Go to Grace bar for the ultimate bar, restaurant and party venue in the city, they said. Go to Grace bar for a Multi-function luxurious supper club, they said. Go to Grace bar for sleek and elegant décor they said. How wrong they were. What it turned out to be was one of the grungiest, most disorganised place I’ve ever had the displeasure of attending. The all so convenient restaurant and club in one is a good idea of the face of it, if you can actually eat. Our 50 strong work Christmas party was not one of the lucky ones. Hours ticked by, promised time-slots a mere guess, at best, although having booked weeks in advance for a 7pm slot.We were lumbered downstairs and given half a dozen Stellas; cheers! Supposedly free drinks all night, they said. It beggars belief how this message was not passed on; the arrogant, obnoxious bar staff were ruthlessly unwilling to understand our predicament. A quick trip to the loo gifted a brief break in the monotone garbage from the speakers, but presented some of its own challenges. The floor was more a pile of rubble than solid surface; the hand dryer hanging limply from the wall and the 3 out of 4 blocked urinals my male colleagues explained made the trip arguably worse than the club we'd just come from. I left at 10pm to visit a place that served food and had a better atmosphere. McDonalds.

The place was packed with christmas party goers obviously already very drunk at 7 PM. After addressing at least 4 members of staff who were very much busy minding their own business we were relocated to some backroom. The starter was dried salmon what should've been smoked salmon. The steak was ok, fries were stale. Disappointment.

Our company booked here for our xmas works do, and I'm sure that won't be the case again. We arrived and we had plenty of drinks it was all going ok, and the canapés looked ok (not appetising enough for me but I was waiting for my meal). Was stood around two different areas and the drinks were eventually running low, which is a given as around 20 people turned up for the meal. I went to the bar to try and order some more for our area, and the bar tender just shrugged and told me to look for the manageress who was nowhere to be seen. So we just stood there with no drinks. Then a shot girl came up to our party and tried to sell us a tray of shots to which I said to a few in our group "I'm not sure if these are included in our budget actually" to which she obviously overheard and turned around and said "shut up I know what I'm doing"!!!. As if that wasn't enough. After having basically no drinks for 45 minutes and being told our meal was pushed back an hour, our managing director was eventually told there was no food/meal for us, that they had "overbooked". So it was okay to take our money 4 months prior and give us nothing?! I'm sorry but are you kidding?! But it's ok because we were told we were allowed more canapés instead?!? So we were left with 20 people hungry, bored and disappointed. What a way to ruin a Christmas work do and an evening. Well done Grace, you gave me the worst night out I've ever had, not just in London, but ever. What a waste of money and time. (also previous reviews are correct, the doorman are particularly aggressive to men.)

This restaurant is very close to Piccadilly Circus. It was quiet when we arrived at 2:30 pm. We had a private room but the glass doors made it feel part of the bar area and added to the atmosphere. The food was excellent. Unusual for a work Christmas lunch....the staff were great and the service terrific. They gave us a booth for the evening. The prices were pretty reasonable. Would go to this venue again.

We had a pre theatre meal at Grace. We paid £9 a head for 2 courses, so we weren't expecting great things, but it was really quite good! The wine was half price, so 2 large glasses for £9. The menu was limited and not very inspiring, but it was well cooked and the service was the best. Polite, quick, friendly. Given the cost and being in central theatre land, it was very good.

I was to have my work do here on Friday evening. A sit down 3 course meal but to my surprise and to Grace Bar incompetent organising. We never got to sit down and everyone stood at the bar drinking and eating food that looked like it was from a Iceland store. Yes I think a spring roll will make me happy on missing my turkey dinner. I felt sorry for others who work at my company and was just surprised on how you couldn't cope with the amount of people. Perhaps next time you shouldn't let as many people in. Because you will certainly lose business because I defiantly won't be back to drink at Grace Bar socially, it's unorganised and messy. What a disgrace.

