Scarlet's in City of London, Westminster

Reservamos una mesa para dos, pero, en el último momento, cambió el tiempo y aumentó a tres sin ningún problema. Todos los miembros del personal era muy amable y atento. El vino de la casa era de un buen nivel y la comida. Entrantes eran calamares y pan de ajo y romero, seguido por carnes a la parrilla a la perfección. Gracias a Dean y su equipo para disfrutar de una velada agradable.

Booked a table for our Daughter Scarlett for a spot of lunch before a show, sat at another table as someone else was sat at our booked table, then sat waiting to order to be ignored whilst another two large tables came in after us and were served first!

Great atmosphere ! The staff very friendly and helpful ! Good music and great atmosphere ,! was great night out !

I pop in to Scarlet's every so often with friends to take advantage of happy hour. Can't really speak to the food or the table service, but the bar girl Kate makes the best damn Bloody Mary in London!

Entonces me dijeron que encontrar mi propia mesa y alguien podría venir para tomar mi pedido. Me senté y esperé otros 15 minutos y oído nada, así que tuve que ir y pedir un menú. Luego de otros 20 minutos y nada, así que tuve que ir y pedir para pedir comida. Pedir comida y cuando llegó mi hamburguesa era que faltan. En lugar de tomar, y añadiendo los artículos que me trajo un plato de queso que me tuve que poner yo y nunca se disculpó, Este entonces me hizo la comida caliente estaba fría! Me pidieron para pagar mi comida cuando llegamos ya que nueva cómo el servicio fue lento. Entonces yo en realidad a pagar 30 minutos después intenté disfrutar de mi comida así como todos los demás alrededor de la mesa. No volveremos y no recomendaría para la comida. Personal básico comida poco profesional y horrendo servicio.

Almorzamos en un viaje a Londres el domingo - encantador hamburguesa vegetal, la otra comida era pescado y patatas fritas (lo anuncian con guisantes blandos) - guisantes triturar jardín sin duda. No mushing guisantes! Botella de vino, un lugar agradable y cómoda y el personal muy amable. Una pena los guisantes - no sé por qué restaurantes de West End puedo conseguir ese derecho!

2 for 1 on cocktails made this visit a lot better! Food was very average, filled a hole but was nothing to get excited about. We enjoyed some cocktails and moved on. Nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

This is the place to relax have fun and a excellent drink. The place get very busy, sometimes is hard to get a sit. I would suggest you to reserve a table.

Fuimos a scarlet's al azar anoche y tengo que decir que era muy, muy impresionado. El servicio era perfecto, el personal amable y excelente precio para comida y bebidas. Sin duda hacer otro viaje. Recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que le guste una buena noche! !

Was rather disappointed with the money it cost. Was on a hen party and we had booked to make our own cocktails. The only alcohol we had to make these was Vodka, Bacardi and Schnapps. Orange Juice and Cranberry Juice. so all in all not much choice which I feel was a rip off. The chap who was hosting was jolly though but then when finished was told that it was happy hour upstairs and he had reserved us seats. It was not happy hour - it was only 4pm and apparently happy hour doesn't start until later. so another £90 spent

So, we are seated in the back where there is no airflow. After the meal is delivered, we are ignored. We ran out of water, alcohol. Could not order desert. As we weren't in a rush, we waited 45 mins after we ate. Gave up and went to pay. We were given an apology (not sincere) and we weren't charged for the gratuity-that was the grand gesture. Should anyone go after this?

Great location to meet for drinks, Happy Hour is between 5pm and 6pm, which is worth remembering. We didn't try the food. It does get busy, so get there early to make the most of Happy Hour!

On our random day out in London, my friends decided cocktails were needed. We saw the Happy Hour sign outside Scarlets and that drew us in!We went at a quiet time, think it must have been about 5pm and snagged a table by the window. My friends all went for cocktails but the waitress made me a mocktail which wasn't on the menu, which was nice of her. Also although it's a bit of a walk to get to them, this place had really nice toilets. Weird thing to say but wait till you see them!

2 for 1 cocktails from 5-8pm everyday. Great atmosphere, great drinks, friendly staff, good music. Location is fab if you don't eat there (it's very loud) there are loads of other options very close by.

