my child who is 6 years old had diabetes and I went to go get him a ice cream with sugar and sprinkles and when we got their they said we would have the ice cream because it’s only for non-disabled people. I feel really offended by this since his blood levels were low and you guys were being rude.

Order takeaway today. When I got home, my chicken burgers were beef and the cheese sticks were missing... Not serious!

Still good quality food but not as affordable, can recall in 90s going to McDs in Watford most days and you got free coffee refills back then. Online ordering now in store which is time consuming whilst waiting for terminal to place order. Also long waits for food at counter as staff appear to prioritise the numerous take away orders for delivery riders.

If you order table service, don't expect it to be quick. Had to go and find out where our food was 15 minutes after ordering and then waited another 5 to receive it. It wasn't as if the place was actually busy at the time!

Had a lunch at this location today. Fries were pale, dry and tasteless. Staff was rude. Location was clean and decent looking.

There are far better McDonald's branches...

Found a bug in my food and the lettuce in my burger was brown and looked old very disappointed.

Sandwiches were lukewarm but it was £3 for 3 things. A deal for sure. Real British beef, raised on antibiotics?, not sure. Chicken chopped and formed but crispy but mayo chicken was lukewarm. 😐 But maybe you only get hot sandwiches for the more expensive ones. McDonald had a farm you know but that was a lonnnnggg time ago. Quality has left the building? Er... I mean the farmhouse? Maybe.

Shocking food Staff unfriendly and didn’t want to be there. avoid

The meal that we had ordered was not exactly a good one but our complain is with the fries. We ordered the Mayo Burger because it was cheap and we were short on money but we instantly regretted it because it was just so sad to even look at. The fries were very soggy and looked like they had been cooked hours ago, which is unreasonable - Fries should be the same with every meal. The only thing that was appetizing in the meal was the Coke, and the Barbeque Sauce. Even though it was a cheap meal, it should at least look edible (the lettuce and chicken patty was falling apart when we opened it and it didn't even look like a burger). The location is nice and convenient if you want a quick snack.

I don't prefer this place, try another one.

Nothing wrong with it, it's a McDonald's so no atmosphere and we didn't eat. The milkshake was the same as anywhere. And the service was quick. What I will say is the toilets were disgusting overflowing sanitary bins and smelly.

The delivery driver went out of the usual direction for my delivery. It should have only taken 5-10 minutes instead he went all over the area before reaching me!

Clean and modern but the slowest breakfast service I have ever experienced in any McDonald’s anywhere. Avoid unless desperate!

Their self order machine doesn’t give out the receipt for the order number placed. On top of that, the person at the counter was interrogating regarding the order! He was asking questions as if it was a viva/oral exam! Wouldn’t recommend this outlet at all

Forgot about my order, processed lots of higher numbers then handed over a cold filet . Toilet area shared MF was very cramped and hard to get back out. I did raise concerns to customers service but they never replied

Bit into my burger and found what seems to be plastic or rubber or something similar. Very disgusting to find in your food.

Ordered myself a McFlurry and didn’t get it for 20 minutes whilst people were getting there’s who had ordered way more then me and after me. Asked the lady where it was and she said I don’t know and carried on.

Prepare to wait at least 15mins for your food....the new system is in place.

Really bad service, ever if the staff mention to us they will close in 15min (and we are aware of it) they take it off my sauce and clean the table in front of me while I am eating 8min before the closing time..I’m working in hospitality and I know the rules..I don’t deserve this kind of treatment even if is McDonald,I eat in rush cause I understand they are closing but I paid for my food and I still had enough time to eat.. manager “imran” apologised to me at the end,he tried to explain his side but still it was 5min before the closing time so there’s no reason to pull up the chairs next to us and tell us to leave..

They were very busy. The pubs were closed. I ordered food from the kiosk. I got no order number and no reception insole 3 different people Including the manger my order 10 times. After an hour I just took what they gave me. He said they check the receipt paper every 10 minutes. This is not true. I was there an hour. No one check the developer. Lots of abandoned orders.

