Says it’s been delivered but I have not received it

Brilliant food, brilliant service, the guy that delivered was really nice and the food was fresh and hot! Thankyou so much!

The food was disgusting, so burnt it was black! I’ve photos if you’d like to see them! I’ve always been happy with this restaurant, given 5 stars! They said all they could do, is not charge me from the next order, for a breast of chicken! That’s pants! Who checks these orders before they go out! I’ll never order from here again

and food woz cold so had to warm it up myself

My husband is hard to please and he absolutely loved the jalfrezi and said it’s the best he’s ever had

Food is not that great and not at all spicy.

Bad quality. Some of it was tasteless, ie the Chicken Biriani and the veg Dhansak was mouth numbingly hot. The paratha was like a rubber frisbee. Obviously made days ago.

Everything I had was off, poppadoms, mint sauce, keema, everything was cooked with off oil

I have used Omar’s for years now and always had great food from there , but this time the food was over 40 minutes late and the items ordered were not up to their usual standards. My biryanis had chopped up onion bhaji in them and had not seasoning at all . The sauces were just so bland . The vegetarian biryani usually has lots of vegetables in the rice but there were non and the sauce was not as it usually is with vegetables in . The loyalty card no longer works and you just get stamps and no reward like you used to. I can only presume that there is a new chef or they were just having a bad day but it does make a loyal customer think twice about returning now.

The meat was very very tender. I have ordered food from other restaurants but today for the first time my children finished their food. Your food was delicious and my vegetarian son loved his Biriyani. Thanks and I will surely be ordering from you from now going forward.

chicken was over cooked. Compared to other korma 's it was too sweet

too hit and miss - have ordered before and it was fine, ordered today and the chicken was very chewy, genuinely inedible

paid 19 pound for a mix kebab and no pitta 3 pieces of meat and 2 sauce discusting

We ordered some basic dishes and though the sauce was good for both the Vindaloo & Korma, the chicken was chewy in both.

Poor quality ingredients was clear to see, what used to be the best Indian in the area has quickly become one of the worst. Everything looked and tasted old.

The tastiest lamb tikka garlic chilli I have ever had and trust me I’ve had lots from different places .Very reasonably priced too so would highly recommend

Fast delivery, food very hot and flavoursome. Slightly more expensive than some, but well worth it. Delicious. Fully recommend, and free delivery. Exceptional..

Piping hot, delivered on time, delicious & great value

it was ok the spring rolls were not good and ended up in the bin, very expensive for what they are, the garlic nan was burnt so not up to Omars normal standard so will try elsewhere next time to compare

First time ordering from Omars and the food was surprisingly tasty. Naan bread could have been lighter but good overall. Thank you.

Sauce was lovely and thick for all curries. Although chicken could of been slightly more tender but apart from that is was so tasty .

I ordered via the phone, was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of me showing up my food was ready. Their card machine wasn't working and the place I picked it up from looked a bit run down and scruffy. I spent just under £10 for a vegetavle korma with rice. The pilau rice was completely bland and the korma was fine.

Onion bhajis were big and tasty 😋

Sobji Chicken was not nice tonight. The chicken was tough and hard to chew so couldn’t eat it. Disappointed as this is one of my favourite dishes.

Sorry boss man you know we love you but,after 20+ yrs coming to you nope.The food lately hasn’t been great.Hence why we haven’t ordered much.Curry is watery and not as hot as we asked for (vindaloo) Only 2 small (triangles)vegetable samosas for something like £3 I’m sure it sure to be 3-4.The curry sauce was only half full the other half was in the bag.We decided to come to to give you the benefit of the doubt but we’re really disappointed.Time to look for a different Indian takeaway

Restaurant rang me saying 1min away. 15mins later it turned up. Chicken tikka madras was poor.Overcooked chicken in a spicy gravy.

Always enjoy the food here. Sobji chicken tasted different the last two times. Maybe a different kind of recipe but the other ones I had tasted better.

App was not updated to show that the order was on the way. Food was cold. The naan bread was under cooked. The tandoori chicken was cold and hardly any tandoori. Salad was very wet and the dip was very watery.. there wasn't a option to order a diet coke on the app. Very disappointed and would not return.

Food tonight was a birthday celebration for my father in law, the food tonight was amazing and really enjoyed by us all - thank you 😝

Food came exactly on time. The best Indian we’ve ever had! Will not go elsewhere. Lamb bhuna full of flavour and the lamb is tender (plenty of it too!) the rice was great. In fact, the food was so great it was gone within a few minutes.

Another great order - food arrived nice and hot, on time & nothing was missing. It is a solid choice every time. If I could change anything - I would make Bombay Aloo more flavourful or add a little kick to it. Not sure if it is made from fresh potatoes but it’s a crime I am willing to let go of - 5 stars nevertheless!

I ordered yesterday via Uber eats. Tasteless food. It has also upset my stomach. Got diarrhoea. The mix grill was uncooked. Never gonna order again.

Food was cold when it arrived and was inedible the onion Bhaji tasted of soap. Everything was watery and had a very odd taste. I phoned the restaurant who offered a replay but to be honest I was so put off I didn’t want to eat from them again. They came to collect the order I am still awaiting a refund

All the curry was floating in bottom of the bag from leaking

curries were tasty but chicken was a little dry, pilau rice was nice, onion bhajis were bland & overcooked (just tasted of old oil), roti was ok, mint sauce had a weird consistency & film on the top.

1st korma for not edible! Either ingredients missing or something gone off! Replacement delivered, it was edible but still no almond, coconut taste. Tasted so bland, very very disappointing. I only use Omar’s but can never guarantee the korma to be as it should be.

Always enjoy the food from Omar’s. Only thing I have noticed is that they say they do the Stanp card but have never received a discount from them.

Keep calling the restaurant no answer and when they did said driver a be back with the rest of it as my order that was just delivered to lane end road is missing no chips no onion bhajee’s

Everything delicious 👌🏻 But took 1 hour to deliver .
