Loved eating here! It's busy.....very busy but the staff were very good at attending to our needs, whether that was help with ordering the food or bringing the food. The food itself was fantastic. Let's be honest here, it's not the cheapest restaurant but it's in the heart of Soho and so expected. We didn't go crazy and paid £50 per head. Highly recommend.

I made a booking for 15 people. While the staff were accommodating and arranged a great seating layout for us, we were disappointed in the service and food. The ordering system crashed twice (you have to order your food on a touchscreen, which in itself was very annoying to use), and when it did crash twice and we asked to order through a waiter, we were told that was not possible. When we were finally able to order, most of the food arrived before any of the drinks. It is standard to serve the guests their drinks first. In addition, I ordered a dish (the edamame) through a waiter, as I wanted it without any sauce, which you could not do through the touchscreen menu. This was never served to me and seemed to be forgotten. My colleague sat across me, ordered a vegan dish, as she herself is vegan. The dish came with prawns in it. This is unacceptable - especially as when they served it to her, they said it was the veggie version of the dish. Our waiter did swap it over for her of course, but I still believe this is not a mistake that you can be making as an established restaurant. I will say, I am appreciative of the fact that the staff allowed us to stay longer than our booking had initially allowed for, and that they were all very kind. The food was also served VERY quickly, which was great as we were very hungry! The atmosphere of this restaurant is loud, so if you are looking for a calmer, more private dining experience, this is perhaps not the place. If you are looking to be entertained and you have children, this place is great: you can play games on the touchscreen tables. I hope this review is helpful - I just wanted to give my honest feedback.

Food came very quickly, overall the restaurant is a little grubby and could do with some investment. Food was good but expensive for the environment and service style.

The food was good, but very expensive for what it was and the surroundings. Very disappointed with the ambiance and setting of the restaurant felt like you were in a dingy arcade. Expected much nicer environment and ambience for the price you were expected to pay. Also an extortionate service charge of 18.5% added to the bill!! Much prefer the setting of the old venue, much more fitting to the price you are paying. Won’t be going there again or recommending it.

Imamo Soho gave us the best experience. Very attentive server and always accommodated for any requests. All round made our experience amazing and would happily come back on account of the service he gave us.

Alcohol is expensive with glasses of quite ordinary wine at roughly £15. The sushi rolls were okay but not very generous with the fish, with the crab option we ordered the crab was barely detectable. Unfortunately it was very loud, we were seated in the back basement next to a huge loud table and loud music which made it hard to hear! Staff were swift and nice, just disappointed by quality of food and overpricing.

The bottomless deal has a ridiculous policy attached to it that you can not change drinks. For this reason alone, I probably wouldn’t go back. There are so many restaurant options around, policies like this just annoy people.

My last Inamo experience was about 20 years ago on Lower Regent St. not the same and not to be repeated.

We unfortunately didn't have the best experience. Food and drinks are expensive, even when compared relatively to similar level restaurants in London. Technology to order is good, although that doesn't come close to make up for the price you pay for the food quality you receive. Very mediocre food. Service slightly slow and uninterested. Didn't check back on food or our experience overall. Unfortunately would not revisit.

Food was awful. Hair in the chips (staff did replace) but overall food was terrible. £306 for 3 adults and 3 kids. not value for money. we hardly ate anything and had to get mcdonald's on the way home.

Not a good experience. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children under 10. Having looked at the website where there is a kids menu, then to be told when we arrived that there was no kids menu - not a good start. We asked for plain chicken noodles for the two children - only one arrived so they had to share that. I then had to remind the staff about our drinks order - after our food had arrived. We were seated in a basement next to a bin and a trolley full of dirty plates and glassware. The staff did what they could but it all fell very short of our expectations of a London restaurant - particularly at the prices they charge for food and drink. Avoid and find somewhere else to eat in Soho.

The restaurant is looking very dated and tacky now. The screen tables could do with an upgrade as very glitchy to order food. We had the al a carte menu and it’s over priced for what it is. A single bao bun was £10 and was very dry. The overall taste was not great for all the food. Chips from the kids menu seemed like they had been re-fried. The drinks were probably the best thing. Doubt I would go back again as only benefit is it keeps kids entertained for a while.

food is good but the service is great., waited food for 15min and manager robins brought it in seconds once told him, we enjoyed tables with games but need more better interactive with applications. we would recommend if youre looking for brunch menu.

