We have been to this Friday's 3 times in the last few years as it is a great location and service is always amazing and Friendly.

My friend ordered this fillet dish, around 20£, and got this minuscule steak with a few fries. The dishes are pretty expensive, all around 13~25£, and honestly not that good. I'd definitely say it's an overpriced choice.

Esta vez, superó mis expectativas. . . Los días en que me gustaría viajar por un extra de 30 a 60 minutos para poder cenar en un TGI Friday's. Lo hizo a mi favor cuando tenían menú cambia, que eliminó los alimentos mis favoritos TGI Friday's, y la incoherencia entre sus restaurantes. Pero una vez al año, le doy una oportunidad. Esta vez pedimos una costilla de su último costillas a la parrilla de Golden Gate, bien hecho (porque me gusta la grasa quemado), una parrilla y un salmón, Fajitas de Pollo Frita Ennegrecida. Las costillas de cerdo, salmón grillado y ennegrecido fajitas de pollo estaban muy sabrosos y salió como ordenados. El puré cremoso fue un toque en el lado de aguada. En general, quedamos contentos con esta experiencia. Les daré una calificación "muy buena". Esta es la ubicación en 25 - 29 Coventry Street. Volveré.

Este mixto tgif es muy popular. Prepárate para esperar una mesa. En una ocasión me paré para tomar una copa antes de ir a un espectáculo de la próxima vez que paramos para comer algo y tomar

We arrived at a fairly busy time and were given a pager so understood a fair bit of waiting but several groups, some of 6+ people who had not booked and did not have pagers were seated before us. We were told it would be about a ten minute wait but after half an hour we were finally seated at a table that had been available since we had arrived and within 30 seconds were asked if we were ready to order. Having not had chance to read a menu we asked for a little more time. The waiter then did not come over to our table for a further half an hour until we asked another member of staff if we could be served. We then heard two members of staff have an argument right by our table, shouting and swearing unprofessionally. We then had one starter come out after another lengthy wait and the other two did not appear until our mains did, leaving two of us hungry and the other two with cold starters as we expected the food to come out at the same time. We were then asked if we wanted the bill when we were still eating from mostly full plates about five minutes in. After all of that, the food was sub par compared to other restaurants of this chain that I have visited.

Purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati... io ho ordinato una bistecca tomahawk mia moglie ed un figlio le costine e l'altro un amburger gigante. Per quanto mi riguarda 35 sterline buttate. Nonostante la mia richiesta di carne al sangue ho ricevuto un carboncino.... immangiabile, alle mie lamentele il cameriere ha risposto che è difficile azzeccare la cottura di bistecche così alte ... Non ho parole!! Per il resto nulla di entusiasmante. Decisamente meglio il vicino angus. La mancanza della birra alla spina nonostante l'indicazione sul menu e la coca Cola annacquata hanno completato l'opera. Da non riprovare.

Tuvimos un almuerzo teatro y aunque comprobar que era bueno servicio rápido, nos dimos cuenta de que la comida no era tan bonita como visitas a otros restaurantes regionales en la cadena. El restaurante estaba muy lleno, pero que no nos sentimos presionados y el personal era muy atento y servicial.

Cibo buono ma nulla di eccellente. Il panino era parecchio pesante, tanto che non sono riuscito a finire le patatine.Visto che solo il panino costava 16 sterline mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Servizio buono, cameriera ghanese molto simpatica.

TGI Fridays tiene un bar de determinadas expectativas con respecto a la comida, el sabor, las bebidas. . Genial como siempre.

Yo solía sentir especial cuando fui a un viernes, pero ya no existe. Sólo quieren llegar y salir lo más rápidamente posible. Visitamos a las 5 de la tarde pero no demasiado concurrida. La comida era buena, pero no hacer un viaje especial. Comodidad el centro de Londres. Fajitas de pollo seleccionadas. Un montón de cebollas!

We came to TGIs before going to see a show next door. We ordered our drinks which were pretty fast in coming (the supreme cocktails are indeed massive) and gave our orders for our starters and main. There was quite a wait for us to recieve our starters, so although we had started with lots of time before the show, we were getting a little edgy.