Visited Scarlet's for a drink with my partner on a day out in London. Ordered a cocktail each and I can honestly say they were the worse cocktails I ever had. There was no taste of alcohol, the glass used was boring there was no effort to decorate the cocktail/glass.They were not worth over £8 each.The venue is lovely with really nice décor, the staff were also great, just a shame about the cocktails.I would visit again as it is such a lovely bar but will not be ordering cocktails.

Siamo stati in questo pub sia di pomeriggio che la sera. Nel pomeriggio siamo stati a bere un caffè e un the; L espresso che era stato chiesto era quasi un cappuccio e per i the ho dovuto alzarmi io a sceglierli e una volta lì ce li siamo portati anche da soli nonostante la ragazza non stava facendo niente; non avendo lo zucchero sul tavolo mi alzo per chiederglielo e mi da una ciotola con dentro due zollette di zucchero tutte rotte con delle macchie sul bordo. Vabbè... nel complesso il locale è molto bello, appena entri senti subito un buon profumo e anche i bagni sono spaziosi e puliti. La sera però è tutt altra roba! I cocktail sono favolosi fatti dal mitico Ale che intrattiene ed è simpaticissimo. La sera ha fatto alzare decisamente il punteggio, Sicché abbiamo passato le ultime due serate a Londra allo Scarlet's!

Visited Scarlet's last year on a girls trip to London. Fantastic evening, excellent music and friendly staff. Stayed in the main bar area and had a great laugh. Planning to visit London later this month for my friends birthday. Just sent an enquiry to Scarlet's and hoping to celebrate in style there. Definitely recommend a visit.

A nice 'pub' for a drink and food. Very full but good service from friendly staff. Worth dropping in if you are in the area and in need of sustenance!

Stopped in as part of a pub crawl and had a blast downstairs. The ceilings are short, so mind your head. Drinks are reasonable, music is good, young crowd but accepting of any age group.

Last Friday was really good, we had an amazing time.I had booked a table in the VIP area and the music was spot on and we were accommodated well in our area.Please convey across special thanks to your Bar staff who were extremely pleasant, talented, friendly and quite lovely to engage with. So much more different than your typical West End bar staff.I would most definitely recommend Scarlet and for sure will return.

I reserved a booth for my sisters Hen Party, they were very accommodating and helpful with the booking. We were having a meal at a restaurant prior to our booking here and it had run over to I quickly nipped down to see the security on the door and he advised not to worry we would be fine, which we were when we arrived about 30 minutes late. We were take to our booth by a hostess and given our tab number. It was lively with great music and brilliant atmosphere. Even though it was really busy the queues for the bar were not that long and the barman was extremely helpful. Great customer service in all aspects. The only thing I could say that needs improvement would be the website deals were out of date when I tried to book, this could do with updating as you can pay online which could cause issues. I recommend calling if you are thinking of making a reservation as the staff are extremely helpful.

Would love to give a more detailed view of this place but, unfortunately, the bouncer who I had to get past in order to join the rest of my cast and crew mates in our post-film premiere party, can't seem to tell the difference between what he kept calling "White powder" and what I discovered to be a flake of dry skin on the bridge of my nose. Completely refused to listen to any form of reason (Like why the said "Powder" was physically attached to my nose!!) from either myself or those around me who know me to find fizzy drinks over-bearing, let alone hard-core narcotics. Completely embarrassed me in-front of my friends, work-mates and girlfriend and ruined what had been up to that point one of the best days of my life. In short I'd recommend this place about as much as I would a cactus enema but if you are forced to go make sure your nose is well moisturized.

Great decor and lively atmosphere. Food was good not outstanding, nice selection, nothing over complicated, good value. Now the cocktails- excellent. Just happened to be there for happy hour, classics and specials

A lovely little brasserie. We popped in here, obviously not long after they had opened as they were still setting up. However we were very promptly attended to and our orders taken. The food here is excellent, although we did feel that the drinks were a little more expensive than they should have been. It is a lovely airy little place that we will probably revisit in July.

