Cool idea of the interactive tables. We went for the bottomless brunch and they were great at letting you have as much as you wanted, however the limited menu didn't have too much sushi. Even the full a la carte was missing a bit more of sushi variety eg sashimi. Pan Asian food was great and very tasty 😋. Service was impeccable.

Really enjoyed the meal. Music was a bit loud and they turned it down when asked. Waitress Jahnavi was great!!

I went for unlimited sushi and tapas and we loved the food. But many vegetarian options on the voucher menu and few meat . But I recommend it

I recently visited this sushi restaurant, and I was absolutely delighted! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a very attentive staff who immediately created a cozy and caring atmosphere. Every member of the team was incredibly polite and courteous, but I want to give special thanks to Krutik! He truly stood out as a professional, helping us choose dishes, explaining the flavors, and answering all our questions with great patience. As for the sushi, everything was top-notch – fresh ingredients, tender fish, and beautifully crafted rolls with attention to every detail. The presentation was fantastic; each dish looked stunning and appetizing, which only enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this place to all sushi lovers and those who appreciate exceptional service. Huge thanks to Krutik and the whole team for a wonderful evening!

food is ok, i'm not sure how much it was because it's a gift (afternoon tea sushi and tapas). I was expecting more food, but this is all. can't say if it's worth the price since i didn't know how much it cost. service is not very good when we came maybe because it's busy and full. had to wait 30mins until the dessert is served. it's also not very good ambiance as everyone talking and it gets too loud.

Good was amazing lots of choice and all presented lovely! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Food served at a good time and wasn’t left with out a dish or a full drink. The only down side is the restaurant is very run down. I was expecting a nicer more kept better place but was rather run down and toilets were grim. Saying that I will return with my children for the experience

We did the sushi dragon class which had a fantastic host who was funny and catering to all skill levels. During the bottomless brunch we were hosted by Arnold, who was a great server with a wealth of knowledge who told us some great food choices along with a bubbly service. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to eat great food and have a great time!

We had a voucher, but to get anything off the menu was expensive. The food was ok but I'd have expected better for the price. The wine was awful and very expensive. £30 for a bottle that you'd pay £3 for from a petrol station. I feel they have lots of special offers but then recoup the costs on overpriced wine etc. The Venue was tired and felt a bit like a 20 year old kareoke bar, everywhere was quite dirty; the toilets especially were really gross and one was flooded. The service wasn't great, our table was late, we were promised tea at the start which the staff forgot about. It took quite a long time for everything to arrive. The service charge was calculated based on what the prices would have been without our voucher which seemed a bit a bit of a scam., I wouldn't recommend this place.

The dragon indeed brought a smile on my kid's face. Food was ok. Service was very unprofessional which erased all positivity. I was rushed to leave, almost kicked out and the interactive table was turned off only because the staff allocated another booking too soon and blamed me for their mistakes. No one had informed me about time restrictions before I sat and ordered food.

An incredible experience and a wonderful way to spend a day! The sensei for the workshop was very friendly, helpful and a cheerful personality. The staff were very attentive without being too on top of you and did as much as they could for you, especially Arnold who was very helpful.

I’m sorry but I didn’t like it:( the atmosphere is a bit dungeony, food is just ok. The interactive table is fun, but just a bit slow. The whole place was just a bit over priced and not worth the high price range.

***ETA again. No response again from Inamo. Customer service is appalling. **edited to add: Inamo have responded saying to reach out to their team. As stated in my original review I emailed straight after our visit and emailed to follow up and heard nothing. I wonder if they will reply to my next email. We wanted to leave some feedback following our experience at Inamo on Sunday. We attended the dragon roll workshop and then the brunch. The dragon roll workshop was excellent and we really enjoyed it. The chef was very knowledgeable and personable and we had a great time. However, we felt very let down by our experience of the brunch that followed. Firstly, our first food items didn't arrive until after 30 minutes after we ordered them. We had to ask our waiter twice to check on whether our food was coming and we were told that it was because 'everyone arrived from the masterclass at once'. This confused us as the tables around us who were also on the masterclass received their food long before us and surely the masterclass and brunch is a regular occurrence at Inamo. Secondly, we were upset to hear that after 1.5 glasses of prosecco the restaurant had run out and we would have to move to soft drinks, beer or white wine. Neither of us wanted any of these options and were expecting the prosecco as advertised. The waiter told us this was because it was the end of the week which also confused us considering brunch is a regular weekend option and prosecco is non perishable. Neither of us liked the alternative options offered but felt compelled to drink them in order to make up what we had paid. Although the wait staff were perfectly pleasant we felt disappointed with what we experienced considering the cost (masterclass aside). The wait time and lack of prosecco were not, in our opinion, acceptable considering what we paid for. We also haven't heard back from the restaurant despite emailing them to discuss our experience. Overall, we feel the restaurant has lots of gimmicks but no real substance. There are far better sushi restaurants in London to visit.

