Bubbleology in City of London, Westminster

The best one I’ve ever drunk. I’m Italian and in Italy it’s not so common to find it so every trip that I do (I travel a bit) I always try many different places. This is my best one that I have tried in whole Europe! And such a honest price! Thank you

When i gone to this shop i just felt very ordinary but the one who was in there was extraordinary 😂 Thanks to Naveen 🫂 he is just a happy soul and his presentation was very well and good even that was busy time and his interaction with all the people out there was so amazing. the best bubbleology store in london for sureee. The guy was so so helpful & nice, he helped me with the app as mine doesn’t work & offered me to try a taster of my drink to check if i liked it. SO nice! Never had anyone do that before!

We were three friends and we got 3 different flavours and only one of them was nice (the lychee and strawberry one). And all 3 of them were extremely sweet, sickly sweet. Maybe because they are made with the cheapest lemonade ever, Barr lemonade. We have asked for some water to mix it in cause we couldn't drink it as it is and we were given hot water. One of the guys there was Indian and you could barely understand him. Ridiculous!

Good conversation and good service

It’s 22:47 on Saturday 30th March and they are closed with door locked even though online it states closed at 12am. Disappointing

Ordered many drinks and scanned app every time but i never get any points at all, they're app clearly doesnt work and toppings are limited

Go to place for bubbles in SoHo - flavors are fantastic.

We really enjoyed our Bubble teas. All with organic ingredients. The service was also good and they were patient with us while making our choices. Will definitely come back!

Love the classic milk bubble tea here with less sugar and ice. The staff at this store were friendly and the bubble tea was great! Loads of flavours, toppings and customisations available. Will certainly be returning.

Decent bubble tea and good customer service

this is my first time trying a bubble tea and loved it! the guy named subael recommended it, and he's a fantastic guy. His suggestion was spot-on & i would love to go again to try some more flavour 💥

Don’t use their loyalty card, I have loaded money on and it’s un-spendable. Cashier tried several times and manually typing name and account name in. Could see credit but no way of accessing money. Also check loyalty card does record visits as problematic also. Received no apology from Usama at head office.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and ordered the passion fruit tea. It was delicious! It tastes like real passion fruit.

Disappointed about the service, especially about the people who they employ. Supervisor was rude and disrespectful. Instead to resolve the issue she’s making an argument and behaving rude. The accident happened on Westfield Stratford London. Plus I had to wait for her around 35-40 minutes to come to the store, cuz she wasn’t there. I write for costumer services hopefully they will give me a feedback about that arrogant person. Just to please her some of stuff was making mimics about me, so that’s totally unprofessional.

Went there to get some bubble tea.. I hope I am spelling the name correct.. Riu .. he was too considerate and made some amazing bubble tea for us and also helped with charging my phone..

Went here recently with a friend of mine. We were served by Mohammed, who was so absolutely lovely and very patient and helpful while we were making our order. 5 stars to him. The bar has been moved but I prefer it after the renovation, it's a more inviting layout.

Not bad. You do get your moneys worth compared to other bubble tea shops I have been too. But just felt a bit short staffed and crampy in the shop.

Good choice of drinks but no explanation of drinks which ended like eating sugar! The fizzy drinks are only made of lemonade and bobas. Rather disgusting and no explanations on content. I ordered a fizzy drink expecting sparkling water. The till lady was incapable of telling me what the drinks were made of, hence she had no training. The level of sugar is not proposed like in most bubble tea places and the pictures are really not the end result. I left my drink as it was horrible to drink. Just sugar …even my daughter’s drink - the promotion of the month - is sugar and sugar. She had trouble finishing it! Not a good bubble tea place!

Bobatella was really nice. I tried it before in Notting hill but it wasn’t so nice. But today Touhid made it nicely. His professionalism was outstanding. Specially I hadn’t card during that time but this guy paid by his card. He took the cash. This behaviour was outstanding. This place was highly recommended for everyone.

Really cool place and good service especially Towhid's service. The atmosphere, food and most of the drinks were great. I especially recommend Boba tarro it's officially now my favourite drink.