I was in town with my friends and accidentally we ended up at Scarlet's - what a night that was! We stayed there for a meal, then drinks, then music. The music and DJ was absolutely fantastic! Shame there are no dance floor as such. The place is a mixture of a pub/ bar/ disco with similar mixture of people. I will certainly go back - mainly for the music! You have to try it!Zaneta

We have visited Scarlet's on a few occasions now, and will continue to do so, because it's such a great vibe, drinks are varied and imaginative, especially the cocktails, food is served hot and fresh by enthusiastic and attentive staff - can't fault it!

I went to London after a while to see my family and a good friend. During our stroll in the city centre, we ended up at Scarlet's to have some food and a few drinks. Unfortunately, the service was really poor. First they did not have the drinks we wanted to have, which I can understand because such things can happen from time to time. However, after we decided to have something else, the bar staff left us waiting in front of the bar for quite a long while. This would be also OK if the place was busy, but there were no other guests around and we felt rather ignored. Honestly and with every respect, them guys looked like after a rough party and did not really have a clue what they were doing. I did find their behaviour unprofessional and inappropriate. Then we got our beer in dirty glasses and we had to wait for the food for over 45 minutes as they forgot about us. Finally, the food came out cold and soggy and the steak had a pile of bones and cartilage in it. When we made a remark about the service the waiters hostile reply was that he wasn't the chef. The toilettes were nice and pompous though. However I am not sure if this balances out all the negatives we experienced during our short stay. I am normally not fussy and do not like to complain, but I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

La verdad es que comimos bien por un precio muy razonable. Nuestro error fue pedir una copa de vino que costó practicamente igual que un plato. Fuimos atendidos por una chica italiana que entendia el castellano y que estaba muy embarazada...nos trató muy bien.En cuanto a la comida nos encantó, sobretodo los niños que se pusieron las botas con el plato tipico de fish and chips.

Booked a table of 5 and brought my friend along who is visiting UK for the first time. He really enjoyed it. Staff were really friendly, from booking a table to the security to the waitrons and bar staff. Booking process was simple and the lady on the other end of the call was extremely friendly and welcoming. Stayed for Happy hour drinks which provided a nice selection of cocktails. Atmosphere was lively, music was great and the live band added a nice touch later in the evening. Not easy finding a bar near Leicester Square that doesn't feel like a tourist trap, and this one definitely provides an all round experience whether you're only after a few snacks and drinks, to a full night of dancing and letting your hair down. Thank you for an entertaining evening out.

I go to Scarlet's every few months as it's near my work and there's always a great atmosphere. Quieter early in the evening if you fancy a bite to eat and catch-up with friends/colleagues, then later it gets busier and louder if you're in the mood to party. Great venue and great location!

Locale bellissimo nel favoloso quartiere di Covent Garden, arredamento English Vintage Style, sembrava di stare in un salotto.... dove la trasgressione è rappresentata da quell'arredamento in un Pub.... Per la delizia culinaria posso esprimermi solo per il noto Fish and Chips, uno dei migliori mangiati a Londra... Personale molto cordiale e preparato nel consigliare, soprattutto nel caso della scelta di una bella Pinta di Birra...da consigliare vivamente

This was booked as part of a weekend package & sold to us as VIP entrance with a private table & 2 bottles of champagne for our party of 10. On arrival they radioed for a member of staff to show us to our reserved table. They very quickly went down the stairs to the back of the basement where we were seated in what can best be described as an old Anderson Shelter with 2 benches along each side & half a table bolted to the back. This was located next to the toilets which I would definitely not consider a VIP area! When I put my hand on the bench it came away sticky with what I hope was spilled alcohol. The 'champagne' arrived &, although I did not drink it myself, was unanimously described as the worst my friends had tasted. It was a quick decision to leave the drink & our 'VIP' experience lasted just over 15 minutes as we also quickly left the venue.

I always visit Scarlett's when I'm in London, the atmosphere is great and the drinks are even better! Always feels friendly and comfortable with security making you feel safe without being too intimidating Well worth a visit Day or night, when on a day out a cocktail is due at any time of the day!

Enjoyed a few drinks before heading out to dinner with friends , great bar , 2 for 1 cocktails until 8 pm and good music , busy but not over crowded for a Saturday night and great service when reserving a table .

Had such a fun night at Scarlet's for a girls night out! The cocktails were great - especially during the 2-4-1 deal! Such a great atmosphere and the basement downstairs played great music. Will be back very soon to try the food and probably a few more 2-4-1 cocktails...!