We stopped off here for a late lunch as having been before it was an enjoyable experience, unfortunately this time was a big disappointment.

One of my favourite restaurants when I go to London. Great drinks, great food and because they are always busy they are used to it so the service doesn't suffer.

Au cœur de Piccadilly, ce restaurant typiquement américain propose des plats délicieux… Ribs au caramel sont merveilleux et ce n’est qu’un exemple de cuisine originale à l’américaine… Bonne adresse.

Hier met zijn alle lekker eten. Echt super vriendelijke bediening! We hadden maar een uur de tijd en gaven dat aan, gelijk geregeld dat het eten snel kwam. Echt heerlijk gegeten!! Zeker een aanrader!!

Dos de nosotros fuimos a cenar en el TGI Friday's en Piccadilly, Londres después de un largo día de senderismo por la zona. Ambos nos quedamos con hambre, pero tenía un tiempo limitado ya que teníamos nuestro viaje de vuelta a casa lleno. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos sentamos inmediatamente que era genial. Nuestras bebidas, aperitivos y platos principales fueron rápidamente la orden y esperamos para nuestros artículos. Por desgracia, el orden de los platos principales no era tan solicitado, así que teníamos que esperar a que lo cocinado, que tomó un poco de tiempo. El restaurante estaba lleno, así que era comprensible. Una disculpa era dado y nos quedamos muy satisfechos con esto. Como nos quedamos cortos de tiempo no pedir los postres. La cuenta fue entregado rápidamente después de ser solicitado y que pronto hizo el pago y a la izquierda.

No he comido en un TGI Friday's durante muchos años, así que cuando mi esposa sugirió que entrara a comer un bocado que estaba encantado de hacerlo como llamamientos de menú. Tengo que decir que t = nuestra camarera era fantástica, muy atento y nos cuidaron muy bien y sin duda no te andando con hambre. Sin embargo pedí pollo deshuesada alas como entrante, que en efecto eran simplemente nuggets de pollo. Bueno, pero nada especial y mi exótica Bruce Lee hamburguesa parece que no gusto mucho de los chiles que debían de pep, y los fideos demasiado crujientes no añadir nada. Mi mujer pidió el 'Purple Rain' de cocktail que ella tenía problemas con debido a la dulzura. Lo probé y me pareció difícil detectar cualquier vodka ron/sabor los que era. Aunque también acepto mi mujer pidió demasiada comida y no podía terminar su fajitas de pollo que aunque el era un poco cocidas, así que no habría ayudado a la digestión. En general, podría haber sido un poco mejor en cuanto a la comida, y por supuesto me olvide la necesidad de cantar a gritos en la mesa para celebrar el cumpleaños de clientes individuales. Todavía no disuade a comer allí de nuevo - quizás otra rama.

Dropped in at Lunch time during half term, was served straight away. The staff were friend and offered recommendations as i was unsure what i wanted to drink. The food was delivered, great size positions as always.

Food was excellent, the service disjointed and scatty, we waited from arrival at 1750 to 1820 to order, the waiter returned twice to check he’d got the order correct, having a train to catch we needed to demand our food at 1850, one hour after arrival, it came from an obviously very busy kitchen area where many ready dishes were waiting despatch. We asked three times to pay, nearly leaving our name and address and walking out! We weren’t irate, all of our group having customer service experience,but immediately on asking a second time and probably not now being in a relaxed mood to eat the waiter didn’t try and resolve the issue but immediately said I’ll get the manager, being managers ourselves we hadn’t wanted that level of attention, simply our food. We were discounted 25% off the bill, a nice gesture. two stars one for food, one for discount

Had ribs here which were ok but not spectacular or so. Service was good but place is very noicy but what else it can be in Pically!

We were tired and just wanted to sit and have a beer and a bite. We are familiar with the chain from the states, so we popped in. The beer was cold, the service good, but the food ugh! I didn’t know you could screw up something as simple as nachos. So we just enjoyed our beer and left.

De bediening was meer dan ok, maar het eten ( waarvoor we er toch waren) was ronduit zwak. Mijn burger was precies al eens klaargemaakt en terug opgewarmd. Jammer voor een toch wel leuk concept.

