This place was recommended by a friend as one of the best waffle spots, she was right they make excellent waffles

I went to this place on the weekend.I ordered the waffle burger, it wasn’t bad at all but I won’t order it ever again, just because if i want a burger, I might as well go to a proper burger place.The sweet waffles with ice cream and the other toppings were really good. I love waffles and I have been in horriblePlaces with gross waffles. This place is not bad.I have read other reviews and people say is overpriced. Well, then don’t eat in this area of London, what can you expect from chelsea and surroundings? If you want less expensive waffles and a good price? Waffleneister!I have something negative.1. The place was very cold inside and that made our visit less enjoyable.2. They didn’t have vanilla ice cream and a tonic that comes with a cocktail, very disappointing! You guys don’t have that much stuff on your menu and 2 basic items of your menu were out of stock, not impressive.I have to say. Im never going back, but it’s worth trying if you are in that road and want soemthing sweet.

It is unbelieveable that a Restaurant which calls itself Pure Waffle is not able to serve homemade fresh waffles. Definately a joke and not worth the money. We will not come again.

Had the banoffee waffle and it was to die for. Not too sweet and sickly like waffles can sometimes be, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Will be back!

Great little cafe with food and coffee. The atmosphere was great to catch up on work emails and the owner was nice and willing to let me work for a few hours (though I did order food and tea). Definitely suggested.

Just around the corner at Harrods. Get out of the hassle at the huge department store and lay back for a while with a nice cup of coffee and some nice cake or Hot food.

Consejo, obtienes más waffle con la sabrosa que se puede hacer con la nuez de arce. Sólo me dieron dos segmentos comparado con mi marido 4 pila. Pero te da más por tu dinero con la sabrosa de arce y bacon (4 pila) en contraposición a mi muy bien presentado de 2 piezas de arce y pecan de hacer gofres (no incluye agregar en crema de helado y delicioso).Volvería otra vez después de visitar Harrods.

Delicious food, some fantastic toppings on offer at a very reasonable price. I noticed this waffle shop on a side street on my way across London to visit a friend and was so glad that I noticed again on my way back!

First Ordered the Nutella and lotus waffle, both tasted so good! The best waffle I've tried so far. It's golden & crispy on the outside and soft & fluffy on the inside.

Dejeuner le midi. Le concept des plats autour de la gauffre est sympa. Les plats sont variés et bons. Par contre prix des desserts chers. A titre d exemple, gauffre au nutella: 9 livres 90.Sinon accueil sympa.

Visited for breakfast and it did not disappoint.Fresh waffles made to order with gluten free and whole meal options that are always winners .We had the waffle stack with real maple syrup and the waffle florentine is to die for!!!Excellent coffee and fresh pressed juices are a delight as well as the service .This place is a must .

What a fantastic place with a lovely patio at the back and outside seating at the front as well! Staff is so welcoming and friendly, always checking if you need any help when choosing from the great variety of waffles on offer or during the meal. Very attentive and absolutely making sure that everything is fine.We went for the most delicious Apple and Cinnamon Waffles, Nutella waffles, also tried and loved some savoury ones. We couldn't fail any of them and the Mocktails were just perfect as well. There are so many more we'd love to try and will be back. They also offer Afternoon Tea in a beautifully decorated room upstairs. A great experience, thank you Pure Waffle!

My wife n I were shopping around Knightsbridge n came upon this quaint place. Large selection of both savory n sweet waffles. We had the strawberry waffle n were not disappointed. Tip - sit at the back in their "secret" garden

This place has everything to succeed: lovely setting, great staff, divine waffles. However, asking £10 for half a waffle with Nutella is not acceptable. It doesn't cost a lot to make waffle batter so I think you can actually serve a full waffle. Other than that, I will come back because they deserve it however, with these prices you can tell they just want tourists and rich arabs who have no notion of money.

During a day trip to London me and my son went to Pure Waffle based on other reviews. So glad we did, it was brilliant! We had a warm welcome from the staff and ate delicious waffles in a lovely setting. Fiordi, in particular, provided excellent service (perhaps his boss may consider giving him a bonus! Ha ha)

This place has moved from its location near Oxford Street, to the more convenient location of Knightsbridge! Their waffles are still the best waffles in London. The main reason for the 4 stars is because it is expensive considering only half a waffle is given for the £10 with a small scoop of icecream, it should be the whole waffle for that price but taste wise it is the best waffle I've had in London by far. The atmosphere is a little dark and quiet good for relaxing away in your own space while enjoying a waffle. I have not yet tried the savoury ones but the pecan and banoffee waffles are my favourites :)

Here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and quite frankly best breakfast ever!! A little pricey but no worse than most central London restaurants.