Not everyone had meals at same times, very disorganised. I had salmon which was ok with dry bread, turkey which was swimming in gravy with lovely soggy potatoes, lady opposite had same but didnt look like mine, hubby had small steak sitting on a few chips, bloke opposite had large steak on a pile chips, not very consistent. My lovely lemon tart came once everyone had finished their pudds. On a positive note the live entertainment and music is very good and the place was buzzing and the staff were nice, but its just too busy. The meal area was far too stuffy that everyone left early to stand for an hour to get coats from cloakroom. Not my idea of fun sorry

We were a hen party group on a busy Saturday evening. The place was really lively with a few other large groups in the restaurant and the bar really busy. It was a good atmosphere, the place is nicely decorated, the music was good. Shame about the meal. The halloumi skewer starter was the best part. The Panang chicken main course was too risky to eat, the rice smelt odd and the chicken was cold, I cut a piece I half and it was colder towards the middle so I took the decision not to eat it. Having it heated up did not appeal, which I guess would have been the solution if I had complained. The dessert was cheesecake, with a mysterious what blob on the plate for garnish - looked like the squirty cream canister had almost run out. The cheesecake was warm and not very nice, by this time I was completely put off. A shame really, just don't think they are set up for serving to large groups perhaps.

Was greeted by a friendly restaurant supervisor who got us seated promptly even when we was 15mins early.Got our drinks with in 10 mins off sitting down and ordering them, was even told that they had a deal on cocktails so my wife ordered them.We had to choose from a pre theatre menu, a few more choices would be nice but can see why the keep it to a short selection.......For starters I had BBQ chicken wings and my Wife holloumi & pepper skewers both where really nice and was ample for a starter. Our mains where on the table with in 10 mins of our starts being taken away, the Chicken with Bacon & Cheese melt was enjoyed by my Wife and I had the cheese burger again ample sized and very filling.Drinks where reasonable priced as it is London and things do cost a little bit more. Cocktails where around the £10 mark and the Cider I had was £6.50. A double Malibu and coke was just under £10.Even tho it was a very busy venue we got our food and drinks in a timely fashion and was in and out with in a hour, we was never rushed and the waitress serving us was very friendly and happy to help serve us. The Music was very good too and not to loud consider the bar/DJ where in the room next to us.I would highly recommend the restaurant if your seeing any shows at Piccadilly Theatre as it's literally round the back of it so was a bonus.

Despite the Pre-Theatre menu arguably looking very limited (4 options), the 14 in my group really enjoyed the venue as well as the food (Cheeseburger being the most popular choice). And with my sweet tooth, I simply loved the Toffee Banana Waffle for dessert. Amazing night out for friends' engagement. The drinks are typical London bar prices BUT the entertainment factor made the difference and so i happily paid their prices. The DJ played amazing current and yesteryear tracks but is also joined by the Grace Girls and a saxophonist who totally smash it on singing/playing along. Memories of the movie Coyote Ugly here with the singers AND saxophonist climbing up on the bar and singing/playing across the venue and to eachother. The bar staff serve quickly with profesionalism but they also dance behind the bar and ring the bell (and anything else to hand!) along with the tunes.Venue was packed out on a Friday night and rightly so. The only down side was at the end of the evening the heavies (the bouncers) turf you out with as much charm as a blood hungry rottweiler. Shame. Extra star needed up top to make it a six but take off a star thanks to the bouncers heavy attitude = a worthwhile five. Go do this!

The member of staff was friendly on the phone, she let me know it was busy and when I asked if using my Gourmet Society card would be ok, she said "No problem, I was expecting that", not sure what is was about me that tipped her off but fair enough.I had a confirmation email later that evening and reminders about my booking the following days.2 hours before my booking (while I was travelling to London and the venue) I received a phone call from Grace telling me that they would not honour the Gourmet Society discount as they do not accept it on Saturdays, despite both the website and app contradicting this.So 2 hours before, while on the train, I had to arrange a different restaurant (many need 24 hours notice).Even if you do not offer Gourmet Society on Saturdays, I would have expected some kind of gesture of good will for informing me so late (3 days after booking). The lady was also very abrupt and hung up after I said I wouldn't be still coming. So please avoid if you are expecting to use Gourmet Society, it is definitely not worth the stress. If necessary I am happy to provide proof of both website and app showing Saturdays is fine for Gourmet Society.