We used to be regulars at Inamo Soho when we lived in London. I decided to book the restaurant for my partner's 40th while we were visiting London for a day out. The restaurant is unrecognisable in every way to how it used to be. We were sat in the basement, where it was busy and freezing cold, with storage heaters in use trying to up the temperature; not what you expect from a restaurant of this standard. The food has shot up in price, which is understandable given the challenges facing the service sector. However, the food arrived at different times, often with long delays, and my partner's main plate took over 45 minutes to arrive. We had lost interest by the then. My six-year old daughter is sensitive to spice so we asked the waiter what was the least spiciest option, which turned out to the ribs. On arrival they were incredibly spicy, suprising to me, a spice food lover. Given it was a 40th birthday no fuss or extra care was given. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. I've never complained to a restaurant before and felt oliged to on this occasion. I did not expect anything in return, but was given 30% of the bill and a free cocktail for my partner. It was sad to see Inamo Soho has gone so downhill. For the prices they charge one would expect much better, especially for a birthday celebration. We are sorry to say that we won't ever be returning. Even the food is not as good as it was and the portions even smaller. Such a shame considering that this used to be such a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Food was nice but wasn’t made aware of a time limit so when we ordered our last dishes and drinks we had 5 minutes to eat them. Then staff persisted to try and take away our food and drink even though we were still finishing. This was very frustrating and put a dampener on our evening, which was a shame because as I said the food was lovely.

I went for unlimited sushi and tapas and we loved the food. But many vegetarian options on the voucher menu and few meat . But I recommend it

Cool idea of the interactive tables. We went for the bottomless brunch and they were great at letting you have as much as you wanted, however the limited menu didn't have too much sushi. Even the full a la carte was missing a bit more of sushi variety eg sashimi. Pan Asian food was great and very tasty 😋. Service was impeccable.

Nice food but quite slow service given they were very strict on the time we were allowed to keep the table (1.5 hours for under 5 people) Lots of drinks unavailable and very small selection of soft drinks (no lemonade for example? Coke was one small glass for a lot of money, not even a can!) But the family enjoyed the interactive game tables and that made it fun. The food was lovely when it arrived. Overall we had a good time, a one off experience perhaps, not sure for the money we would go back.

Food is average, perhaps overpriced for what it is and the tech was impressive 10years ago. Time to upgrade the tech or just give people a proper menu

Nabin and Saima made our visit to Inamo amazing! Their service was so so good, nothing was too much of an ask. They ensure our drinks were kept flowing! I loved how smiley the staff were, and made us feel so welcome :) We bought our parents for the bottomless and they loved it, we will definitely be back!!!

The food quality was very bad, deep fried in old fat and poor quality. The place feels quite dirty and in need of renovation. Interesting idea with in terra rive tables, but I’d rather they concentrated on the food quality. Cocktails were overly sweet and sickly. No drag show, although the time out offer specifies there are 2 performances per night!.. This restaurant feels like it’s about to go out of business and rightly so, as there are so many great places to dine in Soho

I recently visited this sushi restaurant, and I was absolutely delighted! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a very attentive staff who immediately created a cozy and caring atmosphere. Every member of the team was incredibly polite and courteous, but I want to give special thanks to Krutik! He truly stood out as a professional, helping us choose dishes, explaining the flavors, and answering all our questions with great patience. As for the sushi, everything was top-notch – fresh ingredients, tender fish, and beautifully crafted rolls with attention to every detail. The presentation was fantastic; each dish looked stunning and appetizing, which only enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers and those who appreciate exceptional service. Huge thanks to Krutik and the whole team for a wonderful evening!

The heat in the restaurant was too much. Us and another table had to ask for it to be turned down. I was given the wrong drink, and when they realised it wasn’t rectified so I was stuck with it.

We did the Virgin experience and it was superb, Arnold at the soho Inamo branch w as superb, friendly and guided us through the whole evening, brilliant!

Good was amazing lots of choice and all presented lovely! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Food served at a good time and wasn’t left with out a dish or a full drink. The only down side is the restaurant is very run down. I was expecting a nicer more kept better place but was rather run down and toilets were grim. Saying that I will return with my children for the experience

food is ok, i'm not sure how much it was because it's a gift (afternoon tea sushi and tapas). I was expecting more food, but this is all. can't say if it's worth the price since i didn't know how much it cost. service is not very good when we came maybe because it's busy and full. had to wait 30mins until the dessert is served. it's also not very good ambiance as everyone talking and it gets too loud.

We did the sushi dragon class which had a fantastic host who was funny and catering to all skill levels. During the bottomless brunch we were hosted by Arnold, who was a great server with a wealth of knowledge who told us some great food choices along with a bubbly service. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to eat great food and have a great time!

Top class sensei teaching us sushi rolling had so much fun making my own dragon roll & futomaki. Staff friendly & attentive, Arnold was excellent and made us feel very welcome.

The dragon indeed brought a smile on my kid's face. Food was ok. Service was very unprofessional which erased all positivity. I was rushed to leave, almost kicked out and the interactive table was turned off only because the staff allocated another booking too soon and blamed me for their mistakes. No one had informed me about time restrictions before I sat and ordered food.