Establecimiento en pleno centro de Londres de precio relativamente bueno para lo que es Londres. Tienen variedad de hamburguesas, sándwich-bocatas, tiras de costillas, acompañadas con salsa y patatas, es tipo americano. Muy buen servicio, rápido y amable. La comida estaba buena. También había ensaladas y algo de pasta, pero muy poco.Buena opción para todo lo q tiene Londres. la única pega es la música, un poco alta el día q fuimos...

We didn't have reservation, but the hostess was very nice and told us to wait for about 5 minutes to fix a table for us. Dinner was delicious and also the cocktails. Would definitly come back when in London. Also the kids loved the Harley at the entrance to take pics with.

Llegamos a Londres para una escapada de fin de semana y después de registrarnos en el hotel nos dirigimos a comer directamente a TGI Fridays en Piccadilly. Nos acomodaron enseguida, ya que el restaurante sólo estaba medio lleno. El menú tiene mucho para elegir, incluyendo hamburguesas, bistecs, costillas, etc. Nos fuimos para el guerrero burger y fue uno de los más grandes hamburguesas que he visto viene con dos gruesas empanadas de carne, mozzarella dippers, dos medio bollo, bacón crujiente y mayonesa. La hamburguesa era increíble, gruesas y tenía mucho sabor. Yo tenía una parte de las papas fritas con queso que también eran chill encantador y muy moros. Los cócteles son también vale la pena probar un poco caro, pero hay bastante grande. El Daiquiri de fresa congelada siendo mis amigas favoritas. En general una gran experiencia fue también recibí un servicio de camarero que era muy amable y bien informado.

Amplia carta sin gluten, ribs a la barbacoa, hamburguesas con GF pan y mucho más. Todo genial! Hay que reservar.

Nous ne savions pas où aller manger et sommes tombées par hasard sur ce resto et qu'est ce que c'était bon !!!! Les ribs sont très très bons. Le lieu est sympa, les serveurs sont souriants et à l'écoute. Super !!!

Visited this evening and for the first time ever didn’t have to queue at all. Half the restaurant was empty much to my surprise. We were quickly seated and served by Andy. We ordered I didn’t have to wait too long to get our drinks. The mail came and time after time I have had chicken fajitas I never had enough chicken. This was perfect and tasted delicious. I would definitely visit again and would recommend others to do the same.

Quick pre theatre meal...... you know what you are going to get....... efficient staff..... average waiting time........ noisy & busy........ not cheap for what it is...... but convenient for the Piccadilly theatres if you have forgotten to book somewhere. We had not been to a TGI for many years...... has not changed much....... popular with our teenagers...

We often visit TGI because what you see is generally what you get and this visit was no exception.

If you appreciate a musical feeling while you are eating, it is a good adress to learn standard of the 70', 80' and 90'. The burger are very good and rather big.

I have thought I had been going to TGI Leicester Square for years, when in fact (after my last trip having made a booking for it and ending up going to the actual TGIs Leicester Square - luckily my friends knew), this one is the Piccadilly! So my first bit of advice if you didn't realise how close the two restaurants are (I didn't!), is to double check where you have booked! Despite both restaurants being very nice, I still prefer this one as I like the layout better with the big bar area in the middle. We normally get seated around this, but on Saturday we got seated at the table literally right outside the kitchen door. Normally I would have hated this, but as the staff in this restaurant are always in such good spirits, it was more entertaining than anything (our waiter wasn't as cheery as they usually are but no massive issue). We both enjoyed our meals very much (I had JD chicken and my husband had some massive burger - I think it was called Seal). We also had peach crush cocktails and they are really nice. Also worth pointing out, be careful where in the menu it says in bold writing that you can get unlimited soft drinks as this does not include that full fat version of the drink, something to do with them not being able to for tax purposes. My husband sometimes gets full fat, sometimes zero, and isn't too fussed either way. He just said "coke" and I ordered diet coke, and the waiter made no mention of it. I guess they wouldn't as it makes them more money as by the time someone realises they have still had one before then paying for the bottomless one. So just to try and stop other people doing the same thing really, unless you really particularly want full fat.

Greeting on entering restaurant really positive. Didn't get the lady's name, only that she is Polish and made us very welcome. The service matched the greeting and the meal was really good. The starter chicken in sesame seeds is wonderful - highly recommend it.

