Awful service. No proper management. No self service machine. The lady manager doesn’t know what she doing ! So disappointed with managing the customers!

It gives a lot of confidence to have a McDonalds nearby.

An old style McDonald’s with the flip over menus. Pay at cashier style. Fastest service I’ve had with McDonald’s even when busy. Seconds after paying, food is ready to collect. Fast, cheap and easy. Recommended if you want to save money in this part of London. The downstairs eating area has a strong bleach smell however which was bothersome. Fast food, literally.

Not sure if this is racism or some kind of discrimination but got ripped off by a staff here. He kept saying my visa card didnt go through thus cancelled my order while i waited standing for 30mins. I had the bank history for the transaction that my money did go through and never came back even after he said he ‘cancelled’ it(i even showed him the screen and he didnt care). I used the exact same card right before and after the visit and it worked just fine. I literally used it in a store across the street 2mins after i got outta there and got food right away, no problem. The security tried to help but ended up saying its not a big amount of money so forget about it like what? Like who expected to get money stolen by mcdonals in the middle of london😂never had an experience like this in my life and i want my money and time back.

An unbelievably bad experience. Because I am in a hurry to complete a task, I hope to finish it as soon as possible and then have my breakfast. And the staff walked up to me in front of the restaurant, which was almost completely empty, and said, 'I can't use this table here.'. If the restaurant is very busy, I may be able to understand, and I will attach pictures of the entire dining area at that time. As a customer who frequently consumes McDonald's products, I don't understand whether such service personnel are untrained or if they are acting maliciously. In short, it was a very bad experience.

Some staff is great and helpful but get an order system. This is unbelievable. I dont even get a receipt and have to ask after 10 minutes if they forgot. Absolute garbage system when there is a big queue. Stuck in 2003.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff. My lads first trip to london literally ruined by a couple of staff that were there on Saturday the 8th at around 9.30am. My lad was desperate for the toilet, so though no problem we will go and get some breakfast from McDonald’s as we were hungry, and he can use the toilet at the same time. So we went straight to the toilet as he seriously needed the toilet by this point, and was told we had to get a key as it was for customers only, I totally get this opinion. So ran back upstairs after trying to explain to some visitors to this country, in the same situation, that I will be back with a key. Only to be told by a lady serving, that the toilet was out of order! (we knew it wasn’t, as the other employee told us to get a key) and then another employee that was serving told us we needed to buy something. So I said absolutely, I wanted to buy something and can we have the key, and both of them decided to ignore us at this point! I wasn’t rude or shouting and was very reasonable so decided I needed to help my lad out that was in distress at this point. So decided to walk out and find somewhere else that was even further for my lad to walk, who was in total distress at this point, that he was going to embarrass himself in the middle of london!! I genuinely cannot believe that someone would treat another person that way, but obviously this is the policy at this McDonald’s. I don’t know how the story went for the traveler’s that I left downstairs, but I can only apologise for the lack of any humanity in my country.

Standard McDonalds, my large fries had less in it than a medium. The service was really quick though. There is limited seating downstairs, where you might be waiting for a while during busy periods.

The persona was very rude and didn’t wanna give me a refund but they still gave it to me. The manager was speaking really rudely and rolled his eyes at me. When I gut the refund the lady stated saying that she told me the price before but she didn’t.

I have seen rats on the floor below, and also the burguer I ordered was not the one I recieved at all. seriusly disgusting.

This mcdonalds has started ripping and folding their fries packets differently so that you get fewer fries.

Ugh, unfortunately a cramped restaurant and not very friendly. The fries are better than in France on the other hand but the burgers are nothing exceptional... Fast food has been losing momentum in recent years, it's all becoming very bland. So-so.

Delivery time kept changing, why do you as it’s still late from the original time that I expect it. When it eventually came everyone’s cold. Most of the cold coffee was spilled. The has brown was cold an flat as everything else was thrown on top. It was so disgusting. Waste of my money it went in bin. Very disappointed. The most disgusting McDonald's I have ever seen in my entire life. The tables are located in the basement, so no natural light and above all no possible accessibility for people with reduced mobility or with babies in a stroller. Everything is dirty, the tables, the chairs. The toilets to vomit. The service is deplorable. No tray for those who eat on site.

I ordered food and scheduled it to arrive at 12:30 it arrived at 12:54 the gentleman (despite all the large numbers) couldn’t find the building so my food is now lukewarm at best. And then I didn’t get my pineapple slice. Awful

Bought a cheesy burger which was overcooked, hard and inedible. My grandson was delighted with his toy in a happy meal but left half of his meal - the fruit shoot was fine. The restaurant was overcrowded and there was little room on the bench seats. Fine dining it was not. Avoid at all costs

Worst delivery experience ever. I am at work today and I was starving so I ordered McDonald’s. It came, the driver couldn’t even find me then after a phone call he came to me and said sorry the milkshake machine was broken so there’s no milkshake and handed me a cold bag. I look inside when I get in and there is a half portion of large fries and my burger is missing a patty. Just eats is an abysmal site and I will never be ordering from here again. Best McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. the old school till service with no screens was surprisingly pleasant. the food was really good and the waitress was keen to help.

Right next to the centre of London in Shaftesbury Avenue. Very convenient when you don't want to spend to much time in restaurant or you just want something for quick bite. On the ground level is only serving area, Downstairs you can find seating & dinning area and also toilets.

Very busy. Quick service in taking the order, friendly staff, restaurant seating fienstairs very busy- we sat outdoors. Great for the kids.

We visited this McDonald’s last Saturday evening for dinner. The place was very busy. They do not accept McDonald’s reward codes. There was sitting available downstairs for hundred people which was also full so you had to wait to find the seats.

Today November 30 around 12::10 I was on the queue and next to be serve, the staff Atish he was standing right in front of the cash machine drumming his hands, I asked him if he is serving, he said yes. He took my orders. After he just placed my order in front the machine without saying my orders he grabbed and he give to me I asked him, where’s my latte? He said there. I saw my latte already, he doesn’t bothered to give to me. So upsetting this kind of services. Especially in this very cold weather.
