The best restaurants serving American food in England

The food halls and shops were great. Unfortunately the ladies toilets were an absolute disgrace. Obviously they are not checked on a regular basis. Totally lets the services down.

Took my order but was shut need to sort their opening hours out asap and update !!!!!!

Never disappoint best pizza and friendly staff

Food was as expected. Coffee smelt & tasted ‘odd’ - which is strange as McDonalds coffee is pretty good usually. It tasted like machine had been cleaned but not flushed through properly. Took them back, no apology, didn’t even ask what it was that I thought was wrong, just replaced and walked off - and that was the shift manager! Replacements just the same so left them as didn’t want to risk whatever was in it. Certainly not the ‘customer service’ that would expect. Have eaten (and drunk coffee) here before and it was fine - but would definitely reconsider going again as another customer commented that he had same problem with coffee recently on a takeaway so couldn’t take it back!

Dreadful! Walked in and ordered a pizza and some chicken, 45 minutes waiting later and decided enough was enough, asked for a refund only to be told they can't and we have to do that via the website, joke of a place that seems to be run by a level of ineptitude money can't buy!

La comida era muy sabrosa y de buena calidad. Solo tuvimos que esperar un tiempo muy largo y no trajeron las bebidas que pedimos hasta después de que llegó la comida (tuvimos que recordarles). El personal era amable y servicial. Como estábamos en ayunas, al menos tuvimos una jarra de agua del grifo al principio. Vinimos aquí para romper nuestros ayunos por Iftar durante el Ramadán. No estoy seguro si la lentitud se debió al Ramadán. Ordenamos: -pastel de pollo -tiras de pollo -solomillo - gambas mariposa - lados vegetales (podría haber sido más ya que la porción era pequeña) -batidos

En primer lugar, la comida era excelente, buena y sabrosa y una porción de comida de tamaño decente. Ahora con la parte confusa El servicio al cliente es muy lento y aburrido. Y también dicen que tienen el 50 por ciento de comida en oferta, pero solo dan un 25 por ciento de descuento. Le tomó literalmente 5 minutos calcular mi descuento y aún así se equivocó. No me quejé en ese momento, ya que sé que las empresas están pasando apuros y tbh no podría ser molestado con la molestia ya que el servicio es lento y no muy acogedor. Pero en general no me puedo quejar de la comida, todo estaba delicioso y volvería.

We (6 adults & a 3 year old) called in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. Our table was quickly cleared & cleaned, while drinks & food were ordered at the bar. Sadly a lot of the food was not up to par.. curry sauce was lukewarm cheesy chilli chips had no cheese, lasagne was rather well done & garlic bread was missing etc but our grandsons chicken nuggets were lovely. Should we return to Felmoor, we will visit the bar but for drinks only

El servicio al cliente fue horrible. Nunca he estado tan decepcionado en mi vida. Dieron la orden equivocada y no se disculparon. Extremadamente decepcionante no recomiendo

The restaurant has no refinement, plain tables and the napkins are actually cocktail serviettes so too small. Staff are young and inexperienced. More of a cafe than a restaurant. First course was Thai Fishcakes that had been fried from frozen, not great but edible. They seem to be more worried about presentation by placing food on bits of wood than actually the quality. The menu was basic and many things were off. My steak choice was not available and I was told there was one sirloin left. I then heard a server tell my server they had run out. The steak did turn up however but it was definitely not 8 oz more like 6 oz and probably what they serve with a mixed grill. To be totally honest the food was cooked to perfection but the steak was totally tasteless and arrived on a cold plate. I doubt if I have ever had a better Medium Rare cooked steak anywhere but if the person cooking it has poor quality to start with, you can't make a silk purse out of a Sows ear. I don't think £16.50 for a 6 ounce tasteless piece of protein is good value. I am sure this place has potential but it needs some more experience with more focus on choice and quality and less on serving things in wire baskets and on bits of wood. I would have to read an awful lot of good reviews to ever return.

We regularly stop here for lunch when in town and my kids love it! Great sandwich options and lovely cakes! The service is always fast and the food always good. We are regulars here

Visité este lugar para una comida para llevar y fue servido por Mahdi. Pedí una crepé y miré cómo la preparaba. A lo largo de los 17 minutos, no se lavó las manos ni una sola vez, a pesar de manipular varias superficies, cerrar menús, hacer batidos de otros clientes y usar la máquina de helados. Fue bastante antihigiénico y preocupante presenciarlo. Lo que más me impactó fue cuando tocó mi crepé con sus propias manos, a pesar de no lavarlas en ningún momento. Cuando le pregunté quién era el gerente, respondió: “Soy yo”, con actitud. Luego le pregunté si usaban guantes al preparar los postres, y él simplemente respondió: “Nos lavamos las manos regularmente”, a pesar de que acababa de verlo pasar 17 minutos sin hacerlo. En general, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante e insalubre. La higiene debe ser una prioridad, especialmente cuando se manipulan alimentos. No voy a volver.
