This place has the best steak I've ever had, also my Mum thought it had the best chicken that she ever had the early bird deal is such a bargain.

The food was delicious and cooked as asked for. The service was excellent. Very polite and took order without any problems. Premises are clean.

We've been to Steakout as a family a lot these past 10 months and we love it! We think it's one of the best places to eat out in in Harrow by far!! The food, atmosphere and service have been consistently great. This past weekend, we had a large family dinner, 15 of us. Mara took our complex and sizeable order and did a really beautiful job of taking care of us with a professional, kind, cheerful and friendly manner. Big thank you to Mara, Sujan, Adrian and all the Steakout team for looking after us so well, making us feel so comfortable and contributing to a lovely and fun evening!! Ma sha Allah tabarak Allah!

The worst experience I’ve experience in a Steak restaurant, asked for medium rare steak (£27!)… came out bluer than blue it still had a heart beat. Sent it back (against my accepting nature) and it was again returned blue… barely cooked! I sent it back again and it returned (at best rare). At this point I gave up trying to reason with the waiter and accepted the bleeding steak, he then insisted on telling me I was wrong about how I like my steak and told me what I really wanted was “medium”. Anywho been emotional, terrible experience and I’ll never return even if I had a voucher. Will attach a photo of the steak after it’s third time being returned to me…

I am never dissapointed by this place.. Food is always served the way I order it and is always with a quick service..

This has been our family's favorite place to eat for some time. We recently visited after a few months and was not impressed. The steak has gone up in price by around £5 pounds so will have to rethink how often we come here. What was really bad is that the steak when served is cut into bite size pieces. No longer looks like what most people would think is a steak. No! No! No!. Who ever thought of that has lost the plot.

Ordered a 340g Rump Steak it was tasteless, dry worse steak I have eaten. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Preferred the service over the phone than in the restaurant. Food itself was good, the service is what needs to be improved on as the staff looked overwhelmed with how busy the restaurant was. Once we were sat down it’s took a while for someone to approach us to ask whether we had ordered already? The member of staff who took our order seemed on edge and was focused on what was going around us than what we wanted to order. The table itself wasn’t laid out as there was no cutlery and no drinks menu so we were practically guessing. Moving forward, food arrived and it was actually lovely, tender and full of flavour so can’t really fault the food. Before we ready to leave, we ordered 2 milkshakes for takeaway which seemed to be taken an awful long time, we added another milkshake on top of that and had paid for it all. 10 mins or so after, senior staff member told us there was an issue with the mixture and that it was going to take a while, didn’t understand why they couldn’t of told us this before we had paid for it. The man was really apologetic and I just asked for a refund. Overall would work on the service as it needs a massive brush up. Don’t think I’ll go back again.

Food was really nice and the steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. I would certainly go back again. Everything was spot on.

Service on the phone was better for me than in the restaurant. Booked prior entered and offered seating. Our order wasn't taken until at least 20 mins after we were seated and we noticed people who came in after us were able to order before we were even looked at. This place was overhyped for me. It was just not that great. Was bland but edible. We ordered lamb chops, salmon, burger with mac n cheese and chicken strips. Salmon was best out of all but still not 10. At least I tried. I came and saw, but that's it

Found it very deceiving, you actually pay for sides even though it is numbered as number 4 and ask you to pick a side, there’s even an arrow to choose for the sides you want. For what you pay, it is not worth it. I have eaten steak throughout UK, never paid for aides separately amd steaks have tasted better and been cheaper as well. The service was good though, can’t fault the waiters. When added all the extras and sides, my bill came to almost £200 for 6 adults. The most i have paid for steak ( including Angus beef) is £25 with sides. Chips tasted like frozen ones, not made fresh. Disappointing to say the least. You also have to get your veg separately. I don’t know buys a steak just eating beef and sauce.

his burger was great the fries were great, the philly cheese steak would have been great except the 10 yes ten un mentioned jalapenos added to it . its so hot its barely edible., the cheese steak concept is from philadelphia about 2500 miles from mexico

Absolutely done with all steak out locations. Visited with friends, came in at a decent time. Ordered, the restaurant then begins to get busy. They had a lack of staff and most definitely could not manage the people. However, we waited over 30-45 mins for our food. None of the waiters had checked up on us to ask if everything was ok. Literally had to wait for parts of our meal to come late. Even the drinks had been given to us half way on our meal. The owner also walked in at some point and was at the till end of payment. He asked how the visit was, I said in the most polite way. For the reasons above. Ah? Guess what. He just shrugged it off and didn’t say anything. No hospitality, do business just not care anymore? Price is not worth for what you get, legit you can make it better at home. Owners of stores/franchises, you can obviously do better..

Nice food and very tasty. As the service was very good, the waiters and waitress took good care. Will surely recommend to our family and hope to visit there soon. Good job keep it up.