I used to love coming here especially at the beginning of the year but it’s no longer the same now unfortunately. I was served by this worked named touhid and how poor of a service I received from him, it seemed like he didn’t want to be there, I had requested my Oreo crush without ice and he started making it painfully slow and in the end he made my drink incorrect having to waiting even longer to make it. Halfway through taking the next order for some reason he had been arguing with one of his colleagues and the way he spoke to them was horrible, I can imagine how that worker must have felt to be belittled by him. Overall extremely disappointing service I got from touhid, drink wasn’t even done properly and tasted terrible in addition to all of that happened. Wouldn’t recommend anymore especially if he’s working. Shame. 💔

I came here with a friend for a quick drink. At the time we went there the place was almost closed so no tables were available and but the staff was really friendly and made us the drink we requested which was great and unexpected. I know how difficult these jobs in hospitality can be and you can see that she was tired but she did her best to serve up and give us a great customer service. The only thing I'd say is that the place needs a bit more atmosphere as it is quite small, there are only about 2 tables and the music could be a lot better. Nevertheless, the drink was great and I was able to try a new type of bubble tea which is great.

I visited here a few days ago with my father and daughter. We only ordered the one drink, and my father was quite challenging towards the young man behind the counter with questions on the products that we're for sale. The young man was fantastic in answering all questions on the products provided. And the drink was lovely. The mood in the place was very up beat and modern as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

Staff was bit rude Taste wise I like this place.

Bubble tea was great but man were the servers rude. The two men were completely awful to me and the next customer - dismissive and nasty.

Tea was okay, but was served by such a miserable guy I can't recommend this place.

Travelled from my house for the sole purpose of trying bubble tea for the first time, only to be told by one of the workers “we are not taking anymore orders”. They have not run out of tea or anything and there was 2 hours to go before closing time but because it was somewhat busy this person turned me away. On the bright side, I grabbed myself a frappe from Costa, so swings and round abouts.

Ugly white female bubbleologist with 3 chins made my drink horribly and had the worst attitude humanly possible. Her coworker was very pleasant but she is insufferable and should be fired STAT.

Great service from the team, asked about allergens which is always crucial. Was happy to engage in conversation yet still kept themselves proactive. Passionate about the brand and saw they really cared about the customer. Best selection of drinks for a thirst quencher and was intigued by the alcohol additions too….a possibly pre drinks spot maybe? Nice one guys - shout out to Ryu & Mohamed

The guy at the counter was very grumpy and rude

asked for soya milk and had it confirmed , got whole milk in my bubble tea, dying on the toilet seat right now.

We went inside for a late night bubble tea and were not disappointed. Very sweet tea and fast service. Nice interior with places to sit. Prices are okay. There are a nice amount of flavours to choose from. As we ordered, a man got arrested right in front of the shop, a whole police team showed up and it got rough. This did not affect the service at all! The guy working behind the bar stayed very kind and chill, which comforted me.

Great bubble tea, great flavour, great service.

The person working in store was very quiet and didn't seem to want to be there, I also found options on fruit drink flavours to be quite limited and even then thry tasted weak and overall disappointing. The popping bubble where also a pain to drink as they were too small and didn't go through the straw unless you constantly swished the drink.

My favourite bubble tea, such a good variation of flavours. Love coming here! Be aware it’s card only though!!

i am very very disappointed in the service i have recieved not just today but every time i go to this bubbleology! the staff are extremely rude and act like they don’t even want to work there! i love my bubbletea so much that i literally have a loyalty gift card because of my obsession. i came today after work around 10pm and i wanted to get myself and a friend a bubbletea usuing my gift card which has £24 in it, so the total for the 2 drinks came up to £10 but the man that served me told me it’s not working? and didn’t even explain, i was hesitant to ask what happened and why it wasn’t working because i felt rushed and i didn’t revive a warm greeting when coming. also another thing to mention is that everytime i get the same drink, it tastes completely different each time!! one time it tastes really good and the next it’s so bad, like i’m paying for this drink with the money i have earnt from work and i’m getting a drink that tastes horrible. as mentioned before, i love my bubbletea and i always notice when it tastes differently. honestly the staff that work there just pick and choose whenever they want to make it good or horrible when they are lazy and can’t be bothered. like cmon now, be consistent with the drinks because it’s not a nice feeling at all when you recieve a drink that tastes so bad compared to the good ones

Alex was very kind , he recommended me the Oreo crush which was perfect , I really liked it and the atmosphere of the place was great , would definitely recommend having a try .