This is the perfect spot for drinks with friends. The music and atmosphere make it a little gem in the Covent Garden area. I would really recommend downloading the drinki app or looking out for their deals as they can be a little pricey for a student budget. For large groups booking in advance is really great and makes entry past security much easier! The staff are very friendly and overall the place has a great vibe!

Love it here at Scarlets, so easy to find and always deals to be had if you get there early. Firstly we were given a table (free of charge) just by booking on line and sent cheaper drinks packages we could have taken advantage of as well as it already being two for one on cocktails. On the night the bar staff were friendly and the lively music was for everyone (more cluby down stairs) my friend was even entered into a draw and won a bottle of bubbly. Scarlets is definitely a good bar to visits for a night out

Visited on st Patrick's day with a group of friends to have some cocktails. There was a sign on the door advertising 2-4-1 cocktails on st Patrick's day so we asked about them when we went in. After we placed our order the bar tender told us happy hour hadn't started yet therefore they couldn't do the discount. Eventually they agreed. To my disgust our friend who was served by someone else had the same issue and the they took her second cocktail and put it under the bar so they could then serve it to someone else. When I asked to speak to the manager she didn't seem very interested and actually confirmed to me that they could sell the drink to another guest. Personally at £10 a cocktail I would expect a fresh one not one sitting under the bar!! I'm sure that's also against health and safety ?! The whole attitude was awful service was extremely slow and I definitely wouldn't go back again!!!

I went there with my friends as a part of Pub Crawl and quite honestly this was the best pub out of five that we visited that night! The overall look of the venue is incredible - cosy and comfortable upper area, nicely looking bar and very modern basement. I felt like depending on the level of the venue I went to that my experience varied accordingly. What a brilliant idea, Scarlets! As I was in a mood for dancing I spent most of my time in the basement - they play nicely arranged popular music with some top hits from the past (that was something I was looking for!).The pricing is quite expensive however bearing in mind that it is Covent Garden, I consider it rather reasonable (can only imagine how much you pay for rent huh!). As for the staff I did not have much opportunity to interfere with them however when ordering shots and drinks the bar staff was kind and helpful.Therefore for now I'm giving you 4 stars as I haven't had a chance to try food etc (yet) but I am pretty sure I will be soon returning to Scarlet's!Thank you everybody at Scarlet's for making last night an amazing experience!

My colleagues and I had a really enjoyable evening at the Scarlet's. Good vibes, great cocktails,nice atmosphere.We booked a table online and the Events Manager Lauren was very attentive to our needs. We had a very spacious area reserved for us- and no deposit required!- for several hours which was really nice.Overall, our experience has been very positive. We are already organising another night out at the Scarlet's!

I recently payed a visit to scarlets for a friends birthday and was not expecting a club downstairs with a Dj! Had a very good night and will definitely be returning! Thanks for hosting our night.

Really great restaurant. It's very comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere is quiete and it looks like to be in a retro restaurant. I really liked how it is decorated. The service was polite, helpful and professional. The dishes are very delicious. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

Good value 2-4-1 deal on cocktails...so good that we had three each! Music played was really good and added to the ambience.

Popped in here with friends for a drink before going on for a meal in soho.It's got a good vibe with a high energy crowd downstairs. We went to the balcony overlooking the bar where you can sit comfortably and people watch. Quite warm up there though.We had the house wine at £7.50 a large glass, a Verdejo which was fine. Wine isn't included in the happy hour which only covers the cocktails. You could have a great friends eve with its party atmosphere and there is also a club downstairs open to the early hours.

Scarlet's was a great experience. We accidentally dropped in at around 22:30 after meeting up with friends. The space was not crowded and the cover charge of 10 GBP was well worth it.The visitors was great, polite and all looks to have a great time. The Bar did not manage to serve Mojito due to missing mint and missing lime. The responsible for the stockings should take care of this and have it available (order it at 22:30 before the night life starts). The rum punch tasted great and was fun to share. All the Jägermeister bombs tastes dangerously good, and to a great price it's easy to drink a lot. The service in the bar is slow. Maybe employ at least five people in the bar on busy nights? Typically waited 10 min to be served. Music was good pop music.