Omg what can I say I was not impressed at all by the service we received from the outset waiter was very rude and abrupt waited over 1 hour for food dirty glasses and when we finally got r food it was stone cold will not be returning anytime soon

Well what a terrible place to visit. We walked in and waited and were ignored by the two people at the front desk who were supposed to seat us. We walked to the bar, ordered drinks and wanted to order food and was told that we need to go “over there” and find a table which we then did.

I went to TGI Fridays with a group of friends whilst waiting for our trains home. We opted for the £10.99 two course meal. I had the mozzarella bites with a dip to start, this was deep fried with some sort of crumbs and its presentation looked similar to fish fingers. I had the vegetarian pasta to follow, which was lacking in sauce. Service was excellent a very friendly and helpful waitress.

Ok got to say firstly the staff were very friendly and efficient, the restaurant was busy but we were sat right away.

We ate here on a very busy saturday night. We had only to wait 30 minutes for table. Staff very interactive with the children. Brought their food out straight away as they were hungry. Food was good and as described. Moderately priced for tourist location.

Came in with some friends for a drink yesterday...everyone was amazing!! The couple working at the door were a great laugh! Looking forward to coming back again !!

Been there once and i ordered the tomahawk ribeye, it came with cold fries, it was cooked good (medium rare). I was disappointed by fries being cold, they couldn’t check before came out. The waitress was friendly.

Came over to London for the St Patrick’s Day weekend and decided to check out the TGI’s in London compared to at home in Dublin. There’s not many options for vegetarians which is a little bit of a let down but that was their only fault. Our sever Matty was lovely. Had the time to speak to us and make us feel at ease since we had just arrived that morning and was very tired and nervous about being in a much bigger city. Was very funny and also asked for our names so he could speak to us like we were his friends, which I found really nice. I’d be back here the next time I’m in London for sure

I would like to share our horrible experience with one of their staff (reception) - Lydia (tall and curly). We asked for a table for four people and were given a buzzer to be seated after 20mins, thereafter, Lydia asked if we were complete, we were just 3 people at the moment so I said I wouldn’t mind to wait again until my father arrives, she said “Yes, it’s the policy so I really can’t give you the table.” I was about to leave but then she took the buzzer from me and told me there’s no point I’ll still bring it anyway. As customers, we trust all your staff to know what they are doing, so I didn’t mind and asked further. She said “Just come to me when you’re complete and I’ll give you a table”. 15 mins passed and I straight away informed her that we’ll be complete in 2 mins because my dad’s just around Angus already. She told us “okay, just wait at the bar”. I was worried that she might forget about us because she didn’t give us a buzzer and she won’t see us in the bar either. So I stayed beside the stairs, just right in front of her. She was gone for 30mins and I thought she was busy looking for a table only for me to realise she came back very busy preparing to drink her coffee (while still working). My friend came to her and asked how long we’ll be waiting for our table as we have seen so many free tables and people after us have been seated. She went on and told my friend “Okay. Just wait at the bar”. I was starting to get upset so I went outside at the reception and just asked for a buzzer again and she asked “Why?” I told her that she probably might have forgotten us already so I think it will be fair if she just give us the buzzer and we’ll wait. She refused and said she doesn’t remember me informing her that we’re complete. How impolite of her to answer me back in that way. I have been kind enough to wait 1 and a half hour in the restaurant just for me to receive a very poor service from her. I was standing just 4 steps in front of her after we spoke, waiting, for her not to remember and recognize me. I understand that mistakes happen; the least she could say to a customer is “SORRY” yet she went on, repeatedly justify her mistake and make it sound like we’re lying. We were very upset about this! She gave us a table and just left without a word. Very impolite and unprofessional! We went to TGI Friday’s to celebrate my 25th birthday but because of the service she gave us our whole evening was ruined. When our waiter Chris gave me a surprise cake and informed us they’ll sing a song, I saw him called the other staff including her (Lydia), she came and rudely left straight away before the singing even started.