Fuimos a cenar el sábado 01 de febrero de 2020, llegamos a 1900 y el restaurante estaba vacío, ordenó nuestra comida alrededor de las 19. 20 y la comida llegó a las 20. 45 Pedí un bistec mediano y mi compañero un bistec bien hecho. Cuando llegó, ambos quedaron carbonizados. Me quejé de esto a la camarera. Luego, detrás de nosotros había un grupo de lo que supongo que son empleados o amigos de los empleados y el gerente. Su conversación fue ruidosa, inapropiada y decidieron tocar música horrible. Ahora me encanta la música, así que estoy a favor, pero este fue un ruido horrible. Caminaban con sus pantalones colgando debajo de su trasero, ahora no solo mi comida se veía mal, sino que ver a la gente en ropa interior hacía que tuviera mal sabor. El bistec era solo un corte grueso de carne masticable sobre una cama de cebollas semi crudas. No se ofreció ningún descuento a pesar de que me quejé a la camarera y no me molestaron en discutir, solo quería salir de allí, así que salí corriendo tan pronto como pudimos y no volveré. La camarera al final nos dijo adiós, la bendiga, pero no, gracias, no lo creo, lo cual le dije.

Visité un sábado por la noche, pero aparte de otra mesa, el restaurante estaba vacío. Sin embargo, esa mesa tenía amigos de la gerencia y estaban justo detrás de nosotros, así que tuvimos el placer de sus ruidosas tonterías, mientras que el gerente también se unió y fue totalmente ajeno a la incompetencia de su personal.Esperamos años para que salieran los entrantes, pero estaban bien cuando lo hicieron. Entonces salen nuestros dos filetes. No se parecían en nada a lo que pedimos (cubiertos de queso procesado y en una cama de cebollas viscosas) y cuando le dijimos a la camarera, ella trató de estar en desacuerdo. Finalmente, la camarera acordó que los filetes estaban equivocados y el gerente (que decidió finalmente hacer su trabajo) dijo que los reemplazarían. Genial, pensamos!Nuestros filetes de reemplazo aparecen, ¡sin embargo, TODAVÍA estaban equivocados! ! ¡Ordené que el mío estuviera "bien hecho" pero era de color rosa brillante en el medio! Have not been here for a while and will not be doing so again. Was looking forward to a proper meal out.Ended up being so late.First seating area was absolutely shambles.It was cramped for us to all sit as a family (9) so ended up sitting separately on two tables.Then waited 40min for starters. Asked for fries as a starter for the kids. Never got this till we had finished our steaks after asking million times.Then steaks come out not sizzling hot as it should be.Then waited 15 min for the sides to come with the steak after asking where they were.The guys were very uninterested.They each went out for a fag break and left us stranded.Didn’t even care to ask if everything was ok.We had to go and get our knife n forks ourself because they were too lazy.Then whilst we was eating , the waiters friends turned up and sat on the table opposite us.With in 10 mins of them arriving ., they for sizzling food to their table with sides.Now that’s customer service right.Absolutely p*ss take.Not happy.Steakout is not the same anymore.Prices high - bad service, food not good quality anymore.Not ideal for families as not space .Won’t be visiting again. Shame on you steakout!!!!!

Didn’t have to wait very long for seating the waiters were very friendly and the food was piping hot and served very quickly one thing I would say is the food is very expensive but the quality makes up for it

Esta fue una experiencia absolutamente horrible de principio a fin. Los camareros estaban desinteresados, la comida era diabólica.En primer lugar, desde el punto de pedido hasta los aperitivos que salieron fueron 40 minutos. Esto a pesar de que somos las únicas personas en el restaurante.Las bolas de pollo y queso que tuvimos que comenzar eran insípidas y sosas. Lo único positivo que podría decir sobre ellos es que estaban calientes.El bistec salió después. Antes de que los platos hubieran sido retirados de los entrantes. Lo que significa que teníamos que mover cosas mientras los camareros nos entregaban los platos. El bistec en sí era 50% de grasa. Teníamos el queso y el queso tenía un sabor falso de plástico y la salsa de cebolla estaba claramente hecha de gránulos de salsa.Nos habríamos quejado, pero era imposible llamar la atención de los camareros, ya que estaban en la parte de atrás o pasaban a toda velocidad.Nunca, nunca, volveremos.

Family iftari at steak out was a great choice. All food was piping hot and delicous the new addition of the ribs platter was just amazing.

Lo primero es que el restaurante se está congelando y siempre estoy gimiendo. ¡Tengo calor! Tendrá que sentarse en un abrigo. El servicio es lento, un servidor es increíblemente agradable los otros menos. Hay un ambiente extraño en el restaurante. No se siente cálido y acogedor en absoluto. Casi se siente como que no te quieren allí. Habíamos reservado y noté que habían rechazado a mucha gente a pesar de tener mesas que, por cierto, no estaban llenas. Pensé que probaría las bolas de queso de pollo ya que no las había visto en ningún otro lugar. Deben ser renombrados bolas de papa. No pude probar ningún pollo o queso. Las alas calientes estaban deliciosas sin embargo. Disfrutamos la comida de la parrilla. Sabor muy diferente al que encontrarías en otros lugares. Me dieron una hamburguesa de macarrones con queso, pero literalmente había una cucharada de té de macarrones con queso en la hamburguesa, que fue una decepción. La comida es totalmente cara. Si desea este tipo de comida, viaje, hay un lugar brillante en Hounslow e isleworth que vale la pena conducir.

