooler, and it was absolutely disgusting, we each had one sip and didn’t touch it again, we asked for them to take if off the bill as no chance in hell we were paying for that crap. The food was either served quickly but cold, or took far too long to arrive. Nothing tasted good. Even the prawn crackers were stale, which I didn’t think was possible to get wrong. When it came time to pay, we used the table’s app, but it took staff over 15 minutes to respond, despite the request clearly showing on their system. To make matters worse, they tried to add a £15 service charge, which was laughable given the poor service throughout. There’s also a mandatory £2.50 charge to use the interactive tables, even though it’s the only way to order so you have no choice but to pay it. The table itself was scratched, laggy, and barely functional. The games weren’t enjoyable, and the experience just felt broken.In summary, the food was awful, the service was worse, and the whole atmosphere was unpleasant. The interactive tables which are supposedly the highlight of the venue were a huge letdown. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save your money and go somewhere that values your time and offers decent service and food. I genuinely regret stepping foot in this place and will never do so again.

I think this was the most regrettable £99 pound spent in a long time. A few dishes were good but they were in no way, shape or form worth the price. The bao bun with chicken was superb, the pork with cabbage was good (even if I didn’t understand the half kilo of just roughly chopped cabbage which was thrown on top). However, we were served rice which was half dry, the sweet and sour chicken was not warm and had a soggy batter. We had an off peak deal with £29 for any four tapas. How can you make rice one of those dishes? RICE? It costs nothing to produce in comparison to the other dishes, it should not have been one out of four tapas dishes when paying 30 quid.. The service was not great. Firstly, no one asked how the food tasted. We were seated by a lady whose name I do not know as we were not told. About 55 minutes in she asks if we want to order any more dishes as our time slot is coming to an end. We say no and literally 20 seconds later she is stood behind us with a card machine. She didn’t leave the receipt at the table and get back after a couple of minutes as you usually do. She just stood and stared at us until we got our card out. Very odd. It felt like as we were not adding any more food to the bill we were indirectly asked to pack up and get out. The screens are a nice touch however they are very outdated. Slow response time, unclear what to press in some cases and just an archaic look. It felt like I was back in 2005. Would I come back? No. Severely overpriced and not worth the money at all.

2.5*: Food was good, a little on the expensive side for what you’re getting. The service could have been better. For example there wasn’t any wipes with the chicken wings, we had to ask for extra napkins and plates. It’s very dark inside and they do clean the game screens but best not to think about how many other fingers have been on the table! The games are very basic and not that responsive. We went as my partner had vouchers, if I had to pay for it, would have been quite disappointed overall.

The games/order screen was a bit out of sync when you pressed, but is getting old I suppose. Have I had better Asian food in London? Absolutely, but this was still good, although the kimchi rice was a bit on the oily side. What was less fun was that our booking said 1.5 hours (a 4 tapas menu). One hour in we were asked to place our last order, but five ten minutes later we were handed the bill just like that, with 20 minutes left to have ordered another drink etc. Abrupt ending which lost them a star. Shame with such a good concept.

Firstly, the food is only average at best, so it's certainly not worth the price. Secondly, we were quite a big group with kids, yet we were crammed around a very tight table. Not only were we sitting on top of each other, but so was all the food that we had ordered. When we asked the staff for an additional table, we were told that this couldn't be done. You'd think the restaurant would plan adequate space based on the number of people in our reservation. Thirdly, the service throughout was poor. Everything was frantic and disorganised. Our bottle of wine was knocked over by a waiter as he couldn't get around the limited space. There was no apology, no offer to replace it, or even pour us a glass - just a shrug and insistence that it wasn't their fault, so nothing could be done! Although there wasn't much left in the bottle, it would have been nice to actually drink it rather than let the floor have it, especially when we were charged full price for it. The concept is novel, but it's completely overshadowed by overpriced food and subpar service. Even the kids had had enough and couldn't get out fast enough.

Underwhelming experience. After we were taken to our table, it took a long time before someone came over to explain to us what menu to use and how to order. The food itself was of mediocre quality and definitely not authentic. Alcohol is very overpriced. The place itself is in a run-down condition. Our last order was ignored, and after 25 minutes of waiting we were told the time was almost up. But they did eventually bring the food and extended the booking once this was brought to their attention. When the bill came, there was an additional charge of £1.25 per person for “technology licensing” on top of the service charge which we thought was quite ridiculous. On the brighter note, the waiting staff were nice.

We had to remind them about drinks. Food was not great. Overall not recommended. Watch out they charge you extra on the bill for those iPads ! £1.25 per person !

I had a great dining experience. I ordered the kimchi pancake, banchan set, jeyuk bokkeum (spicy pork stir-fry), and Korean fried chicken. The kimchi pancake was crispy on the outside and full of flavour . The banchan set was generous, with a good variety of classic side dishes like kimchi, cucumber kimchi , and seasoned spinach, all fresh and tasty. The jeyuk bokkeum was a standout: the pork was tender, well-marinated, and had just the right amount of heat. The Korean fried chicken was crispy and juicy. Service was friendly. Overall, everything felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone craving solid Korean comfort food.

The lamb curry, garlic naan, chicken tikka, and samosas were FANTASTIC!! We came on recommendation of our Uber driver, and it did not disappoint. Super reasonably priced, casual, clean atmosphere.Highly recommend!

This was a lovely restaurant, very busy at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening and I would certainly recommend booking. The waitress looking after us was really helpful however there are two negatives to this restaurant that I feel worth pointing out to make other diners aware. 1. They advertise having a happy hour both outside the restaurant and on the front of the menu that they give you when you sit down at your table. However, if you are a diner happy hour doesn’t apply to you, you can only access the happy hour if you are not eating and are sitting at the bar which just felt a little wrong as we were paying full price for our drinks, when are sat at the bar weren’t and we were pre-booked and sitting and spending a lot of money in their restaurant, I feel they could be a little bit more accommodating with this. 2. They offer a number of set menus both for lunchtime pre-theatre and a full tasting experience however none of these actually cater for a vegetarian. There is a selection of vegetarian dishes on the menu which were actually really nice. It would just be a little nicer if you were also able to do the tasting that menu experience as a vegetarian. Apart from those two issues we really enjoyed the food and would probably go back again just a little bit disappointing that they were aware of these issues as they told us other other diners had raised them but hadn’t done anything about it .