Honestly extremly disapointing, felt like i was defending myself from getting extra charges the whole time! Food was really bland and stale tasting. Bad service, tables seem to be designed to distract you from the kick in the head that the rest of this experiance amounts to. If it wasnt prebooked i would have left immediately… Immediately. I have no confidence in this places’ food safety and after ordering the salmon im now ordering deworming pills

Such a disappointment, I went there some time ago and had a great experience, but they have changed the menu and mostly everything is vegan/vegetarian now. Not what expected for a Japanese restaurant, I strongly don't recommend it. Go literally anywhere else and you will have a better experience in London.

I recently purchased a voucher for unlimited tapas and sushi, to celebrate me and my partner’s anniversary, expecting a great selection based on the sample menu provided. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised. While the sample menu listed various enticing options like bao buns and katsu rolls, we quickly discovered that these items came with an additional charge, which wasn’t mentioned upfront. Another major letdown was the overwhelming focus on vegan dishes. More than half of the menu was already vegan, and several meat options were unavailable when we dined. After ordering a few fish-based dishes, they suddenly became “unavailable” for the rest of the evening, leaving us mostly with vegan items. For a restaurant positioning itself as Japanese, this was unexpected and disappointing. To add to the frustration, the service was below standard. Cutlery and soy sauce were not provided, and despite the food arriving first, I had to request these basics. It felt disorganized and added to the already underwhelming experience. Given the £40 per person charge plus a service fee, we ultimately decided to have the service charge removed as it felt undeserved. Overall, the experience was a letdown—poor service, limited variety, and far from the “unlimited sushi” experience we were hoping for. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re considering the “unlimited” sushi option.

Great value meal where Jahnavi couldn’t do enough for us. We were downstairs where the atmosphere was a little flat on arrival, but got better. The amount of food was great (we left unable to eat another bite)!!

Shite, menu was weird as hell and kind of scammy, the interactive tables were glitchy but kind of entertaining. Service was nonexistent, be ready for plastic plates and additional charges

The best service I have ever had, the waiters Dhruv is the best, he was patient with me, he explained the entire menu and how to interact with the screens, I work as a waiter in Spain and I know how difficult customers can be, a 10/10, the The food was good but the most important thing is how this guy makes you feel special, I hope to return soon and be served by him or see him rise because he has it all! I'm leaving happy

We had great fun and fabulous food. Will be back with the kids and would definitely recommend. Bit bright therefore lacking in atmosphere and also white wine not the best but tasty food and lovely staff make up for it! Thanks to Jahnavi and Krutik!

Arnold was our server. He was very attentive, provided great service and answered any questions we had about the food. The food was delicious, plentiful and fast to be brought out.

Got the Groupon unlimited Sushi and paid for a few extra dishes. The sushi tasted like the type you get from Sainsburys and it was mostly warm. Overall it was mediocre at best and the service was quite slow for all-you- can-eat. Personally, I wouldn't do it again.

Absolute shambles. Food is poor quality tasting old and reheated, no better than a KFC. Service is wildly terrible. Attitude from the front of house female member of staff and whilst the floor staff are friendlier they certainly rush you off your table. We were left without a dish we ordered which I had asked for on 2 occasions. The screen to play games is outdated and lagging heavily. Good for a one off experience but knowing the standard of quality I wouldn’t recommend.

You pay through the order screen and for the dragon roll demonstration, the drink is very expensive and on top of that they don't serve it to you at the table, they bring it to you already made. Still soft drinks and very spicy food, certainly not to return...

We were about to pay our bill but notice that there were charges on food we did not really get. Just a reminder always check your bill on this place. Food was okay. Nothing too special about the table. Ordering was difficult

Did the sushi making class and our sensei Arnie was the best! Took time to help us make the perfect dragon roll, would 100% recommend if Arnie is your teacher!

The environment here is good, but the food is not as fresh as Japanese food at all. Even the sushi salmon has a very thick sauce, which completely loses the freshness of the food itself. All the sushi fillets are very thin and the taste is not very good. Every dish The sauce tastes very strong, not recommended.

Very average, prepared hours before, food. Absolutely terrible cocktails, they are like sugar and flavoured syrup with god knows what alcohol, so pricy. Staff is not qualified, they don’t know what they do. Huge disappointment.

A restaurant, a room with food and maybe a couple of drinks. Simple right? If it was that easy everyone would open a restaurant and bring in the money. But, for a restaurant to be successful in a competitive metropolis like London, there needs to be something MAGIC. Whether it’s a buzzing atmosphere or a star dish. Inamo Wardour Streets magic is their star waiter Dhruv. A cheeky smile on his face and accommodating aura, he turned a restaurant I’d never been to into memories with my friends that we will recall forever. He didn’t just give us food, he gave us all a memory to grasp at on the rainiest of days or the lowest of lows. For that, I will be forever grateful. For that, I thank DHRUV.