Fuimos alrededor de las 9: 30 de la tarde un sábado. No estaba ocupado El servicio fue muy lento. Había que llamar la atención de los camareros. Pedí alitas de búfalo y patatas fritas sucias para entrantes y solomillo con salsa de cebolla y puré. Los entrantes fueron buenos. Bajamos por los principales. El filete que pedí era delgado y carecía de condimento. El puré era abultado y seco. La salsa de cebolla no tenía ninguna cebolla o incluso sabía a salsa de cebolla más como la salsa de un paquete. El ambiente del restaurante no zumbaba. Le faltaba bienvenida. Un poco decepcionante ya que escuché algunas buenas críticas sobre este lugar, de ahí mi visita.

Inicialmente reservamos un bistec para el cumpleaños de mi esposo en julio, cuando aparecimos tenían un letrero que decía que la máquina de tarjetas no funcionaba, así que fuimos a comer carne y batido. La segunda vez que intentamos ir a Norbury uno en el cumpleaños de mi hijo y otra vez 6 meses más tarde tuvieron el mismo letrero, la máquina de tarjetas aparentemente no funcionaba. Parece una pequeña coincidencia, obviamente son solo efectivo y deben publicitarse como tal, ¡no mentir a todos diciendo que la máquina de tarjetas no funciona! ! ! Nunca he comido aquí, pero después de leer las críticas no te molestes. . . .

Good and tasty food but not worth the money as I spent around £100 for a meal of 5. Comparatively, it would have been just over half in a normal place with bigger portions.

Came here with a group of friends , had to wait quite a while for out food but the food was good and worth the price which we paid for it.

Pedimos 3 Mojitos con nuestras comidas habituales por suerte estaba sentado frente a la señora preparando la bebida después que terminaba de preparar ellos ella tenía un sorbo de nuestras bebidas para ver si ella hizo lo correcto me emocionó.

Fuimos allí y probé el bistec y hamburguesas que eran absolutamente delicioso. El lugar es muy acogedor y el equipo amigable. La mejor parte es que el restaurante es HMC Halaal.

Fuimos a Steakout para celebrar ayer. Escogimos este lugar ya que es Halal, y tenía ganas de probar carne Halal, ya que nunca he probado antes.

Not my favourite place to eat in tooting by any measure. The staff are lovely, however the food always disappoints. However, there are not many options for a halal steak in tooting unless you venture further out.

Visitamos durante el ramadán para Iftar después de ver la publicidad en el canal del islam. La orden fue tomada en forma oportuna y la comida llegó a la mesa, como habíamos pedido. Plato 2 lado elegimos era arroz y patatas fritas. He pedido el arroz y patatas fritas. Yo no estaba contento conmigo mismo para pedir arroz sencillo, así que me acerqué a uno de los camareros y preguntó si podía cambiar de gobierno con diferentes, el acompañamiento fue un "no responder no puedo cambiar". Después de un rato me acerqué a otro camarero y él (Bilal) la misma pregunta y él felizmente cambió el plato. El bistec de hongos es grande y sabor muy agradable. El pastel de cordero era agradable, pero no lo suficientemente grande plato si tienes hambre. Siempre trata de enfoque diferente camarero o camarera como algunos podrían ser tener un mal día y su actitud hacia los cambios del cliente que deja un mal sabor a regresar o recomendar de nuevo. Gracias Bilal y el otro camarero con barba por su increíble servicio al cliente. Debido a que salgo de 4 estrellas lo contrario yo estaba listo para darle a este lugar de 2 estrellas.

So. . Después de un largo día de trabajo duro tanto para mi marido y yo decidimos darle una oportunidad a este lugar despues de escuchar muchas buenas críticas. Fuimos a las 19:00h el miércoles y éramos los únicos clientes sin personal visible. Finalmente nos sentamos y pedir para la comida. Siendo el único cliente que espere 20 minutos para los entrantes y luego otros 15 minutos por la red (nos dijeron que vienen rápido). Mientras esperábamos había enviado varias entregas (deliveroo super/etc). La comida estaba bien, muy caro, pero el servicio era chocante teniendo en cuenta que éramos los únicos clientes!

Estaba muy tranquilo cuando nos fuimos y nos había llamado con antelación a decir alguien con lácteos, soja y alergia al huevo. Eran muy complacientes y nos registramos las comidas para nosotros. No hay muchas opciones para elegir salsa si tienes alergias pero me las arreglé para tener carne y papas simple. Fueron muy familiar. Los filetes sin embargo eran muy caros.

