As my title says, ben & jerrys never fail to surprise you with their delicious ice cream, place is clean and seating available, people working there were very friendly

was given the wrong order multiple times and refused to refund not good at all and when we asked to sort our the food they did it wring the did not change the order do not recommend at all do not order

During our vacation, we stopped by Ben & Jerry's and had an incredible time, all thanks to Aya. She was exceptionally kind and offered fantastic city tips, including which ice cream flavors to try of course. Highly recommend the experience!

I went to Ben and Jerry's on my way back to my car after an afternoon in Soho. I was with my wife and two children. I ordered three cones with a single scoop of 'Cookie Dough' in each cone. I was charged £26.43!! It's an absolute disgrace. I will NEVER return!!

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Thanks was delicious! Helped me with my choices and gave me some great choices. I observed how the lady was friendly to everyone that came in, which is really nice to see and experience.

I went there and asked for 3 scoops of vanilla and it took them 15 minutes. why does it take 15 minutes to scoop up 3 balls of ice cream. but it did taste good tho

Overpriced and just unpleasant ice cream, every flavour had a strange and unpleasant after taste and not to mention the aggressive prising.

Perfect for after a meal out! Staff lovely very friendly and talkative, clean store, could sit and charge phone whilst eating. Expensive but ice cream was lovely and a nice treat!

Used to like Ben and Jerry's but prices have gone up, portions gone down and terrible service. I am now going to Baskin Robbins instead which is much better.

In these hot days, i would have been better just buying from a regular chest freezer in a local newsagent.

Not a good experience. Service was good but ice cream was not. Tasteless and over priced. Would not go here again. Prefer taste and texture of gelato. Or I’ll go to Baskin Robins.

I think there are better ice cream manufacturers. Personally I think both Golda and hagen Daz are far superior.

A bit too sickly and the chocolate made my throat feel weird. Try Baskin Robbins or buy some Haagen Dazs.

When it comes to icecream I must admit that my favourite has never been Ben &Jerry's, I didn't even care much for the tour around their plant in Vermont several years ago. The flavours to me are too sugary and bland. One of my favourite icecream brands is Haagen Daz. Now that icecream is sooo good. May I suggest that you give your tastebuds a treat and enjoy Haagen Daz. Go on, spoil yourself, you'll never want second best Ben & Jerry's icecream again.

Don't go here. There are so many other quality ice cream parlours to go to. Support your local traders and not the major conglomerates that think they rule the world. I for one have had enough of enough of self-righteous bull.

Not a great experience and left a funny feeling in my mouth. I wouldn’t go here again and much prefer Baskin Robins or an independent.
