this kfc at marble arch is a good place to dine. i had some good kfc meal freshly hot and taste good. the staff were very friendly. this restaurent was filled with tourists. well maintained restaurent and enjoyed the food.

Not up to the standard of a kfc franchise. Terrible service they kept giving everyone missing orders. The place doesn't even look clean. Food 7/10

Fermati da KFC vicino Piccadilly che dire, fast food con cibo ai livelli di altri concorrenti con prezzi accettabilite la cavi con 7/8 £ per un pasto veloce con bevanda .Piccola nota cercate di arrivare intorno alle 12 per il pranzo dopo di che si riempie a dismisura e non si riesca a trovare un tavolino bagni molto sporchi,dava l'impressione che fossero stati lavati all'apertura e poi magari saranno lavati alla chiusura.Nota positiva a chi piace il pollo fritto è ben fatto!!!!!

Mouthwatering, tasty and make your tummy happy. There is no substitutes for their Zinger burger and Hot wings. Just the chips are a let down for KFC.

We visited the KFC branch in Erith on 16/09/16 at around 8pm. We arrived by car but the mamouth queue at the drive thru prompted us to go to the counter service. They have changed the service model in the store and you go to a teller to make and pay for your order.The ordering wasn't the issue. Waiting for the food was. There was one woman dealing with the stacks of orders arriving from the till. We waited nearly 30 minutes for a variety meal and popcorn chicken and I'm convinced my order got lost in the system as people after us with bigger orders were being served before us.This isn't the first time this has occured in this store and believe the older system where the teller took your order, payment and delivered the food was much quicker. I must leave myself ample time of about half an hour on the next takeaway visit to a KFC despite it being fast food.

Not sure if it's the norm for this place but when We visited it was a total nightmare of a visit.The Food was O.K.The Staff where O.K.What made it terrible is that some Homeless person was sat at one of the tables with urine running down his leg, what looked like blood on the table and the smell was obscene.Didn't see him until We had already ordered, sat down and started people Watching.One visit and never again.

Se volete vivere l'esperienza del pollo fritto londinese, servitevi pure. Certamente l'olio della frittura utilizzato non è dei migliori e considerato che si tratta di un ristorante ubicato in una zona abbastanza frequentata, nel medesimo olio ne friggeranno parecchie di coscette. Per il resto, l'esperienza seppur non irresistibile, può essere vissuta.

Esso comprendeva un panino con straccetti di pollo invaso da un sapore e da una salsa improponibile con una sorta di polpetta fritta di patate..il tutto coperto dalla salsa barbecue speziata e nauseante..una crocchetta di pollo speziata ma dal sapore accettabile..una pannocchia, pepsi e una porzione di patatine...se dovessi ritornare a Londra eviterei sicuramente kfc!

Was down in London for a weekend of shopping with friends, popped into this KFC for a quick bite. Never been so affronted though; I asked for popcorn chicken, paid, went to find a table, sit down to my meal, open the box of popcorn chicken and there is an honest to god bit of popcorn in there too!? I think it was that toffee butterkist stuff, I just don't get it really, like why was there actual popcorn in there?? I'm here for the chicken not the practical jokes that the staff are obviously pulling on unassuming customers. Just hurt more than anything to be honest. Floors were sparkling clean.

So nice to get some KFC when your starving. The place was clean and the staff were happy to help even though it was quite busy. Love the whole menu but my new favourite is the rice box.

After a day shopping me and a friend decided to grab something quick. Went kfc as that is what we fancied having. We ordered the 8 piece bargain bucket meal. The people serving seemed to be not in a great rush. Fair enough it was getting late and there was not a big queue but I would like to go home at some stage so they should serve a little quicker than they were. All in all food was nice good to share plenty of room to sit.

I was very curious to visit this KFC in London and I was shocked to the quality of food I received.There is no comparison to the ones we get in the usa,its like chalk and cheese.The chicken was fresh and tasty,and the French fries were great.I am still in a state of shock of what we get in usa as against Europe.