Just eat delivered on time so no fault to them but half order missing and soggy chips. Won’t use again

Breakfast starts too late, and finishes too early. Still awaiting the Philly Steak to reappear. Why take the best fast food burger from the menu?

Really busy, nice couple of beers before going into the theatre right next door

McDonalds food as usual, handy and discounts on the app used. Went with my kids and the place was too crowded, but expected considering the location. The bathrooms are a falling hazard as stairs too narrow and people queue to get in and you try to get out with your kids...

Wasn’t salt on my chips pretty disappointing like the parents of the staff here

Great experience. Toilets way up 2 flights of stairs so not easily accessible for disabled or those with physical difficulties climbing stairs .

Ordered my food and had been waiting over 40 minutes still without my food. They said it was due to it being too busy but I didn’t accept that as a reason for the unacceptable service

Drink dropped all over food couldn’t eat delivery time kept changing.

Poor service towards wheelchair users and the food took over half an hour to be brought to us. Also when the food was brought to us the food was absolutely freezing cold. The staff was disgustingly rude to me and my resident carer/husband. People with children tried to on numerous occasions attempt to sit where we was placed (priority seating area) and customers hated the fact that a wheelchair user was parked in the correct seating area. I will NEVER come to this McDonald's ever again because of the discrimination I cruelly endured in my visit.

Extremely busy as it’s on Oxford street! Ordering very easy by using the automated screens. The machine was out of paper so we had to get a staff to look up our order number and he was quite helpful. It took almost 20mins for the order to be ready. Ordered the cheese dippers and they forgot the tomato dip. Whilst waiting for the order we noticed a lot of people coming back complaining of wrong order or missing items so please do check your order thoroughly before leaving the pick up point. Food was fine just wasn’t impressed with the overall service and missing dip. But it’s a very busy please. I will avoiding it next time.

Delivery person had no idea where my building was which is totally unacceptable. I had to walk down the street to collect it from him as he was at the wrong building and proceeded to argue with me about his sat nav. What absolute nonsense

Hi, it took over an hour for this delivery to come. I understand it’s a large order but we waited for over an hour to receive this.

The coffee spilled in the bag and soaked everything.

Standard McDonald's - nothing fancy, the usual efficient

Experienced a phone being stolen from the pocket at this branch (Oxford St). The staffs were just oblivious of the incident. Apparently it happens 2-3 times every day here and the management just tells you to call the police. No security personnel, very busy, crowded and best of luck getting a table service.

Fast service, food was very hot, and the seating areas were spotless.

Coke dropped and spilled over the food

The Just Eat driver refused to come up to the flat door stating that he could not leave his bike, and left the food outside and left. The food is cold and unacceptable. I have photographic evidence that I'm willing to publish online.

The burgers I ordered were cold and the mozzarella sticks box was ripped and some were missing with some unknown red sauce on the inside of the box not Impressed in the slightest wether I get any form of refund for this or not is another matter.

Fast food, the only thing you need to be aware of, it card only. You can either do your own order or order at the counter, but you still have to go and collect it. Can get very busy at times.

This McDonald's has a great location, right across from Uniqlo. The food was okay, but the atmosphere was not great. There were a lot of people just sitting around, and it didn't feel very safe. I was fine because I was solo, but I wouldn't want to bring my family here. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, but I didn't get a receipt. This was a bit frustrating, because I wasn't sure of my order number when I went to pick up my food. I had to guess, and luckily I was right. The food is delivered to you by automated system. This is kind of cool, but it also felt a bit impersonal. Overall, I'm not sure if I would go back to this McDonald's for dine-in. The food was okay, but the atmosphere and service were not great.

It's alright. Food was good, love a big tasty. I wish they would just leave it on the menu instead of continuously adding and removing it. Little seating considering how busy it can get, so I wouldn't count on being able to eat inside.