I’ve been coming for a few times always loved it so far, but the last time I came staff was incredibly rude. Bubble tea was amazing but the guy that was working was very rude. I was about to ask if he recommended the new option I haven’t seen so far and he interrupted me in the middle of a sentence. So I thought okay someone had a bad day thats fine but then he hit me 2 times with the bucket he was carrying to the store room and said nothing. Usually when someone is mean I don’t really want to say anything thinking maybe they had a bad day but this is awful and I don’t want anyone else to feel awkward and uncomfortable.

Pretty standard bubble tea. Had the brown sugar milk bubble tea and it was lovely. Cashier was friendly and told me to shake my tea thoroughly before drinking. Clean, nice location and decent price. About a fiver for a tea.

We ordered 2 drinks one of them was a lychee storm which was lovely. My drink on the other hand was an apple fruit tea. The tea tasted extremely artificial which I’ve never experienced with a bubble tea before also it was a bit weird tasting too. Also the cup leaked not just once the second cup as well. In the end the lady had to put my regular drink into a large cup to save the day. I wouldn’t visit this brunch if I were you.

Super disappointed I ordered a drink with jellies and it had popping boba. Not sure why. But I couldn't drink it they were extremely sickly sweet. I'm not sure why my order was incorrect but i couldn't drink it

Lovely concept.. try fruit bobbas, they actually pop in Ur mouth with ton of flavour. There is other bobba which needs to b chewed. I personally did not like the chewy ones, but worth a try..

Usually get bubbleology elsewhere which has always been great but was in the area so went here. Staff didn't really seem to want to be there and were rude, Bubble tea was the worst I have ever had, didn't get offered the ice or sweetness amounts and went to tell him which milk I wanted but he turned around and started making it without me finishing my order and ignored me. Won't be back.

Their drinks tastes nice but be careful ordering drinks via delivery from that place their deliver you with 25% less drinks when you order a supreme tea. They blame it on the foam but they should check on every drinks to make sure that everything is good to and not rush to send the order. Very disappointed

This is one of my favourite places for bubble tea in London. The service is always quick and reliable and while the seating areas could be made a bit cleaner and more presentable, I always thoroughly enjoy drinks from Bubbleology. They always have plenty of options for tea as well as wild flavours I have never heard of. I have gotten taro milk tea and fruit milk tea and the tapioca pearls are always succulent and nicely plump. The best drink I ever got was a banoffee pie-flavoured drink. I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it as I wasn’t sure a dessert themed tea would work but I was pleasantly surprised especially as I have a massive sweet tooth! Great drinks and service, definitely recommend you try some of the more unusual flavours too

This chain has really gone down the tubes. When I was younger they used to be alright, but now their staff maintain the shop poorly and do not cook their pearls properly. The best thing is that they offer alcoholic boba, which tastes pretty good and is something interesting.

Popped in for some bubble tea... tried the place around the corner previously and I much prefer the choices, flavours available and the customer service at Bubbleology Soho. I had the coffee with coffee jelly and tapioca... delicious and not options that I've been able to get elsewhere. Even the mango with strawberry was good... so a very happy daughter. They had some alcoholic options which I wasn't able to try but looked interesting and I hope to get a chance next time. I was impressed with their prices... same as outside London and not inflated at all, very reasonable 👍🏽 The place although limited with seating (10-15) was clean. The shop is narrow with a slight step so not wheelchair accessible but I'm sure the staff would pop out and assist if asked. In a great location so you'd probably not want to sit long... I just needed a quick rest and then we were off. 😊

Really great experience from the moment we stepped through the door. Friendly staff and very fast and efficient service. It doesn’t take much to smile and it makes all the difference to someone’s experience. These guys got it right. The drinks are so refreshing and good value.