Ordered the philly cheese steak, steak was great! Not a fan of the breaded prawns or the spicy chips though (normally two of my favourites).

The food was great, I had the Sirloin Butterfly which is a 200g Sirloin Steak, Vegetables, Rice and Chips for £12.95 - which is amazing value for what you great. It's cooked well, and their spicy sauce is fantastic. The food is really good and I really enjoyed it.However, the staff could use refinement. They're not bad, they're just not trained to a high standard; some of the younger guys have a "that'll do" feel to it. It's a feeling of they don't really care about what they do. Apart from that, the food was really well cooked (although half of my steak was slightly overdone).The place is also quite small, enough for no more than 30 people, but it doesn't detract from the experience.However, I do get a feel that they could give it a slightly deeper clean - not that it's dirty. It just doesn't feel "shiny clean" (if that makes sense).

I called about 3 hours before the reservation (Tuesday evening) and asked if a cake could be arranged for my Dad's birthday after the meal and added to the bill. They went above and beyond to send me photos of cake options (from a cake shop down the road) and put a message on it. Very much appreciated and very impressed by the staff. Ratings for customer service before I had even arrived!We had mozzarella sticks, t bone medium well done and mash, sirloin medium and mash, grilled chicken with cheese inside and mash, with a side of sweet potato fries, normal and strawberry monitoring, and water (really liked that bottle and stopper) - the waiter was professional and patient with us deciding our order.The food and drinks were all well received and tasty, clean plates all round - always a good sign!They brought the cake out with a candle very subtly and the restaurant sung happy birthday for my Dad, which was a nice touch.We felt comfortable and had an all round lovely birthday dinner. The only point for improvement would be the climate control, it was a little cool, maybe it's where we were sitting.Thank you for a lovely dining experience and I would recommend this restaurant as well as go again and again...

I have been to Steakout countless times and it's around once every few weeks. They're food is just amazing and I have tried their pies, steaks and burgers. I love the chicken and mushroom pie, it tastes so good and for me it's the perfect portion size; not too big, not too small. I think the best steaks are the Rib Eye and the Philly Cheese Steak. They're both juicy and tender and not too chewy. The service there is wonderful and the staff are very friendly.

I was presently surprised at the taste and quality of the food. Very very nice food. A pleasant and polite service. The order was quick and service very fast. The taste was much better then I thought it would be. Not bland or dull, but a unique taste with spices and very nice sauces.

I had heard a lot of how amazing steakout is. Then found out there was a branch in Westfield Stratford City so we thought we'd pay a visit.Prices seemed rather reasonable. Had a steak for £11 which wasn't bad at all. But the portion size is tiny. There were literally 4 small strips and that is it. Chips were bought separately, £2 for a rather small portion. Buffalo wings were quite nice. Ordered 2 drinks, a can of coke and a bottle of water: £4 in total!Altogether, for 2 adults and 2 very young children, it came up to around £35 but we weren't left fully satisfied and satiated. Still had space for another steak!May pay another visit to see if it's any different. Taste wise it was rather nice though not amazing!

Even though it was not overly busy, service was slow. The restaurant was cold, there was a draught coming in, which made our experience less pleasant.When we order, most of the food came out, but my meal came in phases, I had the fish. I had my side order first, the waiter did apologise, but then my the time my fish came out, I wanted to start before it all went cold, that I forgot about the sauce that as supposed to come with it!!Some of the people with me had steak, which was served with veg on some grilled onions. The onions were raw and the veg was boiled and bland, but the steak was nice! So overall I think this place needs to concentrate on the food and the overall experience for customers, because if you have a bad one, you think twice about returning!!

I had my first taste of Steak in the UK at the Steakout in Croydon, which I didn't enjoy. Soon after I decided to try the Steakout in Tooting and it just so happened to be the best thing I had eaten. Steakout in Tooting is the best of the Steakout steak houses. The food, the atmosphere and the staff are all great. I travel from Slough to Tooting to get my steak as the other Steakouts are sub par, and though there are other halal steak restaurants around Tooting Steakout is the BEST. This is not a date specific review but one that covers every one of my visits.

Steak Out in Tooting is always my first choice whenever dining out with friends and family. The food is of great standard whenever I visit. The staff are very attentive and are always willing to go the extra mile for great customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a great dining experience!

Theres only word for this place - Amazing!!! This place is amazing I've been there twice and I wish they would open stores in north London . The food is amazing and very filling , I would go everyday but I'm on a diet . I went with two of my friends and the food was terrible. We ordered three cheese steaks and they were inedible, they cooked with the fat and you couldn't cut through in to them let alone actually try to chew. On top of that we paid 21 £ for each steak and when we complained I was brought another steak after we had already finished eating. The fourth steak one of the employees brought was just out of the blue, he brought it without even asking me what I would've liked to do, which tbh was not pay 85£ for three steaks and low quality food. The customer service is okay but the waiter shouldve asked me what I would've liked to do instead of just acting on his own. Do yourself a favour guys, don't go please.