I tend to say I have a dairy intolerance, but neglect to mention that it is often accompanied by an allergic reaction as this additional information is irrelevant. But this doesn't stop me from eating out around Northamptonshire often, as the majority of the time it is not an issue. There are specific legal guidelines about allergens for restaurants to adhere to which have made my life much easier. If you take a few minutes to search the internet you will the find legal guidelines. The information and training material is freely available. Among that it states "Around ten people in the UK die from allergic reactions to food every year.' and "Failure to meet the allergen requirements is a criminal offence due to the impact of non-compliance on public health." Guess what? Grace FAILED!!! The bar area had a great atmosphere and the live music was brilliant. Up a few steps to the restaurant area which looked nice enough. We had pre-booked, prepaid and even pre-ordered through GoGroups for a Hen Party. Yes I had contacted them about my dairy intolerance so all choice from the very limited menu had been removed and all I was able to have were BBQ ribs without sauce for starter and a grilled chicken salad for main. Not great but not too bad either. Nothing couldn't go wrong I thought. When we were all seated, me at the far end under the speaker that was turned up to make the music being performed a few yards away even louder, the waiter approached to tell me he was really sorry but, no I couldn't have the ribs after all. This did cause some upset and the bride-to-be complained (Well I think she did but obviously couldn't hear much at that end of the table, thanks to the speaker) so we were presented with a round of shots that tasted like Irn Bru laced with Vodka. I do like Irn Bru! The Maid of Honor had prepared a couple of quizzes for us which unfortunately I couldn't join in at that end of the table either as I couldn't hear, but still the music was good. The main corse arrived and I was starving. But when it was placed in front of me it was topped with a layer of Parmesan. I had to explain to the waiter that Parmesan is a cheese made from MILK. My meal was returned to the kitchen and my distressed soon to be daughter in law complained again - another shot of Irn Bru. The person who was referred to as the chef prepared a fresh meal for me, a large potion of fresh, crispy lettuce topped with four pieces of chicken breast. I'm pretty sure it was chicken going by the appearance but it was so dry and tough I can't be sure. Thankfully a portion of chips was passed along the table, I never did find out who gave up part of there dinner for me. I left Grace disappointed and very hungry!

Like the majority of people in the restaurant when when visited, we had pre-paid for this as part of a meal and theatre package. This means, whilst we did not have to pay for our food on the night, we *had* paid for it, just in advance. The meal was not free, if the restaurant cannot provide what I think would be considered normal levels of service for the price that they are changing the companies that offer these packages, they should not offer the package. The service was sweet and well meaning, just spread far too thinly. I think there were two waiting staff (and the barman was drafted in later, presumably as emergency backup) for around 50 covers, this was no way near enough. Due to the nature of the pre-theatre meal, everyone arrived at more or less the same time. We arrived and ordered drinks, 5-10 minutes later we ordered our food. Our food arrived 10 minutes later, but still no drinks. I asked the waitress if they were on the way, she apologised and said she would get them right away. She came back about 5 minutes later with our bottle of wine, started pouring it and then realised it was not the wine we had ordered. By this stage I would not have minded but before we could say so, she whisked the glasses away. She then came back after about another 5 minutes with the correct wine. By this stage we had more or less finished our main courses and only had about 45 minutes left before we needed to leave for our show. I would like to stress that it was not the waitress providing poor service as such, just that they were so short staffed, she was unable to provide the service I am sure she would have liked. It was a similar situation for the other tables around us (the tables are so close together you couldn't help but be involved in your neighbours meal!) with people having long waits, missing items and wrong orders coming out. The food was perfectly fine and the restaurant it self was also nicely decorated, apart from the tables being too close together. Luckily we were able to laugh at the situation, but I would not recommend choosing Grace as part of your theatre package.

The food was nice (when it finally arrived) but the service was terribly slow and I really felt for the only staff member. People were complaining left, right and centre and it all became a massive rush to get to the show on time. Could be great as the food was nice but need more staff!

Had the most amazing lunch at grace! First of all, big thanks to the most lovely and charming waiter Chris! Our lunch started off with a warm welcome, great and honest recommendations, continued by attentiveness, great sense of humor and fast service. The guy really knows what he's doing ! What is more, the food was delicious! I was showing my friend around London and she had her first ever fish & chips here- the meal was cooked to perfection! Superb mood guaranteed! Will come again for sure !

Been to this restaurant a few times before which has always been good value and good food. However, this time (Sunday evening) was not so good for me. Starter was Popcorn chicken which was just a small pile of battered chicken in a chilli sauce with a couple of tiny batons of celery - no real garnish. I had a steak for my main, which was so tough I couldn't finish it (and that is a first!). I finished with a practically cold cappuccino (which the waiter was embarrassed about and didn't charge for). Having said that, my partner had a chicken Caesar starter and rack of ribs main which he thoroughly enjoyed - maybe just the luck of the draw. Waiter was clearly new but pleasant and helpful. However, unlikely we will return again.