A pochi metri di Piccadilly Circus si trova questa steakhouse che definirei mediocre rispetto all’omonima catena di TGI FRIDAYS inglesi. Hamburgers con carne stopposa ed iper cotta con patatine di contorno a dir poco gommose. menu per bimbi a base di pasta bianca e polpettine avanzato quasi tutto. Salvo il mojito preparato in maniera ottima e con i giusti ingredienti. Servizio cortese e veloce nonostante il locale fosse molto affollato. Il ristorante è arredato in tipico stile americano. Con l’aggiunta di una birra e di un succo di mela abbiamo speso 61£. Per cenare in una steakhouse c’è veramente di meglio. Peccato è il primo TGI FRIDAY tra quelli visitati che mi ha lasciato molto deluso.

Bel locale in perfetto stile Americano, piatti buoni, abbondanti ma un po’ costosi, servizio decisamente troppo lento! Vi consiglio di prenotare sennò aspetterete in vostro tavolo in eterno!

A warm and courteous reception met us as we walked in from a pleasant lady who showed us to our table. Our waiter was Kris from Poland who couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or polite; an absolute pleasure to be served by him. The food was cooked to our liking and I felt it was excellent value for money, especially given the location. Would go back again and have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant. Well done TGIF and thank you.

I have visited TGI Fridays many times and it’s my go to place when in London. Having had a terrible experience in Leicester Square TGI’s last year we decided to visit our tried and tested Piccadilly branch.

Visited TGI Friday’s for a meal on our first night in London and I was not disappointed!! The food and drinks were so nice, but the friendliness and attentiveness from our waiter Matthew made our visit so enjoyable. He made us feel so welcome and despite the restaurant being very busy he managed all of his tables very well. Would definitely visit again!!

Ceniamo in questo ristorante la prima sera a Londra. Comandiamo 2 birre e arrivano non fredde. Gli hamburger sono asciutti e nulla di speciale. Molto caro per la qualità del cibo sebbene in pieno centro di Londra. Staff sufficiente. Non consiglio!

This is one restaurant I have found that clearly knows how to deal with a large through put of people. They were on top of everything and they were very attentive.

Highly recommend the staff. All took pride in their jobs. Busy place but we were served good standard of food at a relaxed pace. Recommend steak, chicken and prawn meal and Gravy Seal burger. Large portions at reasonable price for location. I would have liked the Pinot to be colder but that’s me. Forgot to say tap water so £4 a bottle but it was cold and slice of lime in glass. Would go back.

On a visit to West End to catch a musical at the Prince of Wales Theatre (The Book of Mormon - a must see!), I ventured into TGI Friday's for a quick pre-show dinner. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Despite the restaurant being packed - very popular with families - the meal was delivered quickly. I had the steak, chicken and shrimp combo with seasonal vegetables. Absolutely delicious! TGI Friday's has a really good atmosphere, and there's a large range of music memorabilia. Great venue.

在倫敦百物騰貴，而且一到晚餐時段到處到是遊客，要等位。就是看到友人推介的這間不用等位（晚上8時），價錢也不貴，上菜不太快就是要等一下，Ribs很好吃，份量也多人均GBP1x，在香港吃不了啊

This was a huge disappointment. I had not been in TGI for years, now i remember why. We got a table quickly, but it took 15mins for the waiter to come to our table. The food then arrived 5mins later!! The ribs were dry as a bone, as was the chicken. It was very poor. When my friend complained, We were offered a dessert free, which then took 20mins to arrive and had ingredients missing. The staff were very annoying, as we had to repeat our order 5 times. Definitely would not eat there, probably not a TGI again. (Very annoying birthday singing by staff every 2mins)

Short q at the door , then given an electronic pager, table ready soon after- usual great food made even better by excellent service

Fuimos mi novio y yo a cenar, después de estar 4 días en Londres comiendo no muy bien y la verdad que este restaurante me enamoro, no solo por la comida que es espectacular sino también por el ambiente que hay dentro, la música, los camareros y la decoración. El precio está muy bien. Sin duda si vuelvo a Londres volveremos.