I order my food at 9.20 and received it at 10.46 after they twice rescheduled the times this is Terrible service and twice this has happened and it’s not cheap I need a full refund please for the inconvenience

You need to hire employees who can actually speak and understand English. One of your employees got my order wrong simply because she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying clearly. Also fix your system. It’s too hectic

We just got home from this McDonald’s and they literally forgot our 20nuggets and our sauces, im mad cause the tickets aren’t working too. So we got no proof but our card that we paid with

None of the kiosks were working and when I went to the counter to explain, thei fast paced nature of fast food seemed to come over Atik, the Shift Manager and he cut me off constantly when I was trying to explain. Your staff don’t know how to handle reasonable customers and your staff here are a discredit to your franchise.

I got my food with it all soaked in my Diet Coke. Every single time I order a McDonald’s you always end up getting something wrong. This time all my nuggets are soggy and my chips. It’s not acceptable

Ordered a mcplant burger customised with an extra vegan patty and the burger wasn’t there when we collected. Partner queried and was told she was a liar, that McDonald’s have never made a mcplant with more than one patty. My partner showed them the ordering machine and how to order one and they still said she was lying until they spoke to me. Horrendous customer service!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Woman at the front calling out numbers (hijab, south Asian and slightly big) is extremely rude and clearly not bothered to do her job. My order was taken my someone else and she ignored me many times and rudely told me to just wait even thought I knew my order wasn’t going to come again magically. I tried to talk to her other coworker who shouting at numbers- maybe a supervisor or manager, and he simply took my receipt and scrunched it up and ignored me. My order being mistakenly taken isn’t their fault, but their refusal to help is.

C’est un McDo comme les autres vous me direz, mais les burgers semblaient faits depuis plusieurs minutes et surtout, la machine pour commander tout en haut de l’escalier a un bug. Entre le moment où elle affiche votre numéro de commande a l’écran et celui où elle l’occulte pour vous donner le message d’erreur qu’elle ne pourra pas vous imprimer le reçu de commande, vous aurez 2 secondes pour mémoriser votre numéro. A défaut de quoi, bonne chance pour récupérer votre commande. Vous devrez réciter votre commande par cœur au préposé soupçonneux au Rez de chaussée. Ah, et pour je ne sais pas quelle raison, on ne peut pas avoir le combo pour toutes les sortes de burgers, ni pour les nuggets.

Ordered from the machine and no receipt came out. Had to wait over half an hour for them to finally fix it and find my order, a lot of others had the same problem the whole place is a huge mess

Came in drunk, but had such great food here. One of the better ones with really friendly staff. You can tell that people who work here really care about the place

Absolutely a mess in the evenings Guy screaming at the front to ignore the screens (how about you actually meet corporate standards?) I saw people asking where their food is, being told to shut up or leave. I saw security called because someone questioned their 'ready for collection ' status and their number then disappeared off the screen. One dude (maybe a manager in a white shirt) barking orders at people, but not speaking English as a first language so people didn't understand him and he got annoyed. Missing food when I left but I literally had to run for the last tube as they took 30 minutes to deliver a burger and then complained I didn't have a receipt (machine was broken) and apparently a picture wasn't enough evidence.... What else do people do with the self service machines? Someone was sent away because they didn't have evidence of their number and were sent to a till to tell them how much they paid. An absolute mess.

What a joke the manager was struggling. He made sure the staff got there food. Then it went to pieces. He couldnt cope he was getting confused. Thats a manager who cant manage. It was embarrassing. I know its oxford street. But come on. The drinks were Pilling up. Thank god another manager came to his rescue. Then he carried on joking just calling out numbers whille others done wat he couldn't. Mayb he need to be just a staff. Training needed here. I wont return.

Extremely long line and long waiting times. Hidden register, extremely bad food. I ordered a bic mac and big fries and all I got were nasty fries and only the half of the bic mac. the top was missing. and the Bic Mac was just badly placed in the bowl. JUST BAD!!! Don't eat there guys!!!
