Inamo in City of London, Westminster

I really don't understand all the negative reviews. We came here as part of the Unlimited Asian Tapas and Sushi with Bottomless Drinks experience from Buyagift, and it was great! There were plenty of options on the bottomless menu, and every dish we tried was delicious. The Sichuan Chicken and Yuzu Pork Belly were standouts. The staff were excellent at keeping our drinks topped up, so we definitely got our money's worth. The interactive tables can be a bit temperamental, but the staff were quick to reset them when needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely visit again!

We got the voucher for unlimited sushi and tapas which at first looked like a good value, but when you go in store the selection is very very limited less than 25 items to choose from. The food wasn’t good, and bland i am not sure if that’s because it’s the voucher menu or all the food is bland. The only good thing was the interactive table but not worth your money so don’t get voucher. I didn’t think i’d leave such a bad review but I am really sorry it was very disappointing to be in central london

Good food but little choice. We had a gift voucher but the employees didn't know what to do with it, one of them told us to wait because "I'm going to check the system", conclusion, we're still waiting 🤡 Concerning the atmosphere, music too loud, the screens allowing us to order serve as a table and do not turn off, too much brightness!

The food was good and the quieter atmosphere meant I had a good catch up with my friend. Thank you, Aarti.

Atmosphere lacked and place looks run down. They did make sure all was ok and left us too it though, so service was great. Katsu Sushi roll lacked taste.

Dragon Roll class is Sushi making class which I think the teacher is highlight. Shout out to Ani, who is so knowledgable about Japanese food and got such good banter 🫡🙏🏻❤️

I booked a games room evening here in early November last year and still haven't got my deposit back. Horrible service. Customers shouldn't have to chase 5 times to get their money back.

A very fun place to have food while playing on their interactive tables! It’s so much fun for adults also! I’ve been several times with friends and we always love it! They usually do groupon deals and it’s a great deal that way. The staff are nice and you order on the iPad so the food keeps coming as long as you keep ordering.

I had purchased a groupon beforehand. My visit was absolutely horrible. The servers were rude. The screens in the restaurant worked very poorly and we had trouble even ordering anything. We were not served any water and were informed we can buy drinks from the menu, which were about 17 £ each, even water cost 7£! That's insane! We could only get 3 tiny side dishes because everything was so expensive!! What's even the point of this groupon? And the worst part was when we got served the bill and even tho we purchased the groupon, they put 7£ service charge!! We were hoping to have a nice date night but we were rushing out of the restaurant as soon as we could.

Such a lovely evening out. A definite treat for friends and family. A special thanks to Sakshi our server. Such a nice girl and couldn't do enough for us. We will 100% be back again. See you soon.

Aardi and her male colleague were so welcoming and friendly! Super fast service and so attentive! The male (didn’t get his name :/) saw us struggling with how to order and immediately came over to help without us even having to ask! Food was superb and we got a great deal, only thing was that the screens seemed pretty old and could do with being more touch sensitive as it was hard to scroll as the touch would randomly decide to stop.

Went with my fiance and other family members on a Friday evening before a comedy show. The menu was interesting so it looked like a good place to eat. For the meat eaters it was. Afrobeats playing created a good atmosphere for those that enjoy that genre of music, it tends to be feel good music. Found the interactive tables to be a bit fidgity for ordering food, otherwise a good idea. Downstairs area was not heated properly, so cold for some people. My fiance is vegetarian and the rest of us are meat eaters. The problem we had was my fiance ordered vegetarian yaki udon, my sister in law ordered prawn yaki udon, when the vegetarian one was delivered to the table, my fiance discovered prawns underneath once she started eating it. This is unacceptable, obviously a miscommunication from the kitchen. Anyway, at this point, it's already put a sour point on the meal, so what can be done to rectify the situation wasn't enough, the supervisor was limited in what he could offer. Ultimately, all the meat eaters had our food, the vegetarian had to wait an extra 10 minutes due to the miscommunication. My food was cold because I had to go and sort out the miscommunication with the veggie meal.