We used to be frequent visitors to TGIF with the kids and we always liked it. While on a weekend to London we visited the TGIF Piccadilly branch as a couple and what a disappointment it was. The nice TexMex food we used to have was no longer on the menu and there was no beer on draft (though it was on the menu). We ordered a chicken club sandwich that turned out to be a chicken burger in a spongy bun, lukewarm and served with a tiny amount of synthetic guacamole. Service was slow, inefficient and not friendly at all. Including one bottled beer each, we had a bill of 38 GBP! As an ultimate insult, the waitress declined my cash payment because a 10 pound note was no longer valid, in her opinion. Remarkably, other shops and restaurants that we visited did accept them... In short, pathetic, and never again.

We came here for a quick drink before a show at the o2, we told the person who seated us that we were just having drinks. The waitress didn’t bother taking our order for ages but brought us over cutlery for our drinks, which obviously we didn’t need. My daughter and her friend ordered cocktails while my friend and I ordered hot drinks. The cocktail menu was disgustingly sticky. The hot drinks arrived but no cocktails. Eventually someone came over and apologised and said that we wouldn’t have to pay for them. When I wanted to pay for the hot drinks I caught the waitress by getting up as she wouldn’t come over and asked to pay to which she answered ‘you want more drinks ‘ to which I said no I want to pay. A lady came over and introduced herself as the manager and told me that we didn’t have to pay for any drinks because of all the trouble we had, had, she was very lovely. But I would never go back there again.

Super Restaurant! Ist zu einem Fixpunkt geworden auf jeder London-Reise! Wer amerikanisches Essen mag ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben und auch für Vegetarier gibt es viele Gerichte!

I went with my friend on a visit to London, we arrived in to a 30 minute wait (well worth it). We were given a buzzer and lead to the bar - ordered a cocktail and before you know it we were called for the table. Servers were so friendly and helpful very attentive to all needs. Definitely will be back again when in London!

Siamo stati qui di domenica a pranzo, siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno e il servizio e' stato veloce, ma quando siamo usciti il locale era veramente pieno con gente in coda per avere un tavolo. Abbiamo preso un cheeseburger e un gravy seal (hamburger a due piani con pollo, manzo e gamberetti fritti). Il cheeseburger e' stato con la Friday Mayo, mentre il gravy seal con un brodino (beef gravy) molto buono. Entrambi i piatti sono serviti con patatine fritte. La carne e' molto buona e tutti gli ingredienti usati sono buoni. Il gravy seal e' veramente da provare. I prezzi sono medio-alti, ma la qualita' e' buona.

Having taken my mum and son to see the Strictly Come Dancing Tour on Sunday 11th February my husband, daughter and myself went for something to eat at TGI Fridays near the cinema at the o2 arena. After waiting for a table we were seated at one which was in a very cold spot by the sliding glass doors. After ordering starter arrived and in a covered pot so was fine then our mains arrived and the only warm dinner was my daughters. She did sit the furthest away from the glass doors, my husbands dinner was cold to start and was just inedible, mine was luke warm but by the time I went to eat the fries they were stone cold and inedible. The waitress got the manager who was very apologetic and asked if we wanted a fresh dinner to be served. We declined and did explain how cold the seating area was and she agreed. Then we headed to the restroom and omg toilet roll on the floor in all toilets and not in the dispenser. What a mess so again took a photo and spoke to the manager who was disgusted at the state of the restrooms. Some money was taken off the bill but that’s not the point we were looking forward to an enjoyable evening which sadly was spoilt by this TGI experience.

Hemos visitado el Fridays de Nueva York y varios de Madrid y nos encanta este tipo de comida, pensábamos que el de Londres iba a ser caro y resultó ser igual que el de España. Si te gusta la comida americana, este es tu lugar. Las costillas están de muerte.

We came down for a trip to London and we decided to go to tgi. We were greeted well but and the service was alright. Apart from the waiter saying that we couldn't have straws because there wasn't many left. The food turned up and everyone's looked alright. I had an American burger but the burger was pink! My girlfriend's brother ordered a hot dog and that was tasteless and boring. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Locale carinissimo, forse un po' troppo buio per i miei gusti però sicuramente caratteristico. Il menù offre un'ampia gamma di pietanze tutte tipiche della cucina americana. I più salutisti lo definiscono junk food, ma io ho trovato tutto veramente delizioso. Top di gamma sono inubbiamente le alette di pollo in salsa barbecue... mi hanno fatto volare!