Shared Mixed Grill with my friend the food was well cooked love the onions grilled under the meat along with Garlic Mash, Fries coleslaw and salad finger licking good. The staff were great friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait ages for our meal either. Have been visiting for a couple of years and will continue visiting for the foreseeable future

Come here once or twice a year on average with family - rib-eye steak was delicious this time - chips better than ever - spicy lamb chops excellent - strawberry daiquiris beautiful - shame the mojito was out of stock - service excellent - food prepared very quickly and no sign of re-heating - great work - keep it up!

Me and my daughter were hungry and thought we would try steak house in tooting, we ordered prawn bites for starters and philly cheese steak and chips for the main...the potion was big, just how i like it and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The service was brilliant considering a table of 12 people walked in while we were still ordering.I would defiantly visit again.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out. Great name and i enjoy trying out places with one main speciality. With a name like 'Steakout' you'd expect the chefs would have mastered cooking steaks? Nope. I ordered my steak medium rare with the trimmings. Onion rings were good. Chips were a bit cold. Steak was well done. Not what I'd asked for. The mushroom sauce lathered over it was like a gloopy processed factory made sauce which was awful too. I asked our waiter to ask the chef to redo my steak since to my preference. The waiter (there were two) seemed uninspired and totally disinterested. He returned later with a new steak with the gloopy mushroom sauce smothered over it. I cut into the steak and could already feel the knife struggling and then saw the meat was cooked exactly the same. The same process continued with calling the waiter over again. This time I explained what medium rare preference meant. Moments later he returned with a new plate which was concerning as I knew a steak couldn't be cooked that quickly! The plate was put down and the waiter walked off instantly. I cut into the steak and could feel the softness so thought that the chef had finally got it right. As I cut the steak I saw through the sauce that it was totally raw i.e. Blue. The couple at the only other occupied table next to us yelped out 'ewwweww look at the blood it's raw!". At that point I'd lost my appetite, called the disinterested waiter. We paid the bill and left never to return again. Poor service, poor quality products and unsurprisingly an empty restaurant.

No atmosphere, steaks coated with something which completely took away the taste of the meat. Chips soggy, and service not up to standard, not asked once during the meal was everything OK. However the worst thing was that for the quality of the food completely overpriced, £20 for an 8 ounce fillet and chips as an extra. London prices in tooting, no wonder the place was empty!

Visited here with my friends on a bank holiday weekend (sunday) on arrival place was kinda empty although quite a small place. Set up on tables was not to our liking. Very inconvenient. Avoid mocktails or any other in house made drinks they are all horrible stick to cans.Chicken wings was decent with good flavour. Steak was ok although I asked for medium rare and got medium to well. Hate that the steaks get served on a sizzler which means the steak carries on cooking.Food portions was very good.Service was ok. The establishment needs to be managed better and concept rethinked. It is stuck between whether to be a cheap thrills eat or a proper steakhouse.

Good quality steaks , the sauces are tasty and chicken burger was tasty my son loves it , the jumbo chips good quantity , the shakes were ok

decent spaced, welcoming staff and you can just smell your food already. take a seat and take a pick of your mouthwatering steak. pick your sauce your preference of cook and your sides. all sorted for you very well. doesn't take long for them to bring it out to you, and when they do, you hear it coming. the sizzling of the steak on your dish with your side and drink. just can't wait to get suck in. clean toilets and even a room to pray in. good price for a steak of that kind. defiantly somewhere I'm going back too.

The worst food I've tasted at a restaurant! The meat was dry and tasteless, they didn't give my friend real bacon after she had asked for it in her burger, the chocolate milkshake was also to runny. The people are okay but the food was very disappointing. I'll be sticking with the Norbury one instead.

I found Steakout on Google while searching for a meal out with my family. The staff are very polite and food was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this shop to anyone. P.S the TBone steak is to die for!

Have visited Steakout in tooting a couple times now and the service is consistently brilliant, staff are friendly and prompt. The food was cooked to perfection, it really tasted good. Recommend the hot chips

The place looks okay. I went with friends. The drink prices were okay but we could see the rubicon bottles that they were being poured from.I ordered a chicken steak with fries. Not very good! I was served a small steak with large fries. The spices on the steak weren't a very good combination, like they had been thrown together in a rush. Service was pretty bad. We ended up being alone in the restaurant for a long time so couldn't order more drinks and the staff have a bit of an attitude. Not the worst place I've been to but I definitely would not recommend it to a friend.

Found out this halal steak house after using Google. Food was served quickly, and the steaks are done perfectly!! Had the T-bone steak done medium rare - and it was just perfect! The chunky chips were also very tasty - cut just the right sizes. The garlic sauce however wasn't to my liking. Maybe my next visit here I would stick to pepper sauce instead. Prices are really good for the size of serving, and definitely will visit here again without a doubt.