My wife and I dropped in here on a Sunday afternoon after being on Oxford Street, and we felt totally ripped off. Perhaps the location defines the problem.We have had waffles all over the world so in terms of quality these were ok, nothing special; in fact both of us said later that they were a bit sickly, hmm...Our waffles were approx £5 each, and for that you get two quarters of waffle. Yes, the whole waffle pan is split between the two of you. Ice cream is £1.50 a single scoop, and is the most expensive scoop of ice cream I think I've ever had. So, for one waffle pan split between two customer, with ice cream plus two coffees we were charged £18.35. I have done a quick calculation of the cost of ingredients & yield and I reckon that this place is clearing £4.90 profit per waffle, and I used retail prices; trade prices are even lower. Yes, there is the overhead, fixed costs, rents etc associated with being in Duke Street just off Oxford Street, and there were three staff in the shop, but come on, you're ripping people off. No free wifi, and a downstairs toilet that could do with being decorated and cleaned up.I would not recommend this place.

Not being a huge waffle eater, I can't comment on whether these are the best waffles in London but I can say I enjoyed the food, which was freshly prepared and courteously served by the waitresses. The proprietor seems like a very nice chap and is clearly proud of his waffles!The paintwork in the seating area could do with a little TLC but other than that, a solid and filling choice for lunch.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. Shocked and appalled. Would not recommend and will not ever go again myself.

An amazing Waffle house that serves the finest waffles i think ive ever tried, gets really crowded even in weekdays in the morning :) but worth waiting for that bite of their waffle best dishes, and the smell will let you eat more than you can handle.The girls there were nice, and so busy that sometimes they had to take a break to get the tables ready, get the fresh fruit and wash the dishes. and the owner is so nice and kind.

Waffles were great! Crispy on the outside; soft and tasty inside. Had the waffles with ice cream and waffle dog (sausage). Both were really good. Nice little place for a quick snack and rest break, after hours of hectic shopping. Conveniently located off Bond Street. Service was friendly.

Don't waste your money. The waffles were awful. . Dry and bland. They are out of a frozen packet and not fresh. The manager is an obnoxious prat who makes up the staff rules as he goes along.

Me and my mum came across this place looking for a cup of tea and somewhere to sit. We went in and I just had to order some waffles. They were amazing. Staff were extremely friendly, the owner spoke away to me for ages.I went back a few months later with friends and I had to show them this place, again staff were super friendly, I thought I was talking to the owner again .. turns out it was his twin brother!Would highly recommend :)

Looking for somewhere to have a hot chocolate i spotted "Pure Waffle".A warm greeting on entry and i ordered my Hot Chocolate with Cream and as Waffle's is there thing i also grabbed a Choclate Waffle.The hot chocolate was nice and the Waffle was good.

Simply the best waffles I've ever had. I had the Nutella waffle, and my spouse had the strawberry waffle, with extra strawberry, and they were both delicious!A bit expensive for a waffle perhaps, but worth every penny.

Worst treatment ever in London. Went there with my family, was treated with disrespect by staff. They even shouted out loud that we didn't put the chairs properly in place. After we put all chairs back, the shouting continued. We will never go back.

My kids love waffles and after visiting this place, so do I. The waffles are fresh and very tasty with just the right crispiness and softness combined. I had the waffle with strawberries and kids both took the chocolate covered ones - Delicious! The service is wonderful - everyone is super friendly and nice!

Stumbled upon this upon leaving London Marriott Grosvenor Square. Perfect quick stop for my kids after arriving on plane from the US. Not a destination but if you're staying at that Marriott and want a quick waffle - good place to go.

Yummy, my son ate a warm waffle from here one evening.He said it was the best waffle ever! He had the one with Nutella. It was as beautiful as it was delicious.

Do not bother to go there. They are over priced, the food is at best poor. Go to Starbucks instead. The shop is rather dirty. The manager/boss was entertaining his friends and they were rather loud. Not professional. OVER PRICED!!

Pure waffle is an amazing little waffle shop, tucked away in Duke Street, I've been a regular at this welcoming place for a while now, it's lovely, the waffles are fabulous, and the latte's beat Starbucks any day!! Aside from the good ambiance and gastronomical delights you experience there, the staff themselves are brilliant! Warm welcoming and friendly.It's also quite a neat place for celebrity spotting, I've seen more than a few famous faces there. The owners themselves are lovely gentlemen, full of character! As well as a content belly you will always come out of pure waffle with a smile on your face. Highly recommend it to everyone, even if you are just visiting London, pure waffle- pure heaven all year long!

