Byron Hamburgers in City of London, Westminster

So sad this is our last meal here (as site closing) , had amazing meal and fabulous service from Pasqual and Marika, hope to see them soon at their new Byron restaurants.

So many places don't have the license for this. Good burgers, cooked to order. Fries or skin on chips. Puddings are ok. Decent beer and friendly staff. Fair prices. What else do you want from a burger chain?

Being a vegetarian i find it so hard to find tasty burgers. Now, my meal was exactly what i wanted. The meal itself left me and my sister soooo satisfied. What made this place so special was the amazing team that made our stay so comfortable. Id to thank Maria, david and marine-lla for the great service. they were all so well spoken and accommodating. our needs were met and they were so attentive. i will definitely be back, i really hope they're all working together when i come next!! thank you !!!

He ido a varios Byron hamburguesas por Londres y el Reino Unido y todos parecen mantener su buen nivel. Mi única queja es que los tomates en la hamburguesa era un poco demasiado duro. Además restaurante limpio y el personal es amable y el servicio con una sonrisa. Muy sabroso, de carne hamburguesas bien hechas (no bien hecho :P) ambiente encantador.

Wow!!! What an amazing place for burgers, milkshakes and fries. It is amazingly done and very tasty , I can’t get enough of it!!! and fantastic staff!!! Rarely we see a place where you get such a lovely service and food at once.

Ordered a Bean patty burger for 8 pounds. So disappointed when it came. Bun was not decent, the deep fried vegetables was already a bit cold. French fries was 3 pounds, but I guess I can get something far much better nearby for this price.

Probablemente las mejores hamburguesas en Londres. El personal siempre es amable y servicial. Ojalá venga con el hamburguesas patatas fritas gratis, pero no lo es. Debe probar las patatas fritas con queso.

This was our second time in Byron. We were having a family day out in London and chose to have lunch here and we were not disappointed. Service was very friendly and the burgers were just delicious. We were recommended one of your milkshakes and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely return to this branch. Amazing service!

First visit to Bryon. Karl was a great server, friendly and helpful! Venue was clean and the food was fresh!

My partner and I visited on August 23rd at lunchtime. We were greeted, and later served, by one of the best waiters I have ever met. I regret not asking his name, as I can't now thank him properly! He stayed bubbly and smiling despite the fact he was clearly bust - he even stopped to have a wee chat with us.

We came to eat In Byron on Saturday lunch time. when we arrived we were seated at the back of restaurant on a comfortable sofa and we have been given a menu. Our kids were given a colourins and creons so they could play. The Staff explained us everything from the menu and gave us some time for thinking. After few munutes we have decide what we going to have, so the waiter took our order. When the food arrived, it was a really nice surprise for us. The burgers were massive and realy delicious,desserts were also amazing. Service in this restaurant was absolutely great!!! Big thank you to the whole staff that made our day:-) The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and you didn't feel rush. The service from the staff was great, waiter had time to talk to you and joke with the kids what made their day special . We felt like we are welcome in this restaurant and we could stay there for whole day.Really amazing service and food we got from Byron's restaurant.

I have had great experiences in Byron Burgers in South Ken and High street Ken. But the one in Westbourne Grove was really below the standards. We ordered a double burger and bother my husband and me could taste how it was burned and had no taste. they gave us a new one bit said it was normal due to the residues in the grill or something. The second one was just as disappointing. no flavour. the dessert was even more disappointing. they advertise gooey brownies and what I got was a big dry block of chocolate cake. The worse thing is that they serve stuff like that. So I will stick to the Byron in South Kensington(Old Brompton Rd). they keep the standards high. they serve the food as described in the menu, as it should be.

I order take away Byron from this premises and not only the burger - cheese burger- was dry but the fries were soggy. Very bad food quality especially because this brand is not cheap!! Please do not bother to order here and waste your money!!

We loved trying the Byron burger for the first time. We were with kids and the multiple choices contemples everybody. I have some good restrictions and was very happy with some healthier options than burgers. The salads are big and well supplied. Food is tasty and fresh. Desserts pleased everybody !We will come back !

Honestly the best burgers known to mankind... me and my Wife have always said Byron is No1. Forget gbk (dry like rice cakes in comparison) or anywhere else for that matter. We visit Byron as often as we can and afford. Always our number1. The staff at this particular branch are exceptional and always have been. Others not so in our experience but the food is still great.

OK I have resisted going to Byron. It seemed a little oddly placed between very upmarket and the bib Mac - I now realise I was wrong.So off to Byron and met with warm greetings by staff and seated in booth. A good menu with lots of choices but it was the double cheese burger I went for with fries and a Peroni. The burger was cooked to perfection, it tasted good and was just what you needed. Great bun, excellent meat, good on the condiments and the taste was excellentThis was just a great experience, good value for money and excellent customer service

Got Byron burger, cheese fries and Byron lager beer, all tasted really good. Staff was really friendly and music was good which made the stay awesome. Will definelly come back on my next stay in london.