We came for dinner a couple of nights ago and it was a nice meal.We got a combination of steaks and burgers, all were very nice an tasty.I particularly enjoyed the mushroom sauce with the steak.The only reason for the low rating is that is was quite average, nothing really stands out and the price is slightly on the high side.Other than that its a nice place to come if you are in the area!

Was down in London last week, never miss the opportunity to pop into the Tooting branch of Steakout. As always great service, tasty food, generous portions, most of all love the sauces especially the mushroom sauce and gravy. Kids loved their meals, offered kids fruit shoot instead of fizzy drinks, which was most welcomed as not many restaurants offer kiddy drinks. Been a regular at steakout and always come back for more.

Best place to eat steak. Regularly visit here and will continue to return. They listen to exactly how you want your food. Good value for money, and tastes great.

Awesome Fillet steak this time usually go for sirloin. Pricey but worth it Steak cut chips are lovely Chilli sauce with the mayo for dipping is Amazing Pepper sauce on steak medium well and steakout style is beautiful. The steak is not traditional it has a slight sub continental Asian/desi touch which makes this meal great on sizzling onions Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will come back for more

First time visiting this branch loved every moment,i ordered a fillet stake my sister tilapia and a burger for my son all three dishes were perfect and worth the wait. Customer service were excellent staff were always attentive, polite and very helpful would recommend this branch any time. Quality food 100% sweet potato ships 100% oh and not to forget that sauce Mmmmm creamy mushrooms.....

I visited recently and very reluctantly with some friends, I did not rate steakout Tooting from my last visit a few years back but thought to give it another go. Firstly i asked the waiter if they had freshly squeezed orange juice to which he replied yes, although i saw him pouring it from a tesco value carton in front of me (it would have been better to do it in the back) the restaurant itself is quite small, but anyway i ordered a T-bone steak as i always do whenever i visit a steak restaurant, what i got was 50% fat which i spent 20 minutes carving off before i had any steak, although a 16oz steak i honestly think i consumed about 8oz, it was poorly cooked and the marinades are not very nice you would be better off asking for no marinade, for what you pay this steak restaurant is poor, the quality of meat used is very cheap. i have been to steak places london and dubai and tasted some great and expensive steak, i wouldn't recommend this particular restaurant at all, go to spice village down the road and enjoy some home style cooking don't buy a steak from here my second visit confirmed just how cheap quality the food is.

The venue is very similar to the other steakouts and the atmosphere is also very similar. The venue had a good spacious element to it which is comfortable. We ordered straight away and the food came out in timely manner. Though the chicken seemed a bit too grilled it was still tender and well seasoned. The service was quality and the waiters seemed to be able to build good rapport with us. Highly impressed. I was a bit disappointed that they are one of the few Steakouts that don't accept the weeathalal scheme, but I hope they will soon as this would've helped me make some savings on my meal.

Started out well, we were seated and attended to quickly. The shakes we ordered were the highlight of our evening. It took half an hour for our food to arrive and incomprehensibly, the main arrived before the starter because they "hadn't started it yet." Between the two of us we ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger - both were terrible. The chicken tasted like plastic and the beef tasted like it was rotting. The chips were cold, which was strange considering the burger was warm. The "barbecued chicken strips" were burnt to a crisp. When my partner bit into one of them they had to spit it out into a napkin because they said it tasted like "ash."When we reviewed the bill, we were shocked to see that we had been charged for food which never arrived - though to be fair to the staff, they apologised and presented us with a new bill so this isn't an issue.Overall, not worth £30.

Sever shortage of decent HALAL steak houses in Glasgow, so tried this place.Don't have time to go into detail...so overall got exact was I expected. Nothing more above & behond.

We were in the area and decided to try the place. On entering the first impressions are of a place that's in need of renovation. They didn't have lamb on the day we visited, the steaks were small and overpriced. Meals weren't filling. The service was very slow. As it stands wouldn't re-visit the place.

Food wasn't bad; Not VERY good but good enough. Pros: • HMC certified - a big plus for us • Prayer room available - a rarity these days ! • Very clean, esp toilets so can easily do ablutions for prayers • Early bird offer between 12-4 is affordable although limited to a few steak options Cons: • Very expensive - seem to get the impression they charge so much yet compromise heavily on quality offering budget / cheap food • Could really do with FRESH fruit juices, not boxed versions. You could buy a litre of guava for less than what you pay for a glass here • Consistently seem to run out of steaks - this time they didn't have any fillet steak Overall, steakout shows promise offering HMC steaks to a Muslim audience who are increasingly turning away from stunned halal meat alternatives. Prayer room was a welcome surprise :)There are rumours of a 'Toros' opening up in Harrow which would provide some good competition and, unless steakout clean up their act, could cost them a few customers. I hope they listen to what their customers have to say. Would give 3.5 stars - not quite 4 star material - yet. Will visit again as hopeful for improvements...

