Building is nice but needs a bit of attention here and there, seats in the booth we were in were torn which isn’t good when you’re wearing shorts etc on holiday. We decided on the second night of stay at the park, we decided to go for food, staff on bar were not very forthcoming with a smile or even any info or menus. We discovered that we needed to order food from another counter and the lady here was very friendly and helpful. Ordered food and after an hour of waiting we had to ask where are food was, 5 mins we were told, after another hour of waiting and keeping asking we eventually got our food, kids pizzas were burnt, burger was ok but I’ve had better in McDonald’s, nachos weren’t edible, obviously been cooked before, scampi was well overcooked. The only thing that was ok were the chips. We normally wouldn’t have waited so long but there is nothing close by to get anything after a couple of drinks. For 4 of us cost nearly £60 which was not worth it. I think they would be better not offering food if they can’t deliver and just have a bar and nightly entertainment, improve the kids entertainment hugely would be a start.

To start with the service was terrible. The menu was extremely limited and it took well over an hour for food to come, then when it did half of it was cold. Burger had absolutely nothing on it that was stated in the menu, just a hard plain burger with questionable cheese on it. Fish and chips weren’t good either, fish was super oily and tasteless. Nachos were stale and rock hard, like they’d been done then left to sit for half an hour. Couldn’t even get half of them out of the bowl. Had booked to go again for the following night but needless to say that didn’t happen. Such a shame as the actual building is absolutely beautiful!

Had a lovely time, staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was lovely we had breakfast and evening meals, I was a bit worried after looking at reviews but they said they had new chefs. Will definitely be visiting again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had lasagne, couldn't cut through the top of it, was so hard. Chips were fine. Won't be back and couldn't recommend unfortunately.

Tried to go here 3 times to eat over the course of a week. Saturday night lunch menu only as short staffed, there was at least 5 staff members filling up the arcade games when we went in at 4pm. Went Monday to discover it’s shut with no notices on doors or online that it shuts Monday and Tuesday. We could see the bar doors from where we stayed, there was many families trying the doors on a Monday night. So tried again on the Wednesday, went into the arcade first with our son. Floors dirty and sticky as where the tables. Couple of games not working. Went upstairs to order food, lunch menu only again. Many people walking in and out with them serving sandwiches and paninis only. Also card payments only, we saw at least 4 people walk back out as they didn’t have cards. No change for the arcades downstairs either. This does not reflect on the park itself which is beautifully kept and lovely lodges.

We have eaten in 100s of places for Sunday lunch, the Crazy Horse at Felmoor Country Club was simply the best!! Lovely freshly cooked vegetables crispy Yorkshire pudding thick tasty gravy and roast beef that melted in the mouth …Jan had roast chicken & reported all was delicious…. The stand out for me was it was HOT … something unusual in Sunday cooking😉 we have been here on several Sundays never disappointed but today was exceptional….

Pretty poor! Waited 1hr for narchos then 1 hr later mains still not served! Gave up in the end and got refund!!! They did try to charge for the starter but I don’t think so !!!!!! I do Want to say that this review is solely for the crazy horse and not at linked the the lodge we stayed in which is as always amazing xxx

Staff never smiled, no change in till. Arcade games downstairs could not be used on first day of trip as no change in tills, second day kids area inaccessible due to a small flood where one area could have been cordoned off for children to play and enjoy their holiday. Don't think staff seem to be aware that people are on holiday and trying to have a nice enjoyable time.

Staff very miserable and unhelpful, never smile and don't make any effort to make anyone feel welcome. No change in the till so couldn't pay with the cash I'd taken. Staff had no change for the kids to use the machines in kids area. Next day Child's area closed due to a small flood, I'm sure this could have been cordened off so they could still access the rest of it! Would not recommend this place

Wow, we've been coming here for a good few years and always loved it. Today though was the first time we've been for a Sunday lunch.....it was delicious!!!! Everything was cooked to perfection and it was delicious....everyone cleaned their plates. Would highly recommend. Staff are as lovely as always. Been here 3 times now and every time has been a let down. The staff don't seem to actually want to serve food for some reason. Waited 45 mins to be told they only had pizzas tonight. Despite asking if they were actually serving food before bringing the family in. It's such a shame cause this place could be amazing if they just actually served food and had staff who cared

Friendly staff and excellent food. Massive plateful of the most delicious food. Can’t praise the Crazy horse enough. Such a pity it’s not open on a Monday in the off season.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had could tell fish was frozen batter was full of grease frozen chips and tinned mushy pea’s definitely wont be visiting again

Enjoyed my time there food staff and entertainment were great just can't understand last orders on a bank holiday Saturday being 10.15 there were still plenty of people in there and no sign of any trouble spoilt the night for us..

Stayed here in a lodge with friends & had food & drinks here few times. Everything was spot on, staff very friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed the glam night which manager went out of her way to accommodate us . Will definitely be back, thanks guys 👍

Me and the family went to the crazy horse saloon bar after a friend had recommended it , style ,lay out and surroundings were fantastic really nice place was hoping the food matched and it did , kids actually finished there plates which was great , I had the chicken burger and is the reason for leaving this review, maybe the nicest I've ever had seasoned and cooked prefect , wife got steak pie whitch also went down a treat ,service time and staff was all good highly recommended this place , looking for a lunch this is the place

Came to the crazy horse last night for the first time with a few friends for the band and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! The bar was very busy but the staff were still brilliant made us feel very welcome and made sure we were satisfied with everything even though they were rushed off their feet. Will definitely be back we absolutely love the place so thank you to all the girls working yous made our night 😊

We we're in last night for pizza night they were fantastic very tasty the staff were amazing they even came over and offered us a box to take our left over pizza back. We got chatting to Courtney and Beverly behind the bar apologies to the young barmaid as we didn't get her name but she was just as welcoming. We will most certainly return and it will be for pizza night thank you..

Had a lovely meal with my family! The food was so nice and didn’t take too long to come out too which was good, my 3 year old isn’t a very big eater and she’s very fussy with what she eats but she loved hers, the atmosphere was amazing! we were sat at a table that hadnt been cleared, didn't come back to clean the table so was dirty when food arrived. Hygiene seems to go out of the window in this place as the toilets could have done with a clean, toilet roll was all over the floor sinks and toilets very grubby ordered nachos which didn’t come as described on the menu and staff weren’t helpful when we complained. I would Give the food 0 stars we won't be going back, very disappointing for our first night on site. I would advise anyone planning a visit to think twice

This is our 7th time staying at the Park and I must say the crazy horse has gone downhill alot. I've never seen the pub so quiet. When we arrived we went straight to the pub for lunch but there's literally nothing on the lunchtime menu unless you want a pizza. We ended up with just fries. The next time went in they had ran out of fries. It's a shame saying as there's nothing else within walking distance and it used to be such a nice place to visit. This week it was like a ghost town during the day.

Great value, home cooked food! The servings are huge - so make sure you're hungry! Downstairs room with pool tables, air hockey and darts is a great idea. Can't wait to return.