Booked a table here as been before. It cost £35 for the table which they take off the bar bill. We were seated upstairs and it was a bit hot. Let the waitress know and when a table became feee downstairs she moved us. The staff were so friendly and there is a great atmosphere here with good music and the drinks are fab. Happy hour worth it! Will be costing more often.

I went here for some mid week drinks with some friends after work as it was recommended and a great location in Seven Dials. House wine was reasonable and not too bad. Music was good. HOWEVER! My friend ordered a Mojito and was enjoying it when the guy clearing up said she wasn't allowed it in glass any more as there was a 'no glass' policy after 9pm, so made her pour her cocktail into a plastic glass! Ice went everywhere. What a faff. Surely the bar staff could just not serve glass if someone would still be drinking after 9 if that's their policy? The guy then had to test my other friends G&T was in a plastic glass as he obviously didn't believe her when she said it was. Very odd behaviour! I would go back, but just check that I'm not going to have to pour my drink into another glass come 9pm. Never heard of that for a bar before, guess it must get pretty rowdy later and everyone smashes glass?!

From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much. The staff so welcoming. They genuinely looked like they loved coming to work. We spent three days in London and have to say after visiting several cocktail bars Scarlets had the best and it was happy hour! The food was good and value for money.We will be going back on our next visit without doubt. A big thank you and Hola to Alicia and Matt.

Place is alright, bar tender was really nice and even remember our drinks when we came back to the bar. I joined my friends to the smoking area and when wanted to come back in the security man asked to check my handbag. I was a bite surprise as it was checked at the entrance and calmly expressed it while opening it in front of him. He started to give me a life lesson and raising his voice saying "listen..." while my bag was wide open in front of and and cared more about his speech than actually checking it. When done I went towards the entrance and he said loud and clear "good girl!". Now that is completely irrespecutful and to the upmost unprofessional behaviour I could think of coming from a man who is suppose to ensure safety such a place!!! I do not care for his life lesson and it was surely not his place to give it in the first place instead of doing his duty and checking the bag.... This completely ruined the night who was my friends bday and I left shortly after that.

We stopped here on a Sunday night around 5.30. We were enticed by the 2-4-1 cocktails offer! Prices are quite high but that's pretty standard for London. 2 margaritas and a bulmers came to £15. There was a good cocktail menu and wth the 2-4-1 offer it would put a great deal. Inside, the bar is kitted out fantastically, plenty of seats and great music. Worth a quick visit!

In Covent Garden with friends and just needed a nice bar for a few drinks and a simple tasty bite to eat. Had a scan of the internet and Scarlett's looked lovely. The interior inside is really cute but the food was just dull..It reminded me of Wetherspoons food ( no offence to Wetherspoons as you can't beat a Spoons meal deal with a drink when one is on a budget but honestly Scarlett's probably use the same supplier and bumps up the price) I ordered the cheese and chorizo melt which was just two average pieces of thin white bread half cold. Was plain, Bland and no flavour. The others in my group had chicken wraps with chips but the chips looked half cooked.Nothing wrong with a waiter being a bit laid back but ours just looked like he couldn't be bothered. The thing that annoys me is they automatically add a service charge! Now if your going to do that the service needs to be 100% at all times. We where sitting upstairs and never had the option of dessert or another drink. We where up there for such a long time we could of just walked out to be honest and they probably wouldn't have noticed. We had to search for our waiter and when we found him we paid.Complete forgettable and bland. Not totally awful but not good either. Nothing worse than being blaaa which Scarlett's is. They have spent so much time making the place look good they have forgot about service and most importantly good food and drink. Maybe it better for just drinks at night but if you are out and about in Covent Garden for a lunch try somewhere else.

First of all Scarlet's is not a restaurant. It's a bar that serves food. We found this to my dismay when we visited. My partner had heard this chain that Scarlet's belongs to, was offering meals and drinks at 50% off through January so we booked a table for 6pm.When we arrived we met with surprised staff, some whom said the "restaurant" didn't open till 8pm! We went down to the basement where it was set up as a night club and wasn't open. We returned to the ground floor. Finally we found someone who knew what they were doing and we were shown upstairs. The current occupants of our table were moved on and we sat at a table on a narrow balcony that led to the toilets. Our waiter was polite and courteous but forgetful, having to ask 3 times for some water and also forgetting our cutlery and napkins. The food overall was adequate. We asked for the manager to tell him of our evening and he was apologetic and polite. Thank god the food was half price because I would have refused to pay otherwise, a restaurant experience should be more than just the food.