I was first introduced to this steakhouse by my friend who used to go uni nearby. We live outside of London and we struggle to find any good halal steakhouse which means,occasionally me and my friends decide to make trip just to have steak from this place. Although we have to travel around hour and a half, we all agree that it's worth it because we are all in compliments to the food after demolishing it. So keep it up guys and all the best. Oh yeah just one little thing, couple of times I've been there, you don't have sweet mash available but it's on the menu so please try and stock some sweet potatoes for my next visit. :)

I am not a beef eater so its a bit ironic that I ended up going to steak out. However, the chicken steak was cooked to perfection and I had the pepper sauce which was excellent. They have a range of sauces available and it's all served on a skillet which keeps the meal hot. There are a number of sides to choose from with the steaks. We also ordered the mixed grill of meats. The lamb chops were especially good! What can I say about the juice milkshakes! They were really good, I have never had a passion fruit milkshake but it was fantastic. All in all I had a great experience and service was fast.

Went to the one in Tooting Bec last week. I had the rump steak and my father had Tbone. I asked for Med-rare; my meat was a bit chewy. The pepper sauce wasn't nice. Could have been a lot better. My dad enjoyed his steak. The accompanied side dishes are generous. The service was average. Good for the people who eat only Halal meat. We were told that the card machine was out of order only when I asked for the bill. Then I had to run to the cash point to take some cash. I think things like that should be told to the diners at the very beginning. But the waiter apologised for that. Will pay another visit again in future to try one more time.

I went with my husband to harroe branch firstly the way its presented on the website is completley opposite and secondenly the food come in small portions to pay £20 for steak an get a small rectangle shape was shocking the starters were drenched in iceland sauce an meat from inside was black from corners that was the baffalo wings was very upset to visit a place that is highley overprices and providing poor quality food to customers astonishing , the steak out sauce is also the worst !!!! If your going for a good evening dinner dont bother was better off at my local kebabish an that still had better taste the presentation was even crap ok thats enough best of luck c

Great food at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious; fries and salad accompanied the meal. Will definitely return to this lovely restaurant.

Went to the Leicester branch ordered a t-bone medium rare with peppercorn sauce. Received an over cooked,bitter and tough piece of meat. On speaking to the waiter and returning the steak. She bought it straight back saying this is medium rare. I then had to show her on my hand what medium rare is. The pepper corn sauce came in a tiny pot which I finished with a few chips. My friend ordered a mango juice, requested no ice. Received ice. Very low quality for a very high price.

I visited the Leicester branch with my family of 8. 1. Drinks were terrible - The shakes were awful, tasted like cheap ice cream very very very lightly flavoured with fruit.2. Starters were very greasy and tasted of old oil.3. The main courses were OK and nothing to shout about. The garlic mash tasted of raw garlic.Over all, not the experience that we were expecting.

We arrived to steak out tooting yesterday 9pm. We ordered for starters onion rings and chicken cheese balls. For mains we ordered philli cheese steak and chicken steak we were told no Chicken steak.Then we ordered steakout burger. Again no then ordered gourmet burger. We ordered our drinks as well. Our drinks arrived then shortly we get told no cheese balls. at that point I commented I ordered 2 alternatives and now there's no cheese balls. Not impressive. The gentleman said try prawns. At a that point I said I want to eat here I chose the alternatives and now you don't have the third item on those basis we have no option but to cancel our order because you don't have items we want. We are not going to dine for something we don't want to eat. I hope this review will assist others to speak up for their orders

We visited the tooting branch and travelled all the way from Ilford. The steak was well done however the steak out sauce was not very delicious. The mushroom sauce was a lot better. We ordered buffalo wings which were too salty and not edible. The gourmet chicken burger had minced chicken and was also not v nice. I would rather give more points to the local chicken shop burgers. We complained about the buffalo wings to the waiter and manager and they refused to taste and offer a refund. Indeed a very hospitable place! To conclude not worth the effort and price. Total bill c£50 for A meal that was difficult to eat!

I was excited to eat at one of the UK's exclusively halal steakhouses. Ordered a ribeye on the bone (so prime rib/tomahawk steak?) from a waiter whose shirt had the word "rare" on the back. So good start; at least they know what rare is. Asked for it to be grilled to a "medium rare" standard, "no problem sir." Had to choose a condiment, so i chose onion gravy and requested that it not be put on top of my steak. "no problem, we'll put it on the side"Wife and I waited 30 mins for the food. What arrived can in no way be described as a medium rare ribeye on the bone. Firstly, the steak arrived on a sizzling platter, common in kebab houses, not steakhouses. The steak was well done (see pic 1), and quite clearly not a ribeye on the bone. I don't think the cut can be classified into any known cut of beef (see pic 2). It looks the transition between the short loin and the ribs, so not the quality piece of meat we paid for. To top it off, they had poured the onion gravy on top of my steak; it had pervaded deep inside the meat, making the steak taste curry-ish. Didn't return the steak as service was poor.I feel I am being generous in giving this a one star. I live in Leicester and I am aware that Steakout are opening a branch here. I expect that the more discerning palates of the asians who come from Africa, and who are familiar with what a steak should look and taste like, will see right through the fraud that is Steakout.