I love cooked chicken, and it reminds me of my childhood, when on a Sunday my mother would cook a roast dinner, usually a large roast chicken fresh from Mr Hilary's farm, which my father would carve in front of all of us children, sitting at the dining room table, handing it out on our plates one by one. That of course was before that unfortunate incident with the missing charity fund and before daddy had to go on holiday for a few years. But those food memories never left me. I had never heard of the 'Colonel', nor of 'kentucky' so was excited to try this new restaurant bringing a taste of American chicken to our quaint little shores.I had tried to book a table at the restaurant without much success (the gentleman on the phone seemed a little confused to my request and kept asking if I was joking), so I decided to risk it and turn up anyway.Due to problems with my sat nav and an incident involving my car, a deer and then my car jack handle (rest in peace little bambi), I arrived late at the restaurant, happy to find it was still open despite being after midnight.My first impressions were positive, the use of red and white gives the restaurant a clean bright exterior, standing out against the fading exterior of the Scope society next door, with its shelves of tatty old books, Tom Jones records and the musty old dresses, hanging in the window, of grandma's and old women no longer with us. No the KFC gave off a feeling of excitement of modern eating with the 'colonel' happy smiling face there to greet each one of his customers. His sweet friendly face reminded me of my own grandfather, a lovely old gentleman who we would stay with in the summer once school had finished. He would pop me on his knee as youngster and tell me stories of the war and how many Germans he had killed, often in very graphic detail. Still most children have haunting nightmares of dead soldiers and wet the bed and I am glad to say I grew out of this phase by my early twenties. On entering I was surprised how busy it still was, clearly a sign of a good restaurant, the atmosphere was 'buzzing' to use a modern term I heard on BBC 3, and I was definitely 'up for it'. Apologies for the slang, but that's watching channel 4 for you!Restaurants no longer can be successful just based on serving good food and must find novel and creative ways to provide new 'experiences' to the customer. Clearly the colonel had understood this modern trend and I was impressed with the creative ideas he had employed. His time in the army has taught him how to think differently, stay one step ahead of the enemy as it were and I loved the go up to the counter and order your food experience he had developed.At the 'counter' (marvelous!) I could see what was an open kitchen, with the Head chef and his brigade in full view behind preparing the food, a wonderful touch by the colonel, and a very popular idea in some of the top parisian gastronomic restaurants.I couldn't see the colonel anywhere, but spoke to a charming young gentleman who I assumed was the maitre d', and went by the name of 'naz'. The menu was placed above the counter, in wonderful picture and word form, delighting the eyes as much as exciting my pallette for the sumptuous feast that lay ahead. The novel approach to serving food continued as I ordered a 'family size bargain bucket' and with brilliant post-modern irony was actually served in a bucket!! Clearly the 'colonel' has been inspired by the new wave of British artists such as Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin and their exploration of art in its deconstructed, literal form. The creative genius of modern chef's to dress their food is only limited by their imagination and I can only applaude the colonel and his creative genius.I did ask 'naz' if this was the colonels intentions, was was told to bleeping well pay and if I was bleepingly taking the bleeping bleep.This I must admit wasn't quite how I would expect a maitre d' to address a customer but wondered if this was just part of the whole concept? Some sort of street art brought into the restaurant experience?A young man next to me, clearly suffering from a cold as had thoughtfully tied his handkerchief around his face covering up his mouth and nose.He asked me what I was looking at and if I wanted him to 'cut' me? I thanked him for the offer but told him the Barry at the unisex salon does my hair and that I would stick with him.The music this young man and his 'crew' as referred to them as (they didn't look like sailors to be honest) was apparently called rap and I liked the references to gardeners (G's), their gardening equipment Hoes, and how they must do dig lots of holes for other 'G's', as they are putting caps in them. I made a note to look up what flower genus these caps referred to.Anyway back to the food, the large red and white bucket design was impressive, and the smell of the food, as I removed the cardboard lid, was like nothing I have ever smelled before.Looking inside the bucket, the way it was served cleverly avoided the clichès of nouvelle cuisine, and it's insistence on the clinical and precise presentation of food. No, here was a collection of 12 pieces of chicken, wrapped in golden breadcrumbs, given the impression that they had been simply thrown into the bucket by someone without any care or love of their job. To create such chaos takes the skill of a real artist. Some of the chicken pieces on top had been infused with what looked like a small amount of white foam, which I did think lacked any real taste. The chicken was edible, but a little greasy for my taste, having not being used to this American style of food, but pleasant and filling. The small bags of cold off white sticks spilled all over the inside of the bucket were a novelty and I wasn't sure if they were to be eaten or there purely for aesthetic value. To this day I haven't not worked it out.My meal was somewhat interrupted by and young gentleman who had wandered in and not realised the table was taken. Sitting opposite me, I struggled to understand his thick foreign accent, his clear difficulty at speaking the English language and overly aggressive attitude until I realised that he was in fact Scottish.With no signal on my phone I couldn't use Google to translate 'gie us a fag' which he repeated over and over.I assume that he wanted to see the menu and I explained how the colonel operates. He took some of my chicken, which I felt was rude, but he did offer me some drink, and handed me a bottle of 'white lightning' cider, which I assume is made by some artisan micro brewery in the area, as I have never heard of it. Always happy to try a new brew, I could only stomach a few mouthfuls of what was clearly a cider which still needed time to mature. Call me snobby or pretentious, but I also think that cigarette butts placed in the cider do not add to the taste and wish I had spotted these before I took a drink.The wee young jock as he took offence to being called soon left and I did hope it was his cider he had spilled on the floor and that was slowly now soaking into my hush puppies, but I knew in my heart of hearts, and by the smell, that it was urine. Having finished my meal I left the restaurant and asked Naz to give my regards to the chef and the 'Colonel, at which point he told me to bleep off. His professionalism at keeping in 'character' to the end was impressive and just added to what I enjoyed about my first KFC 'experience'.A truly wonderful modern experience, maybe not one for the kids though.