We were at dinner in Bella Italia and asked a rather young looking waiter where there was a place that played pretty good hip hop music as well as some of the current hits. He recommended Scarlets and boy was he right! We paid 10 pounds each to walk in but well worth it. The bartenders were lively and attentive with tons of energy, they loved swinging the lamps which catches you off guard at first but after a little while you'll want to hang from them! Drinks are well priced and they have a great selection. We came in for some drinks after dinner and ended up staying longer than expected because it was such a good vibe! Thanks for a great time, keep doing what you're doing you have a great thing going!

My party of 6 arrived on a very busy night between Christmas and New Year. We were told up front that the food would take at least 40 minutes. Our very polite waitress kept us informed of the situation and proactively offered us some complimentary drinks when the food was further delayed. It was not what we wanted but at least we felt we were being looked after and our patience was appreciated. Very good service.Burgers were very tasty, Ceaser Salad plentiful, delicious chips - there could have been a little more fish in the fish finger sandwich, but on the whole, a very nice meal at a reasonable price, considering the location. Very good service and I wish the waitress good luck when she has her baby later this year. Would definitely go back, especially if they were part of Text My Deal.

We found this bar in a great location with plenty of room. However this was the only hilight of our visit. We sat down at a table and the waitress ordered our drinks. They came pretty quickly and we ordered two burgers. Over an hour later at a non busy time and we asked where they were. It was clear the orders had been forgotten. We then waited 20 minutes for our food to come. When it did they gave us sweet potato fries as they had no normal fries left. Staggeringly when we asked they said we can't change it. After waiting an hour and a half for food and then refusing to change an order they knew was wrong. The burger was over done and then the bun was burnt black. To add to this they served cheap burger sauce you'd expect to find in a below average burger van on what they claim to be their premium burger. Thy did however at the end apologies for what they knew was a bad meal and gave us 25% off the bill. Remarckabley we then checked the bill and we had sides added on that we did not order! They removed this and then gave us another 25% off. Although we ended up having a very cheap meal I would have rather paid double and had what we thought would be the dining experience expected from a restaurant in such a viberant place.

Witnessed the manager (Dean) be rude and aggressive to customers. One female Diabetic was told to leave even before she had even had a drink because he felt she was drunk even though she wasn't. We as a group we're over charged when the bills were checked at the end of the night. We were charged for doubles when doubles not requested. What a rip off bar with a very rude manager. Avoid at all cost.

Food was delicious and served hot! Staff were friendly and attentive! Really impressed!Olivia dealt with our booking as was very professional and efficient.

Refused re-entry after popping outside to smoke. No reasonably explanation given. Frankly a disastrous venue for a work Christmas Party. Avoid like the plague.

Reservation a table for 8 people on Saturday night for my birthday meal with open table. Only to be told at the doors of Scarlet you have no reservation due to the fact Scarlet doesn't update there booking with open tables. Go eat somewhere else. Total unhelpful with 7 guests going what wrong why can't we go in.. Only been to Scarlet for drinks before. Will never go again.

We made a booking for 6 people for our Christmas party and it was a delight. The food was fantastic, I had the stuffed turkey and it was lovely and moist, the gravy was marvellous and veg cooked perfectly. Everything was served hot and presented beautifully, and there was barely any wait between courses. All of the portions were good sized and filling. The staff were very attentive at making sure we had drinks and that our table was kept free of glass and crockery. Wonderful service at a busy time of year when it can be a challenge to get it right. The music was also very good. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in January for the 50% off voucher. Hats off to the kitchen, management and staff at Scarletts!

Quite a large group of us pre-booked the eating area. We received a warm welcome with A glass of fizz followed by drinks at the bar or tables. The meal was very good and much better value than some other venues. The food was very good, cooked well and was hot. The wine was also good. The tables were not too crowded with enough space to eat in comfort. The seating was also comfortable.The comfort facilities are on the second floor and some distance from the restaurant which might be awkward for some people.The downstairs bar and dance area was ok but ad expected, music was extremely loud in a confined space.Overall, a great venue, great value, and a great time!

