Big Easy in City of London, Westminster

I payed 30 pounds and i never received my food. I only received that food has been delivered. I will never order again as this is not the first time.

Staff behavior is very bad And Staff manager is always drank

The service was great. Staff were quick. Food came out quick. Very friendly. I was so looking forward to this but wow. What a let down. The ribs were overcooked and chewy. Needed to add sauce cause they were so dry. The shrimp had no flavour at all. Who grills shrimp without seasoning! The slaw was way too bitter. The beans were actually season well. What a let down! Avoid! Very pricey for the crap quality of food

Bottomless brunch was incredible, whole lobster was sublime, Krupa was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here

Food is solid, nothing amazing to write home about but solid choice. Does not seem to have gone downhill as an establishment. Solid food, good drinks.

Worst food I've ever eaten, we ordered a plate to share, it arrived after 3 minutes, drinks hadn't arrived yet, pulled pork wasn't fresh (taste not really good), chicken was dried, only thing we've eaten were sausages. One of the two drinks was a cola, It seemed not real cola, flavour really sweet and not carbonated. Don't talk about price.

Shout out to Emmanuel! Came here with work and the service was fantastic. Would definitely come again!

Usually 5 stars, but lack of staff on a Saturday night, made it difficult to get order correct and items brought to table. Food great as usual (except, have lobsters got smaller this year?)

We visited as 2 couples and had booked in advance but still had to wait for our table as it was busy. The service was good but on the slow side and took a while for our drinks to arrive. The food was not great and most of table left the majority of we ordered. It’s a shame as we normally love it here but will probably be a while before we return again.

Visited with another couple on Saturday early afternoon. I have to say on arrival we were a little worried as the welcome we received wasn't very warm. The lady welcoming guest was very sour faced and couldn't be bothered. However this all changed when we were seated and allocated Mikey as our waiter. We chose the bottomless brunch. 3 of us had the unlimited BBQ and the other had surf and turf. The food was lovely. Mikey was so attentive during our visit ensuring that our glasses were never empty and ensuring everything was ok with the food etc. He was a true credit to the company.

This restaurant is incredible! The food was good, genuine BBQ and tasted great. The drinks were great. Everyone went above and beyond and even made sweet tea behind the bar!! The tea was better than any tea I’ve ever had in the states. Great experience, food, and atmosphere. Will 100% be eating here again!

Absolutely recommend!!! Went above and beyond making a sweet tea for us when it wasn’t even on the menu. Paulo helped us. There were 5 guys working on this drink because it is American and they didn’t know what it was. They succeeded and it was better than most sweet teas in America.

Quality is taken away from quantity. And this restaurant gave a good amount full of quality. Very nice table servers that serve with the best availability and quality. Great highlight for Paulo who transmitted a lot of joy to my table and was willing to speak our language. A big hug to everyone who belongs to this restaurant, especially to Paulo.

Had bottomless brunch today. Lots of food and drinks - great value

My friend and I enjoyed a boozy brunch. The food quality was excellent, and the music level allowed for pleasant conversation. However, service regarding drink refills for the unlimited beverage package requires improvement; we needed to flag down the waiter repeatedly.

We had the best time visiting big easy for my father in laws birthday! The barbecue is so authentic. Best I’ve had in London. Mikey our server was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend.

This used to be my favourite restaurant. Last time I went the waiter just took my change and said thanks. Basically gave him self a tip, and did not wait for me to offer. Yesterday half my lobster was not in the lobster. Looks like they took it out, maybe to use in the rolls or mac cheese. Even after showing the manager 10 different photos of previous lobster from big easy he still insisted you only get lobster in the tail, and it's always been that way. Ignoring the factual evidence presented in my photos. I used to live in there I know exactly what I'm expected to get. The waitress was a little rude. I think the service in Covent Garden has definitely declined. Sad cause the food is so good.

Bottomless brunch in central London with friends, great BBQ food, frozen mojito and prosecco plentiful. Highly recommend. Hey Mickey the waiter kept us topped up!

Lobster roll was unfortunately cramped into a tiny box which made it a little harder to eat than usual ^^” (previous orders placed it in a wrap like a normal burger). Food tasted fine though, and delivery driver was really friendly! Thanks to both staff and driver

Couldn’t fault the starters, had a sharing platter and it was all lovely. However the main course was another platter and wasn’t great at all. Everything tasted great but everything was cold which made the meat dry and chewy. Such a shame. Staff were lovely though and good service.