I must say I was excited to have a steak house in Woking. But it's a stakehouse which doesn't even have a personality. Online they advertise themselves as a big halal company, but in the restaurant, the world halal is nowhere, and the certificate is hidden, like as if they are scared to lose non-muslim customers. Without this knowledge at the time, I ordered a beer and the waiter said "customer policy, we do not sell alcohol" and then went on to talk about the halal blablabla. Keeping in mind this was about a month ago I can still taste the disgusting food. Crazy. The steak was ordered "well done" yet had pink in the middle. My partner ordered a vegetarian burger yet she received a fish one. SHE DOESN'T EAT FISH (what if she was allergic), HENCE WHY SHE ORDERED A VEGETARIAN BURGER. my friend was the only satisfied, but then again he had chicken.Anyway, aside from the awful food, the atmosphere is ok, music was alright and the waiting staff was actually really good, and they deserve to use their skills elsewhere.the food was overpriced by the way.

We ordered the spicy chicken wings and the tbone and fillet steak. Spicy wings were very very salty albeit tasty. We overheard another table also comment that their wings were also too spicy.Fillet was ordered medium rare on the sizzler with pepper sauce. The chap who took my order suggested that given I was wanted it on a sizzeler I should request it rare and it will eventually get to medium rare. He was spot on. The fillet was cooked perfectly to the extent that I didnt even need the pepper sauce. The pepper sauce it must be said seemed to have a lot of cornflour and was very thick. I also got the garlic mash option but I wasnt too convinced however the fillet was soo good it didnt really matter.We also requested the tbone with their spicy sauce and again it was cooked perfectly. The sauce was no where near as good but again you didnt need it. I would say the price is right for those cuts of meat. We went around 4pm and they only had 2 members of staff so the service was slow, e.g. rather than receiving all our drinks together we got them one at a time and had to ask a couple of times for them.Given how well the steak was cooked and tasted I could live with that and I will be back again.

Dinned here on the opening day, bland steaks, did not have beef ribs available and burgers were very salty and lacking in beef i.e volume made up with potato, called 3 weeks later to place order for beef ribs...still not available. not worth it in my opinion and real disappointment.NEVER AGAIN.

Have eaten here few times before was fine this time not so good food not that good I love their lamb chops this visit the flavour of lamb chops not tasty at all I did point out to our waiter not as an complaint but as an comment we ordered four portion's he did take one off which wasn't the issue I was prepared to pay for it anyway I hope they try to improve this & hope fully we will be able to visit soon to enjoy like our previous visit's!

I'm a regular reviewer of this branch and I myself last time felt some things had fallen in quality - other reviewers have mentioned similar things eg. overdone steaks, out of stock of some items, smells like a kebab joint, thin steaks, cheap meat used, etc.Well I can honestly say the experience we had the other day was very good, bordering on excellent in fact. I asked for my T-bone to be done medium and that's exactly how it was prepared - it was very tasty, didn't taste cheap at all - it was also very large and very thick - a beautiful cut of meat for the price - didn't think the place smelt of a kebab shop at all - nothing we ordered was out of stock - and other meals were also very good.Only slight gripe I had was about the lamb chops - these are still being overdone - when I first came to Steakout they were the standout item on the menu, but if these were improved in quality again next time then I would probably have to rate this as excellent.

Thing about steakout is that you know you are gonna spend at least £15 per person. And they know you know. its a simple formula. A big generous amount steak (beef,chicken lamb or fish) served with about 15 chips or rice with a small lump of salad and a dollop of ketchup and garlic sauce separately. On top of the steak is a sauce of your choice which the steak is heated with...mushroom, garlic, or chilli. and a Glass of drink.Simple. Nice for them nice for you too. When you eat you klnow you are eating something expensive and deep down you know it did not take much to make it but the atmosphere make you want to go back again. It nice as couples and families and also if your taking guests out.

Went here on a Saturday and got ignored for 5 minutes.Once finally seated I wished I never came in.The steak came cooked extremely well done when I asked for a medium.It tasted chewy and bland.When asking the waiter to have another steak cooked properly medium, he replied by saying 'you cant cook steaks with pink inside'.Shakes were also terrible and half the items on the menu are not available.Avoid, spend your money on a proper steak restaurant.

The steaks in this place are awful.Although it is seasoned (not very well), they come very thin, and the cook is not done well at all. I requested medium rare and it was near well done.Side items fries were frozen, and mash probably was made from powder.If you want a decent steak, avoid this place, as it is cheap meat. My sirloin was not tender, and not worth the money.