Popped in with my wife for a few drinks on a Saturday night....we were probably the oldest in there but it was just our sort of place....great beers , great cocktails and a really good vibe.....bouncing music and everyone was so friendly....will definitely be back....prices were reasonable too....

We went into Scarlet's for a meal and drinks however we weren't approached for a while to take our order and ended up having to order food and drinks together after waiting. As well as this, one dish and one side was forgotten about meaning we had to wait longer for these to be brought. The food was amazing quality despite the fact that lots of the meals were not available that night. Unfortunately we had to ask for the bill twice, resulting in a long wait until we could leave. Overall, great quality food but management of staff requires improvement.

Popped in on a girls shopping day for pre lunch drink - no-one approached us so ordered at the bar and paid £36 for a very average bottle of prosecco which came with plastic champagne flutes!!!! When questioned the bar man said they had the wrong type of licence and if they sold sparkling drinks they had to be served with plastic glasses!!! Never before had we heard of this - outrageous - find somewhere else to have a drink - would not recommend.

Called here for late lunch/dinner, food was great, staff were very attentive and food was so reasonably priced too! Lovely decor and atmosphere Thank you we will visit again next time we are in London

We came here last night as a group of 7, when I booked Gracey called me to say that we can double up our tab if we pre paid, which we did and it was so worth doing, this is a lovely place to go, great atmosphere and good music

Stopped in for a quick drink or two on a Friday afternoon and the place was very relaxing. A lot of tables booked for later so that's always a good sign! Food also looked good but did not taste!

Loved the interior yet the staff seemed to not care about whether we needed anything and were too busy talking amongst each other. A couple actually came in and left as no one went near them for 10 minutes. Sticky bar flies were round my sister and I during our meal. Food was average.

Popped in here for lunch. Nice menu. Small portions but was just what we needed for a quick bite to eat. Great decor!!

Durante una delle lunghissime passeggiate (spesso frenetiche) che abbiamo fatto a Londra, siamo capitati allo Scarlet's per pranzo. Il locale è confortevole, le poltrone sono comode e permettono di rilassarti e prenderti una pausa dalla velocissima vita nella metropoli. Si mangia bene (il club sandwich era squisito), si beve bene e non si spende molto. Il personale è molto cordiale.Consigliato!

Me and 15 other girls all came to Scarlets for a double birthday celebration. We traveled from West Sussex. I read some of the reviews before we came and was slightly worried but needn't have been. We had a brilliant night. We had booked a table in the bar and a booth downstairs and we had the best night. The staff were attentive, polite and funny. The music was great and varied. We bought quite a few bottles of champagne so couldn't say about the price of individual drinks as we were drinking champagne all night. There was a lovely lady on the entrance, I had a brief chat with her and she was a sweetheart. Didn't catch her name though (short dark hair, slim). Door staff we're perfectly polite too. I cannot fault scarlets in any way. Perfect all round. And even though it's 2 hours away, we will all definitely be back!

Nipped in today for a quick business lunch, great selection of food and extremely good value for money especially considering you're in the heart of London. Recommend the 3 tapas style dishes (only £12 for 3!) as they're perfect for sharing as a starter! Service was quick and attentive, venue itself is stunning!! Will be back!

Went here with a few friends for some drinks after dinner. We paid 10 pounds to get in then 4 double g&t's cost 45 pounds !! We only got doubles because the queue for the bar was so long. Didn't even taste of gin. What a let down. Never felt so ripped off

Great little place that has a good range of drinks. Bar staff all cheerful. Not much seating but does get busier so you'll be on your feet anyway

Visited here Saturday afternoon before the theatre for a few cocktails and some sharing plates.We were hurriedly sat down and given menus. Within 2 minutes the waitress came over to take our order and I said we needed a few more minutes to choose. The food arrived and was very tasty as were the cocktails.The service really let this place down unfortunately, it was unfriendly, unwelcoming and we felt extremely rushed.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, they didn't have a few things on the menu but there was still plenty to choose from. We had five sharing plates between us and they were all really tasty. The decor was fab, especially the toilets! I'd recommend coming here!