Our food looked nothing as to what is shown on here. Ours was served on a slate board. We had the afternoon tea for 2, bought for me as a Christmas present. Some of the dishes were served with 3 or 5 pieces that did not divide evenly between two of us. Seemed a little odd that that it wasn't 2, 4 or 6. The macaroons served were still frozen in the middle so likely not defrosted for long enough. Bought in and not freshly made on the day. A pint of beer cost 8.95 but when served it was missing about a centimeter off top. You feel like you are being robbed when you've just forked out nearly 9 quid. The wasabi paste (I think that is what it was), looked more like mashed up mushy peas and was crusty like it had been left out for a while. When the bill came we were charged 2.50 for the interactive tables that we didn't even use. This added price is not mentioned anywhere on their website or menu. We were also charged with service that did not seem proportionate to the overall bill. We didn't pay as we didn't really have any service. Considering everything is ordered from a toy h screen. As it was a voucher I have to be thankful I. However knowing if we had paid £50 for the afternoon tea without drinks. Save yourself some money and go to Lidl.

Had a great bottomless at inamo soho today, good value, great food, manageable portion sizes and can order unlimited of your favourites, and Arnold checked in regularly to ensure we were happy and everything was good with our food and drinks

Great experience! Very well looked after by Sakshi, 5 stars for her. The technology needs an update as it was very dry glitchy. Top tip the first part of the all unlimited menu is chargeable, scroll down 😊

Had a great time with my family of 4. We were able to eat delicious sushi, Korean ribs, and noodles. Prachi and Khushi were a great team. They took care of us and made sure we were happy. I recommend this restaurant for a fun night out with family or even a date.

The interactive tables are fun which would make dining with kids enjoyable. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not worth the price. For a £39.99 “all you can eat” sushi and tapas, the selection of menu is very limited and, majority of the sushi option were vegetarian.

Made a booking via open table due to the good reviews but my take is that this is place is good for family or drinks but it’s not the place to come to for food

It was the worst EVER restaurant I've EVER experienced. The touch menu work very badly. The waitress brought several incorrect meals, and she tried to convince us that it's a correct order, even when there was other waitress with us they got arguing with each other about our order. We got only 4 kids meals, when the kids finish their food, they didn't clean the table, even after we asked three times to clean it. After one hour waiting for the food and asking about it they bring sushi dias compensation, but refused to take it and we gave up and asked to leave. I was surprised that they wanted us to pay for what we got. They asked full price!!! It felt as if it was a hidden camera or comedy scene taken from a movie, but it was not funny.

Portions are a bit small, price is not. Food was ok but nothing special. Waitresses try to rush on you to order and if you go for the all you can eat option, if you don't eat enough you are charged for it...sorry but nobody ask you to offer this option, if people don't eat give it to charity rather than charging customers. Also they do not show prices on internet and they do not specify in the bill how much they charge for serivice, I calculated 15%, quite a lot! I liked the games, nice idea. Overall I would not recommend.

Amazing sushi making class, so fun and the Sushi Sensai was very helpful, great dragon roll and lovely food in the unlimited sushi upstairs. The service from Arnold was excellent, he is very attentive and friendly. Thank you!

Had an amazing time at Inamo this afternoon, beginning with a dragon roll sushi class where we were taught how to make two different types of sushi by the sensei before going upstairs for the bottomless brunch where we we're given unlimited Asian tapas and alcoholic drinks. Our waiter Arnold was very attentive and never let out glass go below half full! Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes Japanese/Asian cuisine

It was OK. The food wasn't bad, but you can find so much better for cheaper in London. The video games are fun but the screens aren't very reactive and feel a bit worn. Overall it's one of those places you try once and probably never go back. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

For all Dutch people: don't go! They say they have a lot of sushi but that's not the case at all! You pay a lot for a very small card. Even if you don't eat it, you still pay for it. Not good!

The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Way too overpriced, no sushi selection. The food wasn’t particularly good. For the price, you could have gotten so much more out of your dinner. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

A fire alarm was blaring for the first 5 minutes. We were treated like idiots for asking when it might stop. The main selling point of this restaurant is the table touch screens. However, these were glitchy (for instance, you’re supposed to be able to order directly from the table but the system wasn’t working so we ended up having to flag a waitress down). Lastly, another set of diners ended up in an argument with management which was loud and very close to our table. We will not be returning.

Rating is below average, menu is not very selective and not very fresh, waitresses are too busy and too slow to refill bottomless drinks. Expensive service charge at the end of the meal.

Loved eating here! It's busy.....very busy but the staff were very good at attending to our needs, whether that was help with ordering the food or bringing the food. The food itself was fantastic. Let's be honest here, it's not the cheapest restaurant but it's in the heart of Soho and so expected. We didn't go crazy and paid £50 per head. Highly recommend.