Non avevo mai mangiato in un "KFC" e dato che questo era vicino al mio hotel ho voluto provare.... mio Dio! Il locale pare uscito dal peggior ghetto di Los Angeles...piccolo e dava un senso di sporco e di unto solo a guardare i tavolini e le pareti (non che mi aspettassi altro da un fast food ma decisamente non così tanto)... clientela veramente da "Groove Street" di GTA (poco raccomandabile). Passiamo al "cibo"...da come gli americani descrivo il pollo fritto mi aspettavo di gustare qualcosa di pazzesco e invece, sbattuti in un sacchetto come fossero frattaglie, c'erano dei pezzi pollo unti e bisunti, asciutti e stopposi! Poi i gusti sono gusti!Per lo meno i prezzi sono onesti e il pollo fritto è servito in grandi quantitàNon so se la qualità del cibo sia la stessa in tutti i ristoranti, ma per lo meno non andate in questo (ne ho visto uno a due piani nei pressi di Piccadilly Circus, che sembra decisamente più accettabile dal punto di vista visivo).

Benché a Londra, la qualità dei luoghi di ristoro, ivi compresi i fast food e le catene "dozzinali" come questa, siano generalmente decenti, questo kfc lo trovo forse un pò troppo trasandato (forse a causa dell'affollamento)

We are not fast food fans BUT we were converted with this KFC we love chicken and we were told it’s the best Chicken in town, don’t know if it is, but it was certainly tasty, hot and at a good price. It was a bit busy while we were there but it can be expected, for it must have built up a good reputation.

Булки не люблю, поэтому предпочитаю жареную курицу бургерам, за 6 фунтов мы умудряемся поесть вдвоем: в комплект за эти деньги входит бургер с курицей (муж съедает), кусок грудки, картошка фри, коулслоу, кукуруза и газированный напиток. Мы хоть и не особо малоежки, но нам с лихвой хватает! Я покупаю себе еще кофе к этому комплекту (он здесь тоже вполне приличный). Показалось вкуснее, чем у нас. Правда, в коулслоу майонеза больше. Чисто.