My husband and I had 5 plates to share. Lovely cooked food with lots of flavor and enough food to share.

We came here early evening for drinks to finish off our day out in London.Really great atmosphere - busy but not too packed. Wonderful interior with feature lighting which added to the atmosphere.Staff were friendly - not too much of a queue at the bar. Nice to see some flair bartending - some drama, action and entertainment - great to see rather than someone just pouring your drinks!2-4-1 cocktails were fab and a great price - top picks were mojitos, margaritas and the espresso martini. The extra large sharing ponstar martini looked so much fun, and wonderfully presented - will definitely be getting that next time!

We booked a table for Saturday night, the decor is cool, we loved the cocktails & the drinks were reasonably priced for London. I loved the atmosphere and couldn't fault any of the staff who were all super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return for a good night of drinking! The reason for my average rating (which I feel bad about) is the food was a big let down, our starters were okayish - garlic Rosemary bread was just about edible, & calamari was nice. We ordered the Wagyu burgers which sadly was not to expectations, it was chewy, and bacon stringy. Some of the chips were over cooked and some were undercooked & raw in the middle. Thankfully we weren't all that hungry anyway because we were full from the cocktails but wish we had spent the money on more drinks instead.

Burger and chips was yummy, surroundings are pretty, toilets clean but the team could do with being a little friendlier, don't think anyone smiled at us the entire time we were there.

We tripped across the place looking for somewhere for lunch and a couple of drinks before theatre. Food was delicious and drinks were lovely. Great team that worked so well together and made you feel very welcome. Will definitely return next time we are in London. Highly recommend.

Arrived just before 12 noon after a long morning shopping round London. Just fell handy close to our hotel destination. As it was just before 12 we had to wait for the beers but not a problem. Very attentive bar staff and food was good. Will come back. Good job by all the staff at Scarlet's.

I was there with a large group for a Party on the Friday Night, I made a booking that was handled really promptly by Gracie, When we arrived we were looked after by a really tentative member of the team, Andrea's. He made sure were were never waiting on anything.The Atmosphere was great, very relaxed, good music and good people.Thanks Dean for managing a great team, You guys made a great night for all of us. We will be back.

Visited with a fairly large group of friends (8-10), so reserved a couple of tables. Tables were not together - not a big problem - but we were on different floors so it did become tricky after a while and everyone eventually gravitated to one table. This seemed to rile the waiting staff, who couldn't grasp the simple concept that the two groups were in fact together and kept thinking that we had somehow snuck people in, even though there are bouncers on the door. Thankfully, the bar manager at the time managed to diffuse that situation and we went on with our evening relatively happily...for a while.Eventually, after getting quite a few decent cocktails, we came to settle the bar bill. It appears that at some point during the night the bar tabs for each table were merged, which meant one tab was considerably larger than the other. This should have been explained to us, as it would likely have resolved some of the later issues. Anyhow, after one table had paid-up and left, a friend and I agreed to settle the bill for the other table, which is where the real fun began.At this point in the evening there were no waiters prepared to settle the bill at the table, so we were forced to go down to the bar to pay, which was extremely dimly lit and we were having to shout over the excessively loud trashy EDM music to be heard. I was given the bill and we paid in cash. The bartender then put the money into the till and demanded we paid an extra £25! We told him unequivocally that we had paid the outstanding balance in full and would not pay any more. He then accused us of being liars and we then accused him of being a liar, which he was. The bar manager (different one now) came over. We explained the situation, and that we would pay no more because we had paid what they were owed. The bar manager then got extremely defensive and said that we were in the wrong, backing up his liar of a bartender. It was only when I threatened to call the police that the tone changed and he conceded that maybe his man was in the wrong and dropped the demand for extra money.This completely ruined my night and everyone in the group agreed it was best we never go back there again.

Such a lovely place and unique place in London. The cocktails were fantastic and made right in front of you. A place to visit in London.

We opted to have cocktails which were great. I would like to try the food next time as it looked very good

Scarlet's is a fantastic spot to go for dinner and a drink after a day of shopping around Covent Garden, or before a night at the theatre. The food is delicious very reasonably priced and the atmosphere is very fun and happy. We were fortunate to get a table in a little nook with very comfy armchair style dining chairs.