Had deliveries of their burgers shakes etc many times always superb. Best burgers ever ! 5 Stars. The salted caramel milkshake is incredible :) Cheesecakes lovely too.

Great service even though they were very busy, the place had a lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff making Byron very unique. More importantly though the burger was divine and the fries equally so!!. All cooked perfectly. That was my first visit to this restaurant but definitely not the last one. See you soon Byron!!

Sunday lunch in a very kids friendly place. We came in early, when still fairly empty. Place filled up quickly, mostly by parents with children. Burgers were absolutely delicious.

Great burgers and sundries. The local brew house ale is good as are the strawberry shacks. I ho for the cheese and bacon burger!

Não conhecíamos esta rede britânica de fast food, que é excelente ! Um cardápio com os mais variados tipos de hambúrgueres e molhos deliciosos. A batata frita é super crocante (experimente a que vem com molho de queijos). O ambiente e o atendimento são muito bons. Já havíamos experimentado a comida deste restaurante Byron na cidade de Edimburgo e adoramos ! Os preços em média para um hambúrguer custa por volta de 8 libras e os "sides" (acompanhamentos) custam por volta de 5 libras...tudo é muito gostoso de fato. O restaurante possui cervejas com sua própria marca. Recomendo sem ressalvas.

Every time I am in London I visit Byron Westbourne Grove. Tasty burgers and good service. Strongly recommend it.

Visited last week when only ten% busy. Left after 45 minutes having not eaten. Worst service imaginable. Atmosphere very tired. Reason given? They were busy with Deliveroo orders!

Food was good, service was awesome from a really friendly waiter and beer was great! Bit pricey but it's London so expected!

Thank you Byron Westbourne Grove for putting me off burgers, maybe now I will be able to stick to a healthy diet. Not only were your burgers delivered cold even though you're only a 5 minute drive away but the beef was burnt and you managed to structure the burger in such a way that it looked like you had pulled it out of the trash. So after spending £25 on two of the worst burgers we have ever tasted in our lives, we will no longer be using deliveroo and no longer be purchasing food from yourselves. Thank you.

When we arrived there were 3 staff outside smoking like troupers. Stinking the entrance out and not moving for customers who wanted to go in to eat. When we got through the smoke we had to wait an age for someone to bound up to us and a table was given to us. We placed the order and had to wait over 15 minutes for the course to arrive, during this time, x3 times waiters came to the table with a smug smile on their faces proudly announcing food we had not ordered. Eventually we got fed up and ask where our food was. The waiter said, its not the waiters fault you know. I didn't care as they work for the place they are all responsible and if a waiter does not think it is their responsibility to ensure the customer is OK, who after all is paying their wages, it makes you wonder how the place is managed. The whole experience was terrible and I would strongly suggest go to another burger joint who care about you and want to serve you.

We stopped here hoping for a juicy burger. The service was good but the food left a lot to be desired. It was basic but not tasty at all. Have they not heard of salt and pepper?Sorry but will not be back here again.

We found the menu prices to be a little high. Yes, we know that London is more expensive than restaurants in Canada, but the prices seemed high relative to the quantity and quality of food. We ate at other burger restaurants in the area who seemed to offer better value.We ordered three different burgers. All had cheese, one had bacon. The burgers were just okay. We also ordered two shakes which were quite good.The burgers don't come with any sides, so there is an additional cost if you want fries or a salad.The service, however, is what pulled our rating down. The waitress spent the entire time looking at herself in the wall mirror rather than interacting directly with us. There was no follow up after the food arrived. Getting a beverage refill took a lot of effort and we had to ask for our bill three times before it finally arrived.Given all of the other food choices in the area and the fact the food was just okay, I would suggest that you skip this restaurant and check out others in the area.

Cant remember the waiters name but came in on a saturday night to a huge smile and genuinely nice guy. Didnt get his name but the whole restaurant was relaxed and a great atmosphere. Seated by the window to people watch, the food was great and overall great value too. Nothing wrong with Byron and far from your everyday chain.

I visited Byron with my 2 children to grab a quick burger before a theatre trip. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 was well done and 2 were "as they come" so medium. The food was ok but nothing special. I have to say the 2 medium burgers gave both my children food poisoning so please if you go to this burger restaurant don't take a chance - order very well done. We won't ever be going back.

The burgers here were good and exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent by our waitress Monica who was friendly and with a sense of humor.