Food is good, not sure if ratio of lobster in the lobster roll has decreased, but the food arrived nice and warm thanks to both staff being efficient and driver being fast! Thanks again~

We had lunch here for my birthday, you could choose a dish for just £11! We tried burgers and potatoes, grilled meat and a lobster sandwich! Everything is nothing short of exquisite! The place is really beautiful and well-kept! At the end of lunch the boys even sang happy birthday to me and brought me 2 scoops of ice cream with a candle! They were super nice 😍 Absolutely top! I always recommend you book :)

Worst experience for dinning out. Was out meeting a friend for some food so wanted to catch up and talk. Firstly we were sat next to stage and the music was too loud. Which is understandable and can look pass that but while we were still enjoying our starters the main came out and they took the starters sharer which wasn’t finish. Food was quality was below par and obviously cooked from frozen pre batch. Drinks no garnish and not balanced in anyway. Extremely watered juiced compare to alcohol volume. Then when we were popping out to smoking area the waiter chased and said you can’t go out without leaving a gaurante although we had our jackets and belonging on the table. Very disappointed.

Good food, nice place, friendly service

I’ve eaten here plenty of times, and the burgers and wings are pretty favourable compared to other eateries, but not necessarily the best-of-the-best in London. The atmosphere however is good, and the live bands are pretty strong. The prices are pretty fair for London too.

So we arrived in the late afternoon and the atmosphere was quiet and you felt very secluded which was quite great so we could have a conversation with not too many people around to decor and everything else is spot on just the food was a little bit of a let down I got the 30 wings couldn't finish them and I believe they were overcooked and dry, best thing about this place was service

The bar service was awful - we waited 15 minutes for each round of drinks. The food was lukewarm and overall very average

Great vibe and atmosphere. Had the smokehouse burger and it was delicious. But the portions were too small for price. Still delicious tho.

Food was not very hot. We was sat next to the food return area which is not nice. Staff.... No one asked if our food was OK. Not asked if we would like desert. And the restaurant was empty. Overall not a great experience.

A very nice casual eatery, especially if you like steaks, ribs, pulled pork, burgers etc.... Oh they also have a great selection of whiskies.... Well worth a visit if you are in the area...

Really good bottomless brunch the alcohol was free float and you get a very good meal to go with it compared to a snack that other places offer when doing a bottomless brunch.

We were disappointed today. We go to this restaurant for quite some time to each Lobster roles. Today the fillings was half of what it used to be. They will not see us quickly again.

It’s been years since we have visited the big easy so decided to go for my son’s 18th birthday. The table for 6 was crammed and had a direct view into the kitchen where on more than one occasion I witnessed the staff eating whilst preparing food. We chose the sharer platter which was extremely greasy. The mains came out and my son’s steak was wrong, he had ordered a fillet but was served a sirloin. There was a lot of confusion with one server first telling us that it was a fillet then saying it was a sirloin. The main server returned to the table with the steak and again tried to serve it, whilst confirming that it was a sirloin. She eventually let out a “for f**ks sake” before taking the steak away. We also asked for the chips that were missing from my wife’s order. Another guy, I think who was a senior server came over and confirmed the steak would be re cooked. We asked him for my wife’s chips and he immediately sent several portions to the table. The rude server appeared some time later with my wife’s chips and the fillet steak. It was a real let down as the place used to have great service, great food and great ambiance. They failed in all 3 today. My son’s 18th meal should have been a great event, instead we couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Such high expectations dashed by poor service, main course was cold and the final main dish (of 4 people) arrived after everyone else had finished the meal. During our time at the table we had to ask for service as no one came to check on us, we just felt as if we had to fend for ourselves :-(

beware- 12.5% service charge added. discretionary, so you can refuse and choose your own %. the food extremely mediocre. served so quickly that it’s hard to believe things are freshly prepared. add to that the fact that everything was pretty dry and a conclusion is quickly reached. cornbread, ribs, pulled pork and even the chips- all dry. “cheesy chips” are also not as advertised, as there’s just a dusting of parmesan on them. and when paying, a “discretionary” amount of 12.5% service charge is added. cheeky to say the least.

With the bottomless Brunch we did not have a waiter come to take an order for 20 minutes then when they took our order they told us we had 1hr40mins left for brunch. And our first drinks arrived 15 minutes after that. We had the same drinks through out the meal. We had to beg to place an order for drinks and were often ignored. Came for a friends hen do and was disappointed

I booked a table of ten plus two high chairs for a birthday. We had no high chairs at the table but was able to park the double pushchair next to us so we managed to hold the babies. We waited half an hour for staff to take our drinks order. Food is good but nothing amazing. Prefer maxwells! Toilets were not clean.
