Bubbleology is my all-time favorite spot for bubble tea! I recently tried their Bobatella drink, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff here are so friendly, making the experience even better. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from, including fun seasonal drinks that are always worth a try. Whether you’re a bubble tea enthusiast or just curious, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend stopping by!

I recently had the pleasure of trying Babliology, served by Jabir Junayed, and it was an exceptional experience! It doesn't taste like before:(. The drink tasted like juice with water, not with jasmine tea. Plus we waited a really long time, even though there was only one couple in front of us.:(

Bubbleology is one of the best Bubble tea shops. The prices are ok and the staff is kind. I really recommend the Dragonfruit fruit tea with tapioca. Will return!

This place is fantastic you should go because they have lovely staff like Subael who is making the best tea mixes, big credit to him for welcoming us and making a nice drink all the time 👍👍

My friend and I visited on the 18th September at 10:30 PM. I didn't get his name but the guy who made our drinks was so nice!! Despite the fact that they couldn't make hot drinks at that time he made mine warm which I really appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered two brown sugar milk at this store. one of the bubble tea wasn’t sealed properly and the content was pouring out while shaking. He noticed that too. At first we ignored that and thought it would be fine but it was spilling out while drinking so I took it in and asked him to replace the sealed cap. He said he can’t change the seal now but he could change the drink for us. we paid for those drinks and we were expecting to have something tasty and tidy and some respect for the customer and we didn’t have any. The customer service was too poor. I really don’t recommend that to anyone. And that drink was a cold milk, caramel and bubbles which was not tasty at all. I felt I shouldn’t have bubble tea anymore after this.

I love bubbleology, I go there a lot. Rodas was very helpful and really sweet, she suggested the butterfly yuzu for me and i really enjoyed it, so thanks to her. The place is really cute too.

The app glitched for which location the delivery guy to go to but he then called and came to my location quickly so that was really nice of him

Me and bro had the worst drinks of our life we are never setting foot here again. We ordered a milky drink after we were recommended this by so many friends and that’s the worst milky drink I’ve ever had we both ordered larges and had to throw it away and it takes a whole lot for me to accept I wasted money and throw it away.

Best bubble tea in London. Never had a bad drink from Soho. The Mango and Peachberry fruit teas are my absolute favourites. Absolutely amazing. Touhid goes above and beyond. I was new to bubble tea and he educated me on so many different options. Super friendly and an all round lovely person. Working local I am now visiting most days ! Thank you Touhid.

Amazing bubble tea per usual, I always come here when visiting London. Went on Saturday afternoon, not many people we also had place to sit down. The price is great for London, we got a large which was £4.59 with 2 toppings. Left: raspberry with tapioca and green apple popping balls Right: white peach with tapioca and lychee popping balls

The worker was really kind and accommodating! And was generous too. It was a hijabi worker at the time I went, didn’t catch her name but I loved it so much. I’m gonna be getting my boba from this franchise from now on :) my drink was like £4.70 I think. Really good deal

This place is very good touhid already knows my order when he sees me 😂

We were three friends and we got 3 different flavours and only one of them was nice (the lychee and strawberry one). And all 3 of them were extremely sweet, sickly sweet. Maybe because they are made with the cheapest lemonade ever, Barr lemonade. We have asked for some water to mix it in cause we couldn't drink it as it is and we were given hot water. One of the guys there was Indian and you could barely understand him. Ridiculous!

It’s 22:47 on Saturday 30th March and they are closed with door locked even though online it states closed at 12am. Disappointing

Ordered many drinks and scanned app every time but i never get any points at all, they're app clearly doesnt work and toppings are limited

We really enjoyed our Bubble teas. All with organic ingredients. The service was also good and they were patient with us while making our choices. Will definitely come back!

Love the classic milk bubble tea here with less sugar and ice. The staff at this store were friendly and the bubble tea was great! Loads of flavours, toppings and customisations available. Will certainly be returning.

Junayed was amazing. this has honestly been the best customer service i’ve had in a while. genuinely will come back!!

Don’t use their loyalty card, I have loaded money on and it’s un-spendable. Cashier tried several times and manually typing name and account name in. Could see credit but no way of accessing money. Also check loyalty card does record visits as problematic also. Received no apology from Usama at head office.

The guy serving spoke to my friend as though I wasn't able to communicate - "is she having any" and "what does dhe want". Very rude and unnecessary. The peachberry with tapioca was very sweet and tasted somewhat like medicine , not a nice taste. So 0 for service, 0 for atmosphere and 0 for taste.