Dry food, the steak was not worth the money at all and it had no taste or juiciness to it for a 'medium rare' steak. Even the mac and cheese was pants. The cocktail that was ordered was made wrong and had to be remade. Wrong orders were sent to the table and the waiting time was over 30 minutes. The venue is nice however and we managed to get a private room party with a TV to display a slide show.

Don't go here if you are looking for a quiet dinner before a show. If you like music - then this could be a fun place to people watch. Lots of characters and hen parties enjoy this venue with its bar and disco. There is a lively atmosphere and the restaurant is at the back where it is less loud. The bar restaurant have private rooms that are clearly very popular with the hen parties. There was a happy hour promotion which offered two for one cocktails or half-price wine of which guests took advantage. The staff were upbeat and helpful and there was a good buzz from the catchy music that being played. The food was pleasant and plentiful. Although the garlic bread starter was a strange offering.

Prepaid for our meal as part of a package deal with a pre-theatre dinner option. Arrived just before 6pm for our meal and were seated immediately by very polite staff. However thats probably the main positive thing that happened....We were sat shortly after the couple who were in front of us, at a table very close to theirs (almost felt like we were dining with them!) and another couple behind us were also seated. All three tables were presented with pre-theatre menus and although the other two tables were given water, we were not. We then sat for over 25 minutes while their orders were taken, and we were ignored, in fact the table next to us were finishing their starters before our drink orders were even taken. When the waiter eventually took our order, he was very apologetic that we had been left out, brought us water and was attentive from that point on. The restaurant seemed to be very short staffed with only 3 waiters and a manager, all of whom were continuously running to and fro from the kitchen, to the bar, to the tables and cleaning too. Our drinks order was taken 3 times by our waiter as they kept messing it up (it was not a difficult order with only two cocktails) and eventually he actually made the drinks himself, bringing us a complimentary second drink and eventually he took our drinks off the bill altogether. The food tasted great, but as it had taken so long to be ordered and cooked, it felt like we were choking it down, our main meal was served at 6:55, and we wanted to be at the theatre for 7:15. My friend had the halloumi skewers to start which were delicious and I had the herb garlic bread, we both had the bbq chicken for main. Overall, the food was good and the staff were lovely, but the speed of service and the proximity to the neighbouring tables let this place down completely - we would not go back. Having to rush to eat my food actually made me fell quite ill, not a feeling I should get leaving a restaurant.

This bar was booked for my London hen do and i wasn't disappointed. We had a meal there in the restaurant to begin with and plenty of drinks as they were buy one get one free. The food was ok it wasnt amazing but was nice enough. The room we sat in for dinner was nice but hard to chat due to the loud music. It is a club so you want music but maybe while you are eating you could be in a slightly quieter place so you can chat. They have two different types of music downstairs and then they have live music on the stage. They also played some cheesy tunes in between the live music. This i loved, i was allowed on stage and had a good old dance with the singers, it was good fun. Think i danced non stop for hours.Highly recommend for a night out of fun.

Prior to a night out on a busy Saturday evening in the West End, my sister booked online and received confirmation by email with a booking reference. When my partner and I arrived on time, we were told that there was no such booking and "you can't book online, you can only inquire and then must book by phone-it's quite clear on the website. We're full so you can't come in". I have checked the website and this is NOT TRUE. When my sister joined us, she was (rightly) furious and showed us the email confirming the booking. To add insult to injury, she has had an email from Grace today, saying they are glad she visited and asking for feedback on her visit! She will give it!! Needless to say, we will not be visiting here again other than in person to complain to the management!!!!

After sometime they accepted we had paid and booked in and was shown downstairs to a dingy area classed as vip. After i questioned our drinks we were served although the bar staff were very friendly. Once we had had our aid for drinks we bought a few other drinks theyhad bought round but a short while after was told to vacate the vip area and if we wanted to stay would have to pay extra for a table or another time in the vip. We promptly left. Not impressed

We bought a pre show meal offer for two in advance as we were staying in London to watch Les Miserables.A curled up set menu appeared and we were ushered to a very small table ,practically elbow to elbow with the guests on the next table ; not the type of intimacy I can recommend & the music was far too loud .The starter was barely edible. The burger was above average ,quite nicely cooked and a top quality meat , the fries just edible. This was perhaps a good deal for central London on a Friday evening but I would have been very disappointed to pay full price. In its favour , the service was outstanding , they really were lovely waiting staff.I felt embarrassed for them at the state of the food.