I just love a byrons burger but visit this place on a Friday night and you could expect a wait of 30-45 min and a drop in the standard of food. Deliveroo are turning this and other such establishments into a eating out nightmare at peak times. We all like to increase out revnue but at what cost? What about the people that the restaurant was built to serve in the first place? Kitchens simply can NOT cope with this volume of orders it was not built for that purpose. When chefs are under pressure more mistakes are made and food refunded and uneaten. Kudos to the staff who dispite the obvious stressful conditions still smiles and offered high levels of customer service (unlike other establishments) When I go to eat at byrons I do not expect cold fries and a seriously undercooked burger. When I told the waitress my fries were cold she offered to replace them and the open air kitchen and where we were sitting allowed my partner to see that my fries were out back into the fryer with some new ones added, ten reserved to me. Anyways I never ate apart from our complimentary nachos. My meal got refunded and the staff did the best they could in the circumstances. It appears deliveroo is the new eating out, the same driver returned 3 times whilst we were sat waiting for our food. Well done staff ... head office need to sort this before the restaurant's become takeaways.

Sono stata da Byron due volte, entrambe per pranzo. Locale molto carino, con cucina a vista e arredamento moderno e colorato. Hamburger molto buoni, con carne cucinata al momento. Le proposte sul menù non sono troppe, ma volendo c'è l'opzione "crea il tuo hamburger", dove si può scegliere tutto, dal tipo di pane al genere di condimento. Servizio rapido ed efficiente, personale cordiale (anche senza prenotazioni è facile trovare posto anche negli orari di punta per via del veloce ricambio). Unica pecca, il prezzo un po alto.. Consigliato!

Been a few times over the years to a few different ones but really enjoyed a sunday burger at the westbourne grove branch. Service was decent enough but really nice vibes , not too busy and great burgers as always ! Had a chicken for the first time with zucchini fries but the highlight was the oreo cheesecake!! Really lovely lazy lunch!

I am a big Byron fan but the westbourne grove branch never lets me down! I know you can't really go wrong with a burger but time and time again they always hit the mark, in comparison to other branches. The service is always friendly too. This place serves the purpose and serves it well!

Great double bacon burgers, chips, coleslaw and onion rings. The strawberry shakes were particularly tasty, thick and creamy. Nice booths at the front of house. Clean washrooms. Worth a visit.

Abbiamo appositamente cercato il ristorante per mangiare un buon hamburger e siamo stati accontentati.Il locale non era troppo pieno e siamo stati serviti in modo abbastanza rapido, giusto il tempo di fare cuocere gli hamburger.Cortesia eccelsa da parte del personale e soddisfazioni per il palato grazie alla ottima cucina.Panini molto buoni e sfiziosi, altrettanto le chips (che però vanno ordinate a parte) e anche i dolci (sebbene porzioni un po' piccole per 6 pounds).Il conto un po' salato (intorno ai 50 £ per coppia) causato principalmente dai panini (intorno ai 15£ l'uno)

Premetto che io adoro gli hamburgers, ed ero molto incuriosita dalle recensioni positive dei vari ristoranti byron, così abbiamo deciso di recarci in questo ristorante vicino al nostro hotel. Non posso che confermare le recensioni positive, l'hamburger è effettivamente ottimo, molto ben bilanciato negli ingredienti, ben cotto e saporito; il prezzo rientra negli standards di Londra con la differenza che in questo caso ne vale veramente la pena. Il personale è gentile e amichevole. Consigliato a chi sa che l'hamburger non è solo un panino con una polpetta.

A relação custo benefício foi excelente, são várias unidades na cidade e vale a pena para quem quer economizar no almoço para aproveitar no jantar!

Excelente pedida!!! A casa trabalha com hamburguer artesanal premium, escolha o ponto da carne e aproveite! O pão do hamburguer é espetacular, leve e macio. Sem falar das fritas, fininhas e crocantes. O atendimento é bom e ágil. Vale conferir!

Calidad precio si te gustan la hamburgesas es un buen sitio para ir a comer, el servciosiempre s muy amable. Muy buena carne, es una cadena que tien distinta zonas de Londres.

Conservo ancora oggi il bigliettino da visita di questo posto che ha stravolto il mio giudizio sull'hamburger. Ê una buona alternativa alla cena italiana. Carne saporitissima che si scioglie in bocca. I prezzi tutt'altro che economici penso che dipendano proprio dalla qualità della carne che, se ricordo bene, la ritirano presso una factotum scozzese. Infatti Espongono sulla porta d'ingresso un marchio in proposito.Consigliato a tutti!

Excelente, carne de primeira, temperos frescos e suaves. O ponto perfeito. O Byron Classic é a pedida que recomendo, acompanhando da cerveja Ale Byron. O preço é um pouco acima da média. Atendimento muito bom.