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale. Abbiamo mangiato i ribs e abbiamo bevuto birre e cicchieti.Tutto buono e locale ben curato tipico americano. Servizio gentile.

The food is always good here, their other branches for some reason aren't as good but here never fails. Food is delicious, we had the Jack Daniel's breakfast! Service is brilliant, we were checked on by 4 different people all were helpful. 5 star service.

Comimos aquí el sábado por la noche temprano mientras espera el tren. La señora bienvenida era muy agradable y nuestro servidor también, la comida era buena, pero no excepcional. Volvería si en la estación durante un tiempo entre trenes.

Although this place very busy there were plenty of staff. Food was varied and good. Not romantic as quite noisy but reasonable price and nice atmosphere

Estaba aquí para el almuerzo de ayer, muy lento en tomar la orden y era para bebidas, nuestros vasos sin límite de edades estaban vacías, finalmente tenía que probar bandera al camarero para conseguir más. Pedimos un entrante para compartir y las comidas principales. El arranque vino era queso nachos era bueno, terminamos eso y estaba esperando 10 minutos para la placa que claro cuando uno de los camareros vinieron a la mesa para decirnos lo que había pedido para mi principal estaban fuera de. Justo decir que yo estaba loco como puede tomar 40 minutos para hacerme saber mi principal no estaba en stock. Entonces, él se puso delante de mí y me gusta, así que qué quieres en cambio tuve que pedir un menú y un par de minutos. No tienen ningún toallitas húmedas o cuando mi novio costillas estaban hechas. Dicen que escribo críticas de Tripadvisor, así nos de un 25% de descuento en nuestra comida, sin embargo, creo que no había visto que no conseguimos. Justo decir no volveré.

Il y a toujours de l'ambiance et le restaurant et plutôt sympa, tout comme le service.

Got in just before the noon crowd, first has to wait 15-20min for the order to be taken and then at least 30-40min for one single meal to be delivered. The food is OK so no bad surprises, you just need to have time to eat it...

Me and my two friends visited on Tuesday for Lunch. We had a lovely meal! The food as always was delicious! We had cocktails as they were so yummy and well presented. Our server Asia was so friendly and polite and the food was so fast in coming out! I have visited a few of your locations and this one did not disappoint me as always! Thank you for such a lovely experience !

I went for a quick lunch with a colleague after a meeting in London just before going back to the hotel and the great atmosphere here is the same you can find in all the TGI Fridays restaurants. Friendly, smily and polite staff. I’m vegetarian and after some nibbles and a bottle of prosecco we decided to go for cocktails and desserts. Unfortunately some desserts are not vegetarian on the menu and I was wondering- and curios to be fair - about it: why are some desserts or milkshakes here not vegetarian? Which animals product do you need for it? So I asked our waitress who wasn’t sure about it and said she was going to check with a manager. She came back to our table after few seconds saying it may could be because of the eggs. Are the eggs not vegetarian anymore?!? Scandal! I was surprised about it and I’ve asked her to recommend me a vegetarian dessert then and she show me on the menu one dessert which was vegetarian on the menu but basically made with merengue. Now, I’m honestly very curious, how come some desserts on the menu are not vegetarian apparently because made with eggs and the dessert which contain a merengue is vegetarian?! How do you make a merengue without any eggs guys? And what’s wrong with your eggs? Why are they not vegetarian? Obviously no manager touched our table or came to speak with us. We left without having any dessert because unsure about everything on the menu and no one could give us a good answer. Hopefully it will come here.

Entramos y tuvimos qie esoerar mas de 5 min para que alguien nos sentara ( ojo el restaurante estaba vacío) hasta que llegó una chica rubia con el pelo corto q nos sentó de muy mala gana.

Los precios y comida son aceptables teniendo en cuenta la ciudad en la que Estamos, el trato del camarero bastante bueno. Lo que no es de recibo es el trato dispensado por la encargada (una chica con el pelo rubio corto). Nos ignoraba cada vez que tratábamos de dirigirnos a ella y vía do lo conseguíamos nos remitía al camarero del rango. Una pena que una persona así este al frente de un establecimiento como este.