I went to Grace on a hen do recently. Where do I start, the service wasn't great, the food tasted ok but gave the majority of the party food poisoning in varying degrees. Long wait times followed by mistakes then not even sorting them properly when they were pointed out. Music was good until singers started with a bizarre saxophonist. As we couldn't see the performance it was all very confusing to listen to. Drinks took a long time every order and when mine were wrong they just poured more spirit over the incorrect drink and hoped I wouldn't notice instead of getting me fresh. We had pre paid for food and they tried to charge us again. We pre ordered skinny fries and got chunky so sent them back, no replacement ever came. Then were told they didn't even do skinny fries when they tried to charge us for the chunky fries at the end. Would not recommend!

I booked the venue for a hen do for June of this year in January and on the night they managed to muck up the booking time and instead of eating at 7.30 we sat down at 9 and then they still took ages bringing the food out. The repercussions of it all being so late meant one friend had to leave before the actual meal even arrived. After complaining it took a good few weeks for the new general manager to be made aware and the customer service up to then was rubbish. I'd highly suggest calling them on the day to confirm the booking!

We were attending Aladdin at the nearby Prince Edward Theatre so "Grace" was a convenient place for a meal. Having eaten here before we knew that to get to the restaurant you have to go to the back of the bar and up the stairs to the right. On this visit my other half had the curry which he enjoyed - though he said it was more of a stew with a mild taste of curry. I had the pulled pork and burger which was served with to-die-for chips (dry, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the centre). The burger was very tasty. We had wine and were pleasantly surprised when we found out that we had a happy hour reduction. The place was busy (they seem to do a tie-up with theatre booking websites for a theatre+ meal deal) and that normally creates a problem because some of the tables are very close together. Service was, as usual, attentive (bottled tap water was brought immediately) and we never feel rushed. (Had quite a long chat with delightful girls at the next table before we had to leave for our show.)

We had a theatre deal and decide to use our vouchers to eat here. The weather was beautiful and London was heaving. Grace bar was empty. It seems to be a place for the younger generation to party. If they are not partying Grace is not thriving. Tagliatelle followed by panna cotta was pleasant but I thought we had a fully inclusive voucher and we were charged 10% service - not terrible but not expected. The seats we used were a little tired and the loos were not up to the prices charged. I would definitely use cafe rouge next time

I made a booking for dinner (One of their dinner rooms), decorations of the table, and for bar area, for my 30th Birthday.Originally I asked for dinner at 7pm, was later called back to change time to 7.30 because they had double booked. I agreed. Then the time was changed one more time after that, and in the end we had dinner at 8.30pm which had a big effect on our time in the reserved bar area, and we only got to spend 30minutes there before the nights end. Also I had pre paid for decorations of the table, as we were having a private party. This was not done, and when I made a complain they said it was too late to give me my money back, even tho I could show them my receipt from the payment, and a no decorated table. Half way through the dinner, our waiter informed us that her shift was over, and another waiter would now take over. Which was fine by us. BUT! No new waiter came. And we had to ask waiters from the restaurant to come inn to us whenever we wanted anything (We had booked one of the dining rooms)When we were ready to pay, there was a confusion on what I had pre paid. So I had to wait for them to clarify this. In the end I was tired of constantly being disappointed on my big day, and made a complain to the restaurant manager for the evening. He took it well, wrote my complain down, and promised to call me on Monday (two days later). It´s now been one week, and I still haven´t heart a thing. I would NOT recommend this place for private parties. As it seems they do not have a system on things, and do not give you what you order/ pay for.#Disappointed costumer

Recently visited Grace over the weekend. Its a little gem of a bar! Its centrally located. Really good value for money with most cocktails being £9PP, which actually is reasonable for London and if you get there before 8 its happy hour, meaning 2-4-1! Food was superb, really tasty, hot and I was really impressed with how quickly the food came out. We ordered from a set menu, fantastic value for money. The interior is quirky and such a lovely, comfortable environment to be in! I loved the bar and would definitely visit again. Clean and staff really friendly. Enjoy!

