We came for a bottomless brunch. The food was great and the staff kept our drink topped up all day. Arnold was great, really attentive!

On arrival, waitress was more worried about advising us when the table was needed back than to welcome us in and show enthusiasm.. the touchscreen for the table was slow and glitching… Some of the food was nice, but was cold as they spent the majority at the host stand rather than collecting our food or updating us on a waiting time as 2 of my dishes I ordered as soon as I sat down came after 40 minutes whilst worrying we had 25ish minutes left to actually eat and enjoy the food. Baring in mind there was only 2 tables in the whole building with customers including ours.. if it was busier I would be more mindful.. won’t be returning… £100 bill id rather spend elsewhere.. still waiting for the bill we asked for 20 minutes ago.. 👎🏻 what a shame…. Didn’t eat all day to look forward to this….

Polite staff that’s about the good part- interactive table barely worked and finger stuck to it and clicked on whatever, food was at best ok; if you enjoy Asian cuisine particularly Japanese as advertised then you will not like this, I’d consider it a Chinese fusion with UK; horrendous food: me and my fiancée had 9 plates; I didn’t enjoy one. She enjoyed a few dishes but I would never return

We had a very unfortunate experience at this restaurant. First of all we booked a table earlier in the year, since then their policy has changed to a minimum charge of £40 per person which is certainly high. When we arrived the conversation we had with the server was as follows. Them: there is a minimum £40 per person charge. Us: Is that £14? As in ONE, FOUR? Them: Yes. Luckily we noticed the menu said £40. Which brings me to in my opinion the worst part of the experience. You don't get a printed menu, and you don't get a waiter. What you get is a touch screen in your table, with the worst programmed app for ordering food that has ever been devised. It was so frustrating to use that it alone made me want to walk out. Trying to get the menu to scroll was so difficult, the tables were so poorly calibrated, that's you would end up clicking on dishes that you didn't want, and then when you go back you end up at the top of the menu to have to start the frustrating scrolling again. I never got to the bottom of the menu, because it was that bad. What was even worse was as you start adding items that you want to order they all get jumbled in together with the other people at your table so it becomes a confusing mess as you're all trying to work out whether you've ordered the right things or whether things have been added accidentally because someone's put that elbow on the table. I genuinely think that is a massive waste of everyone's time and little more than a ploy to get you to accidentally order other items that you didn't think to order. I asked for another form of menu and they said there was none, I asked for someone to be able to take my order and they refused. What's more we had three different members of staff approach our group of three different times telling us we were ordering off the wrong menu when someone else had told us to order off this menu it was an absolute farce. We had other people's food bought to us twice, before we even ordered anything. The food we did eat was not great, it wasnt awful but for that price I would expect better. In the end we left, feeling very ripped off.

Please don't go there!!!!! It was just really bad. After 3 meals at all you can eat we left today. Such a shame about the money. Seems really shabby there. The games table also works poorly.

Poor quality food, not worth the price at all. For a suchi and tapas all you can eat option, there were only two sushi rolls.

This place was honestly stuck a disappointment. I went because I had a Nightkey club discount, but the food was so mid. Ordered a plate of ‘Asian fries’ and it was basically maccies fries with mayo on top. The total came up to £80+, for the environment, food and service it wasn’t worth it at all. I don’t recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Inamo, made better by really attentive staff. Special mention to Jasmi, who took the time to explain every dish and kept us topped up with drinks. We booked Inamo as a hen party, and had a blast with karaoke and games downstairs, before heading upstairs into our own room for dinner. The food was delicious, everything was divine including the yuzu pork, bang bang cauliflower and Szechuan chicken - which were group faves. The interactive tables were an added bonus, Jasmi showed us how to operate them and split the games between 1, 2 and 4 players. This was such a laugh. We’ll all definitely return to Inamo for more group functions and fun evenings out. Thanks!

Had the tapas and sushi all you can eat, at over £37 per person it was just awful, quality and taste! edamame covered in oily sauce, sushi was warm and only 4 options, noodles sweet, chicken options the same fried chicken bites but just covered in different sauces, tables cramped and dark so you really can’t see how awful the food is. Save your money. Options to pay £3 extra for other dishes. Prior to booking contacted restaurant to ask if the Groupon offer same as booking direct online, they sent me to options to book direct so did that when in fact could have paid less going through Groupon, but even if we did it’s still not worth it

Horrible service. It takes around 20min between each order. We ordered noodles for the kids at 7pm and it arrived after 8pm. We had to leave to out them to sleep and their food wasn’t there yet.

Good Japanese style food with tables made of large video screens to order on and play video games. Ordering system is fiddly and irritating at times. Video games are simplistic and the system overall is poor.

We dined here with our daughters on our first evening in London. The sushi was delicious. The drink selection is rather average. The service was a bit slow and not attentive. All you can eat makes little sense, as there is only a short time window and a lot of time wasted due to time-consuming ordering at the table. It was very loud and uncomfortable. 15% service is absolutely disproportionate for the service provided.

I was really looking forward to trying this place but found it pretty disappointing here is why 1. We pre booked a voucher for their bottomless brunch this included English fizz once we arrived we where told no that it would be 10 pounds to upgrade to this per person I have double check what we booked it doesn’t mention this anywhere 2 you have to stick to the same drink all the way through we went for the white wine it wasn’t very good and luke warm also the basement room we where sat in was often without a waiter so we had empty glasses most of the time 3 a lot of the food was very good but we where also served stone cold chicken I mean it was straight out of the fridge I called the waiter bell to let someone know as no one was in our room and they just where not really bothered. 4 the interactive tables downstairs where set up not like they show online so it wasn’t fun at all it shows online like you can battle but they where individual small screens so you couldn’t really This could be really good but it was not If you consider booking this as a treat or nice day out don’t you have so many better options in London for the same price and 90 min of like warm cheap white wine 10/10 would not recommend

Food was cold as had to wait 45 minutes for our food after having to ask where it was saw it was sitting in their hot plate for the entire time very disappointing,staff were oblivious to us even when it came to us asking for the bill. I wouldn't go back there again as was rather ill after.

Came for my birthday after spending the whole day in a full Asian, Japanese immersion in London through galleries, shops and restaurants to then come and dine here. As kind as front of house was the food let me down, not just a little, me and my girlfriend got served cold chicken that was meant to be fried nicely and crispy, same as the tempura, exempting the aubergine; the fish used for the sushi (tuna and salmon) was not fresh at all, it was not tasting as fresh fish is supposed to. All you can eat menu felt like a scam, since there was not much sushi options available and most of them were a cheaper version of what they should actually be; the atmosphere, dark and luminous only from the tables screens made sure I could not see properly the items, specially checking if the fish had the right colour and the tuna looked very sallow, which is one of the item they charge more on top of the all you can eat price. It was meant to be a nice experience, but the only good things were the unlimited food I didn’t enjoy as much because of the lack of quality and the front of house who served us taking off the bill something, just to not make too heavy to digest the whole situation. I absolutely do not recommend