Nos pareció el menu mas picante que en otro KFC del sur de inglaterra.La atencion no es la optima, pero se entiende dado el nivel de concurrencia del lugar.Es bastante mas caro que Mc donalds

Fast food tipo Mc donald ma di solo pollo. Il pollo è buonissimo, fatto con una ricetta segreta. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo fatto una bella scorpacciata! Una cosa che mi ha colpita è che non danno le lattine ma addirittura la bottiglia grande di Pepsi. Da provare!

Quando vi stancate di mangiare Fish&Chips e Hamburger delle altre catene, vi consigliamo di provare KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) famosa catena in cui friggono il pollo con una particolare pastella croccante, offerto in molteplici varianti (anche nel formato burger e in insalata). Prezzi ottimi, come negli altri fast food, ma porzioni più abbondanti. Per il vostro fegato però evitate di mangiare qui tutti i giorni! La categoria è sempre “Junk Food” ;)Ce ne sono in tutta la città, non solo ad Oxford Street.

estive no Kfc em Londres, na Oxford Street, e adorei experimentar o sorvete Globe. sorvete de máquina com uma mistura bem gostosa de calda de caramelo com pedacinhos de algo(que não identifiquei rs) bem crocante! sempre recomendo!

Ecco, quello di Oxford Street magari è un po' troppo caotico però si può sopportare un po' di casino se poi mangi il famoso pollo del kfc. Adoro, adoro e ancora adoro tutto il pollo che viene proposto nei loro menù. Magari è un po' speziato ma basta dirglielo e te lo fanno in maniera diversa. Porzioni stra abbondanti e prezzo sicuramente più conveniente degli altri fast food. Speciale anche la pannocchia servita infilzata in uno stecchino, l'ultima volta me ne sono mangiate 3... creano dipendenza!

Gamla lokaler, mycket folk men alltid god mat. Kyckling, cole slaw och pommes frites och alltid samma smak. Är det sommar köper man med sig och är det kallt trängs man med alla andra! Perfekt att ta en bit mat innan man ger sig in på Oxford Street.

Direi più che buono sempre nei limiti delle possibilità di un fast food ma comunque finalmente un sapore nuovo rispetto i nostri classici Mc e Burg. King. Hacia rato no comiamos un pollo tan rico las porciones son familiares con una botella de Pepsi para 4 personas con papitas fritas y maiz, las servilletas humedas desechables son fantasticas, una buena solución cuando se te pasa la hora del almuerzo, en Londres los horarios de las comidas son precisos, por fortuna existe el fast food!

Un fast food che ha come ingrediente principale il pollo fritto. Pezzi di pollo, alette piccanti (straconsigliate), bocconcini di pollo, panini al pollo, wrap di pollo e chi più ne ha più ne metta, il tutto rigorosamente fritto e strafritto !! Anche se a dire il vero ora hanno iniziato a fare anche qualcosa non fritto. Per risparmiare si può prendere in più persone il bucket, ovvero il "secchio" di pollo che ne comprende vari tipi, incluse patatine fritte e con 1 sterlina in più una bottiglia di pepsi. In particolare in questo fast food situato alla fine di Oxford Street, proprio all'uscita della metropolitana Marble Arch, c'è sempre un casino di gente dato che la strada è una delle vie principali dello shopping londinese, perciò preparatevi a fare un pò di fila. Anche se non particolarmente salutare se lo aprissero in Italia ci andrei sicuramente.

A comida é ótima... mas cuidado, pode ser bastante apimentada... o local às vezes fica meio sujo por conta da quantidade de gente que frequenta

ottimo, prezzi altini, ma qualità del fritto eccellentei filetto erano squisiti, i pezzi grandi e cotti alla perfezione,insomma il miglior pollo mai mangiato..peccato solo che la linea ne risente

il pollo è molto buono solo è piccante. io ho preso un menù con patatine bibita panino con il pollo fritto e poi ho preso le due alette di pollo. il panino era buono le alette anche ma troppo piccanti. lo consiglio per un pranzo veloce e low cost