We went to Graces for my daughters hen do and booked cocktail making and a meal. The cocktail making was great fun, however once that was over no one came to get us for the meal and we were just left in the bar. We asked staff about the meal and they didn't know anything about it. Then someone came downstairs to where we were waiting and said your meal was booked for 5pm and it is now 6pm so we will have to rush your meal as we have another party booked on your table for 7pm. The meal was very rushed and the main course was served while some of us were still eating the starters. As soon as the desserts were finished we were asked to leave the table. I was really disappointed with the service and won't be recommending Grace Bar to anyone else.

I spent my birthday at Grace bar at the beginning of this month as a friend of mine recommended the venue to me as a trendy bar in central London. It was a Saturday night and Matt from the bookings team made helped me to decide what party package would be most ideal for me. Upon arrival we were greeted by a host who showed myself and my friends to our table in the bar, she then offered to take a drinks order from us whilst we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Unfortunately I cannot remember the hosts name however she was very attentive to all of us and offered to use our camera so as we could all get in a group photo. The selection of cocktails on the menu were funky and exquisite with a few of the classics thrown in there - and everybody took full advantage of the happy hour!We really enjoyed the live entertainment. A group of stylish singers came on stage around 9pm along with a talented saxophone player - we had a great time having a singsong and dance to some of the hits. Later on in the evening we made our way downstairs to the Milk Bar which is a dance room. the DJ played out some banging remixes and we got to mingle with some of the other club-goers. The barstaff were well presented and the service was efficient.Overall a brilliant experience and glad that I chose to have my birthday party at Grace!

Me, my mum and a friend visited Grace on the 17/06/2016, the Meal was part of a LastMinute.com Theatre Deal. The service was very slow initially and we had to call the waiter three times before our drinks were delivered. On the plus side, Happy Hour is between 4-8 (Half Price Wine and Beers, BOGOF on Cocktails). The food was fine, one negative was that the Main and Dessert arrived very close together, it felt like we were being rushed out of the door. Overall, would visit again but for the Happy Hour only!

We came here before as part of the pre comedy meal followed by the show and apart from some shoddy service we had a good evening, the food and comedy was great. We decided to go again and had a very different experience. We were told our booking wasn't passed on to the restaurant although we booked two weeks in advance, this took a little while to sort out and we were told we are supposed to phone and book ourselves, this is wrong as the booking confirmation states the table would be reserved for us. The service this time was much better and we were served by sone young men as opposed to some very rude and inattentive women on the first visit. The food was below par, I ordered a burger and it was burnt, and tasted burnt.. For desert the cheese did not taste fresh. However there are some very good drink deals, mainly 241 on beers wines and cocktails. Lastly we found the comedy very distasteful and unsuccessful, we appreciate its a gamble with these things but most acts were a flop, the main comedian was dreadful!!!Due to this unfortunate experience I will not be visiting again, although it is a good valued evening, it was a waste of money.

So we booked for an early dinner and a comedy night in the basement. On arrival we were told that we along with a few others had no reservation as the promoters had not passed details through. this was sorted out though. The food was fantastic value, tasty and nicely presented. The service was charming. Now for the best bit. They have a happy hour 2 for one cocktails and half price beer and wine for 4 pm until 8pm. So our total bill for 4 was about £80 including the pre theatre meal. Fantastic, we left the restaurant and headed downstairs to the comedy night feeling nicely relaxed. When we got there they were still doing half price and BOGOF on the cocktails, which they extended to 10PM as the basement turned into a nightclub.Excellent

This restaurant was booked as a package after-show dinner. No problem finding the place, but alarm bells rang when the Bouncers on the door had to let us pass.To access the restaurant area, we had to fight my way through a crowded disco floor and although the restraurant area was adequately furnished it was connected and open to the Disco, so all the lovely sounds and couples chatting etc. made a negative ambience for two "older" diners. In fact we were one of only two tables.I have marked as average, which takes into account the not unreasonable food (Not expensive, and go get what you pay for) and the service was OK, but the noise was unforgettable.Fine if you are young, I suppose.

Visited Grace with the family and we're all shocked at the service we experienced. We ordered our meals and then had to wait over 1hr 15mins for fish and chips. Prior to this they kept sending sirloin steaks to our table, showing complete lack of organisation and communication with their staff as we had never ordered any.We were the first people in the restaurant to then be the last served. Many people around us were on their desserts before we were even on our mains! The staff also messed up the drinks order where we had to send two of the drinks back.Overall it was a massive disappointment, it was supposed to be a relaxed atmosphere before heading off to our west end show, but instead rushed out desserts because the service was so poor.Certainly won't be visiting again.