A very enjoyable waffle, full of chocolate with vanilla ice cream.I went with 4 friends and we all had different waffles which were all thoroughly enjoyed.They certainly had a good selection of waffles.Prompt service, but can understand the negative comments about the manager. He was quite patronising when I asked him what you got with a chocolate waffle ie choc sauce or Nutella. And was promptly told waffle and chocolate (funnily enough I kind of understood that)

On a recent visit to London we stumbled upon this cafe.. it looked nice and inviting but then we went inside where we were met by the rudest man I ever met.. I was treated as if I was stupid and did not know what I was ordering.. he kept interrupting me and then could not remember the order... The waffles are not that great. The street vendors sell better. So keep your money and go elsewhere...

Après une longue balade sur Oxford St., une tasse de thé et une gaufre étaient les bienvenus. Outre les prix déjà chers (5£ 2 mini gaufres), le caissier aura vite fait de vous arnaquer. Par exemple, je prends un thé Large, ma compagne un regular...au final on a eu 2 regular au prix des Large car il n'y a qu'une taille de toute façon. Ensuite, au moment de l'addition, il nous rend le change et nous voyant interloqués, il nous lance juste un "don't worry" alors qu'il nous avait bel et bien arnaqués...Je retourne le voir en lui demandant le détail de l'addition et d'un coup les tarifs au menu ne sont visiblement plus d'actualité...Bref, à éviter absolument.

Os waffles doces são deliciosos, bem como o "dog" que é um waffle salgado com salsicha. Para um lanche à tarde, descansando após as caminhadas e compras na rua vizinha, é uma grande pedida. Ao contrário de outras avaliações aqui, fui muito bem atendido com muita simpatia. Recomendo.

Searously worth the hype, cant resist stoping by everytime I'm near, most customers seem to prefer the hazelnut and carmel one ,but I think it's not about the topping it's about the crispy fresh waffle even if it was plain it would be delicious, a tiny cozy place with lovely atmosphere

I know this place is famous for its waffle but to be honest the manager is so rude and abnoxious in the way he treats his customers, it makes them feel unwelcome and unwanted. Truly the most terrible service I have ever encountered.

I went in to grab a quick bite after work and was met by the manager shouting at another member of staff who was almost in tears! Horrible horrible atmosphere too. I waited for 10 minutes at the till to purchase a waffle and despite there being no queue not one member of staff attended me so I ended up walking out and straight to wafflemeister! I hope they can replace the disgustingly rude manager, he is literally driving customers away with his horrible unprofessional attitude.

My dad and I were craving something sweet after lunch, and when we saw the Pure Waffle just a few houses down the road from the restaurant we had had lunch in we decided to give it a try. We shared a chocolate waffle, which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was nothing extraordinary, but like almost everything chocolate, it was very good!

Every time I came to London, I visited it. they have variety kind of toppings and they made the waffle as fresh as well, it's really tasty. it's very close from Bond St station.

Chilly but beautiful Sunday morning walk from Park Lane Hilton. Friendly greeting from staff. Simple menu of waffles with a variety of toppings (no meat or sides). I asked if any whole grain - no, so opted for fruity option. Came topped with fresh sliced bananas and strawberries. Waffle was cooked just right slightly crisp out tender in. Strong black coffee added and all for 7 quid and change. Brilliant.

We found this by chance on our way to Selfridges. It was clean & cosy with very efficient service. The waffles were sooo fresh & delicious! It was a bit expensive, but they were filling enough to have for lunch. A great treat if you're getting tired of shopping.

Found this little gem by chance and have since then been back every time I am in the neighbourhood. Waffles are freshly made and the portions are generous. I especially like the Banoffee one with caramel sauce and whipped cream. One night we came in 10 minutes before closing and they still served us and waited until we were done, we did not get rushed out. Very nice staff! Some of the tables are a bit low for eating but they also have some window seats and you can do people watching while enjoying your waffle.

We didn't even get to experience whether the waffles were good or not... We poked our heads around the door (not even stepping foot inside..) not realising it was closed as it was still full of people - only to have the manager patronisingly point to the tiny "closed" sign on the door, give us a dirty look, and shut the door in our faces.Not even a "sorry, we're closed." Is that too much to ask?Whatever happened to customer service!!!AVOID unless you too want to be patronised and denied your right to a waffle.

I've visited this wafflecafè four years in a row and every year I'm just as amazed how good the waffles are! I strongly recommend a stop here during a busy day at oxford street. Take the underground to bond station, walk a few blocks and turn left into duke street. Its located in the middle of this little street.

You have to try the pecan and butterscotch waffle... Nice to do a break after an afternoon of shopping...

It was close enough to lunch and raining, so the Channel 70 Productions team of three ducked into Pure Waffle. We ended up having some of the best hot dogs we'd ever eaten. In England of all places.

This should at least be tried once in a visit. Very neat place, and tasty waffle that you should have while shopping in Oxford St.
